I am regularly taking the bus from electronic city, bangalore and hosur. From hosur to electronic city, i am getting enough bus. But from electronic city to hosur, feeling very difficult to get bus. There is no frequent bus under the flyover from electronic city to hosur. Many buses are going in the flyover instead of passing through under the flyover. We people are waiting more than 2 hrs for getting a bus. It's really very hectic. Please consider this issue and do the needful for the people.

    I have tried to book the online ticket in setc from chennai to sirkali, however the dropping details are not showing in setc still. Ok thats fine, then i was went to cmbt and boarded into kumbakonam setc bus and asked to give me the ticket to sirkali, but the conductor said that the bus will not go to sirkali then you can get down at chidambaram, ok thats also fine. I was dropped down into chidambaram at the time around 01:30.in chdambaram, there was one nagapattinam bus and i have asked to driver the bus will have go to sirkali and he said no.

    Setc is not going into my town
    Local express bus is also not going into my down.
    Then where i'm supposed to go at that midnight??

    Then why you are running this stupid bus service? I know this complaint will fly into the air like garbage. However i want to register my complaint here. This is not the single person issue. Like me there was lot of persons was standing there at chidambaram including women with children.

    Thats why the people will prefer private buses.. If private long route buses will provide this services, then why can't govt buses??

    Anyways i was felt such a worst experience with setc bus service.

      Iam traveling from salem to chennai in setc bus. Push back is not working in my seat.. Front seat fell back on my legs.. I couldn't push back my seat.. How could it be possible to tolerate for the journey of 8hours. Sometimes the window can't be closed. There would be raining in to bus.. Most of the tamilnadu setc buses are like these only.in some government buses raining from the roof too occur

      Plz don’t give conductor job to any blind grandpas... if those idiots couldn’t able to see ask them to sit in home.. not as conductor in any buses and scolding others.TN 74, N1746...Trivandrum to Nagercoil bus. But also that persons behaviour on passenger is worst.. plz warn him orelse he s gonna get penalty from passengers.

        Two days before we are returning from chennai to salem.We came by SETC bus from chennai to coimbatore.Bus stop in near vikrapandi.They told the bus stop only here.It is 8.45 pm.So we have no choice to eat dinner.We go to eat .There are two hotels in there.But two are worst.The cost was very high.But taste is very bad.We told to conductor.But he told there is no way to help us.He told if we didn't stop here the official people in coimbatore will scold us, so there is no way.So please take immediate action regarding this.

        From Salem to Bangalore (1 to 1)3.33 buses not maintain proper time. Bus quality also very poor. Actual running time 3.33 hrs but they are taking 4.15 hrs. They stopped the bus Midway for snacks for 15 to 20 mins. take action immediately.

          Bus no : TN 39 0049
          Bus route : Coimbatore to Tirupur
          Date : 20.07.2018

          After repeated observation, I am lodging this complaint of the aforesaid bus plying between Coimbatore to tirupur failing to stop deliberately on designated stops like pappampatti pirivu. A friend of mine has also observed the same bus failing to stop in the preceding stop - Ondipudur.

          Both these stops are bound to take atleast 8 to 10 passengers each. The bus driver fails to stop even after waving the hand at the bus stop. This bus is further sparsely occupied and can absorb more people waiting with fatigue at bus stops.

          Request to take stringent action and please do verify the ticket denomination esp. In the stops -Ondipudur and Pappampatti pirivu- as a proof of cross verifying their act.

            Today I travelled Nagore to thiruvarur route bus. I paid for ticket for myself and dad. Price 14 rs I gave 20 but he gives only 5 rs balance 1 rs he kept.. And he doing these things to some other also. At all destination point he never cares about whom drop at that point. Likely he done to my destination point also then I shouted for to stop the bus. But he shouted on me for y u shouting like that.. I was totally broken for his behavior and rude talks.. Kindly take action on him..

              Time - 4:15 pm

              I boarded the bus at Maduranthakam bypass, when conductor came for the ticket i asked for 1 tambaram as i dint have the change i gave ₹500. The actual rate of the ticket is ₹45. After seeing ₹500, he shouted rudely and used extreme bad words on me, it was soo horrible. We are customers we are paying for the tickets atleast show some kindness and respect towards the customers. This is the one and only duty of the Conductor but we travel for many reasons dont spoil the mood of the customers.

                Respected Sir/ Madam,
                Iam travelling daily from Madurai to kalayarkovil by tnstc bus. I board the 08:15 bus regularly from Madurai to Sivaganga from MGR Bus stand.
                Recently the buses have started to run too slow and reach Sivaganga by 09:30. This has caused inconvenience for working staff like me and others as we reach kalayarkovil late by the next specavailable town bus.
                On questioning the drivers they reply that their authorities have instructed them to drive slow. Kindly help us in this regard.

                  Hi team,
                  This is raghuraman writing this complaint regarding the stage for madurantakam .

                  We are already having stage from perungalthur to madurantakam in selam (villupuram deposit) ordinary Express buses.

                  Most of the drivers and conductor are not permit to travel.

                  Kindly let me know why they are not allow to travel. Kindly provide the feedback for respective depo bus. They treat the people in irrespective manner.

                    I am a employee in a company. My home is in center of madipakkam. S 12 is a route bus from kilkattalai goes via velachery. But it is not maintaining it's timing. This makes me to spend more timing on waiting in bus stop. While all other small buses are doing good in routine work. This certain small bus S 12 is failing to do. Many will use and believe if it is regular and good at time management.

                      Travel From/To : Nagore to Karaikal.

                      Complaint : I travel from nagore to karaikal on above said bus. I paid the Express bus fare Rs.13 /- But the bus did not reach the destination point in time. It was late by 20 Minutes. The bus which came behind this bus (routed to Chidambaram) reached before 20 minutes to karaikal and departed to Chidambaram on time.

