I boarded a Nagercoil-Dindugal BPR (TN74 N 1863) at Kavalkinaru junction around 3:40pm yesterday. I was given a ticket worth ₹60/-.

I thought it was a Bypass Rider. But the bus went to Panangudi, Vallioor and Eruvadi. So, I asked the conductor, “why did he give me a ticket worth ₹60/- instead of ₹45/-, the usual fare for the travel from Kavalkinaru junction to Tirunelveli on a local bus ?” To which, he simply replied that I can report the incident to the TNSTC office. But, he did not return ₹15/-. So, an altercation ensued, and he spoke degradingly.

Kindly take action against this conductor who cheats by giving over-priced tickets, and shouts degradingly at the commuters. Also refund my money.

Who can help .. today we were borading a bus from chidambaram to puducherry ..bus number TN 32 N 4560 ..to Chennai ..ECR bus service .. conductor was very rude and said this bus won't go to Pondicherry ... however driver was good and he said bus would go to pondy ..later confucter said to get down from the bus and wait outside once bus is filled you get in of there is place .. please take necessary action...

Kindly instruct the bus conductors of air-conditioned buses to not to board visibly drunken passenger. It is horrible for all the other passengers travelling in the air-conditioned buses when they vomit in the bus.

Few drivers switch off the air-conditioner when the bus enters the city especially if it is a last trip. This is not a good practice since the passengers who get down at the last stop suffocate.

Tiruchengode to erode, time 4:10am, govt bus no stoping in rajagoundampalayam bus stop the problem is daily

Due to daily bus date for 61K, 61E, Veerapuram to Avadi, In the bus time 6.30 am and 6.40 am but delay on 6.50 am and 7.00 am . I missing our college bus and loss of pay, daily suffer form bus late issue, so, pls correct time arrange the bus service.

I am not only suffer, All public are suffer for morning time...so kindly arrange and solve the issue... do the needful.

Today 22.03.2021 Monday I travel from thiruppuvanam to Madurai MGR bus stand in tnstc bus no.TN58 N2585 Usually RS.18 will be charged as ticket fare in government bus ( in private bus RS.15). Whereas conductor collected RS.20 from me and gave ticket for rs.20. is there any justification for higher collection of RS.2. I asked conductor that RS.18 only fare but he replied that RS.20. it is happening regularly in some of the buses passing through thiruppuvanam.

Bus no: TN 01. 3578. A/C coach.chennai to madurai bus. I was boarding on this bus on 22.03.21.. at 12.20 am at villupuram bus station, about to travel till trichy. The conductor has allogate the seat for me and awaited for 2 passengers to fill the remaining 2 seats. After 5 minutes 3 passengers have come and search seats for them and they found two seats only vacant, hence they get down from the bus.
Now the conductor played his role that he has simply lay of me from the bus and allogate the seat which was given me to them. Now they got three seats for them three. Sir, this is the way to behave like this. I request you to kindly make sure that it will not happened to any other passengers. I dont know name of the conductor.. But he will be remembered

On 21st March 2021 bus from Chennai to villipuram with registration number 4358 made Accident by taking unwanted reverse hit my car near tambaram railway station around 10.30PM. The driver escaped without stopping the bus. The car front side has been totally damaged. There was almost more than 15 meters gap between bus and my car

TN45N4082 bus conductor and driver is not stopping or slowdown the bus at passenger request in untime as we will not get passing townbus in late night.
This is service provided to people only. Passengers are not traveling in free of cost.
This brings lot of depression towards us.

I traveled from tanjore to thiruvarur on 19.03.2020 @ 7.45 am.. That was a vellanganni bus.. My ticket amount is Rs.56.. I gave Rs. 100 to the conducter.. He asked me for 6 rupees change so that he can give me Rs. 50..But i have only Rs. 1.. I said i don't have Rs. 6 and i gave him Rs. 1.but he didn't receive that Rs. 1.. Instead of that he said some rude words and went to other passengers to collect tickets.. I was trying for 2 hours to get my balance amount back. He never responded.. Then i reached Thiruvarur nee bus stand, he just look @ me and i aksed for my balance amount suddenly he jumped from bus while bus was slowly moving and went back to bus and he disappeared within a seconds..i searched him for 5 mins.. I can't findout him then i went my work back.. I traveled so many places nd met so many conducters..some of them are so nice and few of them are so rude.. But really i never met like him in my experience.. Im so disappointed.. And i lost my Rs.44 to him. This is worst.. Please make complaint on him..

TN 3384(coimbatore to tirupur bus) on 20/03/2021 (10:00am) from Coimbatore, which we traveling to sulur, the way the conducter behaving with my mother and other ladies is too horrible, he speaks very badly with passengers. Please take action against him or else other passengers also suffers a lot.

Note: He speak with ladies with too bad languages...

Today 19.3.2021, time approximately 11.30.. i travelling from coimbatore to madurai. Bus number is tn 39 N 0372.. It is an AC Bus... All Passengers are say please turn on 'ac' but they not hear any words.. Passengers are angry about their driver activity ... Please take necessary action... Cost of travelling is so high.. But we are not get that comfortable..

I lost my bag in TNSTC bus on 18/03/2021 around 7:30 am at Hosur bus stand. I picked the same bus from Hosur railway station to Hosur bus stand.
The bag having one big compartment and one small compartment. The bag contains full of clothes. The bag was Ash in colour (Gym bag).

I am one of the regular passenger of bus no TN23N2653, i travel from vellore to kanchipuram in every working days. Everyday the bus conductor allowing the transgenders in to the bus which causing great nuisance, their behavior embarrassing everyone inside the bus further they are demanding money from all the passengers which made me not to travel in the bus, this is due to the failure in discharging the duties conferred on the conductor of the bus.
Kindly take appropriate actions against the concerned bus conductor regarding this issue.

I r suryasekhar residing at 507k venkataraju nagar pandiyanallore sholinghur came to leave my wife at sholinghur bus station for her daily duties she requested that for a seat that conductor used words which are against women harrasment that for to sit or to sleep is it the words used with a women government servant as she is a grade -1 assistant public prosecutor cheyyar i left from there leaving her it is for your information bus bearing tn23 m 2055 route no :- 161 time 8.00 a.M at sholinghur if yourself dont take any action we will complain in the sholinghur police station with women harrasment and sexual harrasment act 2013

Sir as I booked ticket shencottai to Chennai at 15/03/2021 20:00. Bus not came on time delay upon 2 hrs sir kindly rectify this issues...

My self Shine. I have booked ticket in setc app. From tuticorin to coimbatore. I was waiting for the bus from 9.00 pm. Till 11.00 pm bus didn't came inside the bustand. When i called the conductor. He's saying that he left tuticorin and reached yettayapuram . I asked him why didn't you called me when you reached tuticorin new bustand. He's not giving proper reply . Later he called me and said he'll wait in the hotel where govt . Busses stops and told me to catch madurai bus or trichy bus and to reach the hotel . I got trichy bus and i took ticket for madurai. When the bus reached hotel . No one were waiting. How can he leave me without calling me when i reserved tickets at your website . He should have my mobile no. . Then why did he refuse to call me. I'm sure that i was waiting in the correct platform for the bus. And this is not the 1st time to travel by bus from tuticorin to coimbatore.I need a correct explanation ASAP.

Here Erode to Tiruppur route service bus SBT is this bus whenever we are all travel that time very loudly and very noicey Audio Sound . So all passenger we are all very affect on this very worst poor sounds.
So please consider this issue and need adjustable this problem.
