Dear Sir/Madam,

I am trying to record my this month EB consumption details as the Bi-Monthly reading was not captured (I don't the reason behind whether it might be door lock) to the EB Office but I have illtreated by the supervisor by raising his voice and he is not at all responding. The consumers are really suffering with his attitude.

I would like you to strongly take action against this person after your prompt verification

    My consumer no is [protected] chennai south chengalpattu region. I have paid my bill due of 5636/- 3 days back tbrough HDFC BANK NET BANKING but still pending amount is showing in Portal. But account has been debited. Actual due date is 13.07.2021 kindly look into it and do needful and confirm

      Rs.7000 came as my EB bill payment. But I haven't used that much of electricity. I'm living in a compound house, this much of bill is payable in my house only. I need to place a complaint for that. And need some help to solve this. EB number: [protected]

          I'm D.Francis (service no: KR 51) Tamilnadu, Thoothukudi

          Previous month reading is (12.5.[protected]from meter) unit - amount rs 3100
          This month actual reading is (11.7.[protected] from meter, actually consumed Unit is 1000 unit but wrongly note down the consumed unit as 1700 - amount rs 5610...

          So please recheck the unit and note the correct value of consumed unit and amount...

                    Hi sir/mam,
                    I am selvam residing at 70, Selvavinayagar kovil street cheyyar. We have a single phase service with service no[protected]. We were not using this service since last one year and every two months the person who calculates reading is also aware of the same and they put nill charges in electricity card. However for the month of july’21 we have received a payment notification for 4100 rs. We were not sure why this suddenly came up as we were not using any equipments connected to that service for past one year and we dont have any past dues.

                    Request you to look into this issue and kindly help us with the clarification. Your support in getting this resolved is much appreciated.

                                I have located in car street, madurantakam. Power cut issues always in this area anytime. Yesterday night 3 hours power cut. Today same issue. I was contacted eb office land line no. That's unreachable in the power cut time.

                                      Sir, your a.E. And your a.D. Both were ladies were not giving proper information and not giving basic respect when i reached to your kodambakkam power house e.B. Office, i went for some clarification as my meter is not working properly and they charged little higher and to get the details for the sam, e i went to meet your a.E. And she is answering irresponsible and telling what ever the amount we put for you better you pay and i am telling i am your consumer and if i have doubt is it not your duty to clear it, then she has not explained properly and told this is the amount and you better pay it otherwise your connection will be disconnected and she said she have no other clarification and asked me to meet a.D. Then i asked her that we are paying regularly and with this only you are all getting salary and why not you can give me convincing reply and she told i dont know and meet a.D., and your a.D. Also not properly responded and not given basic respect to me just to ask me to sit and talking convincingly. She is asking me that dont bargain just like for vegetable business here, is this the way for her to talk with me like this, it is not rs.20 or rs.30 it is of rs.1, 300/- its very very bad and worst in giving basic respect, sir i am asking onething we are cunsumers when we have been charged excess then where we have to complaint and its only to them, and what for they are sitting their and you will attend consumers and who will give proper respect and response this i want to know, these things i am asking patiently if no proper reply and sorry words come from your end then i have not other go to reach consumer court and ask you people to come over their to ask sorry and feel insulted for the same my name is s.Shyam sundar and my mobile number is [protected] my consumer is [protected], kodambakkam area, i hope that these informations are enough and take proper action against them, waiting for your convincing words and see please hereafter either me or anybody please give us a seat to sit and give some water if we need and patiently ask our queries and see whether it can be solved if not give us some convincing answer and make us satisfy and love your depafrtment, so that we two can grow together. Thanks a lot and waiting for your reply, always give respect and take respect, this is rule for everybody

                                        I was already charged - against 48100-Cc Deposit for the amount of 1800 on[protected].

                                        Again i was charged against 48100-Cc Deposit for the amount of 2670 on Jun-2021.

                                        Will the same will be charged every year? Why it is changed very often?...
