Dear concern, i'm travelling in a tamilnadu transport point to point bus from thiruvanmiyur to pondicherry,
They were supposed to charge me a ticket fare of rs.135, but charged me rs.160.
When i enquired politely they asked me to get out of the bus.
And abused me with vulgar words.

And my another concern is the conductor of the bus had departed from the bus at thiruvanmiyur itself.
Now the bus and passengers were travelling without the conductor.

I am working citizen and i use this M1 bus (KEEZHKATTALAI to THIRUVANMIYUR). I m waiting for tis bus for almost 1hr but almost 4-5 arrived at the time after 2hrs of waiting which is really useless and poor planning with poor service. This complaint also may be waste of time but just to console myself i m raising this complaint.

    Busno tn01 an-0492 (Route no - 170k). 30/10/2018 night 8.30 shift from guindy to kumaran nagar.
    Conductor is sitting in his seat and asking passengers to getup and go to him to get the ticket. Driver is very rash driving and using abusing words against ladies who are not going to conductor seat to get the ticket.
    Kindly take disciplinary actions against them.

      Town buses like 515, 555 those coming from thiruporur to tambaram are not stopping at my bus stop vijayshanthi lotuspond apartment even after waiving hands to stop. Usually i board bus at 3.45 pm here but out of 3 buses only one is stopping at my stop. These buses are not lss. Seiyum thozhil dheivam, adharku dhorgam seiyum ivargalai dhandika vendum endru ketu kolgiren.

        bus driver misbehave with ladies 2

        I am working in canara bank, now i travelled from palakkad to coimbatore in bus TN 38 N 2634. There was so many seats in front. But when i sitted there driver asked me to go back. I went back. When another man with leg problem sit there, driver fight with him. When ladies sit there he commented and gossiping with ladies. Please suspend this type drivers from government buses.

        I am travelled madurai to salem in high way rider 1 to 1 bus, but bus coming into dindigul bus station, then why getting extra charge. Worst and cheating management..

          We 4 students were traveling from gandhipuram to marudhamalai on 28 Oct 2018 at 9:30 am in government bus no TN 38 N 2270.
          We paid Rs 100 each and took ticket for
          4 students as the ticket price was Rs 25.
          As we had trust on conductor we did not count the tickets but there was only 3 which we realised only at marudhamalai when 2 checking inspector came(one was in uniform and the other wasn't)
          We explained the issue to him clearly and requested him to tally if we were guilty we will pay the fine.
          But he said harshly pay the fine .The conductor Mr CHANDRASEKAR was more harsh though he accepted that we took 4 tickets.
          At first they demanded Rs 500 as fine later said give Rs 200 and go we don't know why this sudden decrease in fine amount .
          Though he gave us the slip for fine he had no copy of the amount we paid to inform TNSTC, so we feel that he cheated us as well as the government.
          I Shall attach the fine receipt check whether the fine amount was given to TNSTC.

            சென்னையிலிருந்து மதுரைக்கு மருத்துவதிற்க்காக வந்த நான் இன்று 29/10/2018 காலை 9:20 மணியளவில் திருமங்கலம் பேருந்து நிறுத்ததிலிருந்து நானும் என் கணவரும் விருதுநகர் செல்வதர்க்காக சிவகாசி செல்லும் பேருந்தில் பயணித்தோம் அப்போது கண்டக்டரிடம் "பெண்களுக்குரிய சீட்டில் ஆண்கள் அமர்ந்திருக்கிறார்களே பெண்கள்அமரமுடியாமல் நின்று கொண்டும் ரேடியேட்டர் மீது அமர்ந்துகொண்டும் வருகிறார்களே"என்று கேட்டதற்கு அவர் நான்கு ஆண்களை உன் அருகில் நிற்க வைப்பேன் பராவாயில்லையா என்று கேட்டதோடு அல்லாமல் மேற்கொண்டு மற்ற ஆண்கள் முன் தகாத வார்த்தைகளை என்னை பேசி மண அழுத்ததிற்கு ஆளாக்கிவிட்டார். கேல்வி கேட்போரை பாதியில் இரக்கிவிடுவேன் என்றும் மிரட்டினார் இது மட்டுமில்லாமல் அணைத்து பயணிகளிடமும் குறிப்பாக பெண்களிடம் மறியாக்குறைவாண வார்த்தைகளிலே கத்திகொண்டே இருக்கிறார். வேலைக்கு செல்லும் குடும்ப பெண்கள் தனியாக காவல்நிலையத்திற்கு சென்று புகார் குடுத்துஅழைய முடியதென்பதால் மண அழுத்ததிற்கு ஆளாகின்றனர் இதற்கு தாங்கள் சட்டப்படி அந்த கண்டக்டர் மீது கடும் நடவடிக்கை எடுக்கவேண்டி பணிந்து கேட்டுகொள்கிறேன். மேலும் தாங்கள் எடுக்கும் நடவடிக்கை வெளிப்படையாக தெரிந்தால் மேலும் இவ்வாறு சிரமத்திற்கு ஆளாகும் பெண்கள் தைரியத்துடனும் மானமரியாதையுடனும் பயனிக்க உதவியாக இருக்கம்.

