We are a unit situated at ambattur indl estate sp99, southern avenue road.
We are facing a problem of severe fluctuations and in turn have lost 3 computers in the process despite having ups and other systems in place. We have made several complaints to ambattur estate eb office and they too have deputed line men on 3 -4 times and still the problem persists. The issue here is that these line men come and do something in the transformer and dont bother coming and checking if everything is alright, but instead just walk away when our men are frantically calling for them. Absolute negligence and not sincere to their work. The problem still persists and we are now afraid to run our unit in the fear that many more machines would get affected. Kindly resolve immediately

    At decasters road 2 street transformer lying burried with water everywhere.. Already dogs have died. Reported to ae pulianthope basin bridge before start of monsoon & also earlier by other residents. No action taken till now citing shortage of manpower. To avoid repeat of rr nagar kondunguyiur incident, please iimdtly raise the transformer to avoid any casualty

      Dear respected sir / ma'am,

      The tneb lt lines are passing just 2 meters mid above our hut, since past 10 years three time these lines are ignited the fire on our hut but grace of god all the time we have suppressed the same at initial stage itself. Our origin family residing on same hut from 1964 onwards (With proper patta). The new lt line laid just couple of decades before. During the new lt line laying my father opposed it strongly not to lay on top of our hut. But tneb officers orally pledged that this lt lines will be removed post of new transformer placement for pavandhur village' am also accepted by having very good courtesy on tneb. Thereafter 3 years new transformer for pavandhur rural has been placed but the lt line on top of my hut is not removed. We try to meet pledged tneb officers unfortunately no one is available. Past decades more than 5 complains we have submitted to ae of thiruvennai nallur rural (Under kallakurichi divisional) but there is no any action against it. Just three month back we have submitted a same complaint to relocate the lt lines which on top of our hut' but as now no action. At 2017 july we have opted by prime ministers house for all scheme. So again we have requested to remove the lt line, but ae tv nallur saying these lines are used for cross feed arrangement loop hence it can’t be removed unless through dcw of rs 45, 000 (Deposit work contribution). If we are having rs 45, 000 we could have built a asbestos sheet house. My humble request that we don’t have that much money to contribute on it, also this is not our mistake. For your kind info that, “ if the line shifting” is not happening, we will return our house built order to prime minister as well chief minister of tamilnadu with all these inabilities and with snaps through media as well officially.

          No.333, 7th block, kaviarasu kannadasan nagar, kodungaiyur ch-118yesyerday night 12.30 am the power got cut, today 1 nov morning by 5.30 am again power cut 1 nov evening 7pm got cut & still 2nd nov 2.30am power has not come to us, we gave many phone complaints to eb office kodungaiyur & 1912, but no proper response. Kindly make necassary to clear fault & provide us un interupted power supply.

            Sri kannapiran temple (Tisaiyanvilai - tirunelveli dt) and the properties in the complex are our private family properties and temple is our family private temple. A temple management committee of our family members are managing the temple for more than 68 years. The temple and property are in survey numbers 240 (3) and 51, selvamaruthoor, tisaiyanvilai.

            Some trespassers are trying to get power connection with a criminal intention to illegal occupation of our private property. We already lodged a criminal complaint with the police and a copy was sent to je tneb tisaiyanvilai.

            Please direct your engineers to reject any application for illegal power connection. Any illegal application should be rejected to protect our temple and properties from illegal land grappers.

                7/5 pallapan street, triplicane, yesyerday night 2.30 am the power got cut, today 31 oct morning by 9 30 am again power came only for 10 minutes, it got cut & still power has not come to us, we gave many phone complaints to eb office royapettah, but no proper response. Kindly make necassary to clear fault & provide us un interupted power supply.
                Also there is always low voltage, kindly rectify it also. Await a quick response

                      There is a damaged post opposite to my house. The post is almost inclined since varada cyclone. For time being they left this post as it is.                         Dear Sir,
                        I am the owner writing this complaint on behalf of our resident of No 15/3 (plot no 9 & 10) cholan Nagar Gerugambakkam falling under the jurisdiction of Assistant engineer Gerugambakkam

                        Your attention is drawn to the poor condition of the Electrical Distribution post ignoring all basic safety requirement endangering the people living around.

                        In fact we have been facing two phase only work and third phase totally disconnected due to loose termination of cable, hot joint, burning and frequent sparking with fire drops on the ground. This was not attended to even after repeated complaint. The overhead lines are being closer to the compound the sparking and flash over causes and scare. Sometimes crow sits over the cable gets spark and flash emits from wire made tenants unable to enter the house.
                        We have small children and we are all the time afraid of sparking.

                        The exposed underground cable is also damaged and you can see the exposed burnt cable. As the monsoon is around the corner, and in order to avoid any electrocution due to water stagnation we request you direct your officials to attend on this complaint and render safety.Ensure permanent remedy by restoring three phase supply and safety of our tenants. Also replace the post as it is now inclined and burnt marks with burnt cable at the bottom of post.

                        ஐயா /அம்மா, வணக்கம்.. நான் திண்டுக்கல் மாவட்டம் வேடசந்தூர் வட்டம் வேடசந்தூர் நகர். பழைய RTO OFFICE அருகே உள்ள பகுதியில் வசித்து வருகிறேன். எனது வீட்டில் இரண்டு மாதத்திற்கு ஒரு முறை மின் கட்டணம் Rs:- 350 /- இருந்து 550/-மட்டும் தான் வரும் ஆனால் இந்த மாதம் Rs:- 830 /- வந்து உள்ளது. எப்படி என்று தெரியவில்லை. இந்த மாதம் ஊரடங்கு காரணமாக யாரும் கணக்கு எடுக்க வரவில்லை.. அப்படி பார்த்தால் போன மாதத்தை விட இந்த மாதம் பயனீட்டு அளவு குறைவாகத்தான் உள்ளது. இந்த மாதிரி ஊரடங்கு. சூழ்நிலையில் முதல் மாதம் என்ன பயனீட்டு கட்டனமோ அது தான் இந்த மாதம் கட்டணம் வரும் ஆனால் எதன் அடிப்படையில் கட்டணம் நிர்ணயம் செய்து உள்ளீர்கள். எனது மின் கட்டணம் விபரம் இத்துடன் இனைத்து உள்ளேன்.                                     Good morning,
                                    This is to bring to your kind notice that for last three days we have load fluctuation particularly in our house and, we have reported to the eb stand by office to the foreman and lind man.

                                    So far there is no action from the foreman and due this this load fluctuation our residential lift is not working and water motors are not running and the lights are flickering.

                                    Kindly do the necessary and take appropriate action by tightening the pillar bolts and nuts due to loose connection the load is not maintaining the right voltage.

                                      Respected sir this complaint is about mr. Christopher working with tneb tisaiyanvilai, gis native place is in mannarpuram, he purposely delay ny new 3 b connection
                                      Sir, i got loan from dic (Pmegp scheme), and start new business in tisaiyanvilai,
                                      I have applied for the new industrial electricity connection (3b) two months before, machineries are in place for more than a month, the man mr. Christopher he ask me more brìbe and he purposefully delay my process,
                                      Because i am unable start my business.. Now started nto pay my emi for my loan in bank.. I have invest almost everything in this business, because of this delay i am pay emi from my hand,
                                      This man he is working here for almost more than ten years in same office. He form a gang mafia and they threaten me to pay more bribe otherwise i never get new connection...
