I have booked a bus from bangalore to madurai - service start time 22.30 at shanthi nagar bus stop and my boarding point was roopena agrahara at 22.50 on friday (07/12/2018) and i was at my boarding point at 22.00. I saw the going passed me without stopping at my boarding point and i called the conductor., he did not respond to me very likely but said the bus number as 7778, he was playing with me saying that the bus is very near to me and he called at 00.02 (12.02am) and he explained cool, that just bus passed me and he is going on the hosur flyover.
Please refund my money since i didn't travel on the bus.

The driver spoke in a very bad manner towards me and all the ladies in the bus.
Request for the necessary action to be taken against the driver.
Vaniyambadi to Hosur, Bangalore bus schedule in sunday night and Monday morning needs to change. Because many people's are returning to their work after the weekend. Many buses are bye passing through flyover. Hence we can't get seats in bus. People's are getting tired and whole day working with stress. Got should take necessary action.

    Today night i am sitting in a bus at the time another govt bus was going to same place so the bus time keeper was shift the passenger one to another one. My native is boorikkal so i am taking vellakal ticket but the conductor tell to that not my stage so not giving ticket i am still waiting after that he tell drop to thoppur toll plaza and some bad words but the tickets stage is dharmapuri to vellakal i am paid 20 but not give my change.

      Dear sir on 11.12.18 at the time of 11.15 p. M i was travelling from dindigul bye pass to batlagundu. By the time the bus is too crowded and i was travelling by standing. Till the bus comes to sempatti the conductor didn't give me a ticket. After sempatti he gave me a ticket to sempatti to batlagundu. The ticket amount shown rupees seventeen. But, he is taken thirty rupees. When i asked for the reason he said he's taken money for dindigul to sempatti.       I am travelling from sholinganallur to tambaram on Bus (bus no:99 & TN 01 N-5882) . Conductor took money from me, But he did not given ticket to me. I asked twice him, then also he did not given. So I am raising this complaint. Bus started in sholinganallur at 5:25 PM.

        Am travel in between route tirunelveli to thovalai on 11.12.18.. Conducter ticket fare tell me total 67 rupees.. And at d same time tiruneli to nagercoil ticket fare is same.. I have to ask the conducter and he speak rudely... To me.. Two destination between 1 stop only so price are same... Wt is this rule i take a action against tnstc. Govt worker...

        I boarded setc bus tn 32 n 1963 at Tindivanam, i travelled till tiruvannamalai. I left my bag containing shoes and dress in the above said bus. Bus had left for depot when i searched the bus stand and hence i couldn't trace the bus. Hoping for a favorable response. Thank you.

          On today (10.12.2018) morning 6.40 a. M, i was travelling in point to point bus from papanasam to madurai (Tn 72 2098). As i am a lady passenger, i was sitting in a ladies seat only.. Suddenly one man came and rudely asking to stand from my seat even though 2, 3 lady passengers are standing in bus. I was shocked and got irritated and asking why should i stand?? But the man shouted and forcingly to stand up me from the seat. The conductor was noticed but he did not tell any word. As a woman, i felt very bad and pathetic. Kindly take immediate action and please make the necessary rules for women passengers. It will help us and the safe journey.. Kindly consider this most important issue and urgent one... Thanking you

            Yesterday we boarded bus from dharmapuri division bus dippo in salem to bangalore due to lagging bus facility on weekend (More than 1 hour takes for one bus to new bus stand).. They charged ticket for minimum charge of 15 rs salem to omalur again in busstand they forced us to get ticket from salem to bangalore. For that we requested will take ticket from omalur to bangalore but conductor refused and took one police officer to threaten us if you won't take ticket left out from bus...in this untime we don't have any other options so paid and travelled on same bus... I have both tickets on my hand.. Please check this issue on priority and take necessary action to donot happen the same scenario again and need solution for this time...

