I tried booking a Ticket from Chennai to Coimbatore on 10 March 2021 in Bus 19CHECOIAC.
Amount was debited but ticket booking was failed. I mailed to the query to respective helpdesk mail. But didn't receive any response from them.

This is with regards to to my travel on tnstc bus No TN 65 from madurai to ramnad on 10 Mar 21 at 1815 hrs. The conductor had charged me luggage for the medicine I was carrying in a carton not weighting even 5 Kg. I want this complaint to be resolved according to the existing rules.

Dear team, I am working in private organisation, bus facility in siruseri-inside(OMR) is very less, because of this, we are unable to reach office on time. In addition DR. AMBEDKAR LAW COLLEGE also started and students from that college also suffering more.. Share autos charging more.
I request you to take neccesary action immediately.

A conductor who was not willing to disclose his name manhandled everyone in the bus and he overloaded the bus and passengers complained of the same. I was travelling from paramathi velur to Paundamangalam around 5kms distance. The bus took from paramathi velur bus stand by around 6:05 pm.Already it was full of rush. Almost 60 to 70 passengers were in the mini bus where we finded it difficult to even stand.A 3 months old baby fainted and a 10 year old boy vomited.Kindly take necessary steps.tge vehicle number is TN28 L 9272.The image of the bus rush and conductor is also attached. Kindly take necessary actions to avoid these kind of assault.

Most of the times there are very less frequency of Buses from Erode to Coimbatore, by which around 70 to 80 passengers are waiting for around 2 hours and more. Kindly increase the frequency in night also.

Tnstc bus drivers was not kind to passengerrs they are shouting over the passengers when they reached the destination they are not giving space to take passengers to alcarry iver their luggage and children . All.aged and children all are in the bus but they are not giving time to get down from the bus this not fair.kindly do the needful to the same

I am traveling from kovilpatti to murambu on[protected], morning 8 o clock. We are totally 6 including a 4 year boy and 10 years old boy. When i asked ticket for 4 full full tickets and 2half tickets to murambu, the
tnstc bus conductor who compelling to take full ticket for the 10 years old boy.
Though i explained, he made me to take full ticket. I need to take action and return my extra amount.

I'm travelled Rajapalayam to Sankarankovil on 08/03/21 at 7.45am. I travelled with my kids both are below 6 years. The complaint about bus driver rudely behaved to me, I'm trying to sit front seat which is back seat of the driver. But he clearly told that all seats are reversed for ladies near driver seat. He clearly explained this law is not a law book but he followed that. His age is below 30 and he is trying to misbehaving ladies. Furthermore, he heard sounds system with full volume which is annoying the passengers.kindly advice bus driver which is not a good.

I booked my ticket in online from rajapalayam to coimbatore Bus No(TN01AN0636) Dated (7.03.2021)At the time of journey I entered into bus my seat No is 9(female) and seat No 10 is booked by (male) All seats are booked and no one is willing to came and Help me to change their seat. How can I travel that bus?lots of careless mistakes are happen while booking tickets in online.kindly check while confirming the ticket.Take an necessary steps as soon as possible

Dear officer,

This is a complaint against a driver who was driving his bus in a rash and indecent manner. He almost hit my car twice and was honking the horn atleast 1000 times per minute. Within thiruvanmiyur till palavakkam he might have horned atleast 1 lakh times. My ears started hurting badly.

Thiruvanmiyur to vgp is in the city limit. But the way he was driving there is something to be notified to the higher officials.
His attitude towards his passengers and others driving in his route is very bad. And this will definitely lead to accidents if he is not punished.

I got down from my car in a signal and requested the driver to go slow. He started scolding me in bad words and was very disrespectful.

I'm very much disappointed with this incident. I request the respected higher officials to take necessary actions. The details are given below.

I have traveled today Arni to Arcot Bus Registration No. TN25N0376 before not allowed into bus for the told no stage in Arcot and spoke abuse words in public, than I complained to Arni bus depot officers there also not taken my complained. So, Please take action the both peoples. Here also I not get response I will be complained in consumer court.

Bus conductors not allowing sit boarding from trichy to dindigul. Even bus displaying shows dindigul station. Myself and family waiting for dindigul bus from 10.50 PM. But buses are available for palani(2 buses), palani and Cumbum (via dindigul route). But no one allowing to sit because direct cumbum bus passenger or palani passenger only allowed. Then I went to trichy bus transport office but no one available in the respective seat even office is open. My parents (old age) suffered lot. We are also paying money. Kindly consider as passenger

Bus conductor was not accepted to reach the destination and stopped before the destination stop. And also unaccept the Rs.10 coin

Take action immedietly most of tamilnadu government as well as private bus conductors using tongue saliva for tear tickets given to passenger, many of liquid moisture available in market, but they not using that used our saliva instead of ligid moisture, covid 19 easy spread through saliva..bus no 124 town bus gandipuram to periyanaikenpalaiyam .i travel[protected] thudiyalur to periyanaikenpalaiyam this incident happen

Si/madam take immediate actions about this complaint, government as well as private bus conductors using saliva in tongue for tear a tickets given to passengers...many moisture liquid available in market but they not use...conduct meeting teach to BUS conductors...now we are in covid 19 pandemic easy spread through saliva droplets...

As everyone know sriperumbudur is the major industrial suburb in tamilnadu and Arakkonam is the nearest major railway junction connecting to North, North-west, West, South-west regions/states of india and Arakkonam is the only next junction where express trains stops after chennai terminal . Lot of people travel daily for essential services (like government staffs, office goers, business, vendors, daily wage labours, construction workers) in arakkonam to sriperumbudur route via tiruvallur or kanchipuram by travelling extra 30 kms unncessarily due to non direct bus service routes from Arakkonam to sriperumbudur via thakkolam, perambakkam, mappedu panchayat towns . Also there are more than 50-60 villages in this enroute from arakkonam to sriperumbudur and common public suffers due to non-availability of direct govt bus. Please run frequent direct govt bus services from arakkonam to sriperumbudur (every 30 mins once), so it will be beneficial to people.

I have been waiting for 1 hour .There was no bus in this route(5/3/2021).Improper, poor bus service.Even village has time bus.

I booked a bus from Trichy to Bangalore..and the scheduled time was.10.35pm in the website

The bus came for the pickup at 12.16am..this is absolutely absurd and such a disappointment in the service

And they are telling stories about a missing bus.

I don't even know for sure you guys will take action..but I hope this matter is taken seriously...please don't degrade the name of the state like this
