I have lost my baggage during my travel from redhills to sricity on Chennai - tada TNSTC bus .
I got down at tada by 10.10 am today and found that I missed my luggage unfortunately .
So I kindly request you to get my luggage and keep it safe .I will come and collect

      Dear sir/madam,
      In an emergency the bus driver was drank and blocked the main road (right turn L.endathur road) and he didn’t stop the bus in the proper place(bus stand in UTHIRAMERUR) so many peoples caring the Luggage with hold theirs kids and running to back side of bus from the bus stand very difficult to people. Please think about Handicapped people and he’s very rude behaviour. We asked to the question why your blocking the road and why not stopped the bus in proper bus stand ... but he reacted very rude and turn off the Engine in the same place and get come to fight... I have enclosed records please take necessary action against him.

        Regarding Buses are not stopping at pudukudi Bus stop in Tirunelveli Papanasam line. I was travelling from tirunelveli to pudhusu.. there were only route number 131 which stopes at all moffusil stops in that route after jan 14 approximately all the 131 changed as 131SFS and not stopping at Kuniyur, Karaikurichi, Pudhukudi and vellanguli and not going inside veeravanallur town. This is happening in the nights.. lot of people are suffering due to this... From tirunelveli to papanasam route buses stops at all stops till cheran lmahadevi and skips above 4 stops and then stops everywhere from kallidaikurichi... By stopping in this 4 stops there won't be much delay and for non stop travel there is 131 PP service is there. I hope this would taken to the right person be resolved ASAP. Thanks in advance

          I am travelling from vellore to hosur at 12am. But after reaching krishnagiri conductor told me to go and change another bus because that bus having 2 passengers only including me. Then I will go and sit on another bus which is fingered by conductor, but that bus conductor and driver asking lot of questions to like why you are changed to this bus, who authorised etc, . Then that driver told step-down us. Now I am going through another bus by paying extra rupees.

            52+2 seats alloted in a bus but the ticket collector taking more passengers without any knowledge and there is no mask and precautions in the bus.Ticketcollector doing his own business in the bus
            The bus is instructed as karaikkal to Tanjore of non stop rider but they were taking more over passengers in the bus

              Sir,

              Whenever I want to go to Uthangarai, I take a bus from silk board - Bangalore. and for that the ticket spare is Rs 150, the same spare as if I get on from the majestic bus stand.

              But when I ask the conductor if there is any change in the bus spare if I get on the bus and travel from electronic city. The conductor says still no reduction.

              Now, my question is, is it true what the tnstc conductor says? If it's true don't you think it's unfair to collect same bus charge for different locations at around more than 20 km distance .

                Asked to stop the bus in stopping area they use irrespective words against me take the immediate action that is last warning. Complaint the kallakurichi bus stand head division but not reply with me. Teach him to how do respect to public then service to public are good person.

                      The bus conductor had misbehaved to my friend.. bus no TN25N0613... First about the seat.. second beco of that issuse the conductor start delaying the bus.. and told to need to reach ur destination within 2 hours but I wl make it 4hours.. same as he said he done it.. travelling from thiruvanamala to chennai

                        I have been waiting for irugur bus from 12.30pm. Direct bus for irugur (no.88) arrived around 1.30pm at radhakrishna mills bus stop. Even though bus had less passengers, bus didn't stop at the bus stop and driver ride fastly. More than 4 passengers were waiting for the same bus for mor than an hour. Very rude. Pls take appropriate action or ask him to stop the bus hereafter in al the stops. Passengers cannot hire auto or cab all the time . It's their duty to stop in all bus stop . This incident happened on Feb 4, 2021 @ 1.28pm (radhakrishna mills busstop).

                          Travelled today 4.2.2021 from hosur to Bangalore . Boarded bus at 6.40 at hosur and forgot to take my suitcase.
                          I was not able to follow the bus kindly see if any suitcase is found. It's a blue colour suitcase with my clothes inside.

                            I traveled from madurai to paramakudi on 2.2.2021 12:30:54 in TN 63 N 1962 driver played the music in high volume so i told the conductor to low the volume but there is no response...what will happen if something happen to my ear...will you're government answer for that and teach some common sense for your workers. i want the immediate reply from your Side.

                                The bus driver of TBSTC bus (TN 32 N 4597 ) plying betwee koyambedu to Salam on 31 Jan 2021 has behaved in harsh inhumane way with a senior citizen passenger and has used unpafliamentary word against him, for no mistake of the passenger. The senior citizen passenger was accompanied by 5 more passengers including two children and two women.

                                        officer, come from ooty to Coimbatore, I went to do urine at the Coimbatore city bus stand there money collector is already taken drink and he is unconscious that time, he misbehaved with me and after that I go to bus stand in charge there also two people misbehaved with me and told go to police station and pushed me out of room. My train Coimbatore to salem that's why I was not go police station
