Night shift employees travel from hosur to dharmapuri via rayakottai, palacode. Not having buses after 12:30 am. Only one [protected]@1:30 pm. Recently they kept one bus @ 1:00pm. But today (9:01:2019) they cancelled and it won't be available further as informed by transport department officials. Waiting upto 1:30 then standing for 2 hours + travel in night time is so terrible. So many salem buses going via krishnagiri without 5 persons. But we via palacode not having buses in night time. Please do the needful.

On 4/01/2019 i travelled through 76c Kanchipuram to ponnamalli bus. The conductor gives me 25 rupees ticket for Kanchipuram to Meenakshi hospital stop instead of 15 asking reason he reply no stopping till Sunguvaarchatram. The bus is not express. Still all stopping bus stopped.

    Vehicle number tn29n3289 timing 8.51pm date.8.01.2019
    I am frequent commuter from melmaruvathur to chennai. I got the valid tickets from melmaruvathur to tambaram but conductor shouted at me to get down at tambaram and told me that "shut up your mouth & you can complain against me anywhere". Kindly take the complaint seriously or i will go for legal proceedings against tnstc.

    இன்று (3-1-19) இரவு 11 மணிக்கு விருத்தாசலத்தில் tn21 n 1393 எண் கொண்ட சென்னை பேருந்தில் ஏறுனேன் .தாம்பரம் வரை பேருந்து கட்டணம் 160 ரூபாய் (பழைய டிக்கட் முறை).அன்று[protected]தாமபரம் இருந்து விருத்தாசலம் வரை பேருந்து கட்டணம் 156 ரூபாய்(தானியங்கி டிக்கட் முறை).இதை நடந்துனர் கேட்டால் இந்த கட்டணம் தான் பணிமனையில் வாங்க சொல்லி நடந்துனர் சொன்னார்

      Daily i commute from hosur to bangalore electronic city and vice versa. (2times a day)
      Been observing how these buses charge money for the ticket.
      I can agree that there are two separate charge for flyover and non flyover.
      But even in flyover buses the charge leived for 1 ticket is totally not stable.
      One bus charge 45rs/way and other 43, few even 35rs 37rs. There is no fixed rate at all. Last friday (5/01/2019) i paid 60rs from bangalore electronic city to hosur on a flyover service bus.
      Please take our young people voice into consideration and normalize the rates asap.

        We are resident of periyar nagar, we have a no:46 bus at 7.30am from periyar nagar to c. M. B. T suddenly the route of that bus has been changed to thiru. Vi ka nagar to c. M. B. T because of this route change we are getting late to college, school and office the people of periyar nagar feels difficult to reach the destination on time and its difficult for us to travel to thiru. Vi. Ka nagar to catch that bus. We kindly request you to send the bus back into our route.

          Dear sir/mam,
          I am vijayalakshmi,.
          Yesterday, 06.1.19 at 5.15 pm i took a bus from m. G. R bus
          [bus no: tn 58, 2162, route: madurai to aruppukottai ]
          The above said bus, was not stopping the bus at kovilangulam and this has been a regular problem.

          Note :there are many people from this stop (Kovilangulam, vivasaya pannai) used to go or return from madurai or aruppukottai. So we people placed a grievance request to collector. And this request have been accepted by the collector. Even one government officer allotted to this specific stop to monitor the govt bus, which was not stopped.
          Instead many conductors and drivers were not aware of this information saying, that there was no such information were given to them.

          Request: please make sure that all the drivers and conductors be aware of the grievance

          In Coimbatore, sathy road 45C air buses are often passing by. But the drivers and conductors are not stopping bus at all stops and they are avoiding school students. Even though school children put their hand forward to stop the bus, they are not stopping the bus. Bus No. 2088 - 45C.

          I am paid Quarterly tax in online payment 01.01.2019 to 31.03.2019. The Tax Excess Amount Rs.8, 950/-. But I am paid the previous Queerly Tax with fail not balance. The above amount deducted towards penalty. Please refund my above amount in my account. how can I refund.

