Dear concern,
11.00pm boarded yesterday tnstc bus from dharmapuri to bengaluru via royakottah and it should halt in satellite bus station. But it has stopped at town hall around 2.30am with 20 passengers by the transport officer stating that unable to enter the satellite due to local festival. The thing is no prior information about the issue by the conductor or dharmapuri depot officers, and the way of speaking with the passengers is very pathetic they don't know how to serve the passengers better.5-7 were women and senior citizens with luggages. You may aware bmtc bus will start running after 4.00pm. If it halts in satellite they can board in shuttle service and utilised. We have asked to travel by auto at this in time will be ridiculous then finally dropped in kr market. Every one has spent to auto of 100-150 majestic and satellite bus terminals. Our worry is how they were halted suddenly in mid night without prior intimation? Is there no communication between bengaluru tnstc to dharmapuri tnstc?

After terrible difficulties i had been in majestic around 3.00am seeing that the shuttle service from majestic to satellite in running.
What is the fun in stoppage?

    I booked my ticket on 22nd mar-2018 to get travel towards my home town @ 8.55 pm bus via online booking they have debited the concern amount in my bank account, mean while i went before to cmbt to board my bus, no bus were available i asked with desk person they told me that no buses were there via this route after this many confusion i boarded in another bus and myself and my friend paid 462 rs so please refund my online paid amount of rs/564 to my account itself, we had not travelled in that.     what you have been authorizing the consumer complaints i just got one fraudulent call from this number "[protected]" named Kaja from bangalore he asked my debit card no and cvv and OTP and account balance for refunding process you will be get the refund amount within 20 minutes after 5 mins i got one msg that he had made transactions in my account i supposed to have only 3000 in my account but he had chetaed me please to take a necessary step ahead this case return my amount back please sir after i tried many times his mobile number gets diverted kindly focus on it this web portal is regarding our complaints but very first time am facing this kind of issue please get back my amount to my concern debit card itself

      Most of the 48 ag busses are using loud speakers while on travel. Public suffer, noisy, so kindly do the needful.
      Particularly in that day i told to conductor, to reduce the noise. He told me you do the same thing in private buses!. And also he is using improper words. So kindly train to the conductor, how to behave / speak with passenger's. Thanks.

      Note. This is an 3rd complaint about the same thing.

        Bus number - tn01-n9389. Bus number -27c deluxe. Route - bus from thiruverkadu via maduravoyil to t nagar. I travelled in the bus on[protected]Today at 8:40) from the thiruverkadu to maduravoyil. Paid 20 rs for the ticket and the ticket costed 15 rs. The conductor was reluctant to give the remaining 5 rupees claiming he did not have the desired change and even after reaching he was telling the same and told me to collect it from the depot. But after me insulting him he gave me five rupees. He had the desired change and more coins of smaller denominations in his conductor bag. Also he argued with me to raise complaint and collect money in depot. Government officials are here to serve the public and even such reluctant behaviour of asking the public to go to depot and collect money despite having the correct change is against the consumer policy. Kindly advise the conductors to be polite and follow the rules. We understand it’s also the public responsibility to bring enough change but this behaviour of having change and not paying to the public is unacceptable

              Hi sir/ mam,
              I was traveling from kanyakumari to chennai. On 14/03/18 i boarded the bus tnstc ultra deluxe bus (Tn01 an 7927) 5:30pm @kanyakumari bus stand. The actual travel time should have been 13 hrs and should have reached chennai by at least 8:30-9. But the bus delayed so much.. I reached chennai by 11:00am 15/03/18. The travel time was nearly 17 hrs in that terrible bus! I hereby request you to kindly take sufficient actions to avoid this kind o[censored]neasiness to the passengers.. Thanking you!

                My name is banupriyanka n ([protected]). I live in kodairoad tn. My father (Natarajan a) is a handicapped person. Today he was traveling in a govt bus from kodairoad to madurai. He had shown his handicapped certificate to the conductor in revert conductor said to him you were asking for a concession better you can beg or die.

                This is the way to treat a handicapped person? The govt. Is providing concession to handicapped person not that bus conductor. He got the govt. Job that does not allow him to misbehave with any one. My father got accident which made him a handicapped. He was already on stress due to loss of his leg. Losing a part of body and surviving is very tough and how dare the conductor to hurt his emotions and the confident to live. Conductor are appointed to serve the common people not to hurt their feelings. They are only getting paid by govt. To serve common people if they are not capable to do his job they can leave his job.

                My father is very upset and he told us he will commit suicide instead of living this kind of life. Does the conductor can bring my father back if he done something due to him. Being a human, can't he understand the feeling of other human and a handicapped person. They should empathised to those person.

                If something happens to my father, the conductor and government would only be responsible for that.

                I request the government to take proper action on the conductor for this incident else i will take some further action and will approach higher authority for this incident.

                I am attaching a photo of that ticket which was provided by that conductor. This will help you to identify the conductor who was on duty in the bus during the time when this incident was happened.

                Conductors are not providing changes in local buses. conductors must and should the change its their work to do as a conductors.

                  Dear sir,
                  Please increase the number of buses coming to karunya nagar as karunya university is also in the same place and the number of people are more than 10000. Between 12 to 2 pm there is probably only one bus and we students have to wait here for hours long in scorching sun. I'm writing on behalf of all students from karunya as we suffer a lot due to unavailability of buses. Please look into the matter as soon as possible.