              Bus driver hit my car from left while standing in the signal near taramani and damaged it badly and abused me in the road using foul language.                 Sir,
                I was travelling from chennai to kumbakonam yesterday (06.12.2018). I got a setc bus from koyambedu and i occupied the seat just behind the conductor seat. There will be separate seat for conductor in each bus and i was sitting in passenger seat. When conductor got into the bus he strictly asked me to go back to next seat and said a stupid reason that he may sit there in the seat which i occupied. I said okay and i asked for tickets but he argued and asked me to shift to next seat then only he will offer ticket. I went back and i occupied a seat. I have a simple question why these people want to occupy a passenger seat though they are provided with special seats for conductors. After this incident i asked him tickets to kumbakonam then he gave me ticket of rs300 and rs.15 separately. He gave the ticket in a careless manner that one of the ticket (Rs.15) flew somewhere. He went in search of that ticket but he didn't pick it up with his hand rather he dragged the ticket using his chappal took that and finally he handover to me. I haven't seen such a rude person. Then he occupied the seat infront of my seat and he was adjusting the seat pushing my bag which i had in hand. I will provide the details which i know.. The bus is a thanjavur bus and it started from koyambedu at night 10 pm and reached kumbakonam today morning (07.12.18) 5 am. Please take necessary steps to avoid inconvenience. I will send the picture of both tickets. You can clearly see the mark of his chappal on that ticket.. Ladies can't step out of the bus during night time by arguing with such people's. Please do some safety measures.

                  I boarded the bus from salem to cbe at 6 pm on 6dec 2018. The bus unfortunately met with a mild accident. The conductor did not make any proper arrangements for the next 30mins. When enquired he argued and behaved very rudely & arrogantly. He shouted at all the passengers in the middle of the road & crossed his limits which wasn't fair. He made us walk till the bus stand which was about 20 mins. We boarded the bus only by 7:10pm. I kindly request you to take immediate action against the bus conductor.

                      Sir,
                      On 25/11/2018 i had boarded tn - 33n 2432 bus from sathyamangalam to mettupalayam at 1.00 pm. Conductor charged me rs 42/- as ticket fare from sathyamangal to mettupalayam. Where as when i came from mettupalayam to sathyamangalam, paid only rs 30/- as fare. When i enquired the conductor he told that this is express bus. There is a 40% difference in ticket amount but there is absolutely no comfort on paying this 40% excess amount.
                      My complaint is that:-
                      1. The express bus stopped in almost all the stops like the ordinary bus. As a result the bus is over crowded. Further one co passenger enquired that why this bus is stopping in all stops, the conductor behaved in rude manner and told that my bus will stop in all places and if you are not interested to travel then you can get down.
                      2. There is no route map inside the bus and registration number is also not written inside the bus.
                      3. Travel timing between the ordinary and express bus was almost the same i. E 1.20 hrs.
                      4. Express bus condition of tn 33 n 2432 is very poorly maintained. Lot of vibrations and sound, very dirty and dusty, seats where in poor condition which resulted in very uncomfortable travel.

                        I traveled with my wife from madurai to coonoor in bus no:tn38n2881, sitting in three seats nearby front door and due to very cold weather, i requested the conductor to close the shelter. He told that he will not close the shelter, he cannot open the shelter as and when the passenger comes. If you want you to close and open as the passenger comes. He told that he close the shelter only at mettuplayam. Due to this still now 10.30 a. M. 06/12/18 i am suffering from cold

                          I'm from villupuram. Studying clge in coimbatore. The travel hours take for me is 7 hrs in muffsel buses.. Villupuram to salem 4 hrs. Salem to covai 3 hrs.
                          Villupuram to salem it takes 4 hrs. Sometimes above the 4 hrs ours drivers r driving t buses. So in order to reduce the travel time plz provide 1 to 1 or point to point bus between villupuram to salem. It can reduce the travel hours from 4 hrs to 3 hrs. This will very helpful for clge students and workers. Most of the passengers are almost workers and students.. It will very convenient for them.

                            I was travelled on saturday 1st dec 2018 from coimbatore to dindigal bus number - tn57n2407. I gave 500 rupees and asked 4 tickets to conductor but he gave only 3 tickets by his mistake also he stated that balance will give later. I accepted it. After few mins he came back to me and informed to check the ticket. I could see that he provided only 3 tickets. So i understood it was a human error from both of them. (He didn't do his work properly also i didn't notice the numbers in ticket). Suddenly he was shooting and used unnecessary words etc. I said what is your problem? Give me one more ticket the problem is solved but he continuously shooting etc. Really i am frustrated. There are so many good drivers and conductors working in tnstc. But these kind of some people destroying the all of their names. We request you to take necessary action on this. Please give some training regarding how to speak with passengers.

