    I have heard people's complains about seat space is not enough.in both government bus and private bus... Also new government bus point to point launched in 2018 all over Tamil and also has the same complaint. We the people of Tamil nadu are compromising over self instead of escalating the issue. Kindly please consider this as majour issue. People are getting tired by sitting close to each other especially for long travellers.

      I'm complaint against bus conductor

      Sir,
      I need to go from tirunelveli new bus stand to kavalkinaru. So when i was get in bus before i ask conductor this bus will be stop in kavalkinaru. He said yes only. After bus depatur i get the ticket to kavalkinaru. Bus this bus conductor give upto nagercoil. I ask to conductor for reason. Suddenly he said by pass rider. Finally bus conductor cheated me....

      Sir/madam
      Many times i faced this problem conductor and bus driver dont want to go perambalur despite pessenger want to go. But they said bus will not go perambalur only for villpuram. It is the duty of tnstc check in night. They are following the rules or not.
      I want to perambalur they denied you should wait when seat fully occupied and then he said bus will not go perambalur. Please solve this issue. Why they are denying in night bus will not in perambalur.

        Tn 30 n 1094 november 8th nit near salem new bustand..., an old couple (Uneducated) tell to conductor that plz tell if ammapet stop will come. But conductor didn't say.. Then bus reach near bustand, they had doubt and asked to conductor that stop came or not.. That conductor shout unnecessarily and some bad words.. How they go back to their stop, they were look like poor also.. This is very wrong way to treat the passenger especially old couple.., so kindly take strong action on that person...

          Respected sir/madam,
          I, sivarasika, a passenger from thanjore to chennai have reserved ladies seat (12) in setc bus (Bus id : e - 2567), but have provided different as seat no 11 was reserved by a male passenger. It's really hard to explain that only two seats in the whole bus has been provided for female passenger, but not having answer for the question that how come a male passenger can reserver a female passenger seat.
          Please take corrective action asap and ensure that more availability of seats for female passenger in future.

            Respected sir,
            On 07.11.2018 i traveled from thanjavur (9.20pm) to pondicherry (2.50am) in the bus which came from karur
            (Route karur, trichy, thanjavur, kumbakonam, chidambaram) with my 11 years old son (With original government age proof in hand because in the same bus my wife traveled with my son on 28.10.2018 the same conductor behaved very harsh). While taking ticket conductor given full ticket because my son height shows above 130 cms.
            I told that iam having original age proof. But that conductor shouted that he is working for more than 22 years and says that if the child cross 130 cm he will give only full ticket.
            I tried to show the website proof about the half ticket rules, but he is not ready to hear and blamed me iam wrong to the co passengers. My ticket no:094734 & 094735.

              Driver and conductor were very helpful and tried their best to help me. Maintenance team needs to answer this complaint.

                While travelling in the bus, if ticket taken from conductor was lost, for that we have to take another ticket or want to pay fine of rs.500.

                We don't have options for making duplicate ticket or less penalty...

                We have to pay equal penalty for ticket missing and ticket not taken..

                Please look over this...

                Also if available of card swiping machine by conductor, the money exchange problem will be reduced...

                  Hi sir/madam
                  I'm venkatesh from tuticorin district. On november 8th i wanna go to my native place at melakaranthai. At same day mrng 11.30 i'll reach madurai bus station and i got into a thiruchendur bus. But driver says this bus only stop at tuticorin and thiruchendur. But at the same time same bus stops at melakaranthai bus canteen and finish he's launch. Then why driver don't carry an passenger. Pls solve this issue and arrange all bus to stop at melakaranthai stoping.

                    Hi sir.. I took a setc bus from vellore to trichy on 8.11.2018..9.45 a. M.. My destination place is perambalur. As i couldn't reserve my ticket to perambalur, i reserved till trichy. But after boarding my bus.. Conductor collected extra 30 rs for reservation.. But gave ticket for the amount i booked i. E for rs. 267.. But total amount including reservation collected was rs. 297. Dont know what service charge they are collecting for reservation. Please inform us before taking bus. And not after boarding the bus.. Inform us whether the charges taken was correct.