                    Sir i m travelling daily from vaniyambadi to pallikonda daily. On 14.04.2018 chennai express bus no tn 23 n 2443 i ask conductor to give pallikonda ticket for 40 rupees he told to bus stop in fly over approximately it will be 1km to bus stand. Due to my emergency i accepted. Conductor telling that dont go to bus stand and stop at fly over itself. If fly over service dont gave stages and we also not suffer.

                      On 14/03/2018 wednesday between 9.55 to 10.05 in the morning i boarded a tnstc bus (Painted in the back as "myladuthurai - chennai") for chidambaram. But it was moving towards kumbakonam. I wanted to get down. But the conductor (Who is about 55 years of age) used filthy and unparliamentary language. "even md and bm of tnstc is subordinate to me. I am least bother aboutthm. #". Kindly conduct enquiry (1) not changing the destination board in rear (2) using filthy and unparliamentary words against the passenger (3) abusing verbally bm and md in course of his reply. (4) refuse to stop the bus to get down from the bus. (5) collecting rs.10 but refused to issue to issue ticket/

                        With reference to the above subject, i had booked the ticket from bangalore to kumbakonam on 05.02.2018 and the journey date is on 09.02.2018 and the boarding point were at hosur.

                        We were waiting for the bus for about 6 hours and finally they told that bus had been breakdown near electronic city (Bangalore). One of your representative had confirmed this by writing in my ticket with your seal and told that we will give you a full refund. The same ticket i have sent the hard copy to the chennai address. Hardly one month gone, still i have received the refund.

                        Really i am fully frustrated regarding this incident, as i missed my one of the important official meeting on that day. No telephone is working for them. Very big organisation without telephone.. Nice to hear this in our tamil nadu.

                        I thing all the people who are working in this department belongs to 1950's total department is a mess.

                            I asked to bus conductor this bus is going towards broadways or not. He told me today no bus available from kelambakkam to broadways. So i told bus conductor that this bus is going towards. He told me this is going to adyar depot then i told ok.
                            And i take to seat ticket and two luggage ticket with 132 rs. (Seat ticket fare for one person is 33
                            And one luggage for 33 rs)
                            And i politely ask the fare is increased
                            Then he react as a abusrd manner. And saw me own eye like he will eat me.
                            Then i told them this is your duty the passenger is asking you something so you gave reply in good manner.

                              While on my way from thanjavur to karur on 03.03.2018 i found my purse kept in my backpack missing. This incident happened when i steeped out of the bus in trichy bus stand. It is a pink colour purse which was containing a debit card, a pen drive and some important receipts and bills.                                 The dver was coming from tirupur and i was coming towards tirupur.
                                I have approached the police barricade and almost entered it
                                The bus driver who was coming little far away from police barricade was driving at heavy speed and did not reduce speed and i had to stop the car. The arrogant driver asked me in indecent language
                                If you are coming should i stop the bus one mile away.
                                Rash driving and arrogant attitude.
                                He shouted at me for few minutes saying i should have gone to the edge of the road so he would drive without hitch.

                                Buses are not stopping in vaniyamchavadi. morning times there is no issue to walk from sipcot but in the night times its very difficult because of security issues..please consider this issue as a serious thing.
                                Tamilnadu bus from salem to bangalore is very worst n cleanliness. Insects like cockroach are covered most of the seats.why we need to pay 180 for this unhygienic transport. please take immediate action.
                                We have booked a ticket from mayiladuthurai to Chennai via ECR by online. While boarding the bus, we saw the seat as it was worst ever and can't even sit. The whole night we couldn't sleep for an hour. We are paid the amount whatever you proposed but why you are not provide adequate service to us.

                                  Government and private bus driver's are driving over speed in city and town area which makes other road users scary or accident (Lose life).in 2 lane bus overtaking even if there other lane vehicle coming in opposite lane. Traffic police or authorities should take action on driver's and let them understand road safety. Would like to recommend tamilnadu government teach driver's (Not only bus all kind of vehicle) to understand about value of life and road safety to make people live safe. Take short film and show in tv (Time being i don't have photos or video otherwise i can upload here) but it's normal happening everyday life here so please take survey on the road and make immediate action to live peaceful life

                                    Bus fare was charged for express journey tickets but they made unnecessary stoppage in thiyagadurgam and some other unusual stops. It wont come under express bus stoppages. Im not against the stoppage point..in such cases why we need to pay express fare. It should come under normal bus fare category. Please dont waste people's money with excess fare.. If express fair it should stop in express stops alone. I know u people wont bother on people's need. Still i made my effort.

                                      I am varadharaju, my village kakkadasam, denkanikottai talk, krishnagiri district, morning everyday 8.40timed 40 no bus coming but they bus vs not stopped properly bus station, i have informed driver, it's to rash words using, i am told children's running to bus pick every day u have proper stop to bus stand. Instead they drop all the Srivilliputhur passengers in the chruch stop. I request you to take necessary action against those buses and wipe the grievances of srivilliputhur people

                                        The incident happened on 27/02/2018 and this is regarding the bus number 1c (Government bus) in coimbatore where the bus driver did stop the bus at my desired destination and he also charged me more from ramanathapuram to central studio. This incident took place between 15:20 -15:35. I do not know the registered number of the bus nor do i have any other photos
                                        Tamil Nadu State Transport Corporation [TNSTC] customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
                                        I'm in coimbatore.i want to go to kangayam.so i try ro seat a trichy bus in singanallur at 3.15pm.but the conductoe refused us to get in bus.he was continuously arguing with the passengers.it was very unfair.i was standing in singanallur bus stand still no trichy bus came.the bus no is TN 45 N 3542.so please kindly take action on this issue.
