I'm prakash m, i reside at no12, rajalakshmi nagar 3rd cross street pallikaranai chennai.
Due to my personal issue in finance and delay of receiving payment i have paid my payment delay. On 02.02.2019, eb employee has reached my home and my mother was in the home. She has said to put back the fuse and inspite of several request to employee the employee refused to put back the fuse in the home. She is unable to walk long distance.

Seriously these pallikaranai eb office is worst government office i have seen.

They have got bribe for giving eb connection also.

    I have recd tangedco bimonthly bill (17/11/18 to 22/1/19) of rs. 5938
    . For energy meter reading of zero units. During that time iam out of the house and door is locked. The energy meter is in good working condition. Informed tneb also about the consumer absence during that period, but this bill has been produced with "defective" status. My consumer no. Is [protected].       Am submitting a complaint against the ep office stationed at anbu elam, silattur arantangi. I’m the owner’s daughter valarmathi. Adimoolam writing to the relevant authority for immediate action. Lately works were carried out to rectify the electrical connection to the surrounding area as it was affected by the gaja storm. One part of my family home was being leased to eb office. The access to our garden is only for toilet facility.
      Our home entrance from the front layout portion. And the extreme of our garden has now became the dumping area with all the waste metal materials and wires. Would like to bring to the authority’s attention that the lease is only for the ep office for public to pay bills and not the our surrounding garden to utilise as materials storage area.
      I humbly request the ep authority to take immediate action to clear the waste materials. Am waiting for immediate response so as to avoid bringing this matter to the higher authority if there’s no action taken. Pls also provide email address to forward the pictures for verification

          Actually, last 3~4 years i'm used to paying my and my uncle home eb bills through tneb web portal/app, but since from last two days i was log in to the web as well app i couldn't able to find my registered consumers details, previous bills, history.

          Really it was surprised & i don't have any previous payment records

          I tried to register complaints through tneb web but that option also not enabled.

          Also, i could not able to pay through online last bills

            Date[protected]. My name is balaji r, im residing in kelambakkam for rent. Our home (Eb consumer no[protected] meter box was burnt,
            I reached kelambakkam tneb office for meter replacement. Ci-suresh charged rs.2500 for meter replacement but provided only bill for rs.1400.
            I asked about the difference amount and there was no proper answer from them. Is really the meter cost is rs.2500?? I required proper answer and please advise tneb staff to give at least minimum respect to consumers.
            They not even looking the face of the consumers.
            Please respond with proper details, i'm expecting neutrality in your actions.

                    The ambattur pudhur banu nagar eb office person not give respect to any person, my wife amsalekha purchased flat in pudur main road, i approached this office for name transfer from old vendor, further i gave all documents but one official mr. Siva not give respect to us even he always harrassed us, my wife several times went to the office for name transfer but he does not give proper answer, he simply refused to take our name transfer file, he recived lot of bribe from the public, last time also he demanded bribe but i lodged complaint to this honble cm cell therefore they transfer eb name, but now this siva got vengeance and used filthy language against us, even used very bad words and harassment talk, he said our application go director office then go ee then ae then etc table then only name will be transfer to my wife amsalekha name, even he did not give respect, even he does not give form also, two days we spend for obtaining form,, to much harassment sir, he treated us as beggar..                       Eb office doesnt respond to phone calls, when i am being a doctor doing night duties, why cant all these lineman can do it responsibly, drinking and sleeping?? We are paying taxes, as citizens we have the right to avail our essential services, there are many complains regarding this matter, but nobody s taking responsiblity, everybdy s interested in pointing fingers at someone, why is it paining so much to do the duty, nobody is doing social service, we are paying our tax as salary to all these irresponsible fellows, change should start from every citizen...

                          Respected sir i live in thanjavur i have submitted abt this high voltage line going over my new house in eb office they asked to pay fee of rs45000 and 5000 for jcp. I gave it to them next day they said they will fix the issue in 10 days all this incident happened in the month of november still now they didn't take any action if ask any question about progress they replied harshly we are yet to perform house warming function for my house because of this. Please help us.

                            My name is varsha and my house address is #3 pari street kalakshetra colony, besant nagar, chennai-90.
                            My tneb consumer number is [protected].

                            Please take note of the following complaints and do the needful at the earliest.

                            1. I did not receive the bill in advance on email or on my phone. After the due date for payment passed, someone is standing outside my house saying i dint pay. How am i supposed to know a bill was generated without any intimation?

                            2. How did you generate the bill without taking an accurate reading??
                            No one came home to take a reading for the month of december. My actual bill amount is rs. 590 and i have consumed only 320 units between october and december. But the computer generated bill amount was generated by blindly using the same reading from october that shows 890 units of consumption and my bill was rs. 4447/-. (That includes delay penalty charges because of non intimation from tneb)

                            We have already made several complaints, online and directly to the engineers at besant nagar eb office about this but in vain. And here i am, again, being a victim of their unsystematic approach. This is not the first time i am facing this issue. Last time i had to take the reading myself and go show it to eb to get a bill generated. No one comes to take a reading and the bill amount generated is random.

                            Since my payment date has passed, i went ahead and paid the full amount. But kindly consider my complaint and reverse the excess bill amount to my system.

                            Looking forward to a proper resolve to this issue. Kindly assist.

                                Slo kulan vaariyaan has been stealing electric power for 18 years for his house home appliances like fridge, mixi, grinder, tv, fans, lights. And also the electric wire for stealing is passing through the common way. Offen it cut and falls down on the way. It may cause the life loss. So please make the recovery and save the people.                                   I am mrs leela residing at 38/111, p. S. Sivasamy salai 2nd street, mylapore, chennai 600004..

                                  My service three nos[protected],[protected] and[protected].

                                  On 01.01.2019 while watching tv, due to high voltage i. E 440 volts my both tvs got repaired. I have spent nearly 5800 due to high voltage. I didnt realise the high voltage. Suddenly happened i didnt know what to do at that time. Later eb people came and reported that the neutral fuse carrier is.in loose connection then they set right the problem and after 20 minutes we got power. Afterwards i swirched on both tvs. Both the tvs were not working. I have called up the tv technicians. The technicians came and rectified the repairs and charged nearly 5800.

                                  Again on 15.01.2019 the same problems occured suddenly we switch off all the three phase swithes immediately.
                                  Since yesterday no power. We are suffering a lot

                                  Hence i request you kindly look into the matter and take proper action and see to it the fluctuation should not arise frequently.

                                    Im living in no 6 madapathy siddayan street walajapet (632513) vellore district
                                    The streets has very damaged roads where a bike can go only in 5 kmph the road was newly implemented in 2010 now almost 9 years and the same roads
                                    Please take some action and give us a new road system

                                    Because more then 4000 families live here
                                    And the street lights are very dim and old yellow lights please change that to newly upgraded led lights

                                        Dear sir,
                                        Today i tried to pay eb bill online thru net banking but every time i received message in negative, so i repeat this for 05 times. Suddenly i had a doubt and checked the https://www.tnebnet.org/ transaction status in that i found that my five transactions showing "bank approval awaited". Today is saturday i am worried that may be on monday they[bank] will cut my money five times instead of once. Please help me fix this problem.
