Recently talkcharge is looting me and my wallet balance is struct and i'm unable to use my wallet balance for any services like mobile recharges, power bills, DTH recharges...and everything are failed. I'm unable to use my wallet balance. Pls. some body help me to giet out of this fraud. They are completely cheating all the customers, RBI, IT and Police want involve and raid the company and close their firm settle our wallet balance. Now their website unuseable to do any service and App is not working.

    I am not able to use my talkcharge wallet balance from 13 days to make successful transaction and now they are saying to take priority pass 47, 999 Rs. to make successful transaction.
    Priority pass charge is very high and they are trapping to old users forcefully in this.

    Finally I have one way, to escalate this issue to consumer court and RBI.

      Initially offered like add some amount into wallet and simultaneously you will get amount of add into wallet based on trust from 2017 have added not I was not able to make any transaction every transaction getting failed

      I am also getting continuously transaction failed issues from last 13 days and they are asking for take priority pass 47, 999 Rs. for avail to make successful transaction but charge is very high.
      We should escalate this issue to RBI and consumer court because they are trapping forcefully old users in this priority pass and said that it is mandatory for all successful transaction.

        Talkcharge is fraud company since 2019 I am using its serive, now talkcharge cheat us no reply no solution, even puchased priority pass. My all tranjection failed and money decaded with 20% processing fee, now I cant use my wallet money and I payed 44999 money also to priority pass but no result, no reply, no answer, no solution, I am so sad, very bad, I am so disappointed, talkcharge play with our imotions, I believed. My 3.2 lakh money will be there in its wallet.

          As a friend and user, I want to advise you please stop current high cashback promo code adding money plan & convience fees from bill payment and give reasonble cashback without any convience fees of bill payment what you were giving to us in starting phase of talkcharge.

          I have read many complaints of current scenario where you are not able to deliver good service while you were giving good service in past.

          Please read this email and think about it because it would be good for us (company & users) and will continue this journey in future.

            I am unable to use wallet balance for bill payment from last 10 days and every transaction is getting failed. Talkcharge is taking 20% convenience fee for it but after that I am not able to amount to pay bills

            But I don't want to buy a priority pass due many complaints raised from priority pass users. They are unable to pay any bills after buying a priority pass.

            Please authorise for all transactions or return total wallet balance in bank account.

                    Having 5Lakh money in talkcharge wallet added through credit card for bill payments,

                        No recharge and bill payment from the company since last 4 days. All payments are failing. He asked to take priority pass for that. I have taken it. They have told me that it will take 72 hours to start all these facilities. But it didn't happen, they cheated me. Even I didn't recieve cashback as they promise to give every month.                           Last 24 hours trying to recharge and bill payment but all recharge and bills payment was failed ...and message customer care and email but they did not responding... 1, 65, 000 rupees stucked in my talkcharge wallet ... Minimum 60-70 times to trying recharge and doing bill payments but all time failure... Please ban this farzi fraud app

                            This is to inform u that i have paid the subscription fee and got an confirmation mail and sms regarding the same but its not reflecting in my account for the same and i am unable to transact the same . So please look into the issue and sort them out at the earliest and please donot try to play games with the client.Unlock all the benefits as provide
                            I have been asked to purchase Talkcharge Priority pass by paying RS.25000 and promised to unlock the benefits with in 24 hrs which did not happen and i have been asking and mailing and also whatsapp the company nobody is responding for the same and all the recharges are failing continuously and also no refund for the same is being issued .                               I have been asked to purchase talkcharge priority pass by paying rs.25000 and promised to unlock the benefits with in 24 hrs which did not happen and i have been asking and mailing and also whatsapp the company nobody is responding for the same and all the recharges are failing continuously and also no refund for the same is being issued. So its totally cheating and somebody should loon into it by raising their voice collectively and also talkcharge should be held responsible for the same. You can reply me on the same mail and i will be available on the same. So please donot lose the faith of customers.

                                    When I tried to use talk charge for recharge and other utility activities, it is failing continuously. When I try them in other recharging apps, it was successful. So I came to know that the people behind talk charge app is playing on us. Because I added som big amount of money to my wallet, so they want me not to use that wallet money. This is pure cheating from company side. Lot of people are suffering from this problem. Also they are charging convenience fee of huge percentage on recharge and utility payments. Please take necessary actions against this customer anti-fiendly company.

                                      Here Talkcharge app last 2-3 months charge 20% convenience charge per bill payment transaction and now transaction failed again and again my 74000 thousand rupees stuck on Talkcharge app I unable to used on recharge properly . Here I try Jio recharge last 3 days but On Talkcharge app shows error message Jio server down finally i done transaction on Amazon app within few seconds then why Talkcharge app failed recharge again and again please help me
