Bus driver and ticket collector of the above bus number (Rameshwaram to kanyakumari) is behaving rudely even though there is place to sit in front he is telling me to get up because he want to keep that seat for his relatives. When i asked the name of ticket collector he refused to give the name.
Please pay attention to resolve this ego issue with the driver and bus conductor.

I travelled from hosur to bangalore just now. My bus number is tn 29 2426. Conductor name is mohammad rashid. When i bought ticket he gave (46+12/-) 58/- rupees ticket and not returned 2/- if my change. I asked my change when i was about to get down at my stop in madiwala. He gave the change but asking me return ticket to him. When i asked why, he mentioned he need to write on the ticket that change is returned. Then i asked it was not written when you gave the ticket to me and what sake you need the ticket he didn't answer me.. Then he asked do you want this ticket for claiming purpose so i said yes (I understand that is a only way for me to get my ticket back from him) then he returned my ticket.. I noticed that he had lot of such tickets took back from passengers who travelled. I am pretty sure that he is going to re-use those tickets for the new passengers getting in.. This is total misuse of government /public money. Pls catch hold of him and take necessary action against him.

Iam sarvan travelling from tirupati to chennai on 19-6-18 bus service no: tn 21 n 1829, on early morning bus started 6.20am, bus stopped tiffen at 8.48am again started at 9.24 nearly (36 min) wasted our time, iam asked driver they are very velgar word are used, every bus same, u r department not give salaries, every bus drivers and conductor are stopped to hotels free tiffen & meals and collecting money also hotels persons, so u can take immediate action if it is fail, i will take forther complinent to next level

I have booked a ticket from madurai to chidambaram on 18.06.2018. Actual bus time was 11pm and iam also arrived before 11pm. After reaching the counter i asked the employees they told the bus was not come wait for sometime, iam waiting for the bus near setc enquiry counter but the bus was not arrived at the regular place. After some time i'm again asked setc employees but the suddenly told the bus was already left, i'm really shocked. They are cheating me i'm very much disappointed, i lost my booking money rs.351/- please do necessary action and give my money. I hope you will do my needs.

Hi, i am traveling from madurai mattuthavani to chennai today 17/06/2018 in bus tma holidays

First the bus didnt reach the stand on time, bus timing is 9.50pm but they reached around 11.30 pm and the driver wasnt gave us proper response

Second they charged us 1400 pet ticket but the bus is not maintanined properly and when we asked they told us to complaint if we have the guts

Third there was broken seats around the bus

So i would request u people to help us as well as the future travellers

Sir, I'm from neyveli. We are staying in Hosur. Every time we are getting som much of trouble during travelling about a ticket system. In online reservation we can't able to book Hosur to neyveli ticket both set and tnstc buses. Today in tnstc we reserved by token system in panruti deppo. On bus conducter didn't give the Hosur ticket he told u can buy the Bangalore ticket. Then I got the 2.5 ticket. Bcoz my son got 4 yrs.. I have a 1 yr child also. In bus another one couple a travelling like us. Then conducter says u can put the 2 child's in one seat because u both are get half tickets.. i[censored] want one seat means u can buy another half ticket... Please clarify me.. if I get half ticket means I got only half seat????

I traveled in karaikal to puducherry bus on 17/06/2018 which departed from karaikal at 8:10pm. The number was tn 68 n 0392. The quality of bus was not even basic which was actually an express bus. As soon as it rained water came in through number of holes in the roof. The passengers were highly uncomfortable as almost 25 people had to stand from their seats to escape from the water. Moreover the bus didn't have window doors in a seat. The guy there was drenched in rain and was helpless. The conductor was unresponsive and he didn't know what to do. We are paying rs 112 for the travel. But the quality of an express was not even close. As rainy seasons are approaching, i need you to please ensure that all buses are sealed over the roof. I have attached photos too. So please help us. People didn't know what to do. I thought this might help

Driver miss conduct with private car passengers and ola driver for not following line in tool gate near porur. Driver took a wooden bar to hit the driver and created mess in toll gate. As passengers we were getting late and became stressful with the behaviour of the government bus driver. The mistake was with driver for takking parallel line to cross the toll. Kindly take necessary action.

Boarded a bus from cmbt to thiruvannamalai. Bus fare was rs.171
It was raining outside and not even a single window is proper even one seat doesn't have an window. Everyone in the bus struggled so much as the journey was nearly 5hrs. Really frustrated. Govt increases the ticket rate but doesn't even care about the quality (Atleast basic) of the bus. Even driver and conductor doesn't respond to the people's queries.

They are simply telling like wherever you want to complain go and do..!!

Normal people without education background simply resisting all these things inspite of all the odds.

I have travelled from kumbakonam to panruti via tnstc express bus. The person who was in the service time have collected high amount. Among them one have asked he rudely answered and escaped from there. He said that government is charging rupees 1.10./ kilometre. And he got 120 rs from me. Later i have enquired ticket is less than 80 rupees.. I asked about it, his bm asked to collect certain amount. He given already printed (Old) rs 120 ticket. I asked him a computerised ticket. Rudely he said i can't give you. I asked his name. He said his employee number as 13/193. Bus i travelled tn68 n 0276. Date 15.06.2018 time 2.30 pm. Atlast he asked driver to stop anywhere. Only 15 people's are in the bus..