              On 28/10/2018., night 10.00 pm.. Tn 72 n 2016 city bus on route no.1 alloted route is from new. Busstand through byepass to junction busstand.. But, the bus tn 72n 2016 conductor said that the bus will go in palai busstand route only..
              Already there were 3 buses going in palai busstand route at that time of 10.00p. M to 10.10 p. M...

              Whether this is government tnstc policy or the conductor himself decided to go in the wrong unwanted route...? Clarify kindly..

                My reservation no.4, where the 3 reservation has fully drunk. The conductor has not stopped him from boarding. I requested for seat change, that has also refused by him. So i am suffering a lot in today's travel. Route 133 2045 hrs. Karaikudi to chennai. I really want the conductor to be taken action. Or else i will publish the same as vedioin social network about the performance of the transport corporation and duty style.

                  The above pnr number is cheated from the conductor.

                  I booked three tickets but unfortunately one people can't be reached that time. Another two members has been travelling. At the same time your conductor give my confirmed ceat no 10 has been given to third party without my knowledge.
                  I asked the conductor he said that ticket has been cancelled.

                  How you give my confirmed ceat to another member?
                  If it is possible then why not return the 1member amount to me or at least partially?

                  That is my wish if travelling or not but how you give my ceat to another member?

                  I want the proper reason or waiver the 1member ticket.
                  I need the immediate reply and action otherwise i will raise a complaint to high superior.

                    Bus no tn 38 n 2058 - 111a. The bus driver drove very fast overtaking a car and was about a crash in a second. I stopped the vechicle to know the reason for over speed in the turning and the reply was the car was too slow and that was the reason. The car had children, aged people and a pregnant lady. If this kind of over speed continues in public transportation surely accidents will take place. Please take action on the bus driver. Place : coimbatore, sivanandha colony, 11:15pm.

                      I am a poor working professional who uses this s13 bus service daily to go to vijaya nagar bustop from ags colony. Daily i am waiting from morning 9.30 there supposed to be a bus at 9.50 but that bus will come by 10.15. Today 10/24/2018 now i am waiting from 9.28 i have seen four buses whiche are going from velachery to guindy way there is single bus which comes in the way to vinaya nagar. There are other alternate buses like m9m which runs very frequently to guindy people can use that but there is no option to go to vijaya nagar except s13 and for one hour also there is no single bus. You are literally playing with the time of passengers. Worst service please consider this request..

                        Perambalur is located before trichy.in earlier perambalur is covered under ariyalur district.

                        Few years back, perambalur is formerly called as perambalur district added in tamilnadu. Eventhough, perambalur is converted as district, the tamilnadu government provide only one ordinary buses for the passengers whom avail their ticket through online booking in tnstc.

                        Setc did not provide an single bus for perambalur district. Apart from perambalur the places covered near to perambalur like "thuraiyur, namakkal, pallappati" has their own ultra deluxe buses provided by setc/tnstc.

                        Why the government did not respect the perambalur district peoples?

                        Can we add few new ultra deluxe buses for perambalur district peoples else allot 10 seats in every ultra deluxe buses in the both two-way routes from chennai to trichy and trichy to chennai. The passengers can able to get down into the perambalur four road.

                        It will be very helpful for the residents located in perambalur district.

                            The buses are not stopping correctly in bus stops and the buses avoid the bus stops also.. Every morning same problem happening again and again. Most of the employees affected in this problem.. The bunch of busses avoiding bus stops or stop the bus before or after the bus stops... This problem happening long year ago... No one is take the action.. Pls take action about this problem

                            Mamallapuram is World Heritage Tourist place, but Mamallapuram Passenger's are not allowed to Chennai to Mamallapuram. The Tamil Nadu State government and Puducherry state owned transport corporation Driver's and Conductors are threatened to the passengers and used the filthy language. All the buses are operating ECR via Mamallapuram, is the stoping place or not? What reason to not allowed the passengers from Chennai, Koyambedu, Adyar, Thiruvanmiyur to Mamallapuram?

                                I'm in Bharathiyar Nagar. I'm regularly using no. 4 bus for going to my home(beach station to Bharathiyar Nagar). But, when the bus ticket rate was increased the number of bussess dropped, I don't know why it's happened. Every day evening very difficult to going home. Please check this and do this needfull

                                  Hi team,

                                  Today i was waited from 10.30pm to 12am at tiruvannamalai busstand. Usually there will be more than 3 buses at this timing but none of the buses are coming on time.
                                  And atlast they have arranged one local town bus from tiruvannamalai to vandavasi on 12.10, it is very difficult to travel in that town bus for that much at night time.

                                  When i checked with the enquiry persons, none of them are aware about bus timings, it is now happening very frequently...

                                  Please do the needful and have a check on this route buses and make necessary arrangements for the passengers...

                                    I came from Bangalore and from maduravoyal by bus no TN 25N0293 and conductor was not ready to show up the stages as I wanted to get down at SRM HOSPITAL where I am a doctor. He said he will not stop and forced us to get down in the midnight time. Why not stages sheet pasted inside the bus
