Power connection not coming since 5.30 PM on 2.9.22 due to Neutral fault. Complained to Sembium Office immediately. EB officials cam 3.30 PM on 3.9.22 but still not rectified and told will come on Monday 5.9.22.
They also informed us that for digging and laying cables cost has to be borne by us. We are ready to pay unless proper receipts are given to us

    I am a senior citizen aged 70years, residing alone at the address given below for the past 5 months. My children are not living with me. I use minimum electricity but the electricity bill for May - June was Rs.8232 and Jul - y August is Rs.3826/-
    I understand that the meter is faulty/defective. I request you to kindly change the meter and replace it with a new one to avoid excess billing.
    Also, I request you to kindly to issue a revised bill for the current month, i.e. July - August 2022

      Regarding electric line passing over my land and electric post fixed close to the land

      I have a 31*41 site situated in govinda agraharam village in hosur, and i am planning to construct a house in that site, as there is a electric post in my site and electric wires running over my site, i am unable to start the construction, pls relocate the post, nearby so i can start my construction, thank you...

      I have been living in this building for more than 3 years. Since a year, there has been issues with the power. I complained to my house owner, and EB, and each time I have to call the lineman, and he links my wire from the pole. They have been telling me that the wires needs to be replaced, and unfortunately, my house owner is not listening to this. we are 8 tenents, staying on lease. Two houses among the 8 are on rent. On the terrace, there are bachelors staying, more than 20 in numbers.

      In 6 months duration, everyone is facing unnecessary power cut and we have to complaint the EB office. Now its been two week, and we dont have power. She has asked us to take power from our neighbor's line. Since all the lines are weak, we dont know what to do if there is a fire or any mishap happening.

      My line is taken from my neighbor's meter box, and common line( motor and bachelor's line) is taken from another neighbor's box. People who are staying in the first floor also doesnt have power. so thier line is taken from thier neighbor's box again.

      This way she is trying and giving us power for time being and making us stay quiet. But we want her to change the wires and we can stay peacefully. We have small kids at home.

          குறிப்பு: மேற்கண்ட நபர் நீர் பாசனம் செய்து பின்பு, ஓயரை சுருட்டி வைத்து கொள்கிறார்.அதிகாரி வந்தால் கேள்வி கேட்டால் அவர்களை இவர்கள்பணத்தை வைத்து சரிசெய்து கொண்டு இவர்கள் துணிச்சலாக நீர் பாசனம் செய்து வருகிறார். எந்த இழப்பு ஏற்பட்டாலும் அதற்கு அவரும், அரசும் முழு பொறுப்பாகும்.

                In my street most of the time no power supply and this make us more irritating. Even in the early morning no power supply and so that we are not able to make morning food. I have approached office but they are not giving proper response and they hesitate us
                Kindly please help us and rectify this as soon as possible.

                  Power shutdown is not mentioned in the tnebltd website for koyambedu Chennai date 26 the aug 2022. In newspaper also not mentioned but eb office is saying power cut from 9 to 4 pm wihout prior information

                    My consumer no[protected]. Tiruvannamalai, tamilnadu.
                    I'm having Three phase meter in my house for the last 13 years. During recent meter reading assistant of tneb told me the meter has gone defective and to be replaced or repaired. Hence I have been billed max of this year readings.
                    I request you kindly replace the meter or repair the meter, so that I will be charged as per actual use. I am ready to pay the charges, if any along with my bill on line as I am a senior citizen.
                    I request you to treat this as most urgent.

                      Received a bill for 5325.0 last month and i raised a complain with reference to TNEBCL1034606 on Aug 8th. Have visited selaiyur office on Aug 17th to remind on the complaint to check/change the meter.

                      As on date, the complaint hasnt been resolved and no one has reported to resolve the issue. My trend of ower consumption is around 15o to 1060 maximum

                        I am from devaki nagar pooniammanmedu kolathur Chennai 99 . We facing frequent power off in our area especially on night time . After a power cut it comes after some 4 to 5 hour's. We try to contact local eb office but they are not responding well.this problem repeating daily .                           We reside in Guduvanchery Sri Lakshmi nagar, i dont understand why power is cut for hours together the last few months without any reason. Cutting power regularly at night for 3-4 hours isn't appreciable, and even after that they cut power in the day time for further 4 hours as well, what kind of a joke is it, we aren't able to work as well as sleep during any part of the day. Electricity has become a basic need for people, and the Guduvanchery electricity board people will have to understand that and shouldn't play with the control in their hand. There isn't even a way to contact them other than directly walking in, pathetic !!! The Google reviews are filled with horrible experience with the Eb people, not sure of where it's leading. Regular power cuts in night for hours, guess the want all o[censored]s to buy inverters and generators, irrespective of having high EB charges as well.

                              I'm narmadha from thiruvalluvar salai teynampet. Daily night from 1 to 3 there is power cut for enquiring about this unwanted power cut I called Eb office for our zone. They were always busy on other call if they atten my my they were so rude... for what purpose they are cutting one phase on Daily base in this street there are several office going people are there how can they sleep at night in day also full work because of this we were not able to sleep and at night also because of you people we are not able to sleep... all the two other phase are having current only one phase Is not having and that unlucky one phase is ours

                                Hi Sir,

                                We from OM VINAYAKA GARMENTS, Tiruppur.

                                We are using TNEB Connection our Consumer No.[protected] and we also using Solar panel also. We are Solar panel Used after, Usually Rs . 6000 to Rs . 7000, But last time we used Consumed Units 635 but they Bill charged 30, 121.

                                When we complained to the our circle TNEB Office about this last month, they said to pay the electricity bill and see later. We paid the bill through the website - RECIPT NO. PGNIOB 36227343 DT: 02/07/2022.

                                In this regard, we lodged a complaint with the Our Circle Assistant Engineer of the TNEB of the area. Till date our problem is not solved. Why are we being charged unusually high electricity bills last time and this time?

                                We request you to kindly resolve our issue as soon as possible.

                                    Since evening there is no power in our area and it’s 12 midnight n still didn’t received and there is no proper response too. When will the power comes as rain stopped couple of hours before and there is no short circuit seems to be in transformers. Please do work on that n try to resolve this as many children including newborn n old people are suffering a lot because of this. Chennai New perungalathur