I am d. Venkata sai vivek from andhra pradesh. I stay in semmancheri area. Sir i brought my bike from andhra pradesh i am a student of sathyabama university and stay at dlf garden city. Befor bring my bike to chennai i have enquired at sholinganallur rto office regarding the noc or the procedure for bring my bike. Some of the traffic police are asking for noc form. So we just went and asked them regarding noc, so they told us when u bring your bike here you need to change your registration. As i am a final year student i will be staying in chennai for one more year. So i asked them for short term road tax which se if the police me at madipakkam area have suggested us. Ao we went and asked them for short term road tax it is a strange thing that the person in the enquiry booth have told us there is no short tearm road tax and he also told us no need of noc as now a days so many vehicles from other states are traveling in chennai so there is a new rule that noc is not required. As the person in the rto office told us we have not bought noc certificate. But today near dlf garden city police men have stopped us and asked us for noc. We told them the same what the rto authority person have told us but still they are asking for noc. We again repeatedly saying the same thing. This police men have been saying we don't know any rule such like that. So they asked us to pay a fine of rupees 1500, or he will seizey vehicle (Bike), finally we paid 500 rupees and when we asked for the receipt there is no response from them and they started to pay again to pay 1500 fine. My main problem regarding this issue is heresome police men says noc is required and some police men says noc is not required and the rto says no need of noc. But some police men. Says we need noc or we will not let you go. Regarding this every people should get an idea and authority should not miss lead or miss guide the people as a first step i am experiencing my pain through this if this doesn't work we are ready to meet the respected transport minster regarding this issue to get a better idea and how the police department is miss using their powers

I ask this conductor balance amount. Wait after few minutes or arrival place i shall give u.

But last min he didnot gave amount and said bad word
Pls refund this amount. As soon as possible. Its my humble request.

Bus number :11a tn :63 n.1038 254/taj ramanathapuram to komboothi start time:2.15 but the bus driver refused to take the bus and he said we have enough passengers. But actually we have enough passengers to start (Almost 15 above). We are waiting for nearly 1 hour and he said the same dialogue we have enough passengers. Passengers are waiting for the bus and he is not responding well. Pls take necessary action..

Conductors are collecting more money while travelling from siet to porur 18 rs. While porur to siet is 16 rs. Not sure why the cost difference.. Whether this is an issue with conductor or transport dept.. Route bus number 54. Chennai, tamilnadu.

I have try to travel from vathalagundu to kamakkapatti through the kodaikanal bus named as by pass rider at 4.40 am in vathalagundu. The conductor take me to the bus and try to forced me down in 2 kms and he tried some harsh words to me. Is this the way they treated the passenger. I[censored] dont take the action means i have go to the consumer court.

Today, 5th of june 2018, morning around 09:30 to 10:00 am, two tamilnadu state transport buses plying between salem and coimbatore where on race at avinashi road making many traffic issues to the public. They were literally on race in the main road i can only notice one vehicle reg. No., it is tn 33 n 2494. Kindly advise the drivers to maintain first lane as far as possible so that other vehicles too can drive. Please insist them to avoid such racing behaviour with govt. Or private buses also.

I had booked the below ticket for my parents, today is my journey date and while boarding the bus they confirmed there is no such ticket booked.

Then how the hell i got the below ticket and who had canceled the same.

Now how can they travel tell me, i also checked my bank statement there is no such refund. Then what happened to my booking.

I also tried contacting[protected]/ 49076316 available in your website but it was always busy, i tried nearly for an hour.

Is there any one responsible to answer me?

Sir, salem central bus stand to ayodhyapattinam mufessil bus fare is just rs:10, but town bus fare from ayodhyapattinam to salem city bus stand is rs:12.in city town bus fare is increased rs:1 for each stage, some place just 1 kilometer is calculated as one stage, these are the reason for city town bus fare is more than muffessil bus fare. So kindly follow the previous stage system (Minimum fare for first stage, then next one rupee increase for three stages (2nd, 3rd, 4th), not each one stage for 1 rupee. It is the previous fare details). Same problem occurs in whole tamilnadu. Example. Bommidi to pappireddipatti town bus fare is rs:12, but muffessil fare is just 11. Then bommidi to kethureddipatti town bus fare is rs:9, but muffessil fare is just 7.in previous years town bus fare is less than muffesil bus fare. But now town bus fare is higher than muffessil fare, due to less knowledged tnstc officers and wrong rules and regulations. So kindly put each 2 km as one stage accuretely and follow the previous stage system. Kindly alter the stages in all over tamilnadu for city buses and town buses. Thank u

I travelled from jj nagar west to chennai central at 0615 hrs on 02 jun 18 in bus route no.7m, reg no. Tn01 n7983...
The conductor behavior with passengers in the early morning are so irritating to all passengers... Talking and behaving very rudely even with lady passengers and old age people..
Please take necessary action..
My father also worked in tnstc only..

Please provide sufficient buses between 6.30 am to 7.30 am service between keelakattalai to t nagar is worest.. Many times we waiting for m45 and m18c is took more than 50 minutes.. B51 and v51 services are available but the price is high for poor people.. Also remember to all driversshould be punctuala at not peak time. Please consider this issue as serious issue.. We hope you will be provide best services.
