I booked my ticket on 22nd mar-2018 to get travel towards my home town @ 8.55 pm bus via online booking they have debited the concern amount in my bank account, mean while i went before to cmbt to board my bus, no bus were available i asked with desk person they told me that no buses were there via this route after this many confusion i boarded in another bus and myself and my friend paid 462 rs so please refund my online paid amount of rs/564 to my account itself, we had not travelled in that. Updated by Santhameena what you have been authorizing the consumer complaints i just got one fraudulent call from this number "[protected]" named Kaja from bangalore he asked my debit card no and cvv and OTP and account balance for refunding process you will be get the refund amount within 20 minutes after 5 mins i got one msg that he had made transactions in my account i supposed to have only 3000 in my account but he had chetaed me please to take a necessary step ahead this case return my amount back please sir after i tried many times his mobile number gets diverted kindly focus on it this web portal is regarding our complaints but very first time am facing this kind of issue please get back my amount to my concern debit card itself