                      Requested sir/madam,
                      I believe that booking tickets through online is easier and there is no malpractice. But on 6th november i made a booking in ordinary bus for travelling from neyveli to chennai journey on 8/11/2018 at 4.25am. Eventhough i made all booking procedure correct, ticket is not booked, but money is transferred. This is repeated for two times, so i lost rs 398 from my state bank account (For one time rs 199). So please refund my money as soon as possible.

                        I gave rs.560 for Salem to Coimbatore bus and he didn't return rs.400 as the amount is RS.155 only...it was crowd and I didn't ask him to at the time as when I was traveling to Chennai nd al they will return after sometime and here the bloody ### one didn't return the amount to me ..if I go and ask he saying I gave and also he is not speaking to ma dad..he is an officer

                          Dear tnstc,

                          Half ticket child force to take full ticket. Kindly educate your conductor staff.
                          [protected], 3.00 bus from chittoor to chennai tnstc bus conductor behavior was to rude against passengers. Asked me not keep any luggage here n there. Later conductor asked me to take full ticket for my little cousin his age about 9yrs height 4ft. Service : 144 bus chittoor to vellore.

                          Kindly give training to your conductor's staff how to behave with passengers in respective way.. No one is here to accept there ugly worst talks. We were well graduated then them. We know how to respect. I hope u will correct your staff.

                            My friend boarded at kulithalai in the bus which is running from coimbatore to tiruchirappalli on november 6, 2018. The bus no is tn 45 3542. After he boarded at kulithalai and when he was about to get the ticket to tiruchirappalli which was rs. 33 for which he gave two rs. 10 coins and one rs. 10 currency and some coins for rs. 3. The bus conductor refused to accept the rs. 10 coin {which is minted by the rbi} these are not demonetized coins for him to refuse to accept the rs. 10 coin. Moreover, the conductor says either buy the ticket with some other currency or get down from the bus. How can a bus conductor treat a public consumer in such a shameful manner even though the consumer has not don't any mistake or even spoken rude. The bus conductors should be advised to receive any currencies or coins which is not yet demonetized by the government of india. A disciplinary action should be taken against the bus conductor and also bus driver and they should also say an apology towards the passenger. I need to treat this complaint as urgent and need a prompt reply with the necessary actions taken. Soon the bus conductor and bus driver should ask an apology. An apology can also be sent in an video form. But they both should ask. If these are not resolved at the earliest. This complaint will be forwarded to necessary higher officials and departments until its resolved.

                              I was travelling from tambaram to perungudi on bus no. 91 the ticket was 22. I gave 30 rupees but he returned only 6 rupees where he need to give me 8 rupees this happened on 7.11.2018 @7.12am. Adding to that why you are not accepting short complaint you think that short complaints are short problems?. I request you to look into that too and resolve because india is a developing country and not yet a developed one so i think you will consider this and rectify as soon as possible.

The ticket not booked but amount debited from my account for two times (199+199) totally Rs.398 and i not yet recieve any messages.                                 A bus from tirunelveli to kadayam via mukkudal has leakage at the top through which rain water comes in. Many people got wet.

                                  Am waiting for my local bus but the bus was not came and i was asking someone in arcot bus stand depot, he is telling there is driver and conductor to drive bus and he is asking me to go to next. But the issue is next bus will not go to my native and they will stop before 2km. After that i have to go and it is night time. This issue is happening frequently and there is no response from govt side also. Bus# 42 and bus timing is 6pm. Worst govt is running now and there is no proper contact number for arcot deposit to complaint our quries. Please take this issue as high priority and help.

                                    We made a journey from Salem to Tirupattur on monday[protected], a day before dewali[protected]. We started at the time 6:00 PM from salem, we went on a small sleep. At that time when I wake up about 9 PM, they just crossed harur and stopped in a hotel. Is this how a express vehicle from city to city drivers. If this how it is, then we have taken our own transport. So please consider this complaint and look after this.we askedf or the conductor about this, no proper responses given by him.

                                      I boarded bus number tn45n3565 (Tanjavur to chennai) on 5/11/2018 morning 8 am to travel to thiruvaiyaru... When i gave the conductor rs 20 for rs13 ticket... He refused to get the money and said he cannot give change and spoke filthy words and asked me to get down from the bus... As a women i am mentally and emotionally hurt because of this incident... I kindly request you to take necessary action..
