We are from trichy. There is a stop in the name of muthamizh nagar next stop to thalakudi, lalgudi post
In our stop maximum the buses are not stoping the bus properly. Bus number 22e today 22.12.18 its not stoping at 5.25 pm.. I have to go to work urgently but if the bus is not stoping properly how can we do our work. Please take action.

I travelled from virudhachalam to chennai by the bus number TN 32 N 3278 on 23rd December night, The bus started from virudhachalam by 10 pm. I gave 500 rupees, He didn't give change I asked 3 times to the conductor but he is not responding. Kindly do the needful

    Hi,

    Generally many bus services are available between trichy to chennai. But when we are booking in setc portal, there is no option to select perambalur as a stoping/destination point. Passenger need to travel to trichy from perambalur to catch the bus even though the seat has been booked already.
    Please provide perambalur district as a option atleast in few bus services (Deluxe or ultra deluxe from trichy to chennai and vice versa).
    I am sure, you will take necessary action at earlier, making the bus service more greater for the public.

      The place where the govt bus stops for eating and restrooms are very nasty and not at all clean. The restroom are very dirty, they are charging 5rs per person. The condition of the restrooms are very poor, not maintaining properly. Please i am requesting the higher official to inspect all the govt bus motels stops and take action fast.
      As a rule they should not charge any money for restrooms which are along with hotels.
      Please take action fast, because since from my younger age till now i am seeing the same condition of these place.

        I have booked a return e - reservation ticket by tamilnadu state transport corporation from cuddalore to coimbatore on 01.01.2019, but ticket was not sent to my e - mail id.             Sir/ madam,
            I have boarded in the bus number tn21n/1472 in maraimalai nagar at around 7.20 am on 20 dec 2018. To travel to office which is near melmaruvathur.
            Conducted issued ticket for rs 60 from maraimalai nagar melmaruthur which is generally comes around rs 40 by not considering maraimalai nagar as stage..

            The over charging from passenger by conductor are becoming regular... Using the passenger urgency.
            This i confirmed from salem depot and melmaruvathur depot...
            Please look into. And requested to take necessary action against the subject conductor. And also requested to verify with some intervals regularly may be by surprise or when we are on board...
            Thanks for considering this complaint very seriously as this is one way of cheating the public by government.
            If this is not looked into and non receipt of action taken from your i may take it to cm cell and may go to consumer forum..

              Three o[censored]s were travelling from cit collge to peelamedu coimbatore. The conductor got rs 39 for the tickets but didn’t issue them. We were asking him continuously but he didn’t issue them purposely. This is not something of a loss on our side. This is just to insist what really is happening.
              Note: time of travel 7:00 to 7:15 pm 19/12/2018 tn 38 1917. Bus route number:90a

              Government bus didn't stop bus stop. But the conductor scold the passenger for not quickly reach the bus. He also scold for didn't have change in rupees.Driver bus stopla nirathave ella. But avanga passengers scold passengers. Evanga yellarum public servant. But they scold people with unnecessary words.

                We have a stop at co operative bus stop vide tnstc order no 1304 dated 16/04/2018 signed by gm tnstc villupuram.

                But no town bus is stoping at the said place. The drivers demand tnstc bus stop round board.

                In spite of my several reminders by phone, mail letter no action is taken to erectec thebust stop board though they are supposed to do.

                Very recently on 15 of december 2018 i travelled by 1c villupuram to kendiyankuppam bus the dreiver rudely behaved with me and refused to stop the bus at cooperative nagar at
                7.30 pm in the evening.

                Hence request action on the conductor besides arranging to set up bys stop board. Thanking you cell [protected]

                Sir some time back I made a complaint abour eb not registering my application but so far there is no action .I regret much.
                Bus no 21 at around 3 pm not stopped at V.P.Colony bus stop while the passengers where standing at the bus stop.
                Please look after and take a severe action against it.

                    Respected sir, every day morning thoothukudi to thirunelveli eee bus tn 72 2037 did not stoped millerpuram bus stop at every morning 8.45am. So the passengers could not went to the office in stipulated time. So may kindly be instructed and warned given to the who has operated that bus and the conductor on 17.12.2018.                       I am totally upset your staff attitude.
                      17th early morning time 5.40. One of your bus (Mdu to tirunelveli point to point with out conductor) available at tirumangalam bus stand. I have tried to travel but your ticket provider at tirumangalam. Guys not given the ticket due to time over. I am surprised because he is in the bus. Then i asking but he refused then their attitude also very worst.

                        I have booked a bus from bangalore to madurai - service start time 22.30 at shanthi nagar bus stop and my boarding point was roopena agrahara at 22.50 on friday (07/12/2018) and i was at my boarding point at 22.00. I saw the going passed me without stopping at my boarding point and i called the conductor., he did not respond to me very likely but said the bus number as 7778, he was playing with me saying that the bus is very near to me and he called at 00.02 (12.02am) and he explained cool, that just bus passed me and he is going on the hosur flyover.
                        Please refund my money since i didn't travel on the bus.

