Hi sir,

My house electricity bill recent 3 months suddenly increased, but we don't use high voltage electrical equipment, please check and resolve our problem, december month electric bill is 3034rupees. Plesea check our meter. Really not possible this high amount of bill my house. I deeply request to you solve my problem.

    Im from urambu village, near by mettala, rasipuram TALUK, nammakal DISTRICT, here a person taking illegal power for home more than 15 years.till now no one take action.so plz take action oh him..his name is karupannan s/o ramasamy..
    Supply of electricity has been unavailable for the past 1 hr. Please avail the supply immediately . despite all my neighbours have their power supply help us to get the power as early as possible.

      I had a made a payment of rs.155 towards tangedco via online on dec 8th and i got a mail stated tha payment not approved from tangedco. So i made repayment of rs.155 towards tangedco via online and it was successful. When i contacted the bank for the refund amount for the rejected transaction they have provided the details that the payment was successful for the rejected transaction from the bank towards merchant and provided prn number and asked to communicate with the merchant. Kindly provide me further details regarding the transaction.

        I constructed new house. I have a temporary connection 07 [protected]. My house occupied my plot layout perfectly.in lt line passes very nearest to my house and it will very dangerous and hazardous for human life. I submit one application and one stampduty document for the expense of shifting line by sidearm fixation 45 days before. Till then office not take any action to rectify the problem.
        It's very dangerous human life.

          In my house tneb people fixed digital meter around 1 year before. Now recently tneb people asking deposit of rs.1800 for that digital meter. Is it true or fake or something else? Kindly please reply for my doubt?

          My Service No.[protected]. I have submitted complaint at Madipakkam Office regarding excess reading for Dec'17 on 28th Dec 17. So far no action has been taken by the Department. Since I have to pay the Bill amount I want to know the exact amount to be paid. I request the concerned authorities to take immediate action on this as early as possible.

            The transformer no: ss-ii, thandhavilai, pole# knr-40, moolachal, kanyakumari dist, during the recent storm, the electric pole f-ii, 3 became bent and service wires have come too low, it is severe hazard for vehicles and pedestrian/ children moving below, recently one live wire broken, complaint was already registered, no enough action taken so far. Please take necessary action before any incidents.

              Dear sir,
              Iam kuravi bhikari staying in mohan nagar, vepampattu do here by complaining that with out coming to customer home taking wrong readings & after that they are disconnecting the line from the home. It's very painful that my 20/9/2017 reading was 9350 units as of now is (4/1/2018) is 9911 units so total 561 consumed in 100 days. But they billed 600 units as of on[protected]. How can it possible. Pls explain. I have no current in my home. Secondly iam paying every time through online. The bill is updating after due date, how can i pay with out online reading neither they coming to home to mention the reading in home.

                Because of wrong meter reading taken by eb officials bill produced with the huge amount.in the online tamilnadu eb website after registered complaint on 20/12/2.17 till now not corrected. Date of dealing is crossing shortly. Action not taken till date correct meter reading. By comparing previous summary. Needs to be changed for payment process within the deadline.

                  On january 3rd around 1:20 pm a female meter reader visited the home where my parents both above 70 years, and with physical challenges reside. The street she was at was avvaiyar st, gandhi nagar, oragadam, chennai 600053

                  She spent exactly two minutes at the house.in that time, she wouldn't wait for my aged father who is bent over from back pain to get back into the house and fetch her the eb card. She waltzed off to the house across the street leaving my father anxious that now either him or my mother has to drop everything they were doing and run after her who is about 1/3 rd their age to help her finish her job. She didn't indicate if she will be back or not, or what her intent was when she left without filling out that damn card.

                  I'm visiting from out of state, and it took me a minute to realize what all the commotion was about. My mother is beside herself because she couldn't see where the meter reader went. My dad is getting anxious because he thinks that it was our fault that we didn't act fast enough to her pace - 2 minutes! She gave my aging parents 2 minutes to get their act together.

