Dear Sir/Madam,
I have traveled today Arni to Arcot Bus Registration No. TN25N0376 before not allowed into bus for the told no stage in Arcot and spoke abuse words in public, than I complained to Arni bus depot officers there also not taken my complained. So, Please take action the both peoples. Here also I not get response I will be complained in consumer court.

Bus conductors not allowing sit boarding from trichy to dindigul. Even bus displaying shows dindigul station. Myself and family waiting for dindigul bus from 10.50 PM. But buses are available for palani(2 buses), palani and Cumbum (via dindigul route). But no one allowing to sit because direct cumbum bus passenger or palani passenger only allowed. Then I went to trichy bus transport office but no one available in the respective seat even office is open. My parents (old age) suffered lot. We are also paying money. Kindly consider as passenger

Bus conductor was not accepted to reach the destination and stopped before the destination stop. And also unaccept the Rs.10 coin

Take action immedietly most of tamilnadu government as well as private bus conductors using tongue saliva for tear tickets given to passenger, many of liquid moisture available in market, but they not using that used our saliva instead of ligid moisture, covid 19 easy spread through saliva..bus no 124 town bus gandipuram to periyanaikenpalaiyam .i travel[protected] thudiyalur to periyanaikenpalaiyam this incident happen

Si/madam take immediate actions about this complaint, government as well as private bus conductors using saliva in tongue for tear a tickets given to passengers...many moisture liquid available in market but they not use...conduct meeting teach to BUS conductors...now we are in covid 19 pandemic easy spread through saliva droplets...

As everyone know sriperumbudur is the major industrial suburb in tamilnadu and Arakkonam is the nearest major railway junction connecting to North, North-west, West, South-west regions/states of india and Arakkonam is the only next junction where express trains stops after chennai terminal . Lot of people travel daily for essential services (like government staffs, office goers, business, vendors, daily wage labours, construction workers) in arakkonam to sriperumbudur route via tiruvallur or kanchipuram by travelling extra 30 kms unncessarily due to non direct bus service routes from Arakkonam to sriperumbudur via thakkolam, perambakkam, mappedu panchayat towns . Also there are more than 50-60 villages in this enroute from arakkonam to sriperumbudur and common public suffers due to non-availability of direct govt bus. Please run frequent direct govt bus services from arakkonam to sriperumbudur (every 30 mins once), so it will be beneficial to people.

I have been waiting for 1 hour .There was no bus in this route(5/3/2021).Improper, poor bus service.Even village has time bus.

I booked a bus from Trichy to Bangalore..and the scheduled time was.10.35pm in the website

The bus came for the pickup at 12.16am..this is absolutely absurd and such a disappointment in the service

And they are telling stories about a missing bus.

I don't even know for sure you guys will take action..but I hope this matter is taken seriously...please don't degrade the name of the state like this

From 10 pm I'm waiting in thirubuvanai pondicherry to go to villupuram nearly 3 government vilupuram busses passed but no one are stopped at bus stop there are more than 5 people waiting for bus at night this kind of activities are need to be strictly punished

This complaint is about that I have charged for a carry bag which is having my eatables items, which is less than 3kg that is obviously allowed by TNSTC for free. But the conductor asked me buy the luggage charge for that carry bag. Here I'm attaching my travel details below

I reside in Nalattinputhur, a village in Kovilpatti taluk in Tuticorin district. Being a village, all government buses which passes through the busstop in our place 'Do not stop' even when the bus is half full. Those drivers take this situation granted and common people has to wait in the hot sun till the next private bus arrives. This makes people to wait from going to an urgent work. As a common public, I kindly request you to take immediate action on this sitiation.

I am Annapurna from Salim on 28 2021 afternoon 12 I pick the bus(TN 30-N 1579), my daughter age below 10 years, I am attaching birth certificate, Salem to Bangalore I got half ticket regularly to my daughter, but today conductor give the only full ticket, I asked below 12years only half ticket, not full ticket, conductor government rules not follwed, only 500rupees in my burse, I am conductor against fight, conductor not accept rules, conductor asked only full ticket or go to out in bus, bus is running, how to outside in bus, very disappointed, conductor rude behaviour, please take a immediately action against conductor

Sir I am travelling from spic nagar to Mandela nagar, Madurai on tiruchendur to erode bus. But conducter was collected the ticket amount from author to arapalayam stage .Normal ticket rate from spic to Mandela nagar is Rs.133 only. But I was given rs.150.
Travelling date : 28.02.20
Time : 7.00 am.

I paid Rs.380 for two and half ticket.
What is the reason?

At 6.30 pm around, I travelling from Narayana hospital to hosur, instead of 40 rs he collected 60 rs, Kind request to take action

Hi sir .I'm Vishnu .s. date 26 Feb 2021 .The bus to Nagercoil which reaches theni bus stand by 11.pm not came inside Theni old Bus stand itself .but it passes outside area without stopping point .since it is a long route bus it must be maintained with good timing and stopping sense. This is highly shame on that driver .since many are awaiting for that particular bus .please take some necessary action towards it .because many are depend on this type of long route buses .thank u .

This is Janakiraman from Marakkanam of Villuppuram District, Tamilnadu. Today (26.02.2021) morning I took my sister to drop her in Bus stand as she is going to School. When she is waiting for long time in bus stop, there came a Bus '188' from Pondicherry to Chennai arround 09:15 AM and it didn't stop at its station. We ran to catch that bus, before climbing up, the driver moved the bus.
My sister is Studying 12th Standard in Government Higher Secondary School, Kadappakam. Please take proper action.

Sometimes even it the bus is travelling in empty also not stopping.

Since train services are not available from kanchipuram to arakkonam due to covid in evening peak hours, Only option is to travel by bus from kanchipuram. In evening hours, there are not many government buses available from 5 PM- 8 PM after office hours. Also Arakkonam is main railway junction, where many people from kanchipuram/chengalpet district daily travels to reach Arakkonam railway station to catch express/local train services and almost they stuck in kanchipuram due to non-availability of buses .

During this peak hours, only few buses govt/private buses running from arakkonam to tirupati, even in that bus conductors /brokers not allowing arakkonam or tirutani passengers to travel, though arakkonam, tirutani main route stoppings and even displayed in bus board . Also I suspect private bharati bus service literally paying commission/bribe indirectly to govt bus depot staffs/drivers(kanchipuram) and not allowing any govt buses to run during peak hours.

Also bharati bus service making people to travel in footboard without following covid rules and abusing arakkonam/tirutani passengers if they try to get-in tirupati bus.. Please run more governmentt buses between 5-9 PM atleast every 30 mins once (from kanchipuram to tirutani ) .Please take actions on private bharati bus service for their atrocities and also they does rash driving without caring about passengers life

While traveling from karur to pudhuchathram conductor charged ticket fare for andagalore gate instead of puduchathram... after asking the original price 10 mins later he changed the ticket and totally we gave 132 which is crrct fare. But he just throw the 2 rs coin in our bags disrespectfully. Worst behavior
