I took a bus at perungudi to dollar stop. The bus stopped at the signal. The conductor asked the passengers to get down. And few got down. There is a bus stop after the signal. I was waiting for the bus to stop there. But the bus did not stop. I was standing. I am pregnant. From there the bus went on the service road till shollinganallur. I had to walk from there to my stop.

    I am from tachoor loot road daily i have to reach my ofz by kalahasthi bus. From last 2 days the bus didn't go to cmbt it's stoped in madhavaram itself. But they are collecting a same amount of fare. Bcoz o[censored] people's was too disgusting. Till last 2 days my transport charge was 60 rs per day but from last 2 days it's 100 rs. Who will give this 40 rs to me.. I am earning 10000 per month but i am spending fr transport only 3000 approx.. Per month. I need to know one thing the government working fr whom either rich people's or poor people's. We are not afford to pay please think and do the needful..

      I am a student of psgr krishnammal college and i regularly travel by 2m (Route number) from psg hospital to kovaipudur bus terminal and conductor mr. Vijayaraj often changes the bus route and each time i am in the position to walk more than 1 kilometer. Though this is a regular affair i did not log complaints as i understood it may due to some operational difficulties but today i boarded the bus and enquired the driver whether it will go to kovaipudur bus terminal. He assured it will go to terminal but when it reached kuniamuthur, one passenger who was about to board enquired whether it will go to terminal. The conductor said it will not go. The driver informed that already one passenger is inside the bus to go to terminus. The conductor found that it was me and told me to get down at ayyappan kovil stop. When i replied that the terminal is far away his response was "you are a student pass holder, you get down where ever i ask you" and dropped me at ayyappan kovil. I walked the remaining distance as i was afraid to argue with him due to his rude behavior. Also his language was without any respect and spoken to me in singular which is unusual in coimbatore district. Though it hurt me i know i can't​ complaint these because he might be a naturally disrespecting person and nobody can teach him now.

      Sir, till now i was thinking student pass was a privilege given to the students by government of tamil nadu but the conductor mr. Vijaraj's words implies that it is a charity given by the conductor of the bus. I told him that i'll make a complaint for his behavior he told you can go anywhere and complaint but now you get down and go by walk. As i was not interested in creating a scene i silently got down. Please kindly advise me whether the conductor is empowered to drop me anywhere he likes just because i'm a pass holder and also wether the conductor is empowered to change the routes as he like without proper advise to the passenger.

        I have brought a bus pass for a month but yesterday while travelling, instead of marking on 9th oct 2018 conductor made a tick mark on 10 oct 2018. And said me to inform the same to the conductor of the bus which i travel on the next day. But on 10 oct 2018 when i informed the same to the conductor. He started abusing me and had insulted me harshly in front of all the passengers.

          Chennai to kanchipuram bus... Srarting poonamallee arround 4.45am. While geting down at kanchipuram found, near front step support bar botom not mounted, bottom no provision for fixing bolts, fully correded.... Driver & conductor telling... I will inform depo people to correct... After some thing happen to somebody.. What they will do?... What system they having to avoind this in advance...?

            My mother traveled alone from tirupattur (Vellore dt) to bangalore, please note that, bangalore last bus stop is mysore road satellite bus stand, but conductor said that town hall stop is the last bus stop here after bus not to mysore road satellite bus stand, we are turn to bus again to tirupattur conductor himself decided, my mother does not knew kanada language, she told many time my son waiting in mysore road satellite bus stand, my mother not had mobile phone to contact me and telling this situational. My mother diabetic patient and also two nee replaced, she not able to walk properly, my mother explain lot to conductor, he never ready listen. After that we missed our mother actually my mother should reached to 1pm mysore road satellite bus stand. But not happen, we were waiting in mysore road satellite bus stand, some other passenger told that some bus nowadays not coming to mysore road satellite bus stand. Immediately we start to search my in town hall area, we not able to find, we found 9 pm in sivagi nagar bangalore, some tamil people are helped to send her return to tirupattur. What higher officer are doing i don't know. Why conductor not followed the rule as per rule end destination point should drop the passenger even single citizen travailing also. Due to conductor negligible we have faced lot of problem, some poor family having 2 children if drop-down in town hall point, they again catch the auto rickshaw the amount is 200 rs chargeable to reach mysore road satellite bus stand.

              On 07.10.2018, i had booked ladies window seat for my daughter for her journey from neyveli to chennai cmbt (Journey dt; 07.11.2018, 06.20 am bus). Rs.255/- was transferred from my sbi a/c through net banking and the sum was immediately debited in my bank a/c. However, neither the ticket was issued nor the sum was fully refunded to my bank a/c. Please refund my amount immediately.

                  I am Jeganraj from Thiruvengadam (taluk), Tirunelveli (dt). Recently new bus stand was opened by Govt of Tamilnadu. From the opening to till now all buses are not coming to bus stand they stopping in the bazaar area only. So many times our town peoples are complaining about this issue but no action taken to resolve this problem. Our town Thiruvengadam recently announced as taluk is junction of Rajapalayam to kovilpatti route and sankarankovil to sattur, virudhunagar, sivakasi. So It's an main junction place to connect different bus routes. So please take immediate action about this issue. Any time you can get me [protected] in this number regarding to stopping issue.

                    What kind of service you are providing stupid tamilnadu government. My last booking done through tnstc was 08/17. After that i think 7 or 8 times i had booked in online. But the amount only deducted from my account every time. But the ticket was not confirmed. After 1 weak the amount will be refunded. Today also i tried booking but the same think happened. Now whats my question is if some person has only the money for bus travel means if it was deducted like these. Then how he will travel. Becoz the refund will come only after 1 weak only. And customer service is such a stupid service. If i called them asked these things. They replied that they don’t know why this happening. And they will not take this as complaints booking. Waste tamilnadu transport service better you shutdown these e-login.

