    We are receiving low voltage electricity in our area Poosaripatti. Due to this, Computer and other devices are not working properly. Thus, people like me are unable to do Work from home. So, kindly repair it and ensure the supply of power at regular voltage. Expecting your timely action!

      Sir, me andnmy husband separated and the email id of the connection was given by my husband. Now I'm unable to reset the password since the email id is belongs to him. Could it be possible to change the email id or can you reset the password and send to the registered phone number?

        We have built a house for our own purpose. ground and first floor ground floor like family house and first floor built like batchelor room with attach bathroom its clearly mentioned municipal plan and they approved we built correct measurements and now we complete our construction work NARASINGAPURAM municipal officers check and they gave house tax receipts separately and give water supply too separately now we apply connection the people of tneb said we didn't give connection for first floor due to u have no kitchen I am using induction stove only I don't need kitchen and am always take food at hotels kindly ensure the problem if it s the problem didn't resolve it y not I file complaint against tneb in this state an batchelor didn't stay or live without kitchen house

            My consumer number is [[protected]]. I made Feb EB payment on 11 Feb 2021 but the transaction failed [77514480]. When contacted customer support they asked me to make payment again confirming that the previous payment would be refunded. However, still now the amount has not been refunded and when I raise online complaints, the complaints are being closed saying transaction is successful. Even I contacted the local AE who confirmed that this can only be resolved online. Kindly help.

              Respected sir, we regularly paid bills for every bimonth, they provided. But suddenly we received bill amount too high.                       To whom it may concern,

                      I am residing at Monnavedu Village, Tiruvallur district - 602021. From 30.03.2021 till today we are getting power supply for hardly 4 hours per day. Since its a village, Many o[censored]s does not have inverter back up at our home.

                      The 4 hours power supply that we get also is not proper, there is some voltage fluctuation problem. Many of the household appliances and the motors which are being used for farming purposes also got damaged badly because of voltage fluctuation.
                      we are immensely suffering because of this power interruption.

                      So I kindly request you to have a look on this issue and take immediate action as soon as possible and please provide us with the maximum uninterrupted power supply.
