The bus am traveling from tirunelveli to tuticorin tn72 n 1401, on date 17.04.2019 at around 9.15pm. I gave 50rs for ticket but the conductor tore my money and acted as if i have given torn money. And also started shouting at me infront of everyone, as a girl i felt low and angered and asked for justice. But the conductor continued to shout at me and the driver also joined him. Driver threatened me to drop from the bus if i din't get down. I remind in bus as i gave another 50rs and bought my ticket. But the driver continued to threaten me and refused to say his name. I request the regarding authority to take necessary action against this. And prevent another passenger getting affected.

    I am completing against conductor of puthukulam branch bus number is TN58 N2390 was stop at the madurai viraganoor Ring road there was 10passenger in the stop but the conductor told not to travel to matuthavani the conductor lost the 10person income for the government on time is 5:50 date 16/04/2019 kindly take action I am going for some important meeting but the conductor insal me thank you

      Due to all 102 Has been changed to point to point. Most of the buses has been cancelled from gudiyatham, Salem &Salem etc, ...
      Today I got a seat in Adayar bus but conductor directly telling don't come from next week. If need come in standing.
      I pay money to travel then how come he is telling it, I don't know.
      Poor response, so, Kindly arrange buses to sriperambadur at least on Monday special cases alone.

        Today is april 15th 2019 time: 11:00am to 11:05am ist, i was waiting to board bus from thanjavur new bus stand to sastra university. The bus conductor of the bus number tn45n3690 refused to stop the bus at sastra bus stop even after the head in charge ordered him to stop the bus at that particular stop. I request the concerned authorities to take action.

          I booked ticket from ramanathapuram to chennai on 14.04.2019. The actual departure time is 5.30 but they departed at 6.00 pm.
          And they held for more time in every stop to fill the unfilled seats.
          If you do like that you shouldn't mention the destination time and duration hour. It leads to late arriving of passengers. You should respond for the same.

          Tuticorin-Thiruchendur morning 8.45AM - 9.30 AM, We are people from kayalpatinam waiting for buses for more than 45 mins for last 5 days daily, the buses which come through Kayalpatinam not through their route, most of the person are going to work on that please consider this as a serious issue. Usual buses are not coming correctly.
          Driver and condructor not taking bus on the time they are doing own work in town passengers waiting for them they are not giving answer to passengers

          After 9pm not even a single bus stops in the corresponding stops in the routes.
          Driver and the conductor denying to do the job. People are suffering lot. Please look into the issue.

            Today (10/04/2019) i travelled to coimbatore from anthiyur at government bus vehicle no. Tn 33 n 3022. I got ticket to coimbatore. The bus reached at gobi.. And i am get-out off bus to buy drinking water bottle. Even just 2min the bus started and went out from gobi bus stand... I trying to stop the bus near traffic signal at covai road side but the driver didn't stop the bus... I was miss my traveling bag is on my seat... I run behind the bus at 1.5 kms but they didn't stop. Please take necessary action on that bus conductor and driver...

            Hi, I am traveling Bangalore to ooty. I have boarded the cab at 730am. Every bus stop they are stopping vehicle half in hour and when I question them, they are not giving proper response. So request to take action on the same. Ticket number -A61884

              I was supposed to travel from chennai to tirupur in night and have booked the tickets online. Conductor asked for a hard copy of the ticket. And stopped the bus in the middle of the journey and asked to take printout. Used wrong words.. At last.. Late hour in night. Can't to take printout.. And then conductor asked for a rs100 not as fine.. But as bribe.

              Dear sir..

              TN 30 N1441 bangalore to Salem bus. Picked some passengers from thoppur. But that bus conductor generate ticket tollgate to Salem 40 rupees. But regular ticket price 25 if express toppur to Salem 32 rupees only. He told me thoppur is not a stage.
              M.Pandian did not show any respect to the passengers.i complaint a misconduct against him. I sincerely want the consumer board to take actions against him. This happened on 14 the of April 2019 10:45 am.i was not patient and was misbehaving with most of the passengers. I thereby conclude to take serious action against him.

              I am Prabhu I am travelling to trichy to Melmarvathur archival amont Rs.215 but I pay Rs. 300 I ask bus conductor Mr. Baskaran he toll me only fixed rate Rs.300. This government bus or private bus all are cheating our people totally suffering finally I go to court my tickets no 32302.27875 bus no TN68.

                I am complaining from tuticorin is there any rule that epothumvendran passengers should not be seated in kovilpatti bus. The conductors not allowed passengers to board the bus they are asking to board while the bus starts. Is there any rule like that. Conductors not behaving properly to the passengers. Kindly check this issue. We working and studying peoples affected badly because of this issue.

