We made a journey from Salem to Tirupattur on monday[protected], a day before dewali[protected]. We started at the time 6:00 PM from salem, we went on a small sleep. At that time when I wake up about 9 PM, they just crossed harur and stopped in a hotel. Is this how a express vehicle from city to city drivers. If this how it is, then we have taken our own transport. So please consider this complaint and look after this.we askedf or the conductor about this, no proper responses given by him.

    I boarded bus number tn45n3565 (Tanjavur to chennai) on 5/11/2018 morning 8 am to travel to thiruvaiyaru... When i gave the conductor rs 20 for rs13 ticket... He refused to get the money and said he cannot give change and spoke filthy words and asked me to get down from the bus... As a women i am mentally and emotionally hurt because of this incident... I kindly request you to take necessary action..

      When i searched for special buses to villupuram for reserving the seat through tnstc it is showing that there is no onward service available on that date. But there are too many buses to trichy via villupuram on the same date. I tried to book the seat in those buses but there is no stop in villupuram. Why there is no bus to villupuram in online booking?

        Tn 30 n 0537 (16b) kidaram bus from nammakal offen not arrive to kidaram particularly 3.15 trip, which is only one bus to nammakal but they take return without completeing their trip at mohanur itself.
        People of kidaram is waiting for this bus but it never comes and people went to town have no bus to return. We ask the reason with conductor and driver but they reply "we have no time to eat, i went to eat, it make some late in timing". So they stopping a trip to kidaram to compensate the late. So please give a solution for this problem.

          Sir,
          As this week deevali festival i was travelling in tn25 n 0484 at 23hrs on 03/11/2018 to my navtive thats from tambaram to tiruvannamalai they are charging full fare from koyambedu. From tambaram the fare will be rs 140 but they are charging rs 175 which is the fare from koyambedu to tiruvannamalai.
          I asked conductor is informing that my higher officer as informed me to collect the full fare.
          I request you to take necessary action on this issue.

            இன்று இரவு 10.30 மணியளவில் நான் உளுந்தூர்பேட�... பேருந்து நிலையத்தில் இருந்து கள்ளக்குறிச்�... செல்ல பேருந்திற்கா�... காத்திருந்தேன... அப்போது அங்கு வந்த சென்னை-சேலம் பேருந்து (வண்டி என்: TN32 N 3916) நடத்துனர் பேருந்து கள்ளக்குறிச்�... செல்லாது சேலம் செல்பவர்கள் மட்டும் ஏறவும் என்றார் . ஆனால் deluxe பேருந்து கள்ளக்குறிச்�... சென்று தான் செல்ல வேண்டும். பஸ்சில் நின்று பயணம் செய்ய கூட அனுமதிக்க வில்லை

            அப்புறம் என் டிக்கெட் விலை எத்தமாட்டீங்�...
            இவர்கள் மீது நடவடிக்கை எடுக்க வேண்டும் என்று கேட்டு கொள்கிறேன்

              Am a passenger in the bus that runs from koyembedu to sendurai.. I reserved my tickets online... During journey the conductor of the bus (9:30pm reservation bus) asking for extra money as a service gesture apart from ticket amount... When asked for reason he is saying more stories... Fyi am a frequent passenger of this route.. This is not the first time he is doing these... Am travelling in govt bus.

                I missed my luggage in a tnstc bus from pollachi to udumalpet on 02/11/18 at around 7 to 8 am. The bag is brown in colour and it is a woodland bag. I have kept a jerkin, a pair of gloves inside the bag. Jerkin will be red in colour. I kept the bag in luggage stand provided in the bus. I have kept a train ticket printed copy inside my bag. It is a ticket of travel from chennai to coimbatore. It will have my details such as my name, age and mobile number which you can use to contact me.

                  Bus from madurai (9:15 pm) to ooty(5:30 am) its the only direct bus to ooty from madurai, I have been using it for past 6 years, while raining it drips inside the bus and it is not clean and insects (cockroch) roaming here and there lots and lot. I request to clean the bus for once and make use of my tax money on it pls. It's a main bus from madurai to ooty. Tourists also use it they see the condition and they leave.

                    Dear concern, i'm travelling in a tamilnadu transport point to point bus from thiruvanmiyur to pondicherry,
                    They were supposed to charge me a ticket fare of rs.135, but charged me rs.160.
                    When i enquired politely they asked me to get out of the bus.
                    And abused me with vulgar words.

