Respected Sir/ Madam,
Iam travelling daily from Madurai to kalayarkovil by tnstc bus. I board the 08:15 bus regularly from Madurai to Sivaganga from MGR Bus stand.
Recently the buses have started to run too slow and reach Sivaganga by 09:30. This has caused inconvenience for working staff like me and others as we reach kalayarkovil late by the next specavailable town bus.
On questioning the drivers they reply that their authorities have instructed them to drive slow. Kindly help us in this regard.

    Hi team,
    This is raghuraman writing this complaint regarding the stage for madurantakam .

    We are already having stage from perungalthur to madurantakam in selam (villupuram deposit) ordinary Express buses.

    Most of the drivers and conductor are not permit to travel.

    Kindly let me know why they are not allow to travel. Kindly provide the feedback for respective depo bus. They treat the people in irrespective manner.

      I am a employee in a company. My home is in center of madipakkam. S 12 is a route bus from kilkattalai goes via velachery. But it is not maintaining it's timing. This makes me to spend more timing on waiting in bus stop. While all other small buses are doing good in routine work. This certain small bus S 12 is failing to do. Many will use and believe if it is regular and good at time management.

        Ticket Detail : 470463 - Express
        Travel Date : 16.07.2018.
        Bus departure time from nagore : 11.35 AM
        Ticket issued Time : 11.43 AM
        Travel From/To : Nagore to Karaikal.

        Complaint : I travel from nagore to karaikal on above said bus. I paid the Express bus fare Rs.13 /- But the bus did not reach the destination point in time. It was late by 20 Minutes. The bus which came behind this bus (routed to Chidambaram) reached before 20 minutes to karaikal and departed to Chidambaram on time.

        When i asked about this slow moving bus, the conductor said "YOU GO AND DRIVE THE BUS, YOU GO AND SAY TO THE DRIVER" "WHY YOU HAVE TRAVELLING IN THIS BUS".

        Because of this delay i was not able to reach the computer Education center in time.So I missed out my classes with disappointment.

        So kindly take necessary actions for the betterment of the public people like me.

          Today (13.07.2018) I travel Virudhunagar (7am) to Rajapalayam. the bus break down for suddenly Alagapuri near. So I am not reach particular time for my place. So Please Government bus Frequently service for properly.
          Bus 0172.bound to Tiruvannamalai by 218 in Gingee bust and of Tindivanam .Both Driver n conductor not interested in the ascending passengers.
          Irregular stopping in the Middle of 4 roads
          In spite of our running 65+ n 69+ towards bus it passed away.
          Conductor never looks outside the bus.

            Whenever i am getting the bus in Gudalur (Ooty) many seats are reserved by TNSTC employees in Gudalur bus stand. Especially from Gudalur to Erode or Coimbatore trips. Though we are going earlier, many seats are being reserved by conductor and driver by putting bags and other things. They are getting money from the well-known people for these reservation. Kindly take severe action on these type of renegade staff.

              fraud bus conductor

              Today at Bangalore before I board the bus I asked whether it's a express 1to 1 for Salem or not and he said yes after dat for ticket when I gave him 225 rupees he gave me only tickets for 120, so I asked him but that time also he told the same, then later once we reached dharmapuri he returned me rest of the money and told me get down and take Salem bus, so I waste my full day because of this fraud. Please take action accordingly, don't force...

              We booked a ticket to Salem on 14th July 2018 just few hours before our travel... We never received sms for the same and didn't have time to take print out... When we reached the bus station, the bus drivers n admin people didn't accept the id proofs booked for the corresponding passenger... They were very rude and didn't cooperate or help us in sorting the issue... Most of the other transportation services have gone paperless while SETC still needs a printout n doesn't send sms properly. Horrible service.

                Due to bharat bandh on 2nd April, buses were cancelled from Thrissur to chennai. I booked the tickets earlier and was unaware of any such disruption.
                I repeatedly called customer care of TNSTC which kept me 2 hr waiting from 4 pm to 6 pm and finally told that they have no information of the bus/driver/conductor.
                I believe I am entitled for refund as I paid for a journey which never happened

                  Sir i want to go to Sriperambudur byepass, all those bus which goes to arcot also crosses the Sriperambudur byepass, but all those drivers, conductors and hogher authority persons also dont permit us to avail those buses as they say that these buses wont go there and refuse us to stay away and use other comodity buses like kancheepuram etc, i dont know why they are not giving us proper recognization to us and criticising us, please take necessary action against those concern people sir

                      Mr. Murugan, Bus no: TN 32/ N 3980,
                      Has Stopped Bus in Vengambakkam, and collecting extra charges from me (1/3 concession pass holder -from Vengambakkam to Thiruvanmiyur) by saying "I will not accept this concession pass and the pass is only valid for Pondicherry to Chennai bus and the pass is invalid for Kadalur to Chennai.

