Greetings for the day
Iam Arunkumar I am from palacode, iam working in Chennai, we don't have Ulta deluxe bus fesility from palacode to Chennai, last 12 year iam traveling every week palacode to Chennai

Sir UD bus available Chennai to Hosur via Krishnagiri
Bus driver and nadathunar both are not taking to the in Krishnagiri people's

Both driver and nadathunar are using all badword even they took all kunda and rewdy for threating
Dear sir, I'm afried
People all working in service department they should not behave like this

I would request to take action against this people
Though we have lost of private bus iam not traveling because I want to support to my government

    In Coimbatore, bus number 21D. Today Around 8.50 pm last trip, the bus actually routed up to ellai thottam. But bus driver haven't drove up to ellai thottam. He turned the bus at Gandhimaa Nagar four corner without picking the passenger and directed towards FCI godown road. Then the bus entered to a unrouted way and left to kurumbapalayam.

    Take necessary action.

      Address: Ponnamarathi

      Iam submitting a complaint regarding Trichy to Ponnamarathi bus( via Viralimalai, Palakurichy) which starts from Trichy at 6.40PM. The actual route of this bus is through Ayan Poruvai a village situated near Palakurichy. But TNSTC staff are bypassing the route. Whenever we ask the reason, they say because of Covid 19 we are bypassing. We girls are regularly coming in this bus and arranging a separate vehicle from Palakurichy to Ayan Poruvai. If any unexpected thing happens for us, who is responsible. This poses a serious threat towards our safety.My doubt is who is deciding the route whether staff or the authority.Kindly address this issue as soon as possible.

          With great difficulty I would like to state that while travelling from vailannkani to Chennai I boarded the bus TN 01 AN 2947, NGP C917 ..my son asked to go for a one bathroom as it was urgent for him but he refuse to stop the bus... Driver was also supporting him accordingly.. This is ridiculous.. I requested him to stop the vehicle for 2 min but he refused to do so and keep on arguing... Kindly take a action on conductor Gopi... I will raise this despute to higher level tomorrow morning.

            Tirunelveli to Tiruchendur route, , date 17feb, time 2.30 in srivaikundam bus stand ..when the handicap try to get into the bus the driver move the bus, , the conductor tried 2, 3 times to stop the bus by whistling and by voice, , eventually the driver not respond to the conductor ..He moves fast without the handicap passenger.

              I boarded in bus no TN21N1949 IN VADALUR. I asked ticket for chengalpet. But conductor gave ticket for PERUNGALTHUR. which Is 30km away from chengalpet. I know that there is 3 more stages after chengalpet.

                    Sir I got the bus Koyambedu to thiruvannamalai.i had camera bag it's not Wight over 3kg.when conductor asking me to take luggage for that I open it shows to him.but i didn't agree to take a luggage for that.then they are try to throw off me from the bus.so plz give us for a chart from what weight exactly we have to take laggage and electronic items respectively. Otherwise it will create confusions between passanger and workers.

                      Dear Sir/Madam
                      This is in regards to quality and timings of busses from Tiruvannamalai to Chennai and vice versa.
                      I have been frequent traveler from Chennai to Tiruvannamalai on early mornings and Tiruvannamalai to Chennai on every two Weeks Friday evenings.
                      I have been boarding only uds from TVM to Chennai, while the busses are frequent the quality o[censored]D busses are really pathetic. none of the seat adjusters are working and we have to wait for almost 45mins before the bus takes off
                      And the situation is even worse when I'm trying to board Chennai to Tiruvannamalai early mornings. Many a times I have to wait for nearly 30 minutes to 45 minutes to board a bus. Today I was waiting from 3.45 Am to 4.30 am after which I got a bus and this happens very frequently.
                      Request your kind intervention and action as this is a common problem for many passengers.

                          I have traveled Tambaram (Sanatorium) To Therasapuram for (31rs) another time for (33rs)... But now I'm traveling from Therasapuram to Tambaram... Conductor has give me a ticket for Rs.39 I don't know how the ticket rates are calculated... I want to know the actual maximum rate of this travel in Deluxe bus from Tambaram (sanatorium) To Therasapuram

                            By your conductor and driver Bus no 3740 in ticket (tn45n2963) to SETTIKULAM, THIRUPPATUR . i have approached that bus for my daily commute No 1 Tollgate to Irungalur Kaikatti. yesterday ( 12 feb 2021) i travel the same bus i have droped. but Today (13 feb 2021) I have refused to drop, even the humble request to both driver and conductor, the conductor threatening me and using some unlikable words among the student and public I have try to capture them misbehavior he is forced to took my phone and threatening me to hand over the phone to his relative polish office and file the fake compliant, as a teacher i have last my dignity by your staffs, if it is ok if there is huge crowd I am sure only 15 passenger are there NOT ONLY TOD “It’s true” it possible to verify the conductor collection invoices. For your kind attention this is the main reason received less passenger. I request you to take the Sevier action against of them. Have attached the bus ticket copy, to your reference.

                            my grievance dated 13 feb2021 I have applied for misbehavior activities of conductor, he is voluntarily asking apology for his behavior to me and accepted to drop me to the staged stopping. I really thankful to this service. kindly abolished my complaint

                              Driver wrongly overtaken in ooty road, damaged over car on 12 th feb at 2:30pm and then we questioned the driver for his mistake but he started screaming with volgur words and left the place.

                              We went to the showroom to get that damage fixed but they quoted 16k for fixing and insurance can be claimed is 6k and 10k need to be paid from our pocket.

                              I am with very pain urge you to take a seveare action on driver and train him how to behave with out state people.

                                I am traveling from salem to chennai.i got this bus at night to reach chennai at morning but the driver put too much volume of music so I couldn't sleep and it makes headache.
                                How can a common people sleep while they put this much of volume at night 2 o clock.
                                Please do something for this.

                                        In an emergency the bus driver was drank and blocked the main road (right turn L.endathur road) and he didn’t stop the bus in the proper place(bus stand in UTHIRAMERUR) so many peoples caring the Luggage with hold theirs kids and running to back side of bus from the bus stand very difficult to people. Please think about Handicapped people and he’s very rude behaviour. We asked to the question why your blocking the road and why not stopped the bus in proper bus stand ... but he reacted very rude and turn off the Engine in the same place and get come to fight... I have enclosed records please take necessary action against him.
