I was with my family wet at the TNSTC Kumbakonam bust stand at 9.30pm on 7th April for catching the 10PM bus which was mentioned in the pnr number B32699531.

I was boarding to tirumangalam from Kovilpatti on 8/4/2021 morning 6:55am bus no: TN72 N2266. All the seats were full some of them standing including me. I got the ticket as well. The conductor asked me to remove the laptop bag. I asked him give way for going inside I will give to someone seated, not able to put in parcel tray because of damage chances.He suddenly shouted and asked me unboard from bus and used bad words.He was raising hands to beat me. It's not at all acceptable. Professionally I am an Service Engineer, monthly around 20 days I am in travel mostly through TNSTC and SETC. I have never seen such a duty conductor. He not have any Batch or ID card. Very fat man. He further said enna pidunga mudiyumo pidungu like that.

Want to know why these tariff differences. ???

Bus facility provided by tamilndu transport corporation is very poor during the election time as on 06.04.2021 .We as people had constrained to travel from chennai to kanchipuram for vote . So please provide the sufficient bus facility and avoid those problems in future.

Please do the needful .

Initially they collected the ticket fare for all the passengers at Coimbatore and said conductor won't come
After bus departs from gandhipuram... Bus driver stops bus in every stop...then after certain distance new conductor enters the bus...collected the ticket fare for passengers arrived in previous stop, then getting down

Like this happened for 4 times & delays timing, if passenger ask driver, he his shouting in rude manner,

Today around 4.15pm TN30 N1760 conductor not allow to enter into the bus. He ask to go to private bus.
As a government staff he is not willing to get favour for govt.he asking all passanger to go through private bus.
These fellow making lose to govt

Bus conductor who never mentioned his name belong to bus number TN58N 2436 Coimbatore Singanallur Bustand at 3:45 PM ( Coimbatore to Madurai AC Bus) didn’t allow passengers from Dharapuram.

I am Kavin kumar from Bangalore to erode. I booked setc bus on April 1 2021.

The bus number is TN 01 AN 2470 and this is conductor mobile number [protected]

I bought bean bag from Bangalore and it's maximum weight will come around 400gm. He put 80rs luggage charge for this.

Many people are carrying too much luggage and big bags but mine is very less he put luggage charge.

I am really disappointed with this. So kindly refund money luggage charge money.

I am k.sethuraman residing in 81/41, North car street, opposite to priyam lodge, Dindigul- 624001
I & my family was travelling by my car ( Honda city - TN-57 AK 7272 ) on 27th of March from dindigul to Karaikudi morning at 8.40 we reached kosavapatti bus stop as there was another bus before me stoped for dropping down the passanger's, I was behind the bus waiting for the bus to clear at the same time by my side also there was a bus which was heading to Dindigul at the same time when this particular TNSTC bus with the number TN 57 N 2216 driver overtaked from my opposite corner wrecklessly drivin through with no trace of road sense or distance the tnstc driver hit my car's rear bumper and created heavy damage. I informed the accident to near by patrol and police station(sanarpatti).but being a TNSTC driver with recommendation from local TNSTC depo head, local political union persons influenced the police. Even they didn't disclosed the drivers Name. Later we came to know that the driver was temporary driver and he has no proper licence to drive the TNSTC bus. I received a CSR copy with out the driver name and his license no trace was there that stating that the mistake was on the driver side and driver was the person who hit-and-run and has created the damage. The TNSTC officials Please see to it before it takes away anybody's life! Every life is precious!

Please take necessary action and ensure public safety. I and my family suffered a lot. & have Attached the CSR copy with out the drivers Name.

Edappadi bus from anthiyur timing is @ 7AM. It came regularly before COVID-19 lock down. After unlocking eventhough everything normalised @7AM Edappadi bus not coming at anthiyur bus stand. From 6:30 to 7:30 we have no bus to reach Ammapettai/Mettur. Please take necessary action to normalise the bus timing and do some needful

Respected Transport Manager: Hello, It is an undeniable fact that in our Tamil Nadu, government buses are as good as private buses and can operate at all times in luxury.And there is no doubt that all the drivers and conductors in our Tamil Nadu transport sector are performing well but a few drivers and conductors fail to perform their service properly during the night hours. I place before them my heartfelt request that their administration continue to provide fluctuating service to the passengers at their preferred location as befits the night and median time of the passengers.The Government of Tamil Nadu has provided us with innumerable new luxury luxury buses at innumerable prices to improve the transport service of the people of Tamil Nadu and the lives of the employees of the Government of Tamil Nadu.Although it is obvious that most drivers and conductors operate the bus without properly cleaning their windshield, I am of the opinion that oncoming vehicles may be involved in an accident without knowing it properly.Cleaning the front windows and driving the bus reduces the risk of accidents in a visually and remotely visible environment and also reduces the risk of government material damage so it is okay if all bus drivers accept the request without thinking that it is my order to clean the bus thoroughly and drive the bus themselves properly. I had booked a bus ticket from chennai to Madurai on 26th March 2021 for traveling on same day. Ladies, Child and Sr citizen womens were travelled in that bus. And vehicle had stopped in the midnight for a while. So, Sr. Women are a diabetic patient and a the ladies were get down for rest room. Before they reach, vehicle had started and keep moving. Passenger and our relatives were keep shouting to stop the vehicle. But they didn't and they were using harsh words and still keep on going around a km. Local persons had taken them in the midnight and stopped the vehicle by over taking the bus. I don't know, how these kind of rude persons were driving and how the passengers will have credibility on them. At midnight, that to ladies and sr personal were left under mid of the street in the night. I hereby requesting you to take immediate action in this regard. Atleast in future, it won't happen to anyone.

I boarded a Nagercoil-Dindugal BPR (TN74 N 1863) at Kavalkinaru junction around 3:40pm yesterday. I was given a ticket worth ₹60/-.

I thought it was a Bypass Rider. But the bus went to Panangudi, Vallioor and Eruvadi. So, I asked the conductor, “why did he give me a ticket worth ₹60/- instead of ₹45/-, the usual fare for the travel from Kavalkinaru junction to Tirunelveli on a local bus ?” To which, he simply replied that I can report the incident to the TNSTC office. But, he did not return ₹15/-. So, an altercation ensued, and he spoke degradingly

Kindly take action against this conductor who cheats by giving over-priced tickets, and shouts at commuters.

As we are daily moving from Thekkalur to Tirupur and Tirupur to Thekkalur. Bus conductor is not allowing passenger belongs to Thekkalur to enter into bus.
