Thousands of people traveled from usilampatti to madurai perryar # every day by bus 55u rs 1000/ ticket customers and college, school students are also regular beneficiaries. Now usilampatti depot stop the service regulates the bus service as they wish. So public suffered seriously. That buses some other route without any reason. So please take quick action to regulates the 5 buses for public benefit.

    Dear Sir,

    I am currently travelling in a bus from chennai to salem. I boarded the bus from Madurantakam . I was told told by the conductor that there was one ticket available. But when I got in, i was offered a seat behind the driver . It was a three seater bus and one MTC staff was sleeping in that occupying all the three seats. I just sat in the edge until villupuram where the bus stopped for tea. After the break, the staff just sat and occupied all three seats and informed me you just go and stand behind. Even though there was ample of space for occupying two persons. When I took up the issue with the conductor he behaved very rudely.

    The loss making state transport has come up with new sleeping facilities for their while passengers are made to stand after getting full fares. This is a complaint i am typing from the bus . . If any body has any solution . . Please call me @ [protected]

      Dear Sir,

      I feel regret to inform you about today's incident. I was travelling from Tirumangalam bus stand to Periyar bus stand. I was carrying one trolley bag which contained only two pair of clothes, weighing less than 10kg. I can't speak Tamil language as I am from Northern part of India. I am staying in Tamilnadu for more than 1 year and travelled through this route several times. This is the first time, Conductor asked me to purchase extra ticket for trolley bag. I told Conductor that as per the rule of TNSTC, you can charge only if weight is more than 15kg or size of the bag is too big to adjust. But he asked to take another bus and started saying harsh words in Tamil. Other travellers were also saying that this is wrong but he didn't listen. Finally, I had to pay him extra money as I was having no other option. But this is very bad to take advantage of a person only because he can't understand the language. And if it happens to most people then strict action need to be taken. This should be considered as my official request. In other case, please advise me whom should I contact regarding the same. Here are the details :

        There are thousands of people who use tnstc for their transportation from vqniyambadi. Though there are enough roads, inspite of running in loss the busses doesn't operate through the bus stand. They stop at the vaniyambadi byepass. Some vehicles including the vellore-tirupattur bus conductors don't allow passengers for vaniyambadi in midnights. Please makesure the service of busses inside the bus stand atleast the vellore-tirupattur busses in the nights and stop other busses either in byepass or bus stand

          I came from tambaram to chittoor via 144c, but in return back there us no information about tamil nadu bus service. Not even a single notice board. When i enquire about tambaram bus with bus driver and conductor of tn23 n2225 they are redirecting to apsrtc depo. A person belongs to tnstc not able to answer tamil nadu buses us disgusting. It shows the responsibility of our tnstc.

            In tn 55 n 0880 bus is travelling from coimbatore to pudukottai. The conductor only allowing pudukottai passanger. But i want to karur which is in mid of these area... What can i do... But goverment had the green board in singanallur bus stand that karur pessanger can travel in any bus which pass through karur. Please some serious action against the condutor..

              I was travelling from mahindra city to irumbuliyur in chengalpet-tambaram whiteboard 500 bus.

              Date : 15 august 2018

              The conductor refrained to stop at irumbuliyur despite of me getting near the door.. I asked them to stop. They shouted at me back saying i didn't tell them to stop. I am shocked. What's this happening.. It's their duty to stop at a bus stop. Even if no one in the bus is going to get down, won't be there anyone waiting in the stop to board the bus... I am seriously disappointed. I again came back from tambaram due the sheer negligence of this conductor and driver. They are poorly performing their duty.

              Today me and my friend going to trirupati from tada . Bus conductor charge 180rs. But he prepared ticket of only 80rs from kalahasthi. 100 RS directly going to his pocket. When we ask for ticket, he misbehaved. Bus no. TN.21
              N.1869. time of journey start 10:30am.
              Please take serious action on conductor.

                Dear depty manager (Commercial),

                Bus no:tn.68
                N. 0717

                Bus type:tamilnadu state tansport corporation (Tnstc) (Express).