                        The driver spoke in a very bad manner towards me and all the ladies in the bus.
                        Request for the necessary action to be taken against the driver.
                        Vaniyambadi to Hosur, Bangalore bus schedule in sunday night and Monday morning needs to change. Because many people's are returning to their work after the weekend. Many buses are bye passing through flyover. Hence we can't get seats in bus. People's are getting tired and whole day working with stress. Got should take necessary action.

                          Today night i am sitting in a bus at the time another govt bus was going to same place so the bus time keeper was shift the passenger one to another one. My native is boorikkal so i am taking vellakal ticket but the conductor tell to that not my stage so not giving ticket i am still waiting after that he tell drop to thoppur toll plaza and some bad words but the tickets stage is dharmapuri to vellakal i am paid 20 but not give my change.

                            Dear sir on 11.12.18 at the time of 11.15 p. M i was travelling from dindigul bye pass to batlagundu. By the time the bus is too crowded and i was travelling by standing. Till the bus comes to sempatti the conductor didn't give me a ticket. After sempatti he gave me a ticket to sempatti to batlagundu. The ticket amount shown rupees seventeen. But, he is taken thirty rupees. When i asked for the reason he said he's taken money for dindigul to sempatti.                               Am travel in between route tirunelveli to thovalai on 11.12.18.. Conducter ticket fare tell me total 67 rupees.. And at d same time tiruneli to nagercoil ticket fare is same.. I have to ask the conducter and he speak rudely... To me.. Two destination between 1 stop only so price are same... Wt is this rule i take a action against tnstc. Govt worker...

                                On today (10.12.2018) morning 6.40 a. M, i was travelling in point to point bus from papanasam to madurai (Tn 72 2098). As i am a lady passenger, i was sitting in a ladies seat only.. Suddenly one man came and rudely asking to stand from my seat even though 2, 3 lady passengers are standing in bus. I was shocked and got irritated and asking why should i stand?? But the man shouted and forcingly to stand up me from the seat. The conductor was noticed but he did not tell any word. As a woman, i felt very bad and pathetic. Kindly take immediate action and please make the necessary rules for women passengers. It will help us and the safe journey.. Kindly consider this most important issue and urgent one... Thanking you

                                  Yesterday we boarded bus from dharmapuri division bus dippo in salem to bangalore due to lagging bus facility on weekend (More than 1 hour takes for one bus to new bus stand).. They charged ticket for minimum charge of 15 rs salem to omalur again in busstand they forced us to get ticket from salem to bangalore. For that we requested will take ticket from omalur to bangalore but conductor refused and took one police officer to threaten us if you won't take ticket left out from bus...in this untime we don't have any other options so paid and travelled on same bus... I have both tickets on my hand.. Please check this issue on priority and take necessary action to donot happen the same scenario again and need solution for this time...

                                      I was travelling from chennai to kumbakonam yesterday (06.12.2018). I got a setc bus from koyambedu and i occupied the seat just behind the conductor seat. There will be separate seat for conductor in each bus and i was sitting in passenger seat. When conductor got into the bus he strictly asked me to go back to next seat and said a stupid reason that he may sit there in the seat which i occupied. I said okay and i asked for tickets but he argued and asked me to shift to next seat then only he will offer ticket. I went back and i occupied a seat. I have a simple question why these people want to occupy a passenger seat though they are provided with special seats for conductors. After this incident i asked him tickets to kumbakonam then he gave me ticket of rs300 and rs.15 separately. He gave the ticket in a careless manner that one of the ticket (Rs.15) flew somewhere. He went in search of that ticket but he didn't pick it up with his hand rather he dragged the ticket using his chappal took that and finally he handover to me. I haven't seen such a rude person. Then he occupied the seat infront of my seat and he was adjusting the seat pushing my bag which i had in hand. I will provide the details which i know.. The bus is a thanjavur bus and it started from koyambedu at night 10 pm and reached kumbakonam today morning (07.12.18) 5 am. Please take necessary steps to avoid inconvenience. I will send the picture of both tickets. You can clearly see the mark of his chappal on that ticket.. Ladies can't step out of the bus during night time by arguing with such people's. Please do some safety measures.

                                        I boarded the bus from salem to cbe at 6 pm on 6dec 2018. The bus unfortunately met with a mild accident. The conductor did not make any proper arrangements for the next 30mins. When enquired he argued and behaved very rudely & arrogantly. He shouted at all the passengers in the middle of the road & crossed his limits which wasn't fair. He made us walk till the bus stand which was about 20 mins. We boarded the bus only by 7:10pm. I kindly request you to take immediate action against the bus conductor.
