Hi this is karthik im earning in business .tamil matrimony has lot of profiles but trust me full of software profiles.if you are doing business or stating rest of chennai please dont waste your valuable time in searching this useless platform.every girls profiles when we sent interest asking a guy to shift to chennai or bangalore .is it possible from guys side, who doing business .so according to me i[censored] r working in IT side getting salary above 8 lak u can search in tamil matrimony.those who doing self made business means dont waste ur time

    Tamil matrimony has deducted excess money from my account without my permission. Tried to chase them several times but still no use. There answer was " it is under investigation" wait for 5 days " waiting for another 4 days" wait " wait wait. That's there only answer. Fraudulent online firm. Complete cheating online business. Never again will I opt tamil matrimony.

      Dear Sir/Madam,

      Subject: Forgery by tamil matrimony, auto-deducted money from my account

      Before 3 months, I have registered with premium membership through my mobile app not desktop version. 29Nov2016 again 159 SGD dollar is deducted from my saving account for auto renewal. i shocked, asked matrimonial agent, they are telling by default, auto-renewal option is enabled for foreigners for "unstopped service". it' completely cheating and fraud.

      I didn't login matrimonial in desktop web version earlier (started today only), i have used and registered via mobile app only. no more option for auto-renewal option in mobile app, so how can i enabled auto-renewal from my end.

      159 SGD dollar is nearly 8000 INR. tamil matrimonial is cheated me and got my money. they are fraud. also they are telling money is non-refundable.

      also they are telling, we will give one more month extra for your matrimony id. they did forgery with me. I need justice. please help anyone for my problem. now i am in singapore. my name is sathish and number is[protected].

      please help me to get back my money. please give idea to me where to register complaint and file case against this.

        I was chatting with Sadham and he is ending the chat abruptly without any prior notification. Actually I was waiting for the response, but it says chat ended.

        Their answers are not related to my question. This makes very frustrating.

        Finally, I would say this is the WORST customer care service.

          We have paid membership with Bharath Matrimony since 2004, before the expiry date sales and marketing staffs or the employee who deals with the particular customer would do delegent following to renew the subscription, once done they forget the customers and show their rude behaviur, as though cutomers . are at their disposal . We request Bharath Matrimony to employ polite and pleasing personnel at the back office if they are to answer customer queries. My register no is M697884, this morning I just enquired whether they have any short time subscription, I spoke to one Hemalatha in Chennai office mob no [protected] Date[protected], from Faridabad .at11.15 am and 3.15 pm. When I told her that I would complain she said that Ican go ahead bcos I yelled at her yesterday morning when she asked me to renew my subscription. BHARATH MATRIMONY should make its employees realise CUSTOMER is the king, and people are employed to clear our doubts, and they are to provide us service, not supposed treat customers as beggars.             I'm Karthik from chennai, I registered TM at vadapalani office.
            At the registration they told me that our branches all our tamilnadu, we'll give daily updates for your matching profile but I really disappointed that they updates.
            Were I registered at the time visited TM website and still now I seeing same profiles, they service very worst and waste of money don't trust TM (TAMIL MATRIMONY).

              Hello sir my complain number 13890230. I make payment on aug1st that time your person gave 700rs cash back offer . 12days over still cash back not credited .last two i contacted they telling daily 24 hours for credit. today 12th august customer care person telling 700rs cash avail with my account. But 7 more bussiness days it will take . So totally 20 days for refund . Very worst service . Make people as fool. I asked senior person contact for complaint she told not available . So only for order they will call continuously once you paid then they will not worry.thinking customer are. Fools . Dont go with tamilmatrimony . Worst one.
              Yes. this happened for me to.. when making payment the tele caller person (Selvi) said your 400/- will be refunded as system will accept only full payment. Its 3 months now.. no refund happened and also she is not picking up the call. Now the system says the amount is already refunded. But I didn't get it. Very worst service of Bharat Matrimony group of people. Full of fraud and cheating person.