                      It was the worst experience in my 3 years of travel from Vengambakkam to Thiruvanmiyur

                      Hello sir, i forgot my bag( black with red adidas bag) in bus today morning while i was in ahurry to get down at thiruvanmiyur. I travelled from pondy to chennai today(4th july 2018) at 10.17 am from pondy to thiruvanmiyur at 1.37pm. Sir, kindly provide me with details, i checked my bus ticket and found the bus no. mentioned TN 32 N 3090
                      On July 5th 2018 I have tried to book a ticket of worth Rs 386 through netbanking for a journey on July 8th 2018 to travel from Panrutty to Coimbatore, for which the ticket amount has been debited from my bank account but the transaction has got failed. Therefore, requesting to refund my debited amount.

                        Transport from gudiyattam to saidapet .Bus conductor name senthil driver name i don't know.they behave harshly to passengers .they use public transport as personal usage.they often reserved seats for few passengers even though it is fully crowded.and they are getting bribe from them .for reserving seats .they use abuse words if we questioned especially girls and women. It occurs often.

                          Paying 322 rs. The boarding time was 22.00 hrs, i was in the bus stand by 9.45 but the people nearby told the bus had just left. The enquiry counter in the CBS bus stand was closed .so I immediately came to Arch gate to catch the bus by the that time it was 10.00 but again i could not catch the bus...

                          Then i boarded an SETC bus

                          I paid again for the ticket of rs 455 for which i gave 500 rs but the conductor rejected to give back the change. When I demanded for the change he is telling its reservation charge ...

                          Totally i had paid 822 with no justice.

                            Dear sir /madam iam m.c.RAJESH from Salem .managing partner in one company.
                            Right now i travelling in one Erode to ooty bus time 1.45 PM in Erode. I am sitting in front of the bus 2 nd row. Driver came inside the bus and told me don't sit here go backside. I told, driver sir I am suffering from back pain that's why I am sitting here, backside jolding is over so I am sitting here .suddenly driver harshly go backside otherwise, as a driver I drop u in the bus stand, getdown immediately you know who am i, I am a mandram thalaivar whatever I can do .I know law getdown immediately. I am the chief for this bus don't talk anything.. Driver says like this.
                            As a passenger I told one word iam suffering from back pain that's why I'm sitting here. As a government servent, This is the right way to talk with passengers? Past 4 to 5 years I'm traveling in this bus regularly. Please enquiry 1.45 PM in Erode to ooty bus driver. Today is 7.7.2018. Thank you.

                              Today I was travelling by bus 90A(ukkadam to Donahue) reg.no: TN 38 N 2260 by around 6.00 pm, couldn't note the name of the conductor . He asked me to show my bus pass and I did so. Despite showing him a properly approved government staff bus pass, he humiliated me in front of so many passengers for no good reason. I severely condemn his behavior and I strongly request the higher officials to take action against his unremarkable worst behavior and I do owe an apology.

                                My father worked as a conductor in tnstc thanjavur branch till 2007. After he retired was receiving pension till the time he was alive. He was passed away on july 2017. Then we were inform the head office to transfer the pension scheme to my mother bank account as per the law. Till sep2017 she received in my father account after that from april 2018 start receiving in her account. Now from october 2017 to march 2018 for six months the pension amount has been hold by the head office. Now i am requesting you to kindly check and do the needful to credit whatever money balance to credit on my account. Looking forward to hearing from you.                                   Iam traveling from cmbt to kumuli in a ud bus now, my concern is, even after charging such an enormous fare, can't you provide a decent bus for the passengers?
                                  1) window in jammed condition
                                  2) despite the travel time is 15 hours, no charging point for mobiles.
                                  3) even though so many good hotels available enroute, the crew used to stop the bus at a worst motel, to get commission from them.
                                  4) the bus is very noisy.

                                    Hi,

                                    This is pathetic when you take the bus and you select the sufficient seat to sit. It is conductor choice to fill the bus he can move the single person to another where the person is not comfortable sitting itself.

                                    If a passenger first come first serve condition should get the choice if he wants to move to another place for not rather than conductor forcing him to move to another seat. If the other wants a seat he should wait for another bus to come and get his seat as i did to be comfortable.

                                    Very unhappy with this. Please take necessary steps. Thanks. I have seen many cases of this seeing other people suffer when it came to me i am writing this complaint.

                                      Hi sir, this is regarding the bad condition of one of the buses from kulithalai to chennai... Lots of passengers are using this bus in and around area of kulithalai for visiting chennai. Most of them are student's and employees who travel regularly in this bus. But the condition of this bus is not in good condition and lots of sound coming while running... So it deliberately affect passengers sleep and impacts the next day schedule of them...
