    Respected sir i live in thanjavur i have submitted abt this high voltage line going over my new house in eb office they asked to pay fee of rs45000 and 5000 for jcp. I gave it to them next day they said they will fix the issue in 10 days all this incident happened in the month of november still now they didn't take any action if ask any question about progress they replied harshly we are yet to perform house warming function for my house because of this. Please help us.

      My name is varsha and my house address is #3 pari street kalakshetra colony, besant nagar, chennai-90.
      My tneb consumer number is [protected].

      Please take note of the following complaints and do the needful at the earliest.

      1. I did not receive the bill in advance on email or on my phone. After the due date for payment passed, someone is standing outside my house saying i dint pay. How am i supposed to know a bill was generated without any intimation?

      2. How did you generate the bill without taking an accurate reading??
      No one came home to take a reading for the month of december. My actual bill amount is rs. 590 and i have consumed only 320 units between october and december. But the computer generated bill amount was generated by blindly using the same reading from october that shows 890 units of consumption and my bill was rs. 4447/-. (That includes delay penalty charges because of non intimation from tneb)

      We have already made several complaints, online and directly to the engineers at besant nagar eb office about this but in vain. And here i am, again, being a victim of their unsystematic approach. This is not the first time i am facing this issue. Last time i had to take the reading myself and go show it to eb to get a bill generated. No one comes to take a reading and the bill amount generated is random.

      Since my payment date has passed, i went ahead and paid the full amount. But kindly consider my complaint and reverse the excess bill amount to my system.

      Looking forward to a proper resolve to this issue. Kindly assist.

Lots of peoples are roaming around the post if post breaks it will affect the surrounding peoples

          Slo kulan vaariyaan has been stealing electric power for 18 years for his house home appliances like fridge, mixi, grinder, tv, fans, lights. And also the electric wire for stealing is passing through the common way. Offen it cut and falls down on the way. It may cause the life loss. So please make the recovery and save the people. Thank you.

          Here frequently transformers got fused, In pongal time also it happened.no one is responding if I call to EB office villupuram.

            Respected sir,

            I am mrs leela residing at 38/111, p. S. Sivasamy salai 2nd street, mylapore, chennai 600004..

            My service three nos[protected],[protected] and[protected].

            On 01.01.2019 while watching tv, due to high voltage i. E 440 volts my both tvs got repaired. I have spent nearly 5800 due to high voltage. I didnt realise the high voltage. Suddenly happened i didnt know what to do at that time. Later eb people came and reported that the neutral fuse carrier is.in loose connection then they set right the problem and after 20 minutes we got power. Afterwards i swirched on both tvs. Both the tvs were not working. I have called up the tv technicians. The technicians came and rectified the repairs and charged nearly 5800.

            Again on 15.01.2019 the same problems occured suddenly we switch off all the three phase swithes immediately.
            Since yesterday no power. We are suffering a lot

            Hence i request you kindly look into the matter and take proper action and see to it the fluctuation should not arise frequently.

            One electric pole at Sri Devinagar, nandavanappatty, Dindigul was broken sinice long time but the same has not been changed by eb board vide pole no 30 .the same is dangerous for living and also this is a centre pole of this street please early change the same on priority

              Im living in no 6 madapathy siddayan street walajapet (632513) vellore district
              The streets has very damaged roads where a bike can go only in 5 kmph the road was newly implemented in 2010 now almost 9 years and the same roads
              Please take some action and give us a new road system

              Because more then 4000 families live here
              And the street lights are very dim and old yellow lights please change that to newly upgraded led lights

              The area is the heart of the town and its in municipality limit

                In my street for past one month street lights are not working. We are too much struggle, childrens and old peoples are fear in the street, thiefs can use this oppertunity to chain snatching, kidnapping or even robbing.                   Today i tried to pay eb bill online thru net banking but every time i received message in negative, so i repeat this for 05 times. Suddenly i had a doubt and checked the https://www.tnebnet.org/ transaction status in that i found that my five transactions showing "bank approval awaited". Today is saturday i am worried that may be on monday they[bank] will cut my money five times instead of once. Please help me fix this problem.

