Request to refund the money for the ticket

Sir,
I have booked a ticket to Rajapalayam from cuddalore. Money was debited from my account but the ticket was not booked. I'm not opened any tnstc account so I directly applied for the ticket as a guest.

TRANSFER TO[protected]UPI/DR/[protected]/STATETR/HDFC/statetrans/TNSTC

The above UPI transaction of 1735 rs was carried out to book three adult passengers in Chennai to Madurai bus

While amount was deducted from my bank account the ticket couldn't be booked

The transaction was carried on 24/01/2021 6:30am

When will I get my refund money of 1735...

Today, 23rd January (Saturday) by 5.09 a government town bus in Coimbatore TN38N1578, driver of this bus drove recklessly inside the city and tried to harm our car by making a collusion as we reacted on time we were able to dodge it. Sir,

Chennai to Arcot 123 bus taking break @ JP Hotel for 20 minutes it's needed or not I don't knows but if the break must need arrange some other locations near by AVIN also available beacz JP Hotel food rate double the cost from MRP it's not only for me it's for our peoples.

He wants extra money for stops

I am form Theni district, I am come back to my home down GUDALUR to LOWER CAMP. the time 5:55pm GUDALUR to kumuly the bus conductor want extra money for lower camp stop, he is during this in 2011, That is he says to me. It is just 5 rupees for me. But during this action in 10 year, that is very big amount forgery. But I don't know his name. But I know the bus number.

Specs lost

Handicapped person refused by conductor

My handicapped brother refused by conductor and his wheelchair too refused by conductor my brother not able to walk he had 80% of disability... Transport are supposed to serve the all type of people we along with middle class family we haven't car at all... But these type of conductors refused him and his wheelchair too... Waiting for pollachi to dharapuram

Poor condition of bus

I travelled in 16D bus today (12.01.2021)which goes to thuckalay, which passes through arumanai between 8.05 am to 8.15 am in the morning.it was heavily raining outside and INSIDE THE BUS.There was not even a single seat which was not getting wet by dripping of rain water inside.all the passengers were getting wet by dripping of water.In this pandemic situation where each one is to take care of themselves so as to make sure one is not getting...

In Tirupathur District tirupathur to vellore terminal buses are not stopped madhanur stage particularly in night times aren't stopped. There are lot of females are going to work in newly formed Tirupathur district Head quarters.

For Ex:

Timing and stopping point

Today morning I catch Erode bus around 0520am and it's mentioned as Express and they charge also like express. After that unnecessary they stop more than 4 points for tea break and after reaching karur they act like Normal Town Bus they stoping all intermediary village like two to three kilometres distance and bus driver and Conductor talking continue. It's so irritating...Bus Number: TN33 N3434...

164 minjur bus not arriving on time

After covid they stop 29d and 29c to mathur, Chennai 68. Now only 164 is available to our home we have to reach the office at 9pm at egmore but since this perambur bus is delaying for more than one hr we are unable to reach the office on time and in evening after 6pm they are no 29a to reach to perambur and 164 is not coming after 7pm when we reach so it is difficult for travel purpose and we have to go by auto ....