                Sir, I had registered a Wedding profile for my son with Tamil matrimony (A part of Bharatmatrimony) on middle of 2014. I had paid money Rupees 3999/- 20.02.2015. But till this date they have not provided any suitable profile for my son. If we ask anything in live chat they says like " If you not like the profile just ignore". But there is no genuine profile in their web site. If i took a profile and if I send interest suddenly the profile will be deleted from their site. And the most important, Tamil matrimony is giving the useless mail repeatedly, if I check that mail all are its content unwanted, deleted, suspended, blocked profiles. Please rectify my problem and try to give some punishment to them sir, If possible ask and get me the refund sir.

He Unnecessarily disturbing in my office hours when I pick call & said Sorry, He is keep insisting me to speak were I am not interested.                     Beware!!! This is a cheating company... By default they do Automatic renewal of paid membership for international members.When i called customer care they were not able to cancel and pay the re-fund, since i have sent only one message to one profile after the renewal had happened. Stupid cheaters. They do not have partial re-fund also.. Cheating . I am completely disappointed

                    Auto renewal from my singapore account. they are telling by default auto-renewal option is enabled for foreigners.

                    here comedy is, i didn't use desktop/laptop/web version (started today only) to login tamil matrimonial. used only mobile app.

                    the auto-renewal option is available and visible only in desktop not in mobile.

                    so how can i enable that option. they said default set this option. it's completely fraud and forgery.

                      Hi Team. Hope you are doing well. I am Mr.Selvan father of Miss.XXX below listed my complaints or issues i faced and vexed with Tamil Matrimony. We are the good customer of "Tamil Matrimony" but now i hesitate to say such things because of K.K.Nagar branch. 1) First thing i boarded to the branch on "11.7.2014 ", i was inspired by the talk from Nivetha regarding the package "19000" which is comes in offer of "17000". As My daughter as Raghu Kethu thosham we prefer matches with same thosham. She gave 100% assurance for it. 2) Immediately, I've paid the ready cash "17000' for 90 days to the K.K.Nagar and Attached the photocopy of Bill. We came out of the branch with full trust and full satisfied but completely vanished in one phone call. 3) Next thing she assigned such a worst RM Mr.Saravanan and his high level manager of Saravanan who are shows very irritating attitude to us. Mr.Saravanan directly said to me that "We wont come directly and we d'not distill thosham horoscopes and all. We will send 4 Matches for a week that's all. He said Nikita words are only for marketing and their target to get customers and it is not reality and d'nt go with her words. This is the process if you willing proceed or get back your amount" words said him directly through phone. I am completely disappointed.
                      Please dnt alllow them to proceed with false promises
                      many guys might have come and approach u directly, but u guys (so-called brides family) never worried about those who are true and original. all u need is a guy with heroic look and bill gates salary.

                        We paid Rs 19000/ for finding a bride for my brother-in-law and the service is valid for 3 months. What they have promised, - assign a supervisor to shortlist the girls and send to us - a person was assigned he has not send us any details about the bride but we have been finalizing and sending details to him. - As a customer we are not allowed to contact the bride directly, we have to send the details to supervisor and he used to take his own time. We have to send multiple reminders. He left a month ago and it turned even worser as no one coordinated with us to find the right match. This is an online cheating company and government should ban these kind of culprits cheating people's money. I would like to register a complaint and get my money back for what they have not done. Please escalate this and save other innocent people getting cheated by tami matrimony. Thanks, Ganesh

