Last month reading has been noted mistake.periovious reading not mentioned in card so before month reading was calculated to his month .how to solve this problem.i have complained but no call from nearest office

      Sir..

      On August ebill is generated on 27th aug of 38, 085 rs for 2 months (july and August)..last bill paid on june month 125 rs and march months I paid 110 rs..I don't know how 38, 085 rs is generated in my ebill..I reached to the local maddipakkam office but 28th aug to 30th aug it is holiday..office is opened on 31st aug but due to emergency purposes I went to native I can't speak with the local office...

      Kindly check and rectify it..its may be some technical error on entering the reading...I attached 2 years bill paid by me which is not more than 500 rs also..

            I request you to provide street lights Vasudeven salai in V.P.Sindhan nagar in vedar Puliyankulam.near Thirunagar EB division. my street has 8 families. all people are in trouble walking in darkness. So pls provide street lights immediately.

                This is to bring to your attention that the Electricity Board office in my area Purasaiwalkam (Kelly's office, Chennai Tamil Nadu) do not attend phone calls even in emergency.

                This has always been a problem since a very long time.

                Hope proper action is taken towards the officials working there and the needful be done at the earliest.

                Kindly provide me with the Area Engineer contact number as I am not getting it otherwise.

                    Respected sir/ madam
                    I am yuvaraj from seiyappagounden pudhur, manalmedu, karur, sir here many electric lines loose and most off the stay lines are damaged but no one can take step sir, one time complain to the EB Office sukkaliyur, and they fix only the stay but not tight the line. And here many line are very closely to the vehicles and here many off people's are belive the agriculture but the current line are not in good conditions sir, I complaint to the government WhatsApp number too sir they say ok we can take step sir but still now no one take here steps sir. Here I have attach some pictures sir please take action

                        I am from thousand lights greams road. I have complained more than 4 times to the sub station of thousand lights and even after a month the problem have not been resolved. Its worse, kindly solve the problem as soon as possible.

                          Dear Sir,
                          I am Prabhakaran from echoor village (thirukalukundram taluk)
                          Here in our village we are facing such issue in electricity that is on the 05/09/2021 it was heavy raining with thunder and by this our village transformer got affect so that around the village it was full power failure.

                          so that we have contacted our village eb office forman next day in the morning over the phone regarding no power and he replied like this transformer has been affected by thunder so the transformer has to be replaced and today it's impossible because we have no vehicle to bring new transformer to replace the affected one.

                          and the same day in the evening i have raised the complaint in Tneb customer care regarding it cmplNo: 174796 and they said we will inform to concerned branch J.E officer and after some time again electricity has come and we got happy but its useless because it has come with 1 phase low voltage so that we could not running the machine as well as most of house has low voltage so that water motor also running very slowly so that we have contacted our village eb office and they said we have not replaced the transformer and instead of that we have dummy that affected transformer and connected all the connections in another one transformer so due to over load it not possible to get proper power supply and 1 phase will be on low voltage and without solving the issue the customer care had been closed my compliant.
                          further we asked then when will it resolved for that they replied like this that we don't know because we don't have vehicle to carry the transformer as well as the transformer not providing by head office so we don't know they said like this.

                          so that since from 06/09/2021 we could not do work simply meeting loss by paying salary to the workers.

                          after that on the 11/09/2021 i have contacted the customer care registered a new complaint again cmplNo:183618 but there was no action taken place and i was waiting till monday but no action so that again contacted customer care with the same cmplNo:183618 and they said we will inform to concerned officers but there is no such things happened because still not transformer replaced or solved the low voltage.
                          today i have contacted the eb office foreman and he said we had sent the same thunder affected transformer to service and don't know when will it be serviced and send back to us and unless its comes then only we can solve the issue by fixing it and it may take 15 to 30 days to do reinstallation.

                          now i would like to asks something that's since no electricity then how can we conduct the company earn money and pay Eb bill and my eb bill due date it 16/09/2021 almost 8 days ran over without doing work and met lose even eb office saying it may take 15 to 30 days install the transformer.
                          in the meanwhile i want to pay salary to the workers as well as want to pay eb bill at the proper date.
                          already its very slow business and lack of orders so finding very difficult to manage the business since its being like this tneb department is not supporting this kind of power failure.

                          Now I am hoping on you sir you will take prompt action on it and solve this problem that's going on around our village.

                            Always power cut in thiruverkadu, difficult to work from home. Getting loss of pay.
                            Without any intimation power has been shutdown from 10 am. on 13/09/2021.

                              In my agriculture land front of road side since 5 years back electrical pole was installed for Domestic purpose, recently again near by that pole 10 feet distance further one pole installation completion over without getting non - objection clearance/ Knowledge from me Sir / Madam .

                              May kindly requesting to respectable / responsible TNEB officials, Either in that two pole as earliest consider to remove or shift minimum 50 feet distance in between two poles because for me it's supports to shift / transportation purpose of agricultural cultivated grains etc ., , , , ,

                              Note - Removal or shifting of pole minimum cost will barrier by me .

                                The following complaint was posted on[protected]. We regret to inform you that no one has responded to this complaint till date. Please let us know if there is any other Avenue for getting our grievance resolved. Please respond at the earliest.

                                "Nearest lamp post with street light is about 150 feet from our house on both sides in our road. The front side of the house and road is very dark and lonely in the night. We are senior citizen of age 75 and 80 years. We have already submitted written complaint 6 to 7 years back. We constantly followed up with local EB office, but no response.
                                We humbly request your support in getting the street light Installed near our house.

                                  Good Day! Hope this email finds you well.

                                  We have noticed that our latest EB bill crossed ( 2021 for the month of Jun-Aug 2020 to be paid is 10, 360 ) compared to last year ( 2020 for the month of Jun-Aug 2020 amount paid is 2, 836 ). We request your technician / engineer team to process the revised bill and measure the unit consumed once again and report. The difference we see in our current bill is 7, 524 (comparing previous year), which is way more extra than we expected to pay.

                                      Hello Sir/Madam,

                                      I am unable to login to TNEB account for the registered user id : [protected].
                                      On trying to reset my credentials, I was acknowledged with the message - Invalid Consumer Number.

                                      I also tried looking up the QuickPay option, to check if the latest bill has been generated. But on providing the Consumer Number : [protected], I could see some other individual's bill details whose consumer number is different.

                                      I would like to state that I had paid for the July 2021 Bill using the same Consumer ID. Given the above scenario, I am unable to see the EB units consumed and further will be unable to secure the payment.

                                      Kindly help with this regards.
