Mullakkadu kovallam mathakiri and my service number is [protected], of my salt plant.in my plant and nearby plants are sufferred lot for past 3 months due to the lack of power faliure in our and from june 30th 2018 transformer number 27 is broken and not any recovery steps are taken and many posts are in critical conditions and i have complaint this situation most of the times in my area eb office there is no response and steps are not yet taken on my complaint so i am taking forward to eb department via the online mode of complaint please take neccessary steps for my complaint as soon as possible. Thank you.

    I paid the electricity bill through online on 03/12/2018. The first transaction was done through iob debit card with an amount of rs.2044 paid. Which is shown in the bill history also.

    But by mistake, i made another transaction through iob also - same amount of rs.2044 paid once again.

    Pl refund the amount since the payment was made twice.

      In my house, there was random current cuts with low and high voltage issues. Due to that all equipment's in my house are damaged and it cost more than 70000 rs,. Even though i have complained, they don't care about my words and behaving rudely with me. I am preparing for gov't exam, and unable to use any gadgets. My family is poor and we are not capable of fixing any equipment's in future.

          எங்கள் ஊர் பெயர் இடையாத்தி பாலம் (குப்பன் தெரு), பேராவூரணி ஒன்றியம், சுமார் 50 குடும்பங்களை கொண்ட எங்கள் ஊர் நவம்பர் 15 அன்று வந்த கஜா புயலால் அதிகமாக பாதிக்கப்பட்டது. இன்று வரை 30% மின்சார சரிசெய்யும் பணிகள் தான் நடக்கிறது மேலும் எந்த ஒரு வேகமான பணிகளும் நடைபெறவில்லை.

          எங்கள் ஊர் இடையாத்தி பாலம் (குப்பன் தெரு), பேராவூரணி ஒன்றியத்தின் கடைசியாகவும், அதன் பின் கறம்பக்குடி ஒன்றியத்தின் துவக்கமாகவும் உள்ளதால், யாரும் சரியாக கண்டுகொள்ளவில்லை.

          புதுக்கோட்டை மாவட்டம் to பட்டுக்கோட்டை செல்லும் ஒரு முக்கியமான மற்றும் சிறந்த வழித்தடங்களுடனும், போக்குவரத்து சீர்செய்யப்பட்டு வெகு நாட்கள் ஆகியும் பாதி அளவே மின் தடத்தை சரி செய்துள்ளனர் (டிசம்பர் 5 அன்று வரை).

          ஆனால் எங்கள் பக்கத்துக்கு கிராமம் முழுமையாக சீர்செய்யப்பட்டு விட்டன, காரணம் எங்கள் ஊரில் சரியான முறையில் பணிகள் நடைபெறவில்லை.

          அதிகாரிகளிடம் கேட்ட போது ஊரில் இருக்கும் பெரிய நபர்களுக்கு சாதகமான முறையிலும், அவர்கள் பணிகளை மெதுவாகவே செய்கின்றனர்.

          ஒரு சரியான வழித்தடம் கொண்ட ஒரு கிராமத்திற்கு மின் வழி தடத்தை சரி செய்ய இந்தனை நாட்கள் எடுத்துக்கொண்டு மற்றவருக்கு சாதகமாக பணி செய்யும் நம் அரசு பணியாளர்களை கண்டித்தும, சரியான முறையில் விரைந்து மின் இணைப்புகளை சரி செய்து தர தாங்கள் விரைந்து நடவடிக்கை எடுக்க வேண்டும் என பணிவுடன் எங்கள் முழு கிராம மக்களின் சார்பாக கேட்டுக்கொள்கிறேன்.

              The power cut is felt from yesterday (04/12/18) till today (05/12/18).
              Please provide electricity. I have a baby and she is not able to sleep because of this power failure. There are many senior people and kids in and around our area it is very difficult for everyone the mosquitoes are also worst now.
              Hope you could understand our situation.

                  In our own house 2 nos of tenants are there. Our tenants are lower middle class people and not they no need more power consumption. While we are there also we dont get this much eb bill amount. Not using much electricity. But the bill amount generated is rs.9000.

                  The eb reading taking authority dont have the facility to see our reading meter box. So the bill amount may be billed approximately.

                  Kindly check the reading meter and do the needful.

