Dear Sir,

I was working as site manager in Paruthipattu area so My mobile number has been provided for getting electricity connection in Mahindra - Happinest project in Paruthipattu, Avadi. Now nearly 6 years goneby, still I am getting electricity payment notifications for most of the flats in Mahindra Happinest, Paruthipattu, Avadi. Also, I am getting calls for non payment of electricity bills by house owners. So, I request you to remove my mobile number and add respective owners' mobile number at the earliest.

      Semmanseri, Tsunami colony, 20th cross street. In this street regularly power cut. Every day night time 8-10 between face this problem, customer care not respond properly . When electrician came ask money for service. Please take action.

          Hi TNEB Team,
          On 16th of May 2021, I applied for commercial service in TNEB website. I did payment also. Due to non-availability of Legal heir ceritificate, Assistant Engineer-Pennadam Urban cancelled my application trickly . After that I submitted my legal heir certificate to TNEB. But I was instructed to apply in online again for new service. This previous one which I applied is refunded to my bank account since i applied from own account. After 2 months of continuous visit to TNEB, Assistant Engineer said give us alternate EB service to which we will transfer that amount 2418. I given service no: [protected] which I'm having presently. Even after regular visit to office and multiple follow-up I ended with disappointment and frustation on TNEB, I haven't received my money back still. Please do the needful to reverse my money or Please take necessary steps to transfer that money to my another service which I mentioned above.

              Hi sir,
              I'm from ariyanayagipuram. Today (26/9/2021) probably at 10.30pm power cut happened then we called our area lineman but he won't respond. Then we called our branch soorangudi helpline number[protected] no one picking up. And also we called Thoothukudi helpline number[protected] here also no one picking but bell rings.
              In our area everyday 3pm to 6pm power breaks more than 6 to 7times. Here many students are there and many employees are in work from home. It affects thier works also
              Please kindly takeover to the respective authorities and people.here below I attached the photo copy of the supply cut issue.

                          Already we paid Rs 4948 as average charge for the time of meter struck up but now we got another bill for Rs 8836 as ARREARS total family is in Depression.

                          We want to pay nearly 14000 rs without consuming.

                            I'm Dr Samitha. T, residing in Bell Nagar, Thuvakudi, Trichy. In this area unnecessarily powercutsare being made irrespective of timings especially at night & sometimes during day time without prior information. Even for a small drizzling power cut is being made for more than an hour. There's no response from eb office even though if we call for n times. Thuvakudi eb office is very irresponsible. Today full day shut down is made inspite of it the powercut is being made at night for the past 1 hour just for a small drizzling & Breeze, which has stopped past 1 hour back. This eb is creating a lot of hinderances in our sleep. Kindly look into this problem and do the needful.

                                I applied online application for new connection due to wrongly selected when applying . application as been cancelled but i still didn't get refund i made complaints grievance section, complaint id reference - [protected] on 19th August 2021 now status will be stil as to been processed only. this is online i dono why getting this much delay to process refund.

                                    I'm Kheerthana from Innisai Nagar, Kotaipirivu, Bilichi, Coimbatore. We are constructing House in our Land and we always lock the meter box for our safety purposes. The Meter Reader who came today for taking the meter reading broke our meter box. He should have asked the labors who were working in our site or should have asked the neighbors. But he broke the meter box and he had to be severely punished for this. This is very very frustrating that he had pushed the pole which had the meter box. His act is seriously very irritating and he should be punished so that no one does the same in the future.

                                      Frequent low voltage problem in Urapakkam East area, daily after 8pm only 170v is coming and if chances of rain means that's all that day only 100v, please give proper voltage to safe our appliances and respond properly to public.
                                      There is no proper contact number o[censored]rapakkam EB office, even if they giving any landline number also they won't pickup and also won't respond to online complaints and mark it as the problem solved without doing anything.

                                        Respected Sir,
                                        As concerned to the SF 325/3, 325/4 there is a common well is situated in Kolathupalayam village, dharapuram, Tiruppur. The service connection was in the name of S. Subramanian s/o subbaiya gounder and T. Subramanian, T. Sivaraj s/o Thangavel in SC[protected] for common well in SF 325/3 and the same service is transferred to borewell in SF 325/4 in 2014. Till date the borewell is used by above mentioned parties. But now S. Subramanian s/o subbaiya gounder fradulantly approached EB for separatly service connection for the same borewell with fradulant VAO certificate and seeking a separate service connection. The VAO certificate is got 7 months back and it is also expried as per law. We already said our grievence to the concerned department. But they didn't take any action till date. Regarding the same issue including partition the suit was filed in OS 109/21 before the Hon'ble munsif court, dharapuram. S. Subramanian who is appiled seeking separate EB service is set exparte on 14/9/21.
                                        If EB service connection will given separatly to the borewell which is currently in running, this Petioner would suffer a irreparable loss and injury.
                                        Kindly take an immediate and necessary action and render an justice.
