I am travelling daily in bus to singaperumal Kovil PIN CODE 603204 from maduravoyal daily basis but on day 3rd December 2020 time 6.45. Evening I caught bus number TN 32-N-4263 Deluxe, conductor give me a ticket for 55 rupees which is compare to normal Deluxe ticket price 10 rupees higher in normal old model ticket, actually ticket price Deluxe price is 45 Rs only for Maduravoyal to Singaperumal Kovil, kindly take necessary action on this issue .more conductor are changing high ticket prices using old model ticket paper.

    I would like to bring to your kind notice about the illegal attitude of one of the bus conductor in TN transport bus plying between Tenkasi and Tirunelveli in Tenkasi district.

    I had boarded a bus no. TN-32N-4143 (photo attached) on 01st Dec. 2020 around 5:45 pm for travel from Tenkasi to Ramachandra Pattanam along with my father and the ticket cost is Rs. 10/- per passenger.

    The bus conductor (name unknown and the route number of the bus was hidden by advertisements) collected the total fare of Rs. 20/- and didn't provide me the tickets. Even after asking him couple of times, he just smiled and went ahead. This practice he followed with quite other 5 to 6 passenters also, who travelled for a short distance between Tenkasi and Pavoor chathiram. Among such passengers, especially, one lady passenger along with her 2 children also insisted to provide the ticket saying that incase of checking, who will bear the penalty. To this query also, the conductor went ahead without giving ticket and proper answer.

    The photograph of the bus conductor along with the bus registraton details are sent in a separate mail.

    I would now request you to kindly inform the concerned authority and initiate proper action, which will help the government not to lose any revenue, as such attituede is being practiced by many of the conductors in this route, especially for travel in short distances.

      Hello I am writing from sikkadu Village in kallakurichi district. tnstc Villupuram kallakurichi to adhaiyur town bus route No:2 wich comes to daily has been stopped for no reason for the last 3months. he threatens me with in appropriate words that i[censored] talk to me about this I will file my complaint to the police. therefore they should take immediate action to run the bus. And I humbly ask them to take action against him.

          I'm want to travel on29/11/20 from pudukottai to devakottai Road (rastha ) at 10.30pm.. In asking ticket from pudukottai to rastha(6km from karaikudi) ticket rate Rs26only .. He put ticket from pudukottai to devakottai and collecting extra charges Rs 52.
          On that time I'm asking him why extra amount collecting.he answer like threatening me like I ill give 26rs ticket but I'm nt stop the bus at rastha..
          Please do some favour against my complaint.. I dnt know his name. Im here to attach that ticket Image

            Bus no: 21, 29.November 2020 time 1.15pm to 1.50pm bus was stand in bus stand, even bus was full no bus diver and bus conductor came inside the bus. In the covid 19 situation, all peoples choosen same bus which is stand in bus stand, no distancing followed, bus not start from bus stand on time, even more passagers in the bus conductor not advice to tell the people's follow social distance. Instead of advice to passengers bus driver and conductor if follow proper rules and social distance advice, on time bus start avoid many issue. Please advice to bus driver to take bus partially bus is filled.

              Over charges on govt town bus but government not announced about the bus charge in this corono time. Only government announced usually charge for passengers.

                On 27/11/2020, I tried to book 2 tickets from Villupuram to Madurai in SETC. Amount Rs.335 has been debited from my account but ticket was not booked. TNSTC Reference Number: OB14872968, Trip code 2131PUUMAD. Please resolve this complaint and refund the amount as soon as possible.

                      This is to inform you that, daily I am traveling from dindigul bypass to Madurai ( Guru theater stop). I take the bus around 7.40am from dindigul bypass. Recent days Covai route bus (TN 38- N -3315) is not stoping the madurai Guru theatre stop due to time constraints and diesel consumption. It can be affect my regular work and cost. Please help me to takes the necessary action and do the needful.

                      All other route buses are give the stoping except this bus.

                          Hello Sir,
                          I was travelling salem to kunjandiyur and the ticket far is 26 rs and i given 30 rs in that 10 also included but conductor refused to accept 10 rs coin i asked the reason and he said 10 rs coin not worth nowadays. Please take action for this kind of issue.

                            Every Day Facing Issue on Vel murugan Transport ( Paramakudi to Madurai)

                            They Have different Rules for seating Arrangement ( there not Allowing Middle stop Passenger to Sit )

                            Please Advise them do not Allow Middle Stop Passenger since they follow one to One Sitting Passengers ( PMK - Madurai)

                                Dear sir, Kanchipuram to Tiruvannamalai ( way - vanthavasi ) ticket rate Rs.102 . But cheyyar way ticket rate Rs.120 for Kanchipuram to Tiruvannamalai. Why this difference . Both tickets attached by this complaint

But one particular conductor won't allow passengers to get the bus he use to be very much harsh to passenger s using insulting words.                                       I am travelling by govt bus(17.11.2020 at 3.00pm) from Dindigul to karur (TN30 N1617), i gave amount 200₹ to conductor muralikrishan.but he is not seeing money propeely and given remaining by calculating 100₹.i requested to calculate ticket count with money collection.but he is not doing anything.kindly take action.

                                        We have booked a ticket for chennai on[protected] at 3.20 am from dharmapuri. We have reached the boarding point at 3.10 itself. But the bus has departured so earlier. We called the customercare they also didn’t respond. They didn’t even pick up the call. severe action should be taken and the process for the refund must be taken. Many passengers like me have affected .

                                        Please provide frequent buses for bus no.11 from central /parrys to t .nagar.its very very difficult to wait morning one hour to catch this bus and no alternative bus also from central to reach t Nagar.

                                        I hope only 2 buses alloted for 11 morning it takes 45 min to wait to catch it's so rush to travel with rush and again it's travel time half an hour to reach designation . Totally it's 1h.30 min
                                        I hope you understand our needs.
