I am aruldoss from baluchetty chatram kanchipuram dt. We are coming from baluchetty chatram to chennai on daily basis for office. Nowadays there is no buses from 5.30 am to 9.30 am. Due to that we couldn't come to office on time.

Bus route no: 123 from arcot to chennai.

Please considor this complaint as a serious and take a action on this

    Hi,
    I traveled today(4-feb-19) vellore to Electronic City bus fare is 175 but conductor provide the ticket 200and mentioned in Bangalore in ticket

    Am asked about the conductor regarding the issue, he is behaved very badly and used hard words.

    He hide the conductor badge or ID and didn’t tell the name. It’s happened today morning 4.45 am vellore bus stand.

    Please take strong action and apologies for the issue .

      Dear sir,

      Sub: refund of balance amount from the bust conductor - 19c - sulur depot

      I have travelled in 19c karanampettai low floor luxury bus on 31st january 2019 from peelamedu at 5.35 pm to singanallur. The bus number is tn38 1941. I have given 200 rupees note to the conductor and he told he will give balance amount later. But, when i asked at singanluur, he refused to give the balance and get my mobile number to give the balance amount later. He has noted my number at his memo paper. You can check that. I came to know that this bus is from sulur bust depot.

      I request you to kindly refund the money of 180/- (One hundred and eighty only) from him.

      Please take necessary action to get the balance amount.

        Sir 02/02/2019 i traveled from thiruvannamalai to bangalore. Ill put some eg.
        1. Chinnatatchur to villupuram 5 full tickets.
        2. Villupuram to thiruvannamalai 2full 3 half tickets.
        3. Thiruvannamalai to chengam 2full 3half.
        4. Chengam to bangalore 2full 3 half tickets.
        Here problem occurred in sl. No 3.
        Actually i should go to bangalore but conductor not ready to give half tickets for my elder daughter, she s 11yrs 11 months old. So here started argument with conductor. Finally he given my required fare tickets up to chengam.
        Then i went to given complaint to chengam police station. Now what is procedure to raise case in consumer court.

          Greetings!!!
          I am 21 yr old female (B. E graduate) passenger traveled alone today tamil nadu government public transport bus number : 15f about 3.45pm from central to cmbt, tamilnadu.. I am a 21year female the attitude of the conductor is too harsh. Ie he cheated me by giving me change money of torn 10rs note that are not valued, i requested him to return valid moneys, he denied to give and argued me that he received that 10rs notes from other passengers and ask me to leave the bus if won't accept those 10rs torn note. I dropped out from the bus in unknown place... Too harsh... Please take severe action towards the particular conductor. I am new to chennai, 21 yr old female and i don't know the name of the places and travelled alone. I really found hard to find my location because in that dropped buss stopping there is no people found around.. Please punish him regarding.
          How those people cheat the passenger like this. We belive in government and came chennai for the job.. No safety and t government servent treating like this means... Please don't cheat female... Those heartless person must be punished..

          The bus with registration number TN.74.N.1434 is titled to provide public transport between chidambaram and trichy, and sirkali is a notified stop next to chidambaram but the conductor of the bus denied the entry of passengers to sirkali into the bus until the bus starts, also behaved in a harsh manner against the passengers.

            I am normally going to kulithalai from trichy central bus stand. Every tirupur, & coimbatore express bus conductors are not allow me not only me every kulithalai passengers but in board it's mentioned as kulithalai stopping is available.
            Last minute they allowing to travel us, for that they said long travel passengers need sitting place.
            Please clarify me we also paying all of government taxes but why they treated like private transports.
            Tamil nadu state transport corporation is only for limited peoples or for everyone?
            If only for limited peoples then why you haven't mentioned in bus route board.

              Today (31-jan-19) my aunt was boarding stc bus route no.79 at varana vasi around 3.30 pm, the driver moved the vehicle before getting inside the bus 7 without conductor whistle indication. Due to this, she fell down from the steps & got injured. If anything went wrong way who is responsible??
              This is a good way of public service???

              Plz check with concern depot. Take necessary action against the driver. To avoid such kind of issues in future that happens to the public.

                More peoples are commuting daily from hosur to banglaore. From hosur to bangalore via electronic city flyover the ticket fare charged is rs.60. But from past three weeks buses are not allowed in the electronic city flyover due to repair work in the flyover and buses will not be allowed in flyover for more than a month. So now all the buses are going under the flyover only. But still they are charging rs.60 instead of rs.50/55. When checked with conductor they are telling that the service is not changed and they can't do anything and complaint to the management.

                I have tried to contact the toll free number[protected], no response.

                I have mailed to [protected]@tnstc.in 10 days before, and after several followup also, not even a single reply from them till.

                Kindly take it up with the concern department and make necessary action to charge the actual fare if not going in the flyover.