                      When i asked about this slow moving bus, the conductor said "YOU GO AND DRIVE THE BUS, YOU GO AND SAY TO THE DRIVER" "WHY YOU HAVE TRAVELLING IN THIS BUS".

                      Because of this delay i was not able to reach the computer Education center in time.So I missed out my classes with disappointment.

                      So kindly take necessary actions for the betterment of the public people like me.

                        Today (13.07.2018) I travel Virudhunagar (7am) to Rajapalayam. the bus break down for suddenly Alagapuri near. So I am not reach particular time for my place. So Please Government bus Frequently service for properly.
                        Bus 0172.bound to Tiruvannamalai by 218 in Gingee bust and of Tindivanam .Both Driver n conductor not interested in the ascending passengers.
                        Irregular stopping in the Middle of 4 roads
                        In spite of our running 65+ n 69+ towards bus it passed away.
                        Conductor never looks outside the bus.

                          Whenever i am getting the bus in Gudalur (Ooty) many seats are reserved by TNSTC employees in Gudalur bus stand. Especially from Gudalur to Erode or Coimbatore trips. Though we are going earlier, many seats are being reserved by conductor and driver by putting bags and other things. They are getting money from the well-known people for these reservation. Kindly take severe action on these type of renegade staff.

                            Today at Bangalore before I board the bus I asked whether it's a express 1to 1 for Salem or not and he said yes after dat for ticket when I gave him 225 rupees he gave me only tickets for 120, so I asked him but that time also he told the same, then later once we reached dharmapuri he returned me rest of the money and told me get down and take Salem bus, so I waste my full day because of this fraud. Please take action accordingly, don't force...

                            We booked a ticket to Salem on 14th July 2018 just few hours before our travel... We never received sms for the same and didn't have time to take print out... When we reached the bus station, the bus drivers n admin people didn't accept the id proofs booked for the corresponding passenger... They were very rude and didn't cooperate or help us in sorting the issue... Most of the other transportation services have gone paperless while SETC still needs a printout n doesn't send sms properly. Horrible service.

                              Due to bharat bandh on 2nd April, buses were cancelled from Thrissur to chennai. I booked the tickets earlier and was unaware of any such disruption.
                              I repeatedly called customer care of TNSTC which kept me 2 hr waiting from 4 pm to 6 pm and finally told that they have no information of the bus/driver/conductor.
                              I believe I am entitled for refund as I paid for a journey which never happened

                                Sir i want to go to Sriperambudur byepass, all those bus which goes to arcot also crosses the Sriperambudur byepass, but all those drivers, conductors and hogher authority persons also dont permit us to avail those buses as they say that these buses wont go there and refuse us to stay away and use other comodity buses like kancheepuram etc, i dont know why they are not giving us proper recognization to us and criticising us, please take necessary action against those concern people sir

                                  இன்று (13-ஜூலை-2018) வெள்ளிக்கிழமை TN 38 5611 என்ற பேருந்தில் இரவு 9.15 மணிக்கு பொள்ளாச்சி பேருந்து நிறுத்ததில் ஏறினேன். நான் பூலாங்கிணர் பிரீமியர் மில்ஸ் பேருந்து நிறுத்தத்தை சார்ந்தவன்.பேருந்து உடுமலைப்பேட்டை வரை செல்லும் பேருந்து. எங்கள் ஊரில் உடுமலைப்பேட்டை வரை செல்லும் பேருந்துகள் நின்று செல்வது வழக்கம். இன்றும் அப்படி நினைத்து தான் ஏறினேன். ஆனால் அவர்கள் நிறுத்த மாட்டோம் என்று சொன்னது மட்டுமின்றி மிகவும் கேவலமான வார்த்தைகளை உபயோகப்படுத்தி திட்டுகிறார்கள். அரசு பேருந்துகள் மக்கள் சேவைக்கு தான் என்பதை நான் உங்களுக்கு நினைவு கூற விரும்புகிறேன். கேவலமாக நடந்து கொள்ளும் அவர்கள் மீது நடவடிக்கை எடுப்பீர்கள் என்றும் நம்புகிறேன். எனக்கு அவர்கள் பெயர் மற்றவை எல்லாம் தெரியாது.

                                    Mr. Murugan, Bus no: TN 32/ N 3980,
                                    Has Stopped Bus in Vengambakkam, and collecting extra charges from me (1/3 concession pass holder -from Vengambakkam to Thiruvanmiyur) by saying "I will not accept this concession pass and the pass is only valid for Pondicherry to Chennai bus and the pass is invalid for Kadalur to Chennai.

                                    It was the worst experience in my 3 years of travel from Vengambakkam to Thiruvanmiyur

                                    Hello sir, i forgot my bag( black with red adidas bag) in bus today morning while i was in ahurry to get down at thiruvanmiyur. I travelled from pondy to chennai today(4th july 2018) at 10.17 am from pondy to thiruvanmiyur at 1.37pm. Sir, kindly provide me with details, i checked my bus ticket and found the bus no. mentioned TN 32 N 3090
                                    On July 5th 2018 I have tried to book a ticket of worth Rs 386 through netbanking for a journey on July 8th 2018 to travel from Panrutty to Coimbatore, for which the ticket amount has been debited from my bank account but the transaction has got failed. Therefore, requesting to refund my debited amount.

                                      Transport from gudiyattam to saidapet .Bus conductor name senthil driver name i don't know.they behave harshly to passengers .they use public transport as personal usage.they often reserved seats for few passengers even though it is fully crowded.and they are getting bribe from them .for reserving seats .they use abuse words if we questioned especially girls and women. It occurs often.
