I am sivaraj.s, as I paid my bill on tangedco website.My bill amount is 707, I made a payment through internet banking, the money was deducted from my bank account, but the information I paid didn't updated yet, also I paid the bill with a fine amount, I made a complaint in tangedco website it is showing that RECOMMENDED FOR REFUND, but still I didn't get any refund.

So kindly refund my amount as soon as possible.I got both sender transaction I'd and receiver transaction I'd from my bank so kindly refund.
