Sir, I am daily travelling from Vandavasi to Kanchipuram. As per govt as fixed the bus fare is 35 Rupees for Deluxe buses. But today[protected], Conductor asking 40 Rupees, Without public information, How to raised the bus fare .Why?.pls Escalate the issue and solution. Public not a like fool.

On 22/09/2018, I tried to book tickets from Nagercoil to Chennai in SETC. Amount Rs.1456 has been debited from my account but ticket was not booked. SETC Reference Number: IGAEKHYPX4 Please resolve this complaint and refund the amount as soon as possible.

From Chennai to Vedaranyam passes on the bus, The bus goes to Chidambaram but no way the conductor told me, Vedarana only accepts tickets, He does not accept Chidambaram ticket, Please let me help Chidambaram because of our important work, the bus no TN 68 N 0450

My mother traveled alone From Tirupattur (Vellore Dt) to Bangalore, Please note that, Bangalore last bus stop is Mysore road Satellite bus stand, But conductor said that town hall stop is the last bus stop here after bus not to Mysore road Satellite bus stand, we are turn to bus again to tirupattur conductor himself decided, My mother does not knew kanada language, she told many time my son waiting in Mysore road Satellite bus stand, my mother not had mobile phone to contact me and telling this situational. my mother diabetic patient and also two nee replaced, she not able to walk properly, my mother explain lot to conductor, he never ready listen. after that we missed our mother actually my mother should reached to 1PM Mysore road Satellite bus stand. but not happen, we were waiting in Mysore road Satellite bus stand, some other passenger told that some bus nowadays not coming to Mysore road Satellite bus stand. immediately we start to search my in town hall area, we not able to find, we found 9 pm in sivagi nagar Bangalore, some tamil people are helped to send her return to Tirupattur. what higher officer are doing i don't know. why conductor not followed the rule as per rule end destination point should drop the passenger even single citizen travailing also.Due to conductor negligible we have faced lot of problem, some poor family having 2 children if drop-down in town hall point, they again catch the auto rickshaw the amount is 200 Rs chargeable to reach Mysore road Satellite bus stand.

Am right now travelling in TN 21 N 1514 from pondy to chennai.
The bus is in very bad phase as the water leaks from roofs to seats in rainy days.
The bags kept above is all wet.
Ppl near the seats have stood causing difficulty n suffocation

Sir, I have 2 kids conductor has not ready to 2 seats be for half tickets. Argued buy 2 full tickets for 2kids for seat. Not ready to explain the rules, he argued to buy full tickets if it's not ok told me to get down the bus.

The Rajapalayam to Sattur bus which departs from Rajapalayam at 8:40am reaches srivilliputtur stop name as theradi and the bus stop there is a v important stop but they are not stopping it is being a very inconvenient for college students like us so pls take the action necessary

I am travelling from madurai(mattudhavani) to snkl sep9 2018 at 9.50 p.m . Bus no TN 72 N1869..
Passengers are panic and threatened by driver rash driving and high volume song. He does not see the speed breaker so many times.. i Hope the respected officer should take action immediately before the bus meet any mishap in future..