                    I reported the issue to local office back in jan 2017 and send the email to on 07/01/2019 to [protected]@tnebnet.org ; [protected]@tnebnet.org

                    I am co-owner of the property 20/11 kesavaperumal sannathi street, mylapore, chennai 600004. I reside overseas and in my absence, there were lot of violation done by the co-owner c. Venkatesh, one such is an inappropriate use of domestic power to the unregistered shop, in which he does the dtp work too. I sent the clips with the light lid on the shop too for evidence. I don't see any action on this. Day by day his violations were increasing. He put up an unauthorized construction after the due stay order issued by the court in jan 2017. Before and till date using the domestic power for commercial use.
                    Could some one respond to my this energy theft, and do justice.

                      I am writing to point your attention towards the above-noted subject. Recently i have received the bill for november 2018, which is much higher than my usual bill amount. This concerns me a beat since last three months electric bill reader told to consume less than 100 units in this service. So i thought that less than 100 units and not paid any bill for last three months. After 3 months you told to paid fine amount 14056. This mistake not for my side you electric bill reader told to wrong reading. I asked any meter problems here in electric reader at time. She is told to consume less than 100 units,
                      So don't paid bill in you electric reader told. But you charged the heavy amount for fine. Its not acceptable for me. Month by month you charged extra fine. I asked the ae for this complaint in our branch. But he is told to paid fine without proper reply for online initial complaint. So i paid the all amount today. So please accept the complaint and discard the fine and refund my account. Therefore, i would request you to have the bill thoroughly examined against your record and rectify it as early as possible. Please find herewith enclosed the copies of last three months electricity bills for your reference and information.

                        My eb meter is not working for the past 1 year. I have given complaints repeatedly but of no use. I have been charged heavily around 3000rs. Per month by default. I couldnt pay my bills since its too high, eventhough i have paid past 2 months bills. This month again i am fighting with them for reducing the bill. They are not replacing the meter saying that new meter is not available.
                        Kindly resolve my issue. Get me a refund of excess amount i paid during this period and replace my eb meter.

                          In our town we often face power shut down, i run a business and am getting affected by this very often.

                            Our native place of tami nadu state, thiruvallur district, perumalpattu post. Vepampattu tneb department control unsafe condition - electric post very dangerous condition. Street situation is bad electric post no 56. Maruthi nagar, railnagar, last week have met an accident thru current shocked and my leg are legment not able to walk, already morethan time informed to tneb dept. But govt representative not responded & no taken for action. Note - one more addition post in near by the same places. Future days anything issues for created in public but responsible for govt. Pls necessary taken for this requested & changed for the post.

                                  Dear officers,
                                  First, is this complaint would be taken care?
                                  We are from below address facing no power during past 7 months (Minimum) and post was totally damaged and fall down. (See the photos),. Since from 7 months. We conveyed same to village superiors. But no action.

                                  Request: if so please cut total power to our line and connect other line.
                                  So please be actionable at earliest.

                                  Now now cultivation from my land because no power from past 7 monts in this reason.

                                    There is no proper service in our area. Once the power is gone they are not even taking care of it..in morning times also they usually don't do anything and the power cut leads to 2 to 3 hrs maximum. It normally goes in the evening were childrens are not able to study and also usually in the morning times were childrens are not able to go to school.. It makes a day very hard.. We have more than 10000 houses.. Schools, colleges, everything but no use none is taking any further action regarding this please help us taking some further actions on the following

                                      In sep and oct month i have paid rs.320 as eb bill, but meter reading remain same, because i was not used my home. Please reverse my paid amount to source of payment received from my credit card account.

                                      Tamil Nadu Electricity Board [TNEB] customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
                                      Being I forget my username and password, I could not able to pay in online payment application. I sign up many times it shows some one registered my eb no and ask to complain. After several times of complaining also it doesn't cancel my old account and give way to register newly. My EB Account is[protected]. Pls cancel the old registration.
                                      Dear sir, In spite of our so many request to change the electrical post in our garden still there is no response from your end. The electrical post is about to fall which can cause human lives loss and risks. Expecting an earlier action from your end.
