We are sufferring from power cut daily . Atleast 2 hours in a day the power was out. Please look the situation and rectify it.

    Sir, No power in 3rd, 5th and 6th Jai Nagar area, arumbakkam, chennai (ward 127)yesterday also no power. Lot of issues and complaints raised by our members, also no one is picking the phone and we are facing these problems recently. Please rectify this problem.

        I pay 2 month once electricity bill until last month Jun 14 2021..but only this month electricity bill Rs.4824 plz kindly check the usage of electricity usage and put the bill thanks

          Usually our eb bill payment range between rs.500-600 but this time(July) we recieve nearly rs.1000. Could you please let us know why there's excess Bill for this month

            We have normal household electric items only but we are facing the problem on electricity bill amount from last 1 year after changing the manual meter to electric meter, but now today (june-july 2021) bill is too high ₹1600. Please take my complaint and resolve my problem.

              Respect Sir/Madam,
              I have received the bill amount fo 7060/- for the unit consumption of 2320. Which is not actually used by us. Also person from Madipakkam EB doesn't verify the usage physically. Please reconsider my bill and help in resolving this

                  Dear Sir,
                  My this month bill amount is 5 times higher than old Bill's. Last two month no one come and collect the reading. Without collecting the reading they put the bill, we paid that amount. But now they included all that measurements in this month bill. How this is possible. So kindly do the needful immediately.

                    Residing Vallalar Street, Padhmanabaa nagar, Choolaimedu. 2 months before EB piller got burst. So regularly got fuse issue from that date. Today also gone the fuse at 1 am and given the complaint using 1912. Now almost crossed 4 hrs. We couldn't able to reach AE and local EB staff for 4 hrs. We have given the complaint lot of times, but still not taken the action. What a EB service.

                      I'm praveen from sembilivaram, sothuperumbedu EB office. When 9.30 they cut the power then after 11.30 only the power came and then after 1 hour they again cut the power till now the power not came. If i call to sothuperumbedu EB office always the connection in busy. Most of the time they do this kind of service only provided. Time is 3.00 AM what they do we don't know here all the godown and company have power but we don't how it possible both the power are transfer in same transformer from EB office but they only have.

                          We are unable to pay the EB bill due to covid19 pendamic situation. And we are in other states and we are unable to find out the bill amount and due date . Later we have find out the bill date and bill amount. But EB site is not working and it was block kindly release the block and confirm the same. Once you confirm we can able to pay the bills with penalties

                            Dear Sir,

                            I reside in W 584, School Road, Anna Nagar West Extension, Chennai-600101, Tamilnadu.

                            In stay in a rent house and ever other month the EB reading is done without we knowing as in the person come and goes without any intimation. Due to that and my work schedule I forget to make payment on time and once I get intimate by my family or the line man I make sure payment is done immediately.

                            This month as like always I forgot to pay the EB bill for month June and July. Not intention but by mistake I forgot. I was shocked to see the AE has directed the line man to disconnect the line without any notice or a verbal warning which gives us chance to make payment.

                            I request you to please take up this seriously as how did the AE instruct the Lineman to disconnect any residential EB line without verbal warning as my wife and kids are home always. He just need to ring the bell and inform us that he is send to cut line if bill not paid. And I would have taken off and came to EB and would have paid the bill. How can the AE instruct line man to cut EB connection without notice or verbal warning on Saturday leave my family without electricity for Saturday and Sunday since the office is closed. We realised the EB was cut only by 3pm as we thought it was a normal pawer cut. By 3pm the EB office also closed.

                            Kindly take this matter serious as I feel this is total atrocity by the in charge person AE of this location. My card numbers are :[protected] &[protected].

                            I request you to do the needful to make sure rights of the consumer is safeguards in fair way and AE need to notice the consumer before he cut the electricity supply. I am asking basic rights sir.

                                Sir, house site plots in RS.NO. 145/2, 145/11 at A. KOKKULAM VILLAGE, Thirumangalam (Tk), Madurai (Dt), plot number (14, 15, 16, 17, 18, 19) 15ft road which is closed within our plots. And the nearby plot number 145/9 is trying to land a post without our permission and knowledge through the 15ft pathway. Checkanurani AD "DHARMAR and a wireman" visited and surveyed through the street to lay the post. Sir, We don't like to have the post through our plots. And I request you to cancel the post lines that are going through the plots. Please take necessary action to stop their work. Thank you.

                                  I have pay my EB bill through online portal every average my monthly consumption is 400 units average bill amount Rs.800/- last 4 months not mentioned my EB consumption reading on concern staffs.

                                  But I have pay last may 2021 .

                                  But today 31-07-21 EB staffs mentioned my consumption 1700 units it's cost around Rs.5800/-
