Dear sir

In my village Pathala pettai Thiruverumbu taluga having more than a 300 houses. fluctuations & long time powercuts due to permanent problem on Particular junction box.

Because of that fluctuations, the electrical usage components are getting repaired and also due to long powercuts students are not able to continue their studies at home.

Please consider the above mentioned problem as...

    Hi,

    We are staying in potheri, kattangulathur, chengalpet area. Near srm medical college. During the month of april 2016, tneb is shutting down the power for 4-5 hours continuously and around 8 hours power cut per day.

    It is very hot during the summer. Old aged and children are suffering by this. Even students are affected during the exams.

    Kindly look into this as soon as possible.

      There are nearly about 2000 plots in TNHB Colony of Sithalapakkam. Voltage fluctuations problem and powercut during night time and even in the day time. Childrens and aged people can't be able to survive in here. And also the TNEB mobile number is not responding. As this is a summer time, please make a note of this thread and help out.

      We are facing Voltage problem for past 1Month. The Electrical Input voltage is 130V. Even Fan struggling hard to run with this voltage. We have still made complaint to nearby (nanganallur) EB Office. But still things remain unresolved.

        Dear sir / madam,

        I am raising a complaint from Ramakrishna colony( Kcp colony-1), balakrishna Nagar, Thiruvottiyur, chennai-600019.

        In my colony having more than a 50 houses. In that out of 50 houses 20 houses always getting electrical fluctuations & long time powercuts due to permanent problem on Particular junction box.

        Because of that fluctuations, the electrical usage components are getting repaired and also due to long powercuts students are not able to continue their studies at home.

        Please consider the above mentioned problem as critical and also I am requesting to rectify that problem permanently.

          Power cut from 11 pm . Now it's 1.30 am but no action has been taken till now. Called [protected] numerous times but it gets picked up only on occasion. The reason they give is there are only two people to look in to issue and they are both in chulaimedu. And the same reason is given for past two and half hours. It's very pathetic.
          They are also collecting 100 rupees for new meter which is surprising.

            Hi, on 5.04.16 in Kattupakkam area power gone 5 times within 11.00 Pm to 4.00 Pm. Every time I call up 19121912 customer care team asking to log complaint but they are not responding properly, they are not log complaint and not providing complaint member. Even I called up Iyyappanthangal EB office also, they said night time difficult to check and call in the morning.
            Kindly keep proper responsible team on night time services, customers will call to customer care to resolve their problems, but if customer care people not responded where they will go and give complaint.
            This is not only for myself, belongs to all our Chennai people.

            Appreciate your immediate action in this regard

              I am Nisha from Madambakkam, Chennai. In our area power cut is happening daily at 4:30 AM to 6:30 AM. During this summer time, it is very difficult for us to survive with 2 year old baby. Also 12 th std students will go to tution center as well as study in the early morning, So unable to prepare foods for them. Kindly understand our situation and do the needful.

                  The power cut is happening in our line(Single phase) daily night from march 20 2016.

                  Sometimes the line is up at 1 am in the night. Some days whole night no current.

                  The other streets in the valasaravakkam area are good.

                  But this street light and same line used for our home suffered lot in this summer.

                  We cannot get responsible answer from the government officials.

                    Its New EB connection @ adanoor office at guduvanchery made by my builder for my new house as he telling at lost he missed my EB deposit bill but he bought the EB card from the EB office and provide to me as he said you can use this card for further, he said he missed that bill and difficult to get it
                    so how to get that deposit bill from office any possible to get it .

                      My electricity bill for jan-feb 2016 was rs. 4176. My earlier bill amount was rs. 670/- my account number is[protected]. Billing period in dispute is 28/12/2016 to 29/02/2016. Iahve verified my current coonsumtion / day based on tneb meter reading which is hovering/ day between 5 and 6 units. We are only 2 persons at home. We use water heater( 15 min daily), washing machine(1 hr daily), fridege & one 0.5 hp jet pump (1/2 hour daily). There is no reason my monthly consumtion cn go to 4.05 units. The last one year average also does not suggest such 405 units/ month. Strongly suspect a sudden jump in meter reading. Pls validate meter & refund as applicable immediately.

                        Always 281 and 282 in Palani Town users can't pay their bills online after the meter reading is taken. Always showing "no records found".

                        Once majority paid through local EB office, then we have the access to payonline showing "Pay in advance".

                                Sir I'm from nesapakkam, moovender Street, rajiv gandhi nagar, chennai -78. In our street there are two Street lamps, one at the entrance and another at end of the street. The street lamp at the end is not working for past 12 months. We gave letters to the councillors but it was not repaired yet..during evening and night time pitch dark surrounding here and we feel very unsafe. Please consider and repair our street lamp.

                                        i would like to inform you that the power line is passing beside home.we are facing very problem for that during rainy season..we are farmer.we have goats and cow.if it is fall down means its become very dangerous.
