The bus driver of 88k vehicle number tn 01 n9394 at anna salai was driving very rashly. Please warn these drivers and take appropriate action against such drivers. I want you to send me the action taken against such drivers on this platform. The driver was found driving without following any rules. He went close to all the vehicles to overtake and proceed to the signal. The rules should be stringent to avoid accidents.

On 19th 2 tickets in u. D - 17.00 departure at neyveli to chennai cmbt was reserved in online.. The amount rs. 510 paid & deducted in net banking.. No ticket received.. No confirmation for ticket reservation was recd in mail... The transaction reference for this is nsb[protected]gaejwaiz2 payts made to setc_tn & payt transferred to inb state express transport c.

Respected sir, there are three buses going on aranthangi to pudukottai at early morning. Three buses not stopped at any stop. It have all 1-1 and 123. So please provide one local buses at 3 to 4 am.. More people affected. Private bus at 5.30 am. It's not convenient. Three bus is not a conductor. Please provide a conductor or one local bus. Kindly request to provide local bus. Please convey my regards.

I missed my bag in bus that someone was carry that bag mistakenly. The bag is in black color with blue border and a dell batch in that bag.in that bag my college semester marksheet, overall mark sheet and provisional certificate, my 2 college notes, a book, charger, and my clothes are inside the bag.

Sir/madam i was travelling in bus no tn -1 n-5869.. Conductor asked 14 rs for two tickets from velacherry to pillaiyar koil bus stop and i gave 20 rs then just my stop came and i asked tickets but he refused in tamil and push me out.. I along with my wife felt very ashamed.. I am central govt employee and how can that person misbehave with me even i just asked my tickets. I dont know tamil and there was too much rush in bus otherwise i could take tickets much time before arrive stop but he can give also as bus stop suffiecient time on pillaiyar koil stop he kept money and i know he will make ticket and deposit in govt account.. This is great loss of govt.. Being a sincere employee of govt i want strict action against him otherwise i will approach to cat for justice.

Sir, i was coming from chennai in bus mum tn 23 n 2325. That bus will not go through arcot bus stand. It will only stop in arcot bypass. That was informed to me early, i got arcot by paying 107. I gave 110. Bus crossed arcot via bypass but i was waiting for it to go on arcot bus stand. So i did nt get down in arcot bypass. So i went to conductor asked he behaved rudly and snached my ticket and did not give change, i had to take ticked till vellore. And i got down around 5 pm in vellore. He used bad word and did not treat me proper way

I am travelling from chennai to vandavasi in the bus no. Tn 25 n 0445. There is a sticker pasted in the bus for polur, i have asked for the information to go to polur, the conductor replied in the worst manner that if you want go and remove the sticker or complain to management. He is using bad language to tell that and he also challenges that if you have guts go and complaint.. I am totally felt disappointed and i wished to take up this service to management kindly take action against that conductor.

I am a frequent traveller from kumily to nagercoil. Its around 350kms distance from kumily to nagercoil and it would take nearly 8 hrs to reach nagercoil. There are buses in this route all are normal seater buses with minimal leg room. It's so uncomfortable for us to travel in the normal seater buses
For such a long travel we would like you to operate one or two setc semi sleeper buses. We would be greatly obliged if our wish is fulfilled.

On 12/09/2018 at 7 pm i am travelling from trichy to ulundurpet, so i asked the bus conductor of chennai bus, is this bus going to ulundurpet or not? He told that the seat in bus are only for chennai passengers. Rather than that the route of bus is trichy-ulundurpet - villupuram-chennai. With this my friend are also there with me they want to travel till villupuram but the conductor refused them also... The bus number is tn-32-n-3973 and tn-21-1740. There are total 25 passengers with me at that time

I have encountered a offensive behavior of a conductor while traveling from coimbatore to thiruchendhur

The issue is on over speed of the bus..
As the passengers felt uncomfortable and scary on the driving of the driver. Myself suryakumar s a politely informed the conductor to reduce the speed for which the conductor shouted at me with a abusive language in disrespectful manner and justifies his over speed with time compensation. And he challenges to file a complaint. I request the authority to take necessary action against this.

Transport corporation must handle the bus timing when more people travels if the weekend has any government holidays. Transport corporation must take action to provide more bus to people's.

We are still waiting in singanallur for bus and the time is now 3:06am.

Everybody in the transport corporation knows about this at today bus laging but no one is tacking action it seems like normal day traveling. But more than 600 people are waiting for the bus.

Sir / mam, bus route no.6 from hosur bus stand to attebale bus registration number tn29n-1642 bus conductor name:- sivan.

While an innocent passenger boarded the bus from hosur bus stand in above mentioned bus number, he was carrying a small suitcase with him. Bus conductor sivan as per his name plate shouted on him and dragged him from middle of standing passengers and thrown him out of bus at bus stand itself. Sir how a comman man can survive in this scenario.