                Bus division:kumbakonam division.

                Bus starts:koyambedu bus stand (Chennai) to bus ends: mayladuthurai (Via:panruti, chidhambaram).

                Journey date and time: aug 03rd 11:15 pm, koyamdedu bus stand, vadalur reached time:aug04th 4:23 am.

                My journey starts: panruti (I have get into the bus in panruti) to my journey ends: bhuvanagiri (But, i have forced get down in sethiathoppu crossroad. Because they are not going via bhuvanagiri. They are going via sethiathoppu-keerapalayam).

                In conductor shirt, conductor not having, name and badge number (Conductor id number). When i asked the conductor name, he is not telling his name. Also, conductor is telling you can give a compliant to me.

                I have get into the bus in panruti, conductor told, did not go via bhuvanagiri. Its special bus. So, it would not go via bhuvanagir. For special bus charges are more. Even after paying more money. I am not able to get down which stop (Bhuvanagiri stop) i need to get down. They are not going correct route (Via:bhuvanagir). Then what is point, telling this is “special bus”, it would not go via bhuvanagiri. Any mayavaram bus (Chennai to mayladuthurai (Mayavaram bus) it will go via:sethiathoppu-keerapalayam)?.in display board any thing mention its will go via:via:sethiathoppu-keerapalayam?.
                Above all, conductor using bad words and scolding me. Conductor is telling, if you want compliant, you can take the bus no and give compliant against me.

                Please take necessary action.

                If my side any mistake is there, please let me know sir.

                  To the attention of tamil nadu state transport corporation

                  My name is anne-laure ricord, student, french citizen and indian origin. I'm currently staying in chennai.
                  Today, i have taken the 27d bus at 4pm. I'm writing to you concerning the difficult conditions of the bus driver. Indeed, he doesn't have a proper seat and is forced to drive in deplorable conditions all day long.
                  I suggest you ought to give him a comfortable seat for him to drive in good conditions.
                  I have enclosed two pictures, one showing an indian bus driver seat and another showing a french one for you to acknowledge the difference. Please don't mistake me. I'm not saying that france is a better country, but french bus conductors have better conditions than indian drivers.

                    I am prasanna vengatesh while i am going to cuddalore to chennai via ecr @3.50am bus on[protected] i faced lot of problems. I booked a ticket and also i am waited for nearly 45min to sit. Even though conductor helped his known people from transport and his friends. I am a common man i don't have any contacts in transport or i am not a friend or relative of a conductor. So i booked ticket and stand in bus for nearly 45 mins. He treated me very badly. And also ask me to sit in the engine. I refused then he treated badly and offered one seat at the front and one seat at the back. And he showed his bad face by scolding me badly in front of the people who is travelling in bus.

                    Why not a common man cannot be able to survive in tamil nadu without any influence.

                    Treat the conductor and give him the punishment so that no one should do this again.

                      I here suresh damodharan request to look in too manual ticketing conductor. We're we charged due to less passenger in the bus.

                      I travelled from vellore to bangalore at 1:00am. As bus was empty, conductor asking luggage charges saying its very big bag you need to pay the luggage charge if not get down.

                      He bought the checking officer and i was behind him.

                      But he check and opened my bag and shown him it my complete dressed bag.

                      And also he check my new baby boy dress. He says you have to pay. And denying conductor and me to travel..

                      I don't know..

                      Without any reason i had paid and travelled..

                      Request you to please release documents from government saying the luggage weight and volume constraints.

                      So we can avoid such kind of issues..

                        Yesterday (10.08.2018) night, bus number 66 (Tambaram to pondhamale) during 9 to 10'o clock no buses are came chrompet.in normal days more than 8 buses are available in these time. But why yesterday 66 number buses are not came.? I miss the pondhamlale cab. So one day loss of day. Who gave a salary for me. We need reasonable answer or i put a case against tnstc..