                    We are residents of aishwarya apartment, subbiah nagar, iyappanthangal, chennai -600056. Near to our house we have very old eb post which is almost tilted and all high voltage lines passing very close to our apartment.in recent rains, with in 2 week period we had 3 line issues. Frequently eb line getting short circuited, earthing/ shock occurs near to the post and dangerous high voltage line which passing close to resident is of high risk.in spite of repeated request, we did not get permanent solution for this. On behalf of consumer, we sincerely request tneb authority to take immediate steps to change the damaged post and also request to straighten the sagging high voltage power line as per safety and standard to the regulation.

                        About 1000 to 500 resisdence with close to 2000 people, who are paying their bills in time are facing huge challenge to live here in sarathy nagar, velachery, chennai 42 as power cuts is a frequent breath taker. Most of the time power shuts down in the late/mid night. And when we call to ask the status to valechery electric office they keeps the phone purposely busy so that they dont get disturbed, as i write this compalint, already 5 hours had passed by with out power and now it is 11:30 pm. No one attents the call or the complaint line would be kepy purposely busy. The problem is every week 3 days for sure people had to suffer a power shut down for atleast 6 hours and all this falls in the mid/late nights. We are fed up with the local eb guys. I think a serious thought process and strong step has to be taken either by consume forum or eb higher ups to change/remove/suspend few eb guys here.

                        Have i written and projected our problem to the correct concern authorities.

                          Dear sir,

                          I am sakthi vadivelu. K and my father, mr. Krishnamoorthy. V was working in tneb and got retired and was receiving the pension benefit under ppo-77584 till his death on 28/01/2016.

                          Further after his death, my step mother named mrs. Lakshmi (Second wife of my father) has been given the pension benefit as a family pension under noc from me and we are the two legal heirs of my father.

                          But to admit a fact that my step mother had already got married, before getting married to my father during 2002 and with the forgery documents submitted in the temple, the marriage has happened with my father. The details were unaware to us. Since during the above marriage, my mother expired and second marriage performed, when i was studying away from my native in college.

                          Further now we came to this incident and understood that my step mother, ms. Dhanalakshmi is living with her first husband in thadikombu (Dindigul) and is receiving the pension illegally.

                          In this regard, i already approached court and in process of filing suit on the same. Also i do have evidences of the same to prove that the same is a illegal marriage.

                          Note:my father has been asked to submit the registered marriage certificate certified by registrar mentioned in his pension order and he has not submitted till his death due to the above facts of marriage being illegal. The pension order copy of my father with ppo no-77584.

                          Hence as a responsible citizen of india requesting your kind selves to hold the pension payment and to initiate enquiry and to advise further on the same please.

                              Hi,

                              Very poor maintenance of electricity from tneb in maduravoyal pallavan nagar area. There is frequent power cuts in this area and it lasts for more than half a day. No sleep at night due to the power cuts for long hours. There is no proper response from tneb with the frequent power cuts. Many times we are facing this power cuts without any proper solution to fix this problem.

                                  This is to kindly inform you that, the tneb has has raised demand shortfall rs 11, 00, 000 for the service n0:[protected] veerachola puram which is not true. There was meter faulty which was replaced in june 2018 during that period we have opened high way mini nest and toilet for public usage under the swatch bharat mission in the month of may 2018 and we have provided temporary power due to which the units have increased. We have even applied new connections for toilet block & mini nest. Even. We have provided the proof of inauguration of high way minis nest as photos still we are been penalized request you to look into this matter or we would be force to move to higher levels

                                    I am residing at vengaivasal, chennai-600073. Since may 2018, eb reading is not being taken properly. There is a lot of miscalculation and we are getting a huge amount. Eb reading should be taken consistently in a specific date. If the gate is locked, people don't take reading and they add it to the subsequent months and it has caused lot of problems for us. July, september and november readings unusually show a huge amount and i would like to bring to your notice that we want this to be resolved as soon as possible.

                                      This is a query from the asr city ssa association (Srinivasa nagar, james street backside, poonamallee). The meter reading was taken only in the 1st street of our area on 26/11/2018. Reading was not taken in the remaining streets (2nd, 3rd, 4th and 5th). Its been 4 days since that and no one has come. Kindly take action on the same and ensure that the reading is taken in the remaining streets within a day or two. And also, the eb personnel in poonamallee office are not responding properly (They're not picking the phone).
