I used to pay EB bill online but for past 2 days when I try to click pay bill, it is not taking me to payment page. Please look on this issue....

We already registered Mobile Number with TNEB website. Usually we will get the msg next day after reading taken. This month yet receive the same....

Too much power cuts in my area. Before even a single drop of rain reaches earth they are cutting the power supply and after rain is done they are giving back the power. This is more often now a days....

Consumer # :[protected]. I stay in a house which is around 550 sq ft and if you look at my eb bill for last 3 to 4 months they are charging around 4000 to 5000/-. I have also raised the complaint on this with complaint # [protected] on 2nd May and there is no appropiate response.

I cant afford to pay 4k on EB bills. Can someone help me to resolve this issue as soon as possible.

We are facing daily power cut issues for almost 2+ hrs in Salem even after the announcement of no power cut.
For the last two weeks, we had a power cut saying maintenance and it's still continuing.

Sir, I am residing in Royapuram, Chennai 600013. My consumer card number is[protected] and I fall under the Domestic supply.I have a 3 phase electrical supply and for the past 4 months one phase out of the 3 phases is dead. I am a senior citizen and due to Covid -19 I do not venture out. Kindly do the needful and rectify this.

Kindly see the attached pictures showing email received june bill amount is Rs. 1836, but in tangedco app i am getting more amount bill of Rs. 4070/-.

Moreover i paid 7022/- on june 5th for april & may bill for which not received receipt not it is reflecting in tangedco app.

Need clarification on mismatch bill amounts of june bill.
