We r from Ariyanayagipuram! In our area lineman not attending the breakdown properly At Day and Night time(Night time very worst ) ! We r facing lot of problems For last month

We try to contact our Lineman at night time[protected] he wil not response so we try to contact Surangudi EB office They are not response also

Plz kindly take action immediately

I'm from ariyanayagipuram. Today (26/9/2021) probably at 10.30pm power cut happened then we called our area lineman but he won't respond. Then we called our branch soorangudi helpline number[protected] no one picking up. And also we called Thoothukudi helpline number[protected] here also no one picking but bell rings.
In our area everyday 3pm to 6pm power breaks more than 6 to 7times. Here many students...

I am from coimbatore mettupalayam jadayampalayam thenthirupathi in our area lineman not attending the breakdown properly during rainy season and also summer season day and night also in my area they are more new born baby's due to the power problem we facing lot of problems so kindly do it needful action please this is our humble request....

Already we paid Rs 4948 as average charge for the time of meter struck up but now we got another bill for Rs 8836 as ARREARS total family is in Depression.

We want to pay nearly 14000 rs without consuming.

I applied online application for new connection due to wrongly selected when applying . application as been cancelled but i still didn't get refund i made complaints grievance section, complaint id reference - [protected] on 19th August 2021 now status will be stil as to been processed only. this is online i dono why getting this much delay to process refund....

Transformer sparking..no.current in house and mostly affected in formers plants are death because of no water.staff are came and visit but ask money 30000thousand..this is rules or not.kindly action thank you...

I'm Kheerthana from Innisai Nagar, Kotaipirivu, Bilichi, Coimbatore. We are constructing House in our Land and we always lock the meter box for our safety purposes. The Meter Reader who came today for taking the meter reading broke our meter box. He should have asked the labors who were working in our site or should have asked the neighbors. But he broke the meter box and he had to be severely punished for this. This is very very frustrating...

Frequent low voltage problem in Urapakkam East area, daily after 8pm only 170v is coming and if chances of rain means that's all that day only 100v, please give proper voltage to safe our appliances and respond properly to public.

As concerned to the SF 325/3, 325/4 there is a common well is situated in Kolathupalayam village, dharapuram, Tiruppur. The service connection was in the name of S. Subramanian s/o subbaiya gounder and T. Subramanian, T. Sivaraj s/o Thangavel in SC[protected] for common well in SF 325/3 and the same service is transferred to borewell in SF 325/4 in 2014. Till date the borewell is used by above mentioned parties. But...

From morning there were fluctuations and connection problem in the main post. When we called electrician he told that he will come shortly but near shows up. Sometimes he Don't even answers call. This is not the first time....

When checked at random, it is found that billing for SEP, 21 is done in excess.The worst state Govt.undertaking is Tangedco that has been indulging in unhealthy and unfair practices in billing.Nearly 100% more over the previous charge is levied in the present bills.T.N.E.B is mismanaged and because of the inefficient higher-ups, the present Govt.headed by Mr.Stalin will fall soon what I fear.The concerned minister should be very efficient...

Nearly 6 hrs of power cut still no one responds properly and guduvancherry A.E talking rudly.
We have 6 months baby and facing several problems due to powercut.

The service is not in use for the last two billing periods but this time in addition to the default payment of Rs.280, an additional amount of Rs.315 is added as the average shortfall and the total amount payable is Rs.595. As this service is in NOT IN USE status for the past few months I request you to correct the billing calculation....

Hi all,

We have around 5 to 8 families living in our street. But we don't have street light. After 6 pm the street looks very dark and sometimes it's difficult to identify what's there in the street. Our street is associated with nearby hill. Hence there are chances to get biten by either snake or any other insects. In our street most of them are elders. Hence requesting to the concern team to take action on the immediately....

Tat display light is not working.. So kindly change...
