I'm narmadha from thiruvalluvar salai teynampet. Daily night from 1 to 3 there is power cut for enquiring about this unwanted power cut I called Eb office for our zone. They were always busy on other call if they atten my my they were so rude... for what purpose they are cutting one phase on Daily base in this street there are several office going people are there how can they sleep at night in day also full work because of this we were not able to sleep and at night also because of you people we are not able to sleep... all the two other phase are having current only one phase Is not having and that unlucky one phase is ours

    Hi Sir,

    We from OM VINAYAKA GARMENTS, Tiruppur.

    We are using TNEB Connection our Consumer No.[protected] and we also using Solar panel also. We are Solar panel Used after, Usually Rs . 6000 to Rs . 7000, But last time we used Consumed Units 635 but they Bill charged 30, 121.

    When we complained to the our circle TNEB Office about this last month, they said to pay the electricity bill and see later. We paid the bill through the website - RECIPT NO. PGNIOB 36227343 DT: 02/07/2022.

    In this regard, we lodged a complaint with the Our Circle Assistant Engineer of the TNEB of the area. Till date our problem is not solved. Why are we being charged unusually high electricity bills last time and this time?

    We request you to kindly resolve our issue as soon as possible.

      For the past 8hrs, there is no power at Irandamkattalai Kundrathur. The respective EB office is not receiving our calls. We kindly request to address this power issue at the earliest!!

        Since evening there is no power in our area and it’s 12 midnight n still didn’t received and there is no proper response too. When will the power comes as rain stopped couple of hours before and there is no short circuit seems to be in transformers. Please do work on that n try to resolve this as many children including newborn n old people are suffering a lot because of this. Chennai New perungalathur

            In our area, we are facing low voltage problem and voltage fluctuations very frequently during time time. We couldn't able to tolerate which results in affecting our sleep.
            Even a single fan was not operating during that time.
            Please take necessary measures to avoid those low voltage problem and voltage fluctuations in sevlilemedu area, Kanchipuram

                The eb cable burned into the ground the eb man told that the eb cable change to new cable we have to pay 10000 to the eb office for the cable .what should I do am I pay 10000 to the new cable to eb or not

                    When ever there is a slight wind / rain they are switching off the power for almost 2 hours minimum. Today Aug 20 they have mentioned as maintenance from 10-2 but the power has been cut from morning 7 . It’s getting late for the office goers to prepare food . Without proper intimation we are getting power cuts.

                      I made a TNEB bill payment of Rs.2903 on 09-Aug-2022 for consumer number [[protected]] through UPI. The amount was debited from my bank account but the payment failed at the final step during receipt generation.

                      I raised complaint in TNEB portal, and i didn't get any reply for it and also tried with customer care still they didn't respond. Kindly help me to get refund

                        Our consumer no is [protected]. 17.8.2022 night after 8.45 pm i made my bill payment of Rs.800. During Transaction my amount get debited from my account but not credited to EB account. Its shows balance till now. i didnt get my money till now, Today 18.8.2022 is my last date of payment. kindly resolve the problem as soon as possible .

                          Address: Erode.

                          For the past 10 years the electrical line passes through the field have to be removed and so many times we have informed in the EB office. EB office - Erode- Annamaarkovil sub eb office.
                          Here 4 lines approx.- 200m
                          4x200 -800m length cable available ( this is minimum I have taken)
                          5 post all of them are in good condition.
                          Farm location- Anaigoundanpudur-Vaduganur - east side of poultry farm.

                          So far there is no action taken by TNEB and request you to forward this to TNEB SE at salem or Erode so that they may go through this and how much amount they are losing for materials...

                            On August 17, 2022, I paid my EB invoice via an online transaction and received a confirmation e-receipt from TNEB, but the transaction is not updated in the TNEB portal and my bills is still on due.

                              Eveyday their is power from midnight 1 am to 3am and 4 am, called to the concerned person but nobody is respond to the calls and they attend the call and disconnect it without speaking.
                              Without any reason their is lot of power cut happening in this area alone.

                                Address: No 15th Kocher Street, all the residents have same problem

                                In G. K. M Colony, 15th kocher street last 2 months power frequently getting cut and there is no proper solving of problem. AC not at all running, frequently cut of and on during night. After putting the new transformer, the problem started and could not bear this issue anymore. Kindly do the needful at the earliest.

                                    Dear Sir/Madam,
                                    I have made my Electricity payment of Rs.5014 by using card net banking on Aug13th 2022. The amount was debited also I received the transaction details. But in TNEB website still it's not updated and showing the option as paybill. Tomorrow is my due date for the payment. Kindly fix the issue and do the needful. My consumer no is [protected].