            Respected sir,
            Mostly 7.30 to 9 am everybody will go to office and busses due to this govt bus is fully rushed to avoid this we are responsible to increase the bus. But (Recently bus timing will change at the time of 7.30 to 9am all surrounding areas
            Near arcot 632 503 vellore district). Due to this every student will affect to catch the bus in correct time. It will affect to reach the college at correct time. Due to thi daily iam traveling for sombody take an lift. I am studying college third year
            So please take any action regarding this issue. (Location about this problem: vellore district, arcot 632 503 one of the bus is 7n ladavaram)

                We are lower class family, 3.1.19 day evening coimbatore district bus no.75 [ukkadam to irugur ] conductor name r. Perumal. He angry and asking ticket from school student.[ casa? Pasa? What is this question. You are the responsible for pass you are not giving then how to give pass? We are not a begger, the bus not stop in bus stop, it has stopped long distance away from the bus stop. And behaving harsh to everyone inside the bus.

                The tirupur to Salem bus conductors do not allow the passengers of other stops other than Salem until the bus is full
                Sir I am booked TAMILamil Nadu statement Transport Corporation (TNSTC) website on 1-1-2019 from PALANI to Bangalore for the date of travelling on 15/1/2019, on the time of booking The amount 550 us debited but the ticket was not booked. please resolve this issue and refund the money of RS 550 reference no-IGAFCCBQM7.

So i went to the booking center around (8:50pm) to cancel my ticket but the boy in the counter said that they will not cancel the ticket and he said that the website will close at 9 pm i asked what can i do he said we will cancel what you can do, do it...

                    Am travelling from Tiruchengode to Coimbatore in TNSTC BUS with my cycle as luggage.
                    I give passenger fare of 15 Rs from Tiruchengode to erode and luggage fare of 23.
                    From erode to coimbatore passenger fare as 83 and luggage fare as 125
                    For that i gave toral rupees of Rs 300
                    The remaining 54 will not be returned because i[censored] carry luggage u have to pay 1 passenger rupees as corruption to driver conductor... I argued with him... But he didn't returm my balance rupees 54 to me

                      Respected sir, i'm living in trichy near samayapuram area.in this area govt bus conductors collecting money but they didn't give tickets. If we asks, they use some harsh words. Especially the 102d bus, kumulur area bus conductors and drivers doing this activity. I think they collecting the money like beggars from the public. It should be solve i hope. Thank you

                        I travelled to thiruvannamalai from kanchipuram by a govt bus numbered tn 21 n 1263 on 31st december '18 at 9 am. I paid 100 rupees to the conductor. The ticket cost was ₹91. After issuing the ticket, he didn't give me back the rest of 9 rupees. When i asked it, he replied in a rude voice of demanding 1 rupee. As i didn't have any coins i told him clearly of my lacking of coins in my packet. Sometimes later i again asked the remaining 9 rupees he refused to give it by saying "you should hav to give me 1 rupee if you want 9 rupee". Being a government servant who works for public and earns salary from public he misbehaves and treats the passangers roughly and cheating the remaining amounts which is to be returned to the passengers. Kindly take further action against him and get me back my cheated amount from the concern conductor of the bus in which it happened. Thank you.

                          Iam a resident of taneerpandhal, coimbatore. We use to travel through the bus boarding between gandhipuram to cheranmanager or ukkandam to cheranmanager and vice versa.. As oer schedule buses should be available every 30 min. But everytime we should wait 50 min to 1 hr to get a bus. We can predict tha bus arrival because of not following the timing. Kindly arrange the buses on time for our wellness. Thanks

                            Dear sir,
                            Im passenger from chennai to thirunallar (Special bus 10:30pm departure. I was travelled on 7th dec, 2018. The ticket amount was rs.320 (Cmbt to karaikal). I have given conductor rs.520 for the ticket, he replied he donot have change to give back the balance amount of rs.200 and he will give it later. But at the whole night he is not given and i asked twice. After that bus reached thirunallar at 4:40am[protected]. Since i woked up suddenly at that sleepy mood i forget to ask him again for the balance amount of rs.200 and he is also not given my money back. Kindly arrange for refund.