                          Dear sir,
                          I am traveling from cuddalore to chennai now in new bus with closing doors which introduced by our govt recently. I am sitting in 3 seaters which opposite to first door. I have requested conductor to close the door and he said that he will not close the door and asking me to sit back if i am not comfortable. He is simply responded but my question is what is the purpose introducing the bus with closing doors. I had been in karnataka and could see doors are always closed even in local buses. I am not comparing with other states.. Just sharing my opinion.
                          Please take the necessary steps.

                            I am from Kundrathur,
                            Bus drivers not stopping in "Ayyapan Kovil" bus stop, which is between Kundrathur Murugan kovil and Kundrathur bus depot. When I asked for the reason they (Drivers, conductors, Bus depot supervisor) are saying this stop is not active so bus will not stop there.
                            My question is then why bus stop was build up their? Why government spent money for that?
                            It was active previously but now it is useless because of some reasons that details would know only by bus transport officers.
                            My humble request this should be in active and people should get benefited from that.
                            Surrounding peoples are suffering lot because of this issue, they have to walk around 2.5 kilometers to reach bus depot to catchup busses.

                              I'm traveling in tn38n3034 sathy to coimbatore bus (Departure time 7:30 [protected]@satgyamangalam).. They are having a music system with annoying speakers... While traveling they put songs with high level of sound which we can't even listen to anything around... The sound is so annoying to ears and can't even travel peacefully... Kindly avoid this kind of noise pollution which can affect our hearing system and spoil our journey.. It's very horrible to travel.. Kindly take immediate action...

                                Tn 57 n 2190, this bus belongs to bondi nayakanur dippo, bodi to coimbatore running bus. This bus not at all stopping at kundadam and kallimandaym stages. Toady 05.08.18 evening 4.45 one passenger asked ticket from palladam to kundadam, conductor told bus 'll not stop at kundadam get down from bus, bus immediately stopped and passenger thrown from the bus. Not only kundadam, kallimandayam also. Please take necessary action

                                    Respective sir,
                                    I'm started to travel in tnstc from mamallapuram to ashokpillar (Ecr).
                                    I got in bus and i have seated in front single seat beside to driver seat.
                                    As everyone know last one seat for conductor and driver seat totally 55+2, conductor came and get off from seat, also i couldn't see conductor sricker on respective seat above.
                                    So i questioned, hello sir i couldn't see conductor sticker and also as i know conductor seat is located at back side.
                                    I don't understand why you getting off from seat.
                                    "he started to use bad words towards me and he arguing two seats are allocated for conductor"
                                    He said government don't have money to paste sticker on above seat for conductor.
                                    I'm hurted by conductor very much.

                                    So i'm kindly requesting you to raise the action against the respective conductor done duty in tn.21 n.1722

                                    I am Narendran from pollachi and i am here to make a complaint on a government bus driver.
                                    TN 38 N 2836 this bus driver is not obeying the traffic signal near LMHS school
                                    Kotampatti Pollachi

                                    this driver never obeys the signal even if the traffic is high.
                                    Please take necessary actions
                                    I missed my luggage on 28 July in which the bus started from Coimbatore 8:45pm on 27th July to Cumbun via Theni. I drop down at Theni around 1:15am on 28th July. Please do the necessary action to get my luggage.

                                      I'm waiting in ps park from 11.10 am to 11.45, later i moved to kalaimadu bus stop and waiting more than half an hour to get direct bus to vellakovil, no buses since 11.10. I know this is worthless to send text like in online but i don't have any other way to show it. People like me they are suffering like anything but i don't think so they are doing their job in right way.

                                        These 2 buses were supposed to go by villupuram and it was even mentioned on bus route. But the conductors asked passengers to get in who travel only to trichy. The conductor even misguided peoples saying that special buses have been alloted for villupuram.
                                        I was waiting for 2hours and couldn't even able to find one special bus
                                        Do they really care about the people.?
                                        Kindly take action on these people, should i register a complaint to higher officials separately as i am unaware of the procedures followed.
