My consumer number is [[protected]]. I made Feb EB payment on 11 Feb 2021 but the transaction failed [77514480]. When contacted customer support they asked me to make payment again confirming that the previous payment would be refunded. However, still now the amount has not been refunded and when I raise online complaints, the complaints are being closed saying transaction is successful. Even I contacted the local AE who confirmed that this can only be resolved online. Kindly help.

    Respected sir, we regularly paid bills for every bimonth, they provided. But suddenly we received bill amount too high. They said to us that they wont calculated units upto 5 months and it has included and told us to pay immediately.we are using domestic purpose and we have high bills due to high units, they billed without reducing free unit charges.           I am residing Door No.2-/24-1, Karuppaihapuram, Ananjiyur, Anaiyur, Madurai-17. I have the ancestral property (Kollanmaniyam) situated at Ward no.6, Kulamgalam Main road, T.S.No.6 on 23.10.2020, I Submitted an application for get EB connection in my property to the 4th of you (Assistant Engineer, TNEB, Tagore nagar, Sellur) through online along with necessary fee Rs.118/-, my application no.[protected] through online. But there is no steps taken by you till date. Again I submitted another application on 19.12.2020 for the same relief to the 4th of you through online along with necessary fee Rs.118/-. The said application No.[protected], but you did not take any action till date. I suffered a lot because this problem. So I request kindly necessary actions and do the needs as soon as possibel sir.

            To whom it may concern,

            I am residing at Monnavedu Village, Tiruvallur district - 602021. From 30.03.2021 till today we are getting power supply for hardly 4 hours per day. Since its a village, Many o[censored]s does not have inverter back up at our home.

            The 4 hours power supply that we get also is not proper, there is some voltage fluctuation problem. Many of the household appliances and the motors which are being used for farming purposes also got damaged badly because of voltage fluctuation.
            we are immensely suffering because of this power interruption.

            So I kindly request you to have a look on this issue and take immediate action as soon as possible and please provide us with the maximum uninterrupted power supply.

                          I'm from Villivakkam, Baba Nagar.
                          There is continuous shut down of power in my locality for more than 5 hours.
                          From newly born, pregnant ladies, sick to old people are suffering a lot due to this.

                              02/04/2021 11.00 pm I logged complaint on low voltage issue from my husband's number. One hour passed and issue not resolved so I tried calling that number to check the status, to my surprise I came to know the number is blocked from which I rised complaint. Later I tried calling from my own number line got connected and I asked about the status of my request, the customer care guy went on mute as soon as I asked from status also he disconnected the call. Later again I tried calling from my number, where my number also got blocked. Great job tneb customer care, you have hired bunch of lazy people who can't work for the government and getting paid wastely. Ashame of tneb, I'll further go to consumer court to get my justice.

                                  Power failure for past two days - at night time

                                  Myself residing at astalakshmi avenue, seneerkuppam, chennai - 56 .. Yesterday full night from 11pm one phase was not there and we were unable to sleep the line was fixed only at 11 am today.

                                  Now again power has gone in two phases and the local complaint number is always busy .. They have kept the receiver of the landline number out . this is so pathetic that consumer is not even able to call the complaint number and register...
