There is a damaged post opposite to my house. The post is almost inclined since varada cyclone. For time being they left this post as it is. But since the rainy season have starting and its a corner post it might fall any moment (No concrete layer at the basement is made while installing the post) so kindly take action as soon as possible.

    Dear Sir,
    I am the owner writing this complaint on behalf of our resident of No 15/3 (plot no 9 & 10) cholan Nagar Gerugambakkam falling under the jurisdiction of Assistant engineer Gerugambakkam

    Your attention is drawn to the poor condition of the Electrical Distribution post ignoring all basic safety requirement endangering the people living around.

    In fact we have been facing two phase only work and third phase totally disconnected due to loose termination of cable, hot joint, burning and frequent sparking with fire drops on the ground. This was not attended to even after repeated complaint. The overhead lines are being closer to the compound the sparking and flash over causes and scare. Sometimes crow sits over the cable gets spark and flash emits from wire made tenants unable to enter the house.
    We have small children and we are all the time afraid of sparking.

    The exposed underground cable is also damaged and you can see the exposed burnt cable. As the monsoon is around the corner, and in order to avoid any electrocution due to water stagnation we request you direct your officials to attend on this complaint and render safety.Ensure permanent remedy by restoring three phase supply and safety of our tenants. Also replace the post as it is now inclined and burnt marks with burnt cable at the bottom of post.

    Sir, I'm from vadamadurai, dindigul district, vedasandur taluk. here there is unannounced power cut regularly happens for hours last few weeks...there are a no. of industries around here and the news is that the eb serves unauthorised power supply to them...kindly take necesssary actions...
    ஐயா /அம்மா, வணக்கம்.. நான் திண்டுக்கல் மாவட்டம் வேடசந்தூர் வட்டம் வேடசந்தூர் நகர். பழைய RTO OFFICE அருகே உள்ள பகுதியில் வசித்து வருகிறேன். எனது வீட்டில் இரண்டு மாதத்திற்கு ஒரு முறை மின் கட்டணம் Rs:- 350 /- இருந்து 550/-மட்டும் தான் வரும் ஆனால் இந்த மாதம் Rs:- 830 /- வந்து உள்ளது. எப்படி என்று தெரியவில்லை. இந்த மாதம் ஊரடங்கு காரணமாக யாரும் கணக்கு எடுக்க வரவில்லை.. அப்படி பார்த்தால் போன மாதத்தை விட இந்த மாதம் பயனீட்டு அளவு குறைவாகத்தான் உள்ளது. இந்த மாதிரி ஊரடங்கு. சூழ்நிலையில் முதல் மாதம் என்ன பயனீட்டு கட்டனமோ அது தான் இந்த மாதம் கட்டணம் வரும் ஆனால் எதன் அடிப்படையில் கட்டணம் நிர்ணயம் செய்து உள்ளீர்கள். எனது மின் கட்டணம் விபரம் இத்துடன் இனைத்து உள்ளேன்.       X shopkeeper was used the tneb online payment option. Now he vacated and not giving the user is and password. Now i am the new tenant how to change the user id and password of online bill payment. If i am clicking the forget password and user name it is going to the old email which was created previously. Hence please help us to update new e mail address instead of old email address.

        Respected sir, i'm residing in sridevi nagar, tiruverkadu, chennai_600077.in our street powercut happens daily, frequently for a long time. No proper response or action is taken by the electricity department here. Please kindly solve our problem. Everyday we call during the powercut. And there is no proper response.. It became a routine.. It happens only in our street.. Please kindly take action.

                Dear sir,
                Good morning,
                This is to bring to your kind notice that for last three days we have load fluctuation particularly in our house and, we have reported to the eb stand by office to the foreman and lind man.

                So far there is no action from the foreman and due this this load fluctuation our residential lift is not working and water motors are not running and the lights are flickering.

                Kindly do the necessary and take appropriate action by tightening the pillar bolts and nuts due to loose connection the load is not maintaining the right voltage.

                  Respected sir this complaint is about mr. Christopher working with tneb tisaiyanvilai, gis native place is in mannarpuram, he purposely delay ny new 3 b connection
                  Sir, i got loan from dic (Pmegp scheme), and start new business in tisaiyanvilai,
                  I have applied for the new industrial electricity connection (3b) two months before, machineries are in place for more than a month, the man mr. Christopher he ask me more brìbe and he purposefully delay my process,
                  Because i am unable start my business.. Now started nto pay my emi for my loan in bank.. I have invest almost everything in this business, because of this delay i am pay emi from my hand,
                  This man he is working here for almost more than ten years in same office. He form a gang mafia and they threaten me to pay more bribe otherwise i never get new connection...

                      We are residents from thirumanur (Pincode - 621715). There is a high voltage line passing through our domestic house area. We have raised complaints for the past 10 years and it was never fulfilled. We have agreed to bear the expenses of shifting still our request was not processed by local authorities here. Unfortunately one of the construction worker was electrocuted because if this. I kindly request you to take necessary actions and we are ready to bear the expenses related to this.

                        This is to be inform you that there is a low vaultage of power supply consumpion was providing from eragudi eb office. We have spoken with the eragudi and thuriyur eb office. They have provided us one local line man's number. Also we have calledup the line man's number his wife attend the call and telling he is not keeping well.

                        Now here kids, senior citizens are struggling from mosquitoes bit.

                        I would like take necessary actions against the concern person immediately because every one knows as dengue is spreading and killing the our life.

                            excess billing due to meter fault

                            Since last six months i registered complaint as excess billing, meter running fast, like somany times. Now the meter has no dispaly when the staff came to take reading but bill amount sent in mail as 8776 inr on (For the months of sep and oct 2017) 14th oct 2017 which is totally incorrect. Tneb team please make sure the meter will be changed as soon as possible. I have also registered a complaint in person.

                            Service no :[protected], residence of mcn nagar, thoraipakkam, chennai -600097, i have received "average shortfall" bill of 7835 inr on 12th oct 2017. Which is totally incorrect. This is not faulty meter. Since last 6th month we are getting regular bill but, tneb team please check from your side and do the corrections asap.

There is a 82 years old lady who is suffering a lot without electricity. I need an explanation for the irresponsible job done by the service man.

                              Low voltage (140vac) for my house situated at 3/97, thadavarathamman koil street, melmalayanur, melmalayanur taluk, villupuram district. This complaint many time our street poepls approaches our tneb junior enginner office at thayanur sub station near melmalayanur, but there is no responce, 2 years crossed, there is no action taken to improve the correct volatge to our street,
                              You please involve in that matter and solve the problem at your earliest.
                              140volt only comming instead of 230vac.

                                This arumbakkam eb office people, they r not even responding properly. If we call and remind that there is no current in our area janakiraman colony main road, they r not taking action immediately. At least it takes 2 hrs to resolve it. We have to call 3 to 4 times and remind. Kindly authorities take the action on arumbakkam eb office in charge. Sorry to complaint, this is dengue season, children get suffered, so only. Today morning fri 13 october. From 4.30 am to 6.30 still arumbakkam office dint resolved it yet.

                                  The issue is regarding irresponsible officers & the lethargic response given by the authorities of tamil nadu electricity board, new perungalathur.

                                  Complaint:

                                  Three terms we pay 6200 rupees.
                                  But normally we get only 2800 to 3500 rupees. Maximum.

                                  We analyse meter 3 days. We lock door and went out side only fridge is running but i got more than 43 units.
                                  We are poor family can't able to pay this amount.

                                  First time submitted complaint letter just came write in wall and informed meter reading is ok without verifying and checking meter.

                                  Please consider this as a public interest case.