                              Painful experience of travelling by tn 72 n 1353 route no.506d. On 30th nov. 2018 around 10.15 p. M i boarded the bus in v. K. Puram santhana mariamman koil stop to tiruneveli. I took the ticket it was rs.32/ that day it begun to drizzle and when the bus move out of moon lamp stop it begun to rain heavily. I was surprised to see all the rain water was coming inside the bus from the room practically there was only one seat which was not wet and soiled. All the passangers nearly 10 of them were wet or murmuring about the irresponsibility of the depot manager and that of the tnstc heads. It is high time to keep away this bus or such other buses from this route. Only 43 k. M. With nearly 35 bums on the road and it takes nearly 1.30 hrs to reach a short distance. So much of inconvenience is being caused to the public. Papanasam is a place which attracts hundreds of people every day. Request the gm, the depot heads, the rto, the district collector to look into the matter. The depot has 65 to 67 buses and nearly 30 of them in the same condition. These buses have been on the road for more than 15 years, still the rto or other responsible persons allow these sort of inconvenience being caused to the public.                                 I booked ticket (Attached) from tiruchendur to chennai with pickup point at arumuganeri. We were waiting for the bus since 6:25. The bus came at 8:00 via adaikalapur road (Scheduled time is 7:50 via kayalpatnam) but didn't stop at the pickup point.
                                I tried all possible tnstc numbers but no use. I have all the records like eticket, call record etc.
                                Because of the irresponsibility of the driver and conductor we missed the bus.
                                This created a horrible situation and i had to run for safe accommodation food and so on.
                                We approached the local police station to file fir. They advised us to complain tnstc.
                                I am writing this mail hoping the justice and refund.

                                The tamilnadu public transportation buses in chennai are not in a proper sanitary condition and the drivers and conductors of these buses are very rude and one of the driver i have seen here is using koodga while he is on duty. He is playing some kind of songs with lot of sound and it is creating disturbance to passengers .

                                  I got to know that tnstc will take 15 working days for refund but already 20 + working days over.

                                  Road between Walaja and sriperambathur towards Chennai on toll road there are lots of pot holes no proper maintenance but they collect toll fess of 55rs each, request you to please consider this complaint and kindly action else don't collect money until pot holes are fixed.

                                    I had booked ticket for 3 members from chennai to trichy. I cancelled one ticket before one week of travel. Later on i cancelled another one ticket just 3 days before travel. Finally only one person travelled.

                                    So i have to get refund for two tickets instead i got refund for only ticket.

                                    After long follow up, no proper response from tnstc...

                                      I had reserved a ticket (Pondicherry - chennai ac bus) online through setc on 13 nov 2018. Our journey was on 26th nov 2018.in prtc bus stand, when we were trying to enquire about the bus, we we're informed by the setc counter people that it might or may not come due to a day bandth on pondicherry on 26 nov 2018. He was never answering properly. Moreover the attender was very very rude and negligent to the ppl enquiring for the arrival of the bus. He was like shouting abusively to the ppl questioning him.
                                      They didn't even arrange for an alternate vehicle. Inspite of all he is very aggressive and treating passengers with out basic respect. Since there is no proper response from them, i chose prtc after 1 hour of discussion with setc people. We wasted our money just for nothing which is not acceptable.
                                      On the whole this is the worst ever experience with setc. I would never prefer travelling in setc going further. Would also like to know if there is any way to get my money back. I dont want to spend my money for which i didn't use.

                                      And also when I tried calling setc customer care to enquire about the bus availability, they just abruptly disconnected the call. This is not the first time I'm facing such difficulty. If they arent responding to the customers then what is the purpose of having a customer care service medium? Someone has to correct this, and not only me but so many others are also suffering due to this cheap negligence which is intolerable
                                      Sir i was carring only 5 chudidhar material in a bag .but condutor of govtbus numberTN 30N0811 from salem to kalakurichi has chargedme extra luggage of Rs15.i wastravelling only to attur with my bus fair of Rs 36/-. it happened on 01/12/2018 @ 5:45 pm in the bus. i would like to request for my refund of Rs 15.

                                        Hi,
                                        On 26/11/2018, I tried to book 2 tickets from BENGALURU to ERODE in(travel time :30/11/2018) SETC. Amount Rs.786 has been debited from my account but ticket was not booked. I don't know my TNSTC Reference Number. My Transaction number is Ref No.PF[protected].