                              Respected sir, i'm a passenger from tirunelveli. Now i'm at new bus stand waiting for bus to reach sankarnagar. Eventhough there are more than 3 buses which goes via sankarnagar. No conductor permits to travel through. As they wanted the passengers to drop ar the destination stop. And you should notice that there are numerous passenger wanted to travel sankarnagar from new bus stand. So that i would request you to arrange new buses to sankarnagar or please make an order to allow the native bus conductors to permits us in future

                              We all passenger was asked to step down from the bus which goes to Arupukiottai and the conductor shouted that the bus will even go free but I won't permit the passenger of Sankarnagar to travel on.

                              Any way last we all are permitted to tavel in a kovilpatti buse that also by standing.

                                I travelled in tn25 n0432, tvm3 from bangalore to thiruvannamalai on 29 december 2018 at 23 pm. The conduter charged for fly over service for rs 190, whereas the bus went underneath the bridge for which he will charge rs 180 only. When i asked the conducter batch no he refused to give and also he did 'nt have any batch or identity. His photo. The ticket quality also very poor so it is illegiable. The conducter told you do what ever you want....

                                Dear sir,
                                Am from kangayam from tirupur district [perumalamalai]
                                Today 29.12.18 at 10.5 am i was standing in the bus stop of perumalmalai - [kangayam to tirupur road ] the above said bus no 16 in the above regisatrion did not stop in the correct place of bus stop and this has been a regular problem
                                The driver always stops after 75 feets approx so that we have to run to catch the bus it happens regularly
                                And we have already informed him to stop in the correct place but of no use as this happens always with a particular driver
                                In case of aged and old people or people with problem in legs it is very hard to run unto the stop
                                The particular driver who has come today always behave with inhuman nature
                                He has to be held responsible if some one falls down or anything happens while running to catch the bus which has stopped after 75 feets [the bus ticket number is md[protected]]tamilnadu transport corporation coimbatore division

                                  I boarded bus from madurai periyaar at 10:01 pm and bus traveled via therkku vasal, goripalayam. A passenger boarded at anna bus stand after knocking the twice and asked the conductor why the bus did not stop in main stopping.
                                  The conductor abused the passenger "how will we know if you were suck... Someone's... And send your wife... (There was a young girl sitting in front of that passenger). The passenger did not speak a single abusive word but conductor stopped bus at annanagar police station and handed over him and wasted our time. I was in hurry to catch my bus at mgr station otherwise i would have complained about conductor. If the passenger abused the conductor, he should be handed over to police but here conductor abused the passenger but passenger is punished

                                    We travelled from coimbatore to trichy on 24/12/2018. Bus (Tn38-n3236) started at 11 a. M
                                    From siganallur bus stand. The bus driver stopped the bus around 1.45 pm near mayyanur tollgate. At mahalakshmi iyyengar bakery. Left side of the road. More than 40passenger alighted for tea and coffee etc.
                                    The toilet area was horrible. And no water and the scene was nasty to the core. We asked the owner lady to keep the area clean. But the lady owner replied that only this much we can provide in arrogant manner.. We request you to kindly instruct the drivers to stop in a decent place. So that your passengers will feel comfortable especially when travelling with their family members.

                                      Am traveling on combam to bangalore ultra deluxe bus. Is this deluxe i have doubt about this seat covers are not neat. Please wash bus inside at least in a week.

                                      And the main thing is timing. Very lag, not going on exact route. Lot of stops. Really ugly service. Am going to post this to social media. Make required changes and give proper instructions and track your bus.
