    Consumer number[protected]
    As per meter reading taken for 04/21, Units consumed for two billing cycles is 878 units. for one cycle it comes to 439 units. cc charges = 917
    cc charges for two cycles = 1834.
    you have put cc charges as 4224.8
    already informed AE by written complaint. But not yet rectified

    Alarming unbelievable electricity bill raised by TANGEDCO. My name is Santhi and I live at No5, East Cooum river road, Chintadripet. My connection number is [protected]. Normally my unit consumption for two months is on an average 900 units and bill amount around Rs 3500. But this month, Aug 2021, I was shocked to see a bill for Rs 8578 and unit consumption of 2320. I had paid Rs 3694 in June 2021. Request TANGEdCo to correct the error and send the revised bill.

      Meter was faulty - generated bill amount of 4222 ( against the monthly average of 300 units consumption, during Feb2021, 870 unit was billed)
      on complaint, the meter was replaced but still the excess 570 units charged was not reversed.

      Please recalculate the bill for Feb2021 and refund the balance amount for 570 units

        We have power outage problem for past one month. The EB man come and fix the problem but every 10 days the power outage occur again.i think he's not doing fix properly. EB number is sc1634. In kallakurichi emapper Power station

          Recent days Frequently power cut occurred in our area mannargudi town 2 area. Its looks like unscheduled shutdown. Consequence of power cut old age and kids are affected a lot. Pls kindly I request you to resolve this issue at the earliest

            Past few days frequently power cut occurred in our area while try to contact tneb office no response from them. During power cut hours old age people and kids also affects a lot. So Kindly request you to resolve this issue at the earliest

              There are Frequent power cut in Kodungaiyur Anbu Nagar (venkateswara colony) area. Please take necessary steps and help. These power cuts affect aged peoples, medicated people, late night workers very heavily. Request to consider this as priority and resolve.

                It shows the highest electricity bill amount for this month as it is doubled as that of my regular payments. Please rectify the current bill and issue a fresh bill for the current month. Otherwise, please adjust the excess amount to be paid by me for the current wrong bill amount in the next month's bill amount. I hope my complaint will be resolved as soon as possible.

                    Consuming electricity bill

                    Address: plot 2 phase II, vasantham garden, moolachathiram, madhavaram, chennai-600051

                    Although i paid the consuming electricity bill Rs.2433/- for the month of may 21 EB of manali north chennai did not calculate the same reading. Moreover they raised the bill including may 2021 again the month of 01.07.2021 bill Rs, 14393/-. EB manali department did not minus the amount of Rs.2433/- and No o[censored]nits also....

                    My Service nos are[protected] &[protected]. Usually I will be getting less than 1000 as bill amount, but for July Month I have received 32002 & 10296 as bill amount. I have given a request letter also to Vallakottai EB office. Kindly help me.

                      Dear sir/madam

                      My current bill is very high this month. Last reading was on 25/05/2021 with 8070 meters. Reading was taken on 27/07/2021 with 8540 meters. Consumption was 470 units. My cost should be approximately around 1100 but my cost shows 1978. Really don’t know how cost is very high when consumption units is very low

                      Kindly help us to resolve the issue because cost show very higher for 470 units

                          Sir, I am residing at tholkaran vattam, nayanachery, natrampalli - 635852.
                          i have contacted EB office @[protected] regarding 3 phase service but i didn't received any meaning full response. the person who picked up the phone is not able to answer and have no idea like when 3 phase service is enabled. from morning onwards there is no 2P/3P service available. only single phase is there, my paddy crops are falling because i'm not able to supply the water due to insufficient power supply.

                          could you please check and let me know any update on this.

                            Hi Sir/Madam,

                            We have noticed that our latest EB bill crossed more than it used ( 2021 for the month of May-July 2020 to be paid is 10, 222 ) compared to last year ( 2020 for the month of May-July 2020 amount paid is 4, 715 ). We request your technician / engineer team to process the revised bill and measure the unit consumed once again and report. The difference we see in our current bill is 5, 507, which we can not afford to pay.

                            Request your immediate action on this complaint and provide the revised bill to pay back before on or before the due date.

                                Sir, We are residents of Sri Devi Apartment, 3, lakshmi kanthan st T Nagar Chennai 17. There was a blast of the transformer in the sub station located in Lakshmi Kanthan street, Behind Big Bazar, Pondy bazar chennai 17.
                                Due to this blast on 31st July 2021 night, one of our flat's common meter got burnt. We lodged complaint over phone and on 1st August EB person came and told to give complaint to AE for replacement of burnt meter. We gave complaint on 2nd. A new meter was fixed on payment of Rs 2700/-.
                                Now due to this blast, our apartment CC TV not functionall. Nearly 12 tube lights are to be replaced in common area. One of the resident's two newly bought Air conditioners stopped working. Another residents laptop got damaged and his CCTV also got damaged. The total damage will be approximately Rs 1, 00, 000/- Kindly advise how to claim these damages due to the blast of the transformer of EB and no fault o[censored]s. Our contact number [protected].

                                    Dear Sir,
                                    I am living in Ramaiya Nagar, (Near Bhajarang Engineering College)Veppampattu, Tiruvallur District. There are 50-100 houses in Ramaiya nagar. We are facing tooooooo much of low voltage issue.
                                    The voltage drops less than 100V for longer time and it is not a constant voltage and due to this we couldnot sleep during night. This occurs only during the night times. We are facing this issue almost a year. We raised complaints many times but still there is no action done. Kindly do the needful action as early as possible.
