Respected sir/mam,

We are planning to extend our house gate but the TNEB PILLAR BOX is in front of our house so we will not be able to open our gate, kindly change the eb box to someother location.

    8 months before Over head Line was converted to under ground Line But the POST is not removed kindly take necessary action to remove the post immediately.

          Hi, we have a house in mathigiri village, vasavi nagar, We have two meters next to each other in same building. The reading is taken only for one meter and for the other meter reading is not taken. The status is shown as "Not in Use' in tneb portal. But the tenants are using the house, for the last 2 years no reading taken and bill paid is always zero. Came to know about the zero bill recently, We would like to know why the reading is not taken? both house and meters are in same building, same gate. So gate is not locked, because the reading for the other meter is taken. consumer number is[protected]
          Please do take the reading and let us know how the old readings will be adjusted. Thank you

                I would like to inform you that I have applied for New EP Connection on[protected] and paid the amount Rs.2818/- online, Application
                Reference Number: [protected]. However, I have not provided the connection till now. If i enquire about the delay in the office, they are saying that they do not have post and wire in stock. I have been getting the same reply for the last 2 months.
                Request your intervention to look into it and get it sorted out. Expect your swift action on getting the stock allocated to the EB OFFICE OPP, MANAMELKUDI PO, PUDDUKOTTAI PIN CODE. 614620 Area EB office.

                  I would like to complain about TREE contact with the Main power cable near my house.

                  We are facing the main cable. The problem for last 1 years and we have complaint regarding this issue to SS office also still we did not get solution. This issue very dangerous cause because near my house my kids also playing under the cable. Anytime the cable will break hence please assist to inform your lineman to check and CUT the TREE parts which one contacts to the power cable.

                  Please take immediate action to resolve this issue.

                  Please protect human lives very soon from any accident.

                            Address: Plot no.36, Honey Komb Apartment, Chandrasekaran Nagar, Second Street, Thoraipakkam.

                            Service number[protected]. Usually we pay around 700 to 800 units for 2 months and maximum we paid near 900 for 2 months. But, for september month consumption is too high, thrice from the usual amount. We suspect the meter should be fault. So, we gave a complaint already in TNEB Thoraipakkam. Complaint ID is TNEBCL1200919. They did not solve our issue. Now the message of the status has been received. It was updated as the connection is in DC. Kindly resolve the issue and give us a solution.

                                    Over head LT line slagging issue, While entering the our premises found LT line slag, heavy container handling trucks passing day to day activity.                                       CWC CFS-Redhills - Entrance area LT Line Cable slagging below the safe level, Container handling trucks passing day to day activity, Slagging cable possible to touch and create major accident or fatality.                                         I paid the TNEB bill dated 19/8/2022 in the foreshore estate office on 5/09/2022 but not only did it not get updated I called the foreshore estate TNEB office but there was no results. I tried to file a complaint with Tangedco website but did not give enough information so the response was that they cannot find such payment. So I tried to give all the information again but the website was not registering my complaint . I am attaching my receipt. I am a 75 years old woman and I cannot be going to every office to fix it . So kindly help me in this Matter