                          Mr.Chinna Thambi (Executive of Tamil matrimony) from Guindy, Chennai called me and convinced me to make payment for my brother's matrimony Id. after careful listening of his promises, i made the payment for 3 months(thank you god... i didn't consider it for 6 months). Before making the payment, i received atleast 5 calls per day. but after the payment i didn't even receive any service call from bharath matrimony. the above mentioned executive gave me promises regarding add on facilities and extra benefits which is ready to provide under his own approach. I called 7 times to guindy(chennai) tele marketing office and explained all my issues to them. But no use... they are making fun of me... NOTE: PLEASE DO NOT BECOME A MEMBER IN TAMIL MATRIMONY OR ANY COMMUNITY MATRIMONY SERVICES... DO NOT ATTEND THE CALLS FROM TELEMARKETING PEOPLE. THEY ARE GIVING FALSE PROMISES AND THEY WILL NOT CONSIDER YOU ONCE YOUR PAYMENT IS OKAY. THEY ARE NOT GIVING THEIR MANAGER'S CONTACT NUMBER...??? i DON'T KNOW WHY...? IF YOU WANT TO MAKE THE PAYMENT ...PLS ASK THEIR MANAGER'S PHONE NUMBER AND THEN YOU THINK ABOUT IT... ADDITIONAL NOTE: THEY WON'T GIVE YOU THEIR MANAGER'S( WHO IS INCHARGE FOR COMPLAINTS) PHONE NUMBER. TRY AND TEST IT...

                            I had registered at Tamilmatrimony and they had offered a special price of Rs 3200 (about $50), in India. Before I could release this payment, my son logged in and paid in USD, but was charged $132. for the same service. The explanation given is that if logged in from a US site we charge in USD. If any one logs into an US site from India, the prices are displayed in INR, but at current exchange rate, not increased or decreased. But this Tamilmatrimony site cheats people by overcharging for the same service. The communication is with the same Indian customer, but if paid in USD, it is higher. The intent to defraud the customer is clear.

                              I was made to upgrade to the privilege package (19000) but that was the worst decision i have ever made in my life. They are such cheating managers whom they appoint...dont read our preferences just send few profiles that just doesnt match us at all. Im going to file a suit in consumer forum against them and also host my view in all public forums and social networking sites. They brainwash elderly and desperate people who are all already frustrated about their or chidlren's marriage. This is totally just so wrong.

                                They automatically renew my subscription and send my a link that does not work with regards to cancellation. I have called them several time and email their helpdesk and the only answer they provide is that they have email the concern party to work this out. They not helpful when it comes to refund but calls several time regarding renewal of subscription. It's the worse matching service every

                                  We approached TamilMatrimony office at Velachery, Chennai to register for alliance for my sister. The concerned staff brainwashed us to take "privilege matrimony" package(Rs.19,000) for three months in which they will done the match with in three months. After we paid the money, a relationship manager was appointed for us to make the match for us. Every week she had sent 4 profiles to us and most of the profiles do not match with our preferences. For namesake she sent profiles and in some weeks, that too she had not sent. At the end of third month, we had left with no benefit. When we asked about their promise which they had given in the beginning, they said "no one accepted our sister's profile and could not make the match".
                                  It is totally waste of money and time to register in this site. The relationship manager is not at all responsible and caring about the client. I just shared my experience to let others should know about their service.

                                    I registered in Tamil Matrimony on Jan 7th 2012. Before register one person call me on 30th dec 2011. He told me to register
                                    so that he given me assuarance that he will give some brides contact details. who are willing to marry the NRI people. but once after i register
                                    he saying that all of them got married. This is one disappointment for me.

                                    The second one i can't able to chat in the matrimony service. I talked with the support people but they are giving different words for this issue.
                                    but still for the past three days i can't able to chat. So i ask them in telephone directly with customer care to refund my money. But now they are saying it not possible.

                                    Actullay i am working in abroad i can't able track for this issue. So i need help what i want to do for this issue? to get back my money & also
                                    to make other peoples to aware of this tamil matrimony cheating. Shall i go for the court to complaint about the issue or any other steps can i take?

                                      I was promised a discount of 35 % for 6 months paid subscription and again 15 % discount for 3 months renewal via emailers .But i was not given the discount and i am said since i paid via credit card i will not be given the discount .After consistently following up for arnd 6 months finally i was offered 15 days additional mem instead of the expected 41 days additional membership and that too they are offering after the subscription is over and saying first you renew if you want the discount .They delayed it over 5 months to address my complaints and then too not getting the promised discount .Neither got the money back or additonal days and never got the call back or reply back on time as promised or my complaint not addresses even now.

                                      Still awaiting their discount and call to my complaints.
