In between tambaram to kishkintha theme park,
They build bridge on between adyar river, now they destroy the bridge for build new bridge, so they did make one way road for to avoid transportation for public.
So the public will use that road for transportation, but some lorry and trucks are also use that road for transportation so that the publics have to suffer to meet the traffic they are taking time to crossing the bridge more than 30 minutes during office hours.

So please make some restrictions for lorry and truck transportation on that road during peak hours for avoiding public suffers from traffic because most of peoples will go for office.

    Respected sir,
    3 september 1.40am, i was driving from pettavaithalai towards tiruchirapalli. My was traveling about in 50-60kmph. Crossed muthurasanaloor and all, closing towards city. I saw one local mini bus towards me and behind that, your government bus was trying to overtake that mini bus. I’m slowing down my vehicle a bit, because there is no such gap to overtake that vehicle even for a car. I’m braking and closing, mini bus stopped there (Stoppinh it seems). That government started overtaking that minibus. There is no such room for me to place my vehicle there. I went up to my max to the left corner, he just missed one guy and crashed my cars right fender and without even noticing, he started moving away. I don’t know what to do. We’re all normal human beings. We’re workinb daily to our max to live peacefully (Just to live peacefully). I’m seeing this kinda issues frequently. Many passengers with cars just escaping from death more oftenly. Usually private bus drivers only used to drive like this recklessly. It’s government bus for people. Nearly 50 passengers traveling in that bus. Are we playing toys? This is not looking safe to human beings. Traveling is making us scary now a days. We’re not able to enjoy driving during our vacation also. We’re also working far from our home. We’re in need to travel around 50-500 kms daily. If this kind of issue continues. How can we survive and serve you (Government). Let us live for sometime please. We don’t want to live the richest life. Many people just wish to move everyday peacefully. Please please please let us live.

      From avadi to cmbt bus.. Stopped in ambathoor ot bus stop for 15 minutes without any information.. I asked to the conductor he told me that the driver went to drinking. I thought that was a water but he consumed alcohol. I asked the driver what is the reason for stopped the bus for more than 15 minutes... He shouted me and he told me that "i will stop the bus whenever i will... U cont questions me.. Thats my wish i[censored] not like it go and walk". This is totally unacceptable and irresponsible work. I have to get the bus for my business purpose.. Now i lost the bus. This thing was happened because of the driver and conductor irresponsible. I'm so much suffering to becauseof his drinking habbit. I warned him like i will make a complaint. He even he doesn't take a care about it. Is this so ur manner. Pls take an action about him... And if he still continue this.. Im dame sure he will be cost of plenty innocent passenger s life. We have family sir.. I feared to travel. Please take some action.

        Hi, i am from near to arani village and working in chennai. Last one year arani bus departs is not taken 10 rs coin. Every time i am giving 10 rs for my rs.116 ticket. Why they are collecting 10 rs coins. Have instructed to your people's don't collect 10 rs. Coins. Or not in use as per government rules.

        Or you have special permission to not collecting 10 rs coins.

              This is thangasamy from hosur. I am a regular traveler from hosur to trichy on every week through setc service.
              I am facing problem in one route route number ud857 karaikudi to bangalore, they are charging for 340 rs where as in all other service routs charging 315 rs only.
              I have check the fare sheet of that ud 857 that shows 340 rs from hosur to trichy. That is actually data entry error, because form atheepalli to hosur only 325 rs. But atheepalli is 10 kilometers away from hosur towords bangalore.

              When we explain the issue conductors are refusing and ask us to pay 340 rs or get down from the bus.
              Apart from that they are using third class languages to the passengers.
              Herewith i have attach the fair sheet for your consideration.

              There has been no arrival of bus number 27B to Bels road for about 1 hour.passengers are immensely bothered, These kind of actions happening mostly in mid afternoon timing.I request you to strictly take actions on such issues and address the complaint hereby,

                Only one bus in this timing 2.20am here the huge crowd of people who waiting for coimbatore buses so kindly increase the buses to travel coimbatore from erode

                  We passengers charged 1200 rupees and late departure at 2200hrs and stopping the bus wherever the driver needs and also the driver doesn't drive properly over speed disobeying the rules and if we ask anything shouting like anything..

                    I am sathish kumar from karugud, musiri, trichy. I have gone to board a bus in thuraiyur to go to chennai on[protected] at around 8 : 30pm. I have requested a ticket to chennai to more than four bus conductors on that time. Though the vacancies are available, they were given a ticket because i had concession pass. But they are issuing tickets for normal persons.
                    So, i request you to kindly consider this matter and take necessary step to give bus tickets for persons like me.

                        Thousands of people traveled from usilampatti to madurai perryar # every day by bus 55u rs 1000/ ticket customers and college, school students are also regular beneficiaries. Now usilampatti depot stop the service regulates the bus service as they wish. So public suffered seriously. That buses some other route without any reason. So please take quick action to regulates the 5 buses for public benefit.