                      Today (Oct 3rd), buses coming from tirupati to chennai (Via nagiri) i. E.., 201 bus service was not available between 5:15-7:00 am. Later the bus which arrived after 7 am got very crowded so that passengers could not even stand. I need the answer as early as possible and we can call and ask doubts regarding apsrtc at their respective depots, but tamil bus service is not at all responding to calls also

                        Coimbatore air buses are in worst condition. But fair for that bus is very high. Tn government could not provide a gud bus. Please down fair for air buses else change air buses in cities... If its possible means please down bus fair. Compare tn buses with kerala air buses. They are maintained buses clean and gud but in tn buses looks very dirty. Please think about this and take action for this as soon as possible. Thank you

Please 1ticket to kannarpalayam stop i told. But conductor very bad words and not stop for kannarpalayam. You down karamadai stop. Im travel to auto spend to money rs.100.                             We have boarded madurai bus from thanjavur with 8 people with two kids below five years. With so much irritation writing this compliance. Driver and conductor told that passengers from in between places not to board. I am not sure is there any rule to ask public of intermediate stops should not board the bus. And the bus is not point to point. It was clearly mentioned the intermediate points. If it's morning time then fine, we we boarding the bus at 10.57pm. How come these people were so irresponsible. I know this compliant won't take much serious note, but still i want to register, that no one should face these issues.

                              On 22/09/2018, I tried to book tickets from Nagercoil to Chennai in SETC. Amount Rs.1456 has been debited from my account but ticket was not booked. SETC Reference Number: IGAEKHYPX4 Please resolve this complaint and refund the amount as soon as possible.

                                I am jeyaprakash. V and i booked 10:30 am pickup setc bus to madurai for 28th september. Since i was not able to reach cmbt on time 10:30 am i have reached perungalathur to catch the bus... The conductor is scolding me unnecessarily and put me in last seat middle one... And allowed a stranger in my seat number 25... I need your help to take action strictly against this improper behaviour of the conductor... Please do the needful... Thanks... Jeyaprakash.                                   Today morning (28.09.2018) i was waiting in velachery for thiruvanamalai bus which will start from adyar at 9.30 am. I wanted to travel to madhurandhagam, i was waiting from 9am and bus came at 10am. Door was locked and conductor asked where you want to go, i said madhurandhagam but they dint stop the bus. They were like only long distance passengers need to travel. Even though the bus is empty they are not interested to stop in the stopping and take the passengers. I went to next stop with my friend in bike to atleast get the bus in next stop (Pallikaranai), but there also they dint stop and there also few passengers missed the bus like me. This shows that those kind of drivers and conductors are not coming to serve people, just for time pass. Even they were wearing blue dress (Permanent employee) they dont know their duty and responsibility. Kindly do need full to the public. Thanks

                                    I was traveling from kancheepuram to chennai. The ticket cost was 65 rs. I paid 100 rs. The conductor asked whether i have 15rs in change so that he can give me 50rs. I said i don't have. Without saying anything the conductor went to front seat next to drivers seat and sat. After 5 to ten mins he came back. I asked him sir what about my balance 35rs. This conductor could have told me that he doesn't have change for now or any other updates. Instead he screamed at me for another 2 to 3 mins abusing me for asking my money.

                                    He went back to his seat and after 30 mins he came back with the change. What i don't understand is why did he yell at me for 2 to 3 mins?! People should show some professionalism!!! Ticket attached.

                                      My mother traveled alone From Tirupattur (Vellore Dt) to Bangalore, Please note that, Bangalore last bus stop is Mysore road Satellite bus stand, But conductor said that town hall stop is the last bus stop here after bus not to Mysore road Satellite bus stand, we are turn to bus again to tirupattur conductor himself decided, My mother does not knew kanada language, she told many time my son waiting in Mysore road Satellite bus stand, my mother not had mobile phone to contact me and telling this situational. my mother diabetic patient and also two nee replaced, she not able to walk properly, my mother explain lot to conductor, he never ready listen. after that we missed our mother actually my mother should reached to 1PM Mysore road Satellite bus stand. but not happen, we were waiting in Mysore road Satellite bus stand, some other passenger told that some bus nowadays not coming to Mysore road Satellite bus stand. immediately we start to search my in town hall area, we not able to find, we found 9 pm in sivagi nagar Bangalore, some tamil people are helped to send her return to Tirupattur. what higher officer are doing i don't know. why conductor not followed the rule as per rule end destination point should drop the passenger even single citizen travailing also.Due to conductor negligible we have faced lot of problem, some poor family having 2 children if drop-down in town hall point, they again catch the auto rickshaw the amount is 200 Rs chargeable to reach Mysore road Satellite bus stand.

                                        Enroute from madurai to trichy bypass.
                                        Sir,
                                        I am a central government employee. I was travelling from madurai to trichy, everytime all the bus drivers hold on somewhere in between for relaxing especially for urinating. But this time the driver didn't so i asked the driver politely that sir please hold on the bus when arriving tollgate.. It's very urgent i can't control indeed my urinary bladder start paining so please hold on the bus for 1 min, but he refused to stop bus not only refusing he scold me in bad words and harassed me, and told me i won't stop the bus.. I[censored] wish to complain you can go ahead said by the driver with a loud voice... Please take severe action regarding this.. Thank you
