Bus type:tamilnadu state tansport corporation (Tnstc) (Express).
Bus division:kumbakonam division.
Bus starts:koyambedu bus stand (Chennai) to bus ends: mayladuthurai (Via:panruti, chidhambaram).
Journey date and time: aug 03rd 11:15 pm, koyamdedu bus stand, vadalur reached time:aug04th 4:23 am.
My journey starts: panruti (I have get into the bus in panruti) to my journey ends: bhuvanagiri (But, i have forced get down in sethiathoppu crossroad. Because they are not going via bhuvanagiri. They are going via sethiathoppu-keerapalayam).
In conductor shirt, conductor not having, name and badge number (Conductor id number). When i asked the conductor name, he is not telling his name. Also, conductor is telling you can give a compliant to me.
I have get into the bus in panruti, conductor told, did not go via bhuvanagiri. Its special bus. So, it would not go via bhuvanagir. For special bus charges are more. Even after paying more money. I am not able to get down which stop (Bhuvanagiri stop) i need to get down. They are not going correct route (Via:bhuvanagir). Then what is point, telling this is “special bus”, it would not go via bhuvanagiri. Any mayavaram bus (Chennai to mayladuthurai (Mayavaram bus) it will go via:sethiathoppu-keerapalayam)?.in display board any thing mention its will go via:via:sethiathoppu-keerapalayam?.
Above all, conductor using bad words and scolding me. Conductor is telling, if you want compliant, you can take the bus no and give compliant against me.
Please take necessary action.