                          Dear Sir,

                          I am currently travelling in a bus from chennai to salem. I boarded the bus from Madurantakam . I was told told by the conductor that there was one ticket available. But when I got in, i was offered a seat behind the driver . It was a three seater bus and one MTC staff was sleeping in that occupying all the three seats. I just sat in the edge until villupuram where the bus stopped for tea. After the break, the staff just sat and occupied all three seats and informed me you just go and stand behind. Even though there was ample of space for occupying two persons. When I took up the issue with the conductor he behaved very rudely.

                          The loss making state transport has come up with new sleeping facilities for their while passengers are made to stand after getting full fares. This is a complaint i am typing from the bus . . If any body has any solution . . Please call me @ [protected]

                            Dear Sir,

                            I feel regret to inform you about today's incident. I was travelling from Tirumangalam bus stand to Periyar bus stand. I was carrying one trolley bag which contained only two pair of clothes, weighing less than 10kg. I can't speak Tamil language as I am from Northern part of India. I am staying in Tamilnadu for more than 1 year and travelled through this route several times. This is the first time, Conductor asked me to purchase extra ticket for trolley bag. I told Conductor that as per the rule of TNSTC, you can charge only if weight is more than 15kg or size of the bag is too big to adjust. But he asked to take another bus and started saying harsh words in Tamil. Other travellers were also saying that this is wrong but he didn't listen. Finally, I had to pay him extra money as I was having no other option. But this is very bad to take advantage of a person only because he can't understand the language. And if it happens to most people then strict action need to be taken. This should be considered as my official request. In other case, please advise me whom should I contact regarding the same. Here are the details :

                              There are thousands of people who use tnstc for their transportation from vqniyambadi. Though there are enough roads, inspite of running in loss the busses doesn't operate through the bus stand. They stop at the vaniyambadi byepass. Some vehicles including the vellore-tirupattur bus conductors don't allow passengers for vaniyambadi in midnights. Please makesure the service of busses inside the bus stand atleast the vellore-tirupattur busses in the nights and stop other busses either in byepass or bus stand

                                I came from tambaram to chittoor via 144c, but in return back there us no information about tamil nadu bus service. Not even a single notice board. When i enquire about tambaram bus with bus driver and conductor of tn23 n2225 they are redirecting to apsrtc depo. A person belongs to tnstc not able to answer tamil nadu buses us disgusting. It shows the responsibility of our tnstc.

                                    The conductor refrained to stop at irumbuliyur despite of me getting near the door.. I asked them to stop. They shouted at me back saying i didn't tell them to stop. I am shocked. What's this happening.. It's their duty to stop at a bus stop. Even if no one in the bus is going to get down, won't be there anyone waiting in the stop to board the bus... I am seriously disappointed. I again came back from tambaram due the sheer negligence of this conductor and driver. They are poorly performing their duty.

                                      N. 0717

                                      Bus type:tamilnadu state tansport corporation (Tnstc) (Express).

                                      Bus division:kumbakonam division.

                                      Bus starts:koyambedu bus stand (Chennai) to bus ends: mayladuthurai (Via:panruti, chidhambaram).

                                      Journey date and time: aug 03rd 11:15 pm, koyamdedu bus stand, vadalur reached time:aug04th 4:23 am.

                                      My journey starts: panruti (I have get into the bus in panruti) to my journey ends: bhuvanagiri (But, i have forced get down in sethiathoppu crossroad. Because they are not going via bhuvanagiri. They are going via sethiathoppu-keerapalayam).

                                      In conductor shirt, conductor not having, name and badge number (Conductor id number). When i asked the conductor name, he is not telling his name. Also, conductor is telling you can give a compliant to me.

                                      I have get into the bus in panruti, conductor told, did not go via bhuvanagiri. Its special bus. So, it would not go via bhuvanagir. For special bus charges are more. Even after paying more money. I am not able to get down which stop (Bhuvanagiri stop) i need to get down. They are not going correct route (Via:bhuvanagir). Then what is point, telling this is “special bus”, it would not go via bhuvanagiri. Any mayavaram bus (Chennai to mayladuthurai (Mayavaram bus) it will go via:sethiathoppu-keerapalayam)?.in display board any thing mention its will go via:via:sethiathoppu-keerapalayam?.
                                      Above all, conductor using bad words and scolding me. Conductor is telling, if you want compliant, you can take the bus no and give compliant against me.

                                      Please take necessary action.

                                      If my side any mistake is there, please let me know sir.

                                        My name is anne-laure ricord, student, french citizen and indian origin. I'm currently staying in chennai.
                                        Today, i have taken the 27d bus at 4pm. I'm writing to you concerning the difficult conditions of the bus driver. Indeed, he doesn't have a proper seat and is forced to drive in deplorable conditions all day long.
                                        I suggest you ought to give him a comfortable seat for him to drive in good conditions.
                                        I have enclosed two pictures, one showing an indian bus driver seat and another showing a french one for you to acknowledge the difference. Please don't mistake me. I'm not saying that france is a better country, but french bus conductors have better conditions than indian drivers.