                  I ask you, are meter readers required to spend less than 3 minutes at each residence? She was there for not even that time. Do your employees get trained to communicate with customers? Do they know that the elderly if not treated with respect then they should be at least be treated with humanity?

                  I'm livid, is an understatement.

                    I kind inform to your knowledge that my house main meter line is connected with our street line post that line is often disconnected such as loose connect so, many bulbs was fussed and many times power off into my home. So, i informed this issues to eb customer care centre at thennur office eb customer eb service number is :[protected] by my cell number is [protected] at morning 7.30am. But, till onwards, they were not appeared this compliant and not try to cleared that default till now. So, again i lodged a reminder complaint registered in the your eb grievance website for kind knowledge and will be cleared to the from our street light (To) home meter main box line.
                    My residing no.91 "a" eb colony extension, krishnamoorthy nagar, land mark (Opp) simco meter factory, behind of krishna hospital, k. K. Nagar post, trichy-620021.

                      I have maintained my eb service through online. Recently for 6-7 months period i am not able to access or check my eb service account summary through online. I have received the message as "services are temporarily not available"

                      What is the meaning for this message?

                        We have paid every 2 months once is huge amount of bill because of the damaged eb meter. Having this problem last 3 months, till now can not fixed, so i have paid which is the last paid, i have paying that much amount till now. Last few months we never be used. Because we not in my house we went for vacation. Please fix this as soondear sir,

This meter have been replaced few month back only right now i am having this problem last 3 months, till now can not fix it, so i have paid which is the last paid amount, i have paying that much amount till now. Last few months we never be used electricity power, because we are not in house we went for vacation.
                        Already complaint directly to the eb in the particular department.
                        How long should i have to pay for this much of amount?
                        Why should i have to pay every month of never be used power?
                        Please reduce that much of amount in my eb-bill.

There are 3 street lights are not working in my street for the past one month and no one from electricity board came to check this. Please ask any one from electricity board to come and check these three street lights. Its so dark in the night and people are suffering a lot without light.                               We have eb connection in the name of m. Jayachitra. Our service no. Is [protected]. Our meter has not functioned for about two months. We have given a formal application to replace our meter. We have paid higher consumption amount. But due to winter season, our consumption is very low. We have paid more than our consumption.                                 We have eb connection no [protected] name of k, narendradevi. This house is make new construction house. So we want change our tariff plan to temp supply to domestic. Already we submit formal application and letter to concern ae. Already some body came and supervised the same. But so for that tariff not change to us. Please do the needful to change the tariff plan.

                                  This month 300 units rs.1223.00 how it is possible. Who takes the reading
                                  They wrongly entered in the system. Otherwise he change slab. When i go and ask eb office. They are not giving the correct reason for that. The mistake is

                                    I paid my eb bills through online. My eb bill fees is 567 in my eb bills notebook.. But online my fees is 661. How to increase my eb bill fees? I paid 661 eb fees.. How to recollect my 100 rupees sir! I lived in madurai. My consumer no is.[protected]. Please help me sir... My eb bill consumption is 80 units... I paid eb bill on 24th december 2017... What is the reason of different fees appeared! I had very confusion sir... I also got msg of 567 eb fees only... But in online it shows 661 fees...                                       Hi,
                                      My name is ranjith and i reside in mugalivakkam, chennai. I am facing some power issues at my place now and when i contacted our eb office in mugalivakkam, i got a reply saying that there will be a person attending to my issue shortly. I waited for almost two hours and nobody turned up. I tried reaching them again and there was this person who said he cannot individual problem in the late hours. I requested him to atleast visit my place as it might be a minor problem which he could resolve in no time but he refused to come.
                                      If he had told this when i contacted him for the first time i would have looked for alternatives. Now i need to sleep without electricity the whole night. I am totally disappointed by this behaviour of these people. I request the concerned person to take action against these people or atleast advice them to respond in a responsible manner.
                                      Ps the first eb person i contacted was mr. Suresh kumar.
