7/5 pallapan street, triplicane, chennai.
There is consistently low voltage in our area, kindly arrange for correct / normal voltage. Most of the time we are facing low voltage, even the fan is working in very low speed that there is now air we could feel. Frequently there are power interruptions in the night hours affecting our sleep, in our family both elderly & small kids are there, request to expedite on complaint.

I made my payment online and it was debited twice. Kindly refund the excess amount available in my A/c. Tried reaching them @ 28520131 for the last 15 days. Ringing. No response. Very poor Customer Service. If we don't pay on time, they come & disconnect the line. If they don't refund it on time, can we disconnect their power supply?

    Hello sir.. I'm mohammed faize, no 13 haha ram naga, mettukuppam vanagaram, chennai 95 (Near captain t. V) there are more power cut are happening in this area.. From past 5 hours there is no current.. Here there are more num of school private and government school are surrounded... There are lots of school and collage student's are living.. Kind fix this issue...

      I got a bill of Rs.4156.00, which was quite a higher amount. If you see my past 3 years bill, you will understand that this is the highest bill that has been levied on me. My usage was a usual like any other month. I went and complained (TNEB Ambattur: I stay at Korattur) and the AE analysed my bill. He claimed that there was a problem in reading of previous two bills (May-June). He also stated that he cannot do anything and the bill ha to be paid.
      Please help solve the issue and revise my bill.

          I am sivamurugan from 6th cross street, samayapuram, kundrathur. There is a eb post in front of my house which has service line of 4 houses, out of which 2 houses have got excess service wire and its been rolled on the post. One has has 4 mtr excess wire and the other is 5mtr both are rolled at height of less than 5 ft from ground which is very dangerous since we had kids at home. I went to kundrathur eb with written complaint and the ad is not ready to accept my complaint instead he gave a contact of worker namely muthu who is working in same branch. I spoke to muthu, he came and visited the post in front of my house and asked for rupess 1500 to cut the excess cable of my neighbours. I really don't know for what should i have to pay this money. I tried reaching complaint section of tneb and those guys didn't even answer my query instead they asked me to send a postal complaint so that ad will take action on it.

          Not actioned yet.. Its successful 3 years and i am still struggling to get it done.
          My bill for this month is 11000rs!!!
          my earlier bill was 3000 .. then 5000rs
          I haven't done anything which should show this increase
          may be a faulty meter
          please check my meter

              For your kind attention, karapakkam near amma unavagam few people are trying to lay the eb post by changing the older post which as been already there...
              Issue is they are trying to lay the post near drainage tank which may cause life threatening issue to public as well as vehicle passing through the side.. With the interest of public safety. Take immediate action.....

              Dear sir / mam,
              We are residents of 9th street, nandanam extension, chennai - 600035. We are experiencing low voltage and power cuts often. Even after complaining continuously the issue prevails. Moreover the eb officials are asking for money whenever they come to attend this issue. But the problem prevails. Please help us there are 3 homes with new born babies here and there is a hospital which is also affected by this issue. Kindly help.

                  Dear sir,
                  Our service no.[protected] having problem in metrebox display. For last reading on 4july2017 they noted"no display"in my eb card and asked us to pay average amount. No people residing at home.
                  Metre box still not rectified till date 18sep2017. But again they were asking to pay us average amount. Kindly notice this problem and rectlfy. Thank you

                    This is to inform that the main electric line is touching a metal post near to my house. This could lead to serious accident since the children are playing. I have seen several electric fire occuring to the line and it more danger due to wind and rain.                       We face everyday power cut and especially night. And in tharamani eb centre has never picked any of my calls. It's the worst eb office in chennai in service and respons. I am totally fed up calling to tharamani eb centre every night.

                        I reside at meera kavin homes, nookampalayam main road, perumbakkam, chennai-100. There had been frequent power cuts durin rains & winds and power restored in 1 hr for all localities except my home campus and its really tough to reach eb office & personnel numbers since they are always engaged busy or not reachable. We are suffering lot due to frequent power cuts. Kindly take necessary action to avoid thia in future.

                          We have often power cuts in our area in kundrathur. I stay in metha nagar. Your people don't even have the courtesy to answer the phone. They have kept the receiver apart. Then for what not are we paying the electricity bill. For what do you have people working there?. Just wasting government money and our money. Atleast you should have some courtesy to answer our call and tell us what the problem is. This is totally unbearable behaviour from the government. Because of these things only government service is so horrible.
                          And for others who want to complain here, it is just waste of time to complain here. So no use. These people will never grow up or improve. Useless.!!!

                            Unfortunately double payment had been made due to tneb website network problem by me through net banking using card.. Ref dt 10/9/17 & 11/9/2017 for rs.22174/- kindly refund the same.
                            The bank says your amount left from account
                            Tneb says your amount not received in our end

                            Then where is my money.

                              We have taken a house for lease from mr. K. Shanmugam, but he is stealing a power from our house line to his own use.

                              We are not in the house i. E. House kept closed for last 8 months, but there is a power consumption because of his wrong illegal connection taken from this service no.[protected].

                                In our flat for the last 3 three days electricity is sometimes coming high voltage and sometimes coming in low voltage. Due to this fluctuations, we are unable to operate of water pumps and other electrical items in our flat mainly due to repair of transormer in the nearby nandhini sweets factory outlet, i request you to taken necessary immediate action in the matter

                                  Today we got a power cut by 12clock and i try to reach eb office through phone at villivakkam they r didn't pick my call. So i visit directly to eb office they are keep the phone in the silent and slept. I took the photo off them while sleeping. I roses the questions with them they said what you can do to it. We will not bother about that and using wolker words to me. I want to know this is they way they behave to consumers. Kindly take the nessary action anginst them. Kindly advise me further.

                                      I have made tneb payment through icici and sbi credit card from 9th sep to 11th sep dates. But amount got debited of above consumer numbers order 125rs (4times), 1603rs, 9686rs. But tneb website shows transaction failed and amount debited from credit card. Kindly provide the solution earliest as possible.