                  I have traveled from aruppukottai to tirupur on 07/04/2019 by bus number tn 67. N.1058
                  Actual departure time aruppukottai 10.20 pm. Conductor collected ticket charges around 9.30 pm.
                  Conductor informed that one person is coming from depot (This person is not belonging to your staff because the conductor collected the charges from him) after that only they can start the bus
                  Finally bus departed 10.25 pm
                  We ask the conductor for the delay and he threatend to file the police complaint for not allowing them to their duty.
                  Hence i request you to do the needful.

                    The conductor in the bus is using bad words to the passenger... That too he was a old man. The passenger didn't get down in his stop he delayed to get down bcos the bus was rush. He asked the conductor to stop the bus for that the conductor started using bad words... Please take some action sir.. And i am doing my law...
                    Still i believe in law that's y i am raising complaining...

                        Dear sir,
                        Today i have travelling trichy to chennai in our tnstc bus tn 21 n 1982. Its reached perambalur at 7.15. But due to tyre change driver stopped the bus in perambalur bus depot. He is not informed the exact time for recovery the problem. Almost one hour gone. Driver or conducter not excused to the customers for delay. We can't ask refund. If they take immediate alternative bus, we will reach our destination in correct time. Very worst replied to us.

                        This is a caution to govt bus department.

                          Dear sir/mam
                          I am a farmer. Today i started travelling from cheyyar to chennai by 130 bus by 4.00 a. M. I payed the ticket fare rs.95 usually and i carry 13 kg luggage along with me. Usually i pay rs 25 to 45 for that luggage. But today the conductor asked me to pay rs 95 for that luggage that means full ticket. I told him i regularly pay rs 25 to 45 for luggage but he said just pay the amount or get out of the bus. This kind of behaviour is really shocking. I request that please clearly notify luggage charges per kg. Please take immediate action against this conductor.

So went to bustand, reached the bus and asked the bus driver (At that time conductor was not there) that material need to send chennai. But he was asked 400 rupees for 4kg. That is huge amount.                               As per chart MTC Bus 101 Timings & Route, Chennai City Bus Time Table. It should stop in (Taylors Road ) but it never stop in Taylors Road bus stop.
                              Every time i have to come back from K.M.C. Hospital to Taylors road .
                              Same while going some were it never stop in taylors road bus stop.
                              Please ask all those 101 bus nos to stop in taylors road, it is very difficult to walk and come back to taylors road bus stop in this hot sun.

                              Please resolve this issue sir/mam.

                                Bus no tn 32 n 3244, rout thindivanam to tambaram, date 05 apr 2019, i boarded bus at thindivanam at 8 pm, after 15 min the bus stopped at aaryas saran for 20 min. When it was reported in news paper buses will not stop between thindivanam and chennai for food at unauthorised food joints. The staff has floated give directives. All the passengers were put to discomfort. My ticket no is bn 70 05604 for rs. 90. Please do needful.

                                  Sir, there are rare buses running between dharmapuri and uthangarai.. During festival times, there are no frequent buses and the large crowd has to be fit into very few buses going to thiruppatur. There is no place even to stand in the bus.. There is no array to keep our luggage.. The conductor says to keep the bag in the pathway.. Kindly make arrangements for new buses with array for keeping luggages.. Every citizen is paying tax and suffering inside the bus.. Please eradicate this worst situation as soon as possible

                                    Dear sir,
                                    Tnstc (Villupuram)- gudiyattam depot bus starting at banglore around 10.30 pm is not comming to ambur bus stand and takes byepass to gudiyattam. Since it is a mid night and no other bus to gudiyattam at that time lot of people waiting for that bus in ambur bus stand got disapponited and they are forced to go to pallikonda and come back to gudiyattam. This too happen during week ends.

                                    Dear tnstc team,

                                    I'm arulkannan who was travelled on our tn government bus on 05.04.2019 around 7.30 am from gobi to avinasi in bus no tn33n3322, and the issue is the conductor (Mr. Vijayakumar) was denied to collect 10 rupee coin and saying that bank people was not accepting it, but i was collected the same coin from one of our tn government bus conductor from chennai and his attitude infront of co passangers was very disappointed me and then i called concern transport location contact number no body was responded for the phone call, hence i'm raising the complaint on this. Need a proper clarification on the same from concern higher authority from tn govenment transport division. Who said 10 rupee coin is not acceptable is there any released go for that? If so how come another conductor in same state issueing the coin?
