Hi All,

Due to covid situation, past 6 months I'm at my hometown. So last Jan alone I visited Chennai and return back within few days. Now reading has been taken and its stated as consumed unit is 980. I'm wondering about this issue and not sure how it exceeds this much unit, since we are not even in our home for more than 2 days. I'm getting doubts like, whether the reading has been calculated incorrectly or not.

    Dear Sir/Madam,

    Due to COVID issue and family situation, I missed due date of the month Feb 2021 EB charges and requested EB officer (AE – Alappatti, Krishnagiri branch) need sometimes and also we will pay with our regular penalties changers within next couple of days. But he refused our request and disconnected the connection also he said that as per GOVT rule they should disconnect even missing 1 single due date. As a family we struggled a lot and stressed just because of this activity done by AE from Alappatti branch office. Now I would like to understand that EB bill process and what is the purpose of penalties changers process.
    Please educate the AE for the people relationship and situation of the village people.

      Address: Plot no 1 S4 Ashok Manor Harrington Street, Indira Nagar Selaiyur

      Paid Ebbil via google pay twice and transaction got success. TNEB shows payment pending. Verified the transaction with google pay and then with my icici account. Banker said the amount got credited to TNEB account. But TNEB has not reverted the amount.
      I see on Feb there were many customer posted the same issue.

                IAM complainting about the line man, In my house there is power cut regularly only in my house, I have told many times they come and fix it, but it good for two weeks and after it's going as usual, they asking money for each time they come .each time they get 100 rupees from me but the problem is not solved.please take some activities for this.

                  We are living in Madurai Thindiyur Road area service No:[protected] under Y.Othakkadai EB zone. Here nearly 80 House are there we are facing huge power shortage, we got 170v-180v during day and night. Due to this low voltage issue our home appliances are not been used it's in idial condition. During night time we are not able to get good sleep. Even we pay income tax, property tax, EB bill (not even getting assured voltage). I need your help to how and where to raise the complient.

                    We live in Thiruvalluvar Nagar, Somayanur, Thadagam Road. We are always having low voltage all the time. It is impossible to sleep at night as fan is working only at 1/4 speed.
                    There is also frequent power cuts for around 5 minutes which will happen 10 - 20 times a day. Voltage variation also takes place frequently which will damage our appliances.
                    I request you to address this issue as soon as possible.

                      Hi sir/Madam,

                      The post in our area is very much damaged for past 3-4 years. New post has been laid 2 years ago but the connection change to new post has not happened since then. The post is on very slanting position where the eb lines comes very close to house roof. Have informed and submitted physical complaint copies to the Kallikuppam EB office AE in person on 29 Feb 2021 but no use or no action has been taken although they say it will be changed in a week even in every follow up.

                            I am from Tiruppur district, Koduvai-Thottipalayam (641660).the area comes under Shakthi nagar EB office. Recently officials from EB office placed few posts to give new connection for nearby agriculture land. During this, they placed a new pole very near to existing pole. We have asked the officials to merge two poles into one as it comes from the same direction and the destination direction also same. But they denied to merge two poles (1 pole is 8 meter another 1 9 meter). If they merge this, new trees can be grown there and disturbance to road users are minimised. Right now the area is messed up with electricity poles, also if they merge it, the one post can be used anywhere else. I am raising this complaint out of social interest, nothing personally related

                                        Meter defective from January 2021 reading which has been mentioned in the bill. My bill has been charged with highest bill amount of the year Ra 5000. Again, the next month bill has been charged with same amount stating meter defective with same charge rs 5000. I have not been in house for more than 10 days during Jan /Feb, never used AC but am paying 5000 rs per month due to meter not in stock for replacement. I have given written complaint to AE mamabakkam, but no action taken. Please help to resolve
