We are residents of ribero street, royapettah. I have been facing power outage since last night and power was restored and again it is interrupted. I am a project manager and i am working from home and i have client meetings lined up. I called up 1912 they attend the phone and disconnected the call and one female rudely asked me to contact EB instead and not bother them. It was highly unprofessional. It is a great inconvenience to those working from home i request you to kindly look into this and restore the power.

Kindly refer to the above complaint lodged in regard to low voltage of 95 -120 volt consistently the staff TNEB uthukottai CLAIM their inability to rectify the same. I kindly request to take initiation in sorting out the issue since the plants are drying up without water.

I am residing on referring to the above Residential address, the street light is not working properly in this street for almost 3 months. due to that light is not working there is threatening of venomous snakes and insects.           During online login, 18-03, the payment due showed 30818. I paid the bill and it is available in e receipt archive. Again a bill of 716 was generated on 24-03. And the previous bill is not visible. I had lodged complaint in tneb portal and there is no proper response. They say payment successful, billing correct but no response on the excess bill and refund.

          I need total refund of this excess amount that was paid.

            I have Tangedoc mobile app. I have recevied my bill amount on March 2021 as Rs. 957. I paid through the same in mobile app and i received receipt no as well.

            On April 2021, i have been informed that my bill still in outstanding needs to be immediatly. I paid the same to avoid future problems.

            Now i need a refund on my amount on Rs 957. which i already paid.

                  Dear Sir, I'm writing from Kamaraj Street, latteri - 632202. We are always facing low voltage problem across the day even complaint through phone call for more than a year, they were not done any action till now and nowadays the fuse gone in night time especially to my street on every two days once. When we tried to reach EB office they were not responding. Kindly help us to resolve the issue.

                    Hi,

                    From mid of 2020, I had moved from my Chennai rented home and came to native, still in native. In FEB month (DEC 2020 - JAN 2021), the bill was generated and my owner paid due to Electricity departed tried to un-plug the service for the home (paid with a fine without consuming the Electricity).

                    But I raised concern in https://www.tnebnet.org but no proper response from the EB department and still not refunded my amount.

                    In Feb end I stayed 1 week alone and the APR month bill generated for the same amount and mentioned as used 260 units. How it's possible

                      I'm from Kodambakkam, Chennai.
                      I have raised complaint both over phone by calling 1912 and through text on yesterday (dt 10.04.2021) night. Whenever I call them to check the status, everytime a different person attends and asks to wait for another half an hour. This kept on going until morning. When I called again in the morning, they have given a new complaint number and starting the whole thing again stating to wait for another half an hour everytime I call.

                                I L. Rajalakshmi w/o Lokanathan. T. K (Consumer no.[protected] do have a agriculture land @ thimmaboopalapuram village with an electrical connection 3 phase 4 kW. The complaint is that received voltage less than 95-130 voltage per phase. I am unable to run the submersible motor due to such low voltage the plants are dying without water though repeated online complaints as been raised through online portal the problem as not been sorted out.

                                    Called line man for voltage fluctuation at eveng(TIRUNELVELI PERUMALPURAM KAMARAJAR SALAI WIREMAN GANAPATHY. Been a long time and it 10 o clock in the night, the supply has been fully failed. The foreman said he instructed the wireman to rectify it, but the wireman was telling that he cant come now, that not my problem, go and complaint to any higher officials am not going to do my duty. Such a rude and unhealthy from this wireman.

                                      We are constructing a new house near redhillS. Here all the gate work had done. When we approached for normal electrical meter they tell we will come tomorrow mam. But they won't come. We are asking it for one month but they say tomorrow tomorrow tomorrow only . Very irresponsible people they only need bribe
