    sir/ madam, Here we are running our bussiness past 15 years in this need last month dec 29 th evening our EB connection has been DC our connection NO[protected] immedieatly we paid the amount next day on dec 30th morning & we informed to EB Offfice & Line man but there is no response from the EB side we were suffered a lot to run the bussiness without re connection of power after paying the bill. we have struglled for four days and then we went to EB office on jan 3rd give complaint to AD after complaint made to AD immedieatly the line man has not come to our office to give the reconnection but he send the person who is not authorised from EB department ( the tea shop person) oppsite to our office came and given the reconnection, then what is the responsbiliy of the lineman & why he has not given RC for four days till we given a complaint to AD for that we need the explanation why he has not given RC to my Eb connection after paying the bill & why he send the unauthorised ( tea shop person ) to give EB re-connection, in this regard we sending a regd post complaint letter to EB AD office TATABAD COIMBATORE our street 2nd street Extn, 100 feet road, gandhipuram, coimbatore 12 Lineman durai payment recpt no : 425043 date 30.12.2014 re connection date 03.01.2015

      Dear Sir, Average my residence Eb- bill around 900-1000/- per two months . But surprising, The month of Oct'14 have received 550 units with charges of 2128 /- have enquired in to reading executive as well EB office near to teacher's colony - kadapa road, kolathur, chennai -99 .Haven't got any proper response till but we cleared the amount on due date . Request to pls check and rework on the same. 2nd issue : Today no one at our home, In this time one the EB executive came to our home and carry our EB fuse carrier along with him. he convinced the message to our neighbour that, we haven't pay the EB bill . Since we paying on-time EB bill for each & every due's. There is a only one bill pending, that too yesterday due date. I don't know why they do like this without any information as well very next day of the due date. ( Is that a EB procedure) Since yesterday am trying to make the payment through online but I couldn't . There is a site issue - unable to make the payment . Since am in office and at my home senior citizens of my parents suffering a lot. pls take a required action against the executive who's took the fuse carrier as well re fix the same immediately . And am ensure that, payment will be made through online once the site got up .         We are residing Sruthilaya apartment at Panchayat Colony Street, Nehru nagar main road, Saligramam Chennai 600093. There is lamp post very close to our main gate at entry point of our apartment. We are facing lot of troubles as when we get into entry and exit from this apartment. The Gate movement is restricted and can’t open the gate by the post is placed at mouth of entry ramp. Frequency of happenings is falling down with bike an openly laid electrical cable at ground level due to lamp post. Pee pal tree branches has been blocked and rested in lamp post. We have never seen the lamp was ON during the night hours past year together. We request to you that kindly remove the “lamp post” and Tree branches, to save living people of this apartment.               Dear Sir / Madam, I'm ( K . Ravichandran with the service no. # [protected] ) residing in pollachi paid my electricity bill on 21/12/2014 via. credit card and due to technical network errors, my payment got debited from my account. but the bill has not been generated. on 22/12/2014. i paid the bill using net banking facility. after few days, when i was checking their customer support page, it displays " recommended for refund " . i've been waiting nearly two weeks to get my refund amt. i couldn't able to contact them, because of no toll free no.s available in their site. i really don't know what to do other than complaining here. i want the technical team to resolve this issue by refunding the amt ASAP at your convenience . if they have not initiated for refund, then please make them to initiate .                 Dear Sir / Madam, I'm ( Ravi chandran k with the Service no. [protected] ) from pollachi was paying my bill on 21/12/2014. Unfortunately, their server has got some technical issues it seems, Payment which has been made got stucked and the other day i paid the bill using net banking service. when i checked the customer support for payment refund transaction status after days time, they displayed " recommended for refund " status with no refund sent date. Normally, it takes 4 days - 7 days to get the amount refunded . till now, i have not gotten my amount refunded with the same status availability on their web under my profile customer support page. i could not able to contact the admin team on this issue because of non availability of the phone no.. i want the technical team to assist me on this and to resolve this issue ASAP by refunding the amt. Note : though, they have given the transaction id, i've not gotten it, yet with regards, Ravi chandran k. [protected]

                    Dear Sir / Madam, I ( K.RAVI CHANDRAN ) with the TNEB Service no. #[protected] would like to register a complaint against TANGEDCO for not refunding my payment which i have made on 21/12/2014 . when i paid . their service got some network issues, so my fund got stucked online, after few days when i checked on their website, they just showed " recommended for refund " status on the customer support page. i've been waiting for 10 days, since i've not got any payment refunded made by credit card and also i couldn't able to call the customer care because of no numbers available on their website on this issue. As a customer, i just want to know whats happening, what happened to my payment, still not have been initiated by them as per my credit card customer care's response. I am feeling quiet uncomfortable with the tangedco bill payment service right now. Henceforth, i wanted the technical team to call me for this refund issue or they want me to refund me to my credit card ASAP. Thanking you.                       Respected sir, There is a construction work near by a HT line(11KV Line) in solomon street, Ananathan nagar, Medical college road. Asaripallam PO, Nagercoil, Kanyakumari. they are built a building and compound. they removed the stay rope and they are very careless. the lines are cool free and it may fall down at any time. so please make a look about that and make this aware. the address is No.114 Solomon street, Ananathan nagar, Medical college road. Asaripallam PO, Nagercoil, Kanyakumari. And also i attached the photo of that incedent.

                                Dear sir, Iam MUTHAIAH from Kanamangalapatti (Village), M.Pudur (post), Thiruppathur (Tk), Sivaganga (Dt).In my village two old electric post that has been very damage and so much of cracks form in that post, when ever it can fall on the ground . Nearly last two years our village people compliant to the Thiruppathur EP Office, AE and area Foreman several time but still now they not responding .This is in very dangerous condition, when ever it will fall, pls save our village peoples, so many children are playing on that area.Please do quick action.

                                  Respected Sir, I am Rajkumar from Madurai. I would like to file a complaint against the poor power supply against our Lane. Everyday we are getting only 160 voltage and most of the transformer line are taken to corporate shops nearby to our house on bribe with few officers in EB. We have made several complaints against EB board Madurai but to no avail. So we thought to make this to your visibility and to our Madurai collector as well. But, the department Formen Mr. T. Baskar, ask Rupees 40000/-for shifting the said transformer to another place. It's not possible to me. So, please take necesssary action and save my plot for my use.