Dear sir,
I travelled from madurai to aruppukottai by tuticorin bus no: tn72 n 1779 on 8-sep-2018 early morning 12:10 from madurai. When i asked the ticket from conductor to aruppukottai, he said he will not drop me aruppukottai gandhi nagar bus stop, he will drop only on bye pass 1 kilometer from the designated stop. As i know there is a rule from tntc compulsory to stop gandhi nagar bus stop. But he denied. This so unfair to the passengers to walk more then a kilometer in the mid night. Also he said night time will not stop.. Pls take necessary action as many passengers are struggling. Thank you sir.

I asked for one bus ticket from gandhipuram to agriculture university, on pudur, and he gave me ticket of two passenger fare ticket when i asked for it he replied that i said for two passengers, due to absence of tamil language they used to take advantage, this kind of incidents happens many times and they are rude, abusing and scolding me. It is my kindly request you to see the above issue.

I am madurai. I have to travel from madurai to karur. There is a 1to1 bus (Tn 58 n 2397) that passes through karur and then to salem, the starting time is 4:50. When i approached the bus at 4:40 the conductor said that the karur passengers will not be boarded and i asked kindly whether there is any other 1 to1 bus and whether this bus will go karur but he replied hardly and scold me abs uesly in some local tamil bad words and spoke bad about my food

This is rathi priya from coimbatore. Setc driver from 90a from somanur to ukkadam. The driver didn't stop the bus in kollupalayam bus stop. Driver in tn 38 n 2075 has kind hearted and he stops the bus often. The driver before this bus (Didn't notice the bus number and i'd is pale in colour) won't the bus usually. Kindly register this complaint and do the needful.

In between tambaram to kishkintha theme park,
They build bridge on between adyar river, now they destroy the bridge for build new bridge, so they did make one way road for to avoid transportation for public.
So the public will use that road for transportation, but some lorry and trucks are also use that road for transportation so that the publics have to suffer to meet the traffic they are taking time to crossing the bridge more than 30 minutes during office hours.

So please make some restrictions for lorry and truck transportation on that road during peak hours for avoiding public suffers from traffic because most of peoples will go for office.

3 september 1.40am, i was driving from pettavaithalai towards tiruchirapalli. My was traveling about in 50-60kmph. Crossed muthurasanaloor and all, closing towards city. I saw one local mini bus towards me and behind that, your government bus was trying to overtake that mini bus. I’m slowing down my vehicle a bit, because there is no such gap to overtake that vehicle even for a car. I’m braking and closing, mini bus stopped there (Stoppinh it seems). That government started overtaking that minibus. There is no such room for me to place my vehicle there. I went up to my max to the left corner, he just missed one guy and crashed my cars right fender and without even noticing, he started moving away. I don’t know what to do. We’re all normal human beings. We’re workinb daily to our max to live peacefully (Just to live peacefully). I’m seeing this kinda issues frequently. Many passengers with cars just escaping from death more oftenly. Usually private bus drivers only used to drive like this recklessly. It’s government bus for people. Nearly 50 passengers traveling in that bus. Are we playing toys? This is not looking safe to human beings. Traveling is making us scary now a days. We’re not able to enjoy driving during our vacation also. We’re also working far from our home. We’re in need to travel around 50-500 kms daily. If this kind of issue continues. How can we survive and serve you (Government). Let us live for sometime please. We don’t want to live the richest life. Many people just wish to move everyday peacefully. Please please please let us live.

From avadi to cmbt bus.. Stopped in ambathoor ot bus stop for 15 minutes without any information.. I asked to the conductor he told me that the driver went to drinking. I thought that was a water but he consumed alcohol. I asked the driver what is the reason for stopped the bus for more than 15 minutes... He shouted me and he told me that "i will stop the bus whenever i will... U cont questions me.. Thats my wish i[censored] not like it go and walk". This is totally unacceptable and irresponsible work. I have to get the bus for my business purpose.. Now i lost the bus. This thing was happened because of the driver and conductor irresponsible. I'm so much suffering to becauseof his drinking habbit. I warned him like i will make a complaint. He even he doesn't take a care about it. Is this so ur manner. Pls take an action about him... And if he still continue this.. Im dame sure he will be cost of plenty innocent passenger s life. We have family sir.. I feared to travel. Please take some action.

Hi, i am from near to arani village and working in chennai. Last one year arani bus departs is not taken 10 rs coin. Every time i am giving 10 rs for my rs.116 ticket. Why they are collecting 10 rs coins. Have instructed to your people's don't collect 10 rs. Coins. Or not in use as per government rules.

Or you have special permission to not collecting 10 rs coins.