                  Today 30/01/2019 evening setc bus towards pondicherry to chennai (Manalkudi to chennai) bus driver drinking alcohol while driving. Tn 01 an 0519. He not in concious. When i see him he suddenly through the bottle. Conductor and driver scolding me. They try to get down from the bus. Please take the necessary action against him. Customer not important him. He telling me he continuesly driving so that i drink little bit only. Please take the action. I have video proof. If setc didn't take the action am going to complaint in consumer court.

                    I travelled through tnstc bus on 28.01.2019 from salem to bangalore at 9.00 pm (Started from salem). I don't know exact time. Ticket rate is 225 rs. I gave him 525 rs. Because he asked me 25 rs change. (500 rs note and 25 rs change). He told he don't have a change for 300 rs and will give you later. But he forgot to give that remaining money. Kindly give me the conductor contact number. I will call him and get that amount from him. Here i have attached bus details and ticket image.

                    Gd evening sir/madam . In dindigul, government bus conductor asked me to take ticket for carrom board.
                    (bus ticket no :068849).
                    Date :25/01/2019 time :7:12pm .carrom board is placed along with bus corner.it doesn't disturb anyone.but he gave me a ticket with out listening my words.it is really hurting me.it is injustice.

                        I boarded a tnstc (Tn 30 n1575) bus from bangalore to salem at about 11am on 28th jan 2019. I had taken a ticket for 4 people to dharmapuri. The customer issued tickets upto salem which is about ₹.80/- more.

                        When enquired he said that this is how it works.
                        Why should we pay for a tickets which is for a longer distance when the place of destination is different.

                        I request you to look into this and enable refund of the excess fare collected to me.

                        One of government bus driver at Salem Central bus stand at 4.00pm on 28th Jan 2019. He is using bad words and behaving very badly while asking the simple query that this bus will go Avinashi or not...he is shouting infront of all people in the middle of the bus stand.

                        Every tym monday evening, chennai buses very rarely arrival in vellore bus stand.. passengers mostly fighting for seats.. most of ppls traveling standing only.. buses only arrival late in the evening.. this is not suitable for many womens..

                          Im traveling in bus from perambalur to chennai in tn 45 n 3229. Conductor wrongly charged rs.260 instead of 220. He has drunken and completely unconscious... I paid 560 and struggling getting balance 300. Same situation for my co passengers also.. Driver was struggling to get amount from him to give toll gate. Take severe action. Date:27.1.19 10:30pm

                            I'm travelling in tnstc bus tn30n0911 from attur to salem on 27/01/2019 - 9pm trip - sitting at 5th three seater from front. The back of 4th three seater, there is a metal part corroded and having a protruding metal which caused my leg elbow with bruise marks, the metal being corroded may make the wound septic.
                            I request via this forum necessary action to be taken against this complaint.

                            Regularly am traveling Kumbakonam to Coimbatore and iam facing the same conductor the bus timing ios 9.30pm from Kumbakonam, as an a physicality Challenged he is asking me to change the bus and don't coming in this trough bus
                            Tirupur to coimbatore buses from old bustand in morning time 7.45 to 8.30 seats not available.. all seats are occupied by RVS college students... Whole bus is empty after RVS college... Even students are standing in bus steps...Coimbatore passengers have to stand and go...
                            Kindly allocate seats restrictions for college students..

                                Today me and my colleague were waiting @neelambur bus stop, the bus which is moving to coimbatore didn't give any signal or indication or horn, driving without seeing, careless hitting my friend standing in bus stop, public people who are standing in bus stop saying to driver that he hit my friend, but driver is saying no he didn't.
                                And using abusing words in public.

                                Dear sir take a immediate action on driver, even conductor didn't notice the accident but supporting to the driver.

                                    In kallakurichi (606202) bus stand thiyagadurgam (606206) passengers are waiting for the bus. Chennai bus's driver, conductor said this chennai bus did not go to thiyagadurgam busstand. Maximum of chenna's bus driver and conductor said this statement. But the real fact is bus goes to thiyagadurgam busstand. They are all give more important for chennai's passengers. Coductor did not carry thiyagadurgam passengers. It's very very trouble for passengers of thiyagadurgam to go home.

                                      I was get in to bus for gandipuram @sitra (8.10pm, 24 january 2019) i. E., local service bus in coimbatore (Tn38 n2487), in that a conductor mr a. Ranganathan was refused to give chance for person who is travelling in the same bus and he also scold another passenger by using very bad words and in harassment manner in front of ladies travelling in the same bus and also in front of his family itself. Actually being a government servent these are the responsibility of them, to treat the passenger in a right manner. For that only they are getting paid every month, that is also through our money. Today it is happening to other people, what is the guarantee this won't happened for us tomorrow. I except being you in customer complaints sector, atleast you will do your work in proper manner.

                                        Iam from trichy.. Near it park trichy - pudukotai highway 120 feet road is getting too danger for people as well as animals. Daily there are 1-3 accidents due to over speed of the vehicle because of no speed break... Many people and animals are getting injured. Not only injure, death also occurred due to this. With kind request please put the speed break and also awareness board to go slow... Plz help the people and animal from this incident...
