    Respected sir,

    This is to inform the concerned authority about the rude behaviour of conductor mr. Venkatesan. Bus no: tn 01 an 1053 route no 137
    Date 06/03/2019 timing 11.30 pm. If their bus seats are totally damaged. If i ask to conductor he told you ask government? Why are you asking to me. If the conductor way of talk to customer its totally worst. This bus is non stop bus chennai to madurai regularly but stoping to all bus stationsso kindly take necessary action to the officers who misused their rights against public. I have all the documents (Bus photo and ticket copy). I am ready to produce these documents at the enquiry section.

      The timing of arrival of the v51 bus route is not adhered to as specified in every 10 minutes and 2 to 3 buses can be seen arriving in quick succession after 30 minutes, the first bus fully packed and the next 2 buses sparse, the sparsely packed buses rarely stop at the kaiveli stop when there is another v51 before it even though it is fully packed

        The express buses going to chennai are not stopping at villages in the night times in my area. There is a long time interval for normal buses.in this time there is a feeling of insecurity. So, kindly order all the bus drivers and conductors to stop buses in night times. We are also giving the spare for normal buses its7 and express its 15. But, still there not stopping at villages. Why they are doing so?.

          Sub: luggage ticket will be too expensive

          Very good evening sir/madam. I am traveling from karur to trichy. I already buy a ticket for traveling. I carry a led television, conductor will ask the ticket for that luggage. I will not sit and that luggage not disturb to any co-passenger. I am also travel by standing. Conductor will be ask to buy the double ticket for that luggage. Its too cost kindly please consider my complaint. Reduce the luggage amount consider by its size.

            I traveled at erode to perundurai in erode to tiruppur bus (Tn33n3137) at 2nd march 2019 saturday at 8:55 pm.
            I am give 20 rupess to get ticket to erode gh stop to perundurai... Ticket amount rupees 13...
            Conductor says give exact 13 rupees. I m says i have no change kindly please accept 20 for 13 rupees ticket. He is very strictly says to me give me only 13... Finally i buyed change to my co - passenger and buyed ticket... This kind of activity very worst thing for night traveller's. He says no change, but he keep in bag. Finally i given to 15 rupees get back 2 rupees. This lier activity is bad.

Fare is Rs.27 only upto 10days before.. now conductor told ticket fare increased 1rupees.. now fare is 28, this changes not announced in any of the newspaper. Please inform Whom to increase the ticket fare and what purpose to increased the fare.
            Today night 25/02/2019 I will with my family from poonamalli to sriperumbuther the conductor will stop bus .He will talks unwanted words in place with 9 month baby.. I will walk in more distance to reach home.

              Iam at tambaram for past 1 year there is an lack of bus pass distribution in chennai city for schools there is an circular official that only for students 2018-19 bus pass were distributed but the conductors are asking for the new bus passes or forcing to get the ticket or making us get down from the bus there should be an action against this please, thankyou.

                My mother, wife and with 2 kids suffered a lot they don't know tamil, the bus conducter drop in madhavaram bus stand instead of koyambedu bus stand. Tickets numbers 24812, 24813, 52623, these tickets is taken for nellore bus stand to koyambedu bus stand. After lot of struggle their reach home. By car. The bus starts at 9.30 am at nellore, he told that is back side of koyambedu bus stand. The make walk with 2 kids and luggage. Nearly 2 hours. This way of you tamil nadu conducter. Very sad thing...

                  For your kind attention. I have travelling now tn 67 n0870 bus. Ticket issuing officer said that take 3 full ticket and 2 half ticket. I am said that my son not attain 3 year so that kindly take 3 and half ticket. He said that if your come this bus take otherwise getdown and take other bus when bus crossing rajapalayam bus terminus. Sir kindly understand my siutation i trying to show child birth cerficate. He insulting me in fornt of my family member and other co passangers. I have really hurt myself. Beacuse of without made mistake i am insulted. I asking my son not tall he is only 95cm. I want to know how much cm must charge half ticket without age not crossing 3 years. I said i will complaint your higher officials, he said i dont care where ever you complaint. I want to know he is your officer otherwise your are boss of him.

                    I'm studying final year at st. Joseph's college and had to pick my bus at chatram daily. I had pass for the travel from chatram to srirangam but from 5.00 pm to 6.00 pm we cannot see even a single government bus. I am so disappointed and there is 4 buses from 6.15 - 7.00. Do you neglecting us? If you dont need pass students the then why are providing that scheme to students? There is no respect for pass students and elders. The driver change the bus name board to another route and running there. Yesterday i saw bus number 1u changed it name board and left us. Daily maximum of 50minutes i had to wait to travel for 20minutes. Don't neglect this compliant as usual. Consider this as much as possible.

