    We are experiencing prolonged power cut and when we connect eb they say random reason and not fixing the problem. We are suffering a lot having kids and working from home. Please take the action immediately

        Dear sir.
        In my home current is being cut off so much from past one year this problem is there. Every time i have to call line man for rectify then I have to give money also. Other tentant have no issue about eb. Only in my home this happening. Kindly take immediate action for it. Yesterday night 12.30am current cut and still 7:00am I didn't get the current other tentant have the current. I calling line man from 4:00am not one is coming. Just telling I am coming. Kindly accept this complaint.

              Hi we are living in sambangi st, thanthai periyar nagar 9th cross karaikudi 630002

              We are facing frequent power cut issues on a daily basis or minimum 4 days with in a week & to it takes 3-4 hours to resume the power, where as near by areas in karaikudi are not facing these problems, they are having constant power supply... For the past 4 months this is continuing

              Incase if there is a power shut during night 1-2 clock situation is very worse... Till morning 7-8 clock power is not resuming... (In between a gap of 1hour power will resume, but within a fraction of seconds it will again shut down, this continues till morning) even right now we are experiencing.. Power goes of at 2clock...till now not resumes

              Even if there is a slight rain, power is getting shutdown (that to especially in these area)

                Hi,
                We are belongs to Agraharam near palaya market in sathyamangalam, bhavanisagar constitution, erode district.

                In our area some of the street lights are not working past more than 15 days, requesting you to take necessary action immediately since peoples are facing difficulty to come out from the home in the night. And many working womens are going back to home from office around 8 to 10 PM. Please do the needful..

                  எனது கோரிக்கைக்கு எந்த ஒரு பதில் இல்லாமல் TNEB பணியாளர் மற்றும் துறை அலுவலர்கள் மற்றும் AE அவர்கள் மின்மாற்றி அமைக்கும் பணியை ஆரம்பித்து வேலை செய்கின்றனர் எனவே இது பற்றி யாரிடம் போய் முறை இடு வது என்று ஒன்றும் தெரியவில்லை எனவே நன் இது பற்றி AE அவர்களிடம் தொலை பேசயில் தொடர்பு கொண்டேன் ஆனால் அவர்கள் எனக்கு மீட்டிங் உள்ளேன் என்று கூறி என்னை நிராகரித்து விட்டார் எனவே தாங்கள் எடுத்துக்கொண்டு பரிசீலனை செய்ய வேண்டும்

                    2.[protected] ( I resided as a tenant here till 2014. After that I have updated house owner's mobile in tneb online but still continuing to get messages)

                      I am presently changing my single phase to 3 phase connection and strengthening by adding 3 kW. I was asked to lay the underground cable from pole to home and call the EB staff for installing the meter however TNEB has raised additional ESTIMATE CHARGES of Rs.7850 for cable laying but i was asked to do the cable laying by myself. I engaged labours and electrician myself and did the job by paying all the charges.

                      I have a severe doubt on TNEB raising ESTIMATE CHARGES online against my consumer number. How come they can raise the same without doing any work like that.

                      Is this fair? How to address this issue in a quick manner.

                            [protected] Previous Assessment, the bill amount is 6928.

                            [protected] used unit is 2720 the bill amount is 7984.(Units calculated from the 3rd month, which is wrong, what about the bill payed by 5th month..).

                                I have been charging too high, kindly make a correction on the calculation and do the needful, please...

                                for 950 units, i have been charged 13132..., this stress a lot, plz do the needfull.

                                    My mother's property is in 10, A jugagraharam, arcot-632503, I am one of the heirs of the property, the eb connection in this address is used by father and sister, she is using the house for commerical purpose, since the connection is meant for domestic usage, she is misusing the tariff, kindly do the needful.

                                      Am from ambattur. Having 10 months old baby. Frequently power shut down during night around 1 to 2 hours. It's very hard to manage. Please look into this issue

                                        I was working as site manager in Paruthipattu area so My mobile number has been provided for getting electricity connection in Mahindra - Happinest project in Paruthipattu, Avadi. Now nearly 6 years goneby, still I am getting electricity payment notifications for most of the flats in Mahindra Happinest, Paruthipattu, Avadi. Also, I am getting calls for non payment of electricity bills by house owners. So, I request you to remove my mobile number and add respective owners' mobile number at the earliest.