                    And my another concern is the conductor of the bus had departed from the bus at thiruvanmiyur itself.
                    Now the bus and passengers were travelling without the conductor.

                    I am working citizen and i use this M1 bus (KEEZHKATTALAI to THIRUVANMIYUR). I m waiting for tis bus for almost 1hr but almost 4-5 arrived at the time after 2hrs of waiting which is really useless and poor planning with poor service. This complaint also may be waste of time but just to console myself i m raising this complaint.

                      Busno tn01 an-0492 (Route no - 170k). 30/10/2018 night 8.30 shift from guindy to kumaran nagar.
                      Conductor is sitting in his seat and asking passengers to getup and go to him to get the ticket. Driver is very rash driving and using abusing words against ladies who are not going to conductor seat to get the ticket.
                      Kindly take disciplinary actions against them.

                        Town buses like 515, 555 those coming from thiruporur to tambaram are not stopping at my bus stop vijayshanthi lotuspond apartment even after waiving hands to stop. Usually i board bus at 3.45 pm here but out of 3 buses only one is stopping at my stop. These buses are not lss. Seiyum thozhil dheivam, adharku dhorgam seiyum ivargalai dhandika vendum endru ketu kolgiren.

                          bus driver misbehave with ladies 2

                          I am working in canara bank, now i travelled from palakkad to coimbatore in bus TN 38 N 2634. There was so many seats in front. But when i sitted there driver asked me to go back. I went back. When another man with leg problem sit there, driver fight with him. When ladies sit there he commented and gossiping with ladies. Please suspend this type drivers from government buses.

                            We 4 students were traveling from gandhipuram to marudhamalai on 28 Oct 2018 at 9:30 am in government bus no TN 38 N 2270.
                            We paid Rs 100 each and took ticket for
                            4 students as the ticket price was Rs 25.
                            As we had trust on conductor we did not count the tickets but there was only 3 which we realised only at marudhamalai when 2 checking inspector came(one was in uniform and the other wasn't)
                            We explained the issue to him clearly and requested him to tally if we were guilty we will pay the fine.
                            But he said harshly pay the fine .The conductor Mr CHANDRASEKAR was more harsh though he accepted that we took 4 tickets.
                            At first they demanded Rs 500 as fine later said give Rs 200 and go we don't know why this sudden decrease in fine amount .
                            Though he gave us the slip for fine he had no copy of the amount we paid to inform TNSTC, so we feel that he cheated us as well as the government.
                            I Shall attach the fine receipt check whether the fine amount was given to TNSTC.

                                On 28/10/2018., night 10.00 pm.. Tn 72 n 2016 city bus on route no.1 alloted route is from new. Busstand through byepass to junction busstand.. But, the bus tn 72n 2016 conductor said that the bus will go in palai busstand route only..
                                Already there were 3 buses going in palai busstand route at that time of 10.00p. M to 10.10 p. M...

                                Whether this is government tnstc policy or the conductor himself decided to go in the wrong unwanted route...? Clarify kindly..

                                  My reservation no.4, where the 3 reservation has fully drunk. The conductor has not stopped him from boarding. I requested for seat change, that has also refused by him. So i am suffering a lot in today's travel. Route 133 2045 hrs. Karaikudi to chennai. I really want the conductor to be taken action. Or else i will publish the same as vedioin social network about the performance of the transport corporation and duty style.

                                    The above pnr number is cheated from the conductor.

                                    I booked three tickets but unfortunately one people can't be reached that time. Another two members has been travelling. At the same time your conductor give my confirmed ceat no 10 has been given to third party without my knowledge.
                                    I asked the conductor he said that ticket has been cancelled.

                                    How you give my confirmed ceat to another member?
                                    If it is possible then why not return the 1member amount to me or at least partially?

                                    That is my wish if travelling or not but how you give my ceat to another member?

                                    I want the proper reason or waiver the 1member ticket.
                                    I need the immediate reply and action otherwise i will raise a complaint to high superior.

                                      Bus no tn 38 n 2058 - 111a. The bus driver drove very fast overtaking a car and was about a crash in a second. I stopped the vechicle to know the reason for over speed in the turning and the reply was the car was too slow and that was the reason. The car had children, aged people and a pregnant lady. If this kind of over speed continues in public transportation surely accidents will take place. Please take action on the bus driver. Place : coimbatore, sivanandha colony, 11:15pm.