                    The bus conductor and driver are talking to each other constantly.driver not drive the bus with proper speed.they hesitate to work rather chating with each other.the average speed of the delux bus also not able to attain by the driver due to distraction
                    There is rampant and illegal parking of vehicles at the Shenoynagar mostly of customers of restaurants, shops and saloon on the adjacent building. this causes huge inconveniences to us, the senior citizens staying in the building and nearby, we would request you to put a board banning the parking as well as implement towing,
                    Actual ticket cost from Marakkanam to Pondicherry is ₹37 in all Ultra deluxe buses. But conductor collected ₹40 from everyone which is not fare. This is called robbery. Please take action regarding this issue

                      Desirable resolution: request for payment of repairing damaged car

                      Dear sir/madam,
                      26th feb'19, today morning around 7:40 am the bus no 95, vehicle no. 8355 hit from back at my car. My car number is dl9c 8501. The backside of the car is damaged very badly.
                      The road was full with traffic that time and i had to slow down my car as another cab was coming from left side. Please refer the roadside close-circuit cameras to check the incident happened.
                      This would cost me huge amount to repair. I am looking for how i can recover the cost. My car is not new and does not get covered under 100% insurance.

                        I was waiting for d70 in ambayur estate morning 5.45 am a bus came from ambatur bus stand but it not stoped in oppsite bus stop many passengers are waiting for that bus, i was complint to depo officer but he didn't consider my compliment. Please make an action against that driver and that depo officer

                          Hi,

                          There are less few busses operating in vadalur to chennai route. Even though, it is very well aware that there will be lot of people travelling on weekends, there are less frequent buses available. We have to wait for 1-2 hours, for even buses to show and it is also fully occupied. Considering it a 5 he journey, we face lots of hardship during travel. This i have been observing only recently. Take action asap considering the vulnerability of the situation.

                          Yesterday, As per schedule bus was not going to destination. Skipping some places as per the driver decision. Due to this passengers not able to reach them native. kindly look into this.

                          21.2.2019 Erode to mysoru bus at 10.30pm from start erode bus stand, that bus conductor cheating lot of people while name of reservation seat, he giving 177 rupee ticket but collecting 200 rupee amount, plz consider this issue seriously, bcz earning of every rupee difficult
                          I am travelled chennai to trichy in night time, but I'm sit chair I get ticket I see not glass in open, I'm traveled 5 hours not sleeping, it is bad condition, every passenger very affected the open air,

                            I am get in the bus from kumily and i asked ticketto singanallur but conductor gave to gandhipuram.

                            When i ask why you gave gandhipuram i asked singanallur he said machine have no that option so 10rs extra you can get down where ever you want in between.

                            This is not good for public 10 rs is not cheap please take any action further it won't happen

                              In bus number tn45 n2396 departure time at 12:15 date 24/2/2019from karur bus stand. The conductor told don't sit on the seat like local travellers only trichy travellers sit on the seat. The conductor and driver have no name patch. The conductor too much of insulting to me. Now i am suffering from too much of depression. This is not in first time.in 90% of conductor told the above otherwise don't come with bus the local travellers.

                                Car number tn 14 w 7777 bmw white car. A guy aged between 24-30 was driving recklessly from keelkattalai to anakapathur route. He was so close to hitting 2 motorcyclists and a person walking by. He was jumping signals and disrespecting traffic rules by constantly sliding towards left and intimidating motorcyclists and those walking by. He was showing disgusting signs and mocking others while overtaking them. Request police to take necessary action.

                                    Selvi bus running to aranthangi route which depart from karaikudi new bus stand on 9am is not going to puduvayal bus stand. On asking to driver he is saying that when i reach puduvayal i decide how i go by going to bus stand or not. No other buses to puduvayal which reach on 9.30. The govt bus is having more rush and not able to get in. So kindly treat this matter as urgent

                                      We run courier service in vilathikulam-628907, (Thirunelveli transport division). We regularly use your buses for 15 kms up and down parcels (Not more than 10kg) with out manpower. Some cheating conductors ask high value of luggage charge without ticket. I want to know complete chart for tnstc luggages. Any website link for chart pls give reply sir.

                                        Hi, i was travelling on the above mentioned bus on 21st feb 2019. The conductor who was giving tickets was rude and was not polite in handling the customers. Moreover the male customers are treated in a different way (Impolite) wherein the female cus. Were treated in a total different way. And was abusive with male and was a flirt with females.

                                        All of the above the way the conductor talks is completely unimaginable.

                                        Need an investigation on the same and wanted to have an update on the same

                                        The conductor is wearing a specs in red colour frame.
