Sir as I booked ticket shencottai to Chennai at 15/03/2021 20:00. Bus not came on time delay upon 2 hrs sir kindly rectify this issues...

Dear sir,
My self Shine. I have booked ticket in setc app. From tuticorin to coimbatore. I was waiting for the bus from 9.00 pm. Till 11.00 pm bus didn't came inside the bustand. When i called the conductor. He's saying that he left tuticorin and reached yettayapuram . I asked him why didn't you called me when you reached tuticorin new bustand. He's not giving proper reply . Later he called me and said he'll wait in the hotel where govt . Busses stops and told me to catch madurai bus or trichy bus and to reach the hotel . I got trichy bus and i took ticket for madurai. When the bus reached hotel . No one were waiting. How can he leave me without calling me when i reserved tickets at your website . He should have my mobile no. . Then why did he refuse to call me. I'm sure that i was waiting in the correct platform for the bus. And this is not the 1st time to travel by bus from tuticorin to coimbatore.I need a correct explanation ASAP.

Here Erode to Tiruppur route service bus SBT is this bus whenever we are all travel that time very loudly and very noicey Audio Sound . So all passenger we are all very affect on this very worst poor sounds.
So please consider this issue and need adjustable this problem.

In Dindigul to trichy bus number TN45 N 4215 bus started at dindigul at 8.30am that bus stoping all local stops

bus not stop at ramapuram - vill[protected] a.P)- following bus no- tn 21 n 1973. -- ticket no- 48816 (rs.20) & 56876 (rs.5)

Incident-2 koyambedu depot bus-- 6th mar-21 --vehicle no- 103n unable to view bus no in dark light place bus was stop at nearby arambakkam. Ticket no 72807 (rs.20) & 67812 (rs.5).

Incident-3 bus no. Tn21n 2166 route- 103n chennai to nellore, same staffs created issue on 6th mar-21 & 10th mar-21

Bus driver & conductor not allow to travel bus and twisting passenger against me stopped bus more than 2 to 3 mins in Gummidipundi 601201, Why driver not ready to stop 10seconds in Ramapuram village[protected] instead of argument with me and stop bus middle of road.

This on 6am Started From Coimbatore to Tutucorin bus conductor is talking Rudely and Asking all passengers to take straight tickets to Madurai who are Getting Down in Middle Also and those who are not taking ticket.. He is Shouting to in bad Words and ask them to get down from the bus... Kindly take action Against Him

S43 minibus is very late and it comes at irregular timings, school and College students are unable to attend their classes at time.

On 10/03/2021 i am traveling in TNSTC GOVERNMENT BUS ( TN63 N 2057 ) .In bus a family ( father, mother and child ) request conductor to stop in sethulai .but the conductor and driver wont agree and used disrespectful words. I hope TNSTC will action for this.Conductor imbehaves very worst Mannar

The transaction RefNo:[protected]. I had booked bus from banglore to karur. The payment was successful but the ticket was not booked.

I tried booking a Ticket from Chennai to Coimbatore on 10 March 2021 in Bus 19CHECOIAC.
Amount was debited but ticket booking was failed. I mailed to the query to respective helpdesk mail. But didn't receive any response from them.

This is with regards to to my travel on tnstc bus No TN 65 from madurai to ramnad on 10 Mar 21 at 1815 hrs. The conductor had charged me luggage for the medicine I was carrying in a carton not weighting even 5 Kg. I want this complaint to be resolved according to the existing rules.

Dear team, I am working in private organisation, bus facility in siruseri-inside(OMR) is very less, because of this, we are unable to reach office on time. In addition DR. AMBEDKAR LAW COLLEGE also started and students from that college also suffering more.. Share autos charging more.
I request you to take neccesary action immediately.

A conductor who was not willing to disclose his name manhandled everyone in the bus and he overloaded the bus and passengers complained of the same. I was travelling from paramathi velur to Paundamangalam around 5kms distance. The bus took from paramathi velur bus stand by around 6:05 pm.Already it was full of rush. Almost 60 to 70 passengers were in the mini bus where we finded it difficult to even stand.A 3 months old baby fainted and a 10 year old boy vomited.Kindly take necessary steps.tge vehicle number is TN28 L 9272.The image of the bus rush and conductor is also attached. Kindly take necessary actions to avoid these kind of assault.

Most of the times there are very less frequency of Buses from Erode to Coimbatore, by which around 70 to 80 passengers are waiting for around 2 hours and more. Kindly increase the frequency in night also.

Tnstc bus drivers was not kind to passengerrs they are shouting over the passengers when they reached the destination they are not giving space to take passengers to alcarry iver their luggage and children . All.aged and children all are in the bus but they are not giving time to get down from the bus this not fair.kindly do the needful to the same

I am traveling from kovilpatti to murambu on[protected], morning 8 o clock. We are totally 6 including a 4 year boy and 10 years old boy. When i asked ticket for 4 full full tickets and 2half tickets to murambu, the
tnstc bus conductor who compelling to take full ticket for the 10 years old boy.
Though i explained, he made me to take full ticket. I need to take action and return my extra amount.
