    Do the government officials give any respect to the public??.. Today morning all the buses were delayed and when me and other members of the public asked the time keeper who takes care of the route towards tambaram was extremely agressive anf rude towards all o[censored]s and especially towards female, the time keeper along with a driver who was standing next to him, started using foul languages and threatened us. Is this how you treat public, i have spoken to the branch manager shekar only via call since he was not available at avadi office. Please take care of these bullying and insults from. Time keepers and bus drivers towards public.

        Hi sir,

        Daily evening around 8.30 pm i am waiting very long time for "v51 tambaram east" and "m45 kilkatalai"bus in t nagar bustand. Apart from this no buses are available for my home and i am staying in madipakam ramnagar.

        Due to reason, daily i got pulled to take two bus to reach my location. So i request you to maintain bus for every twenty five minutes.

          We booked bus tickets on friday (12/01/2018) from nagercoil to chennai. The transaction was not successful, tickets (7 tickets) were not booked. But the amount of total rs 3822 was debited from my account (Hdfc). So i request you to kindly refund the money back as soon as possible.

            The bus conductor of this respective bus no tn 72 na 1758 talking unparliamentary words to my wife travelled from madurai to virudhunagar. Since you are a government servant it is not that there is no one is there to warn you. If this case is not taken into action i will report to higher authorities stating that the action is not taken. My moms sister is a judge in nagercoil court i will take serious action against the bus conductor. It is not mandatory that every passenger should carry less luggage and change in bus if that so the rule passed my the state government.

              My nam is manoj pandian from coimbatore i am came to chennai for one business meeting in gunday. Yesterday day night agin i come back to coimbatore. I am waiting in alanthur for buses that time kongu bus is coming to that place i got that bus 450 fare amount i ll give to bus conductor 10.45 bus departure in alanthur on that time i ll ask to driver and conductor when will bus reach coimbatore he told arround 6.30 but they came salem in 6am then i ll go to ask driver he not give correct reason so i am very disappointment please sir taken action that bus driver and conductor kindly cancel the permit his not good transport his cheating public.

              The buses are stopping at motel which charge products which are above the maximum retail price. It seems that the motel owners are charged an amount for each bus which stops at their motel by the transport people. Every passenger as to go through inconvenience of paying more. Kindly take the need full action .
              I have traveled in TNSTC vehicle number TN 23 N 2385 on 1st January 2018. Salem to Chennai, the driver and conductor not stop the vehicle for passengers refresh. They stopped at the road side, gents can pass urine. Women's also instructed to use road side which is unfavorable and unsafe. Do immediate action and resolve these issue will not happen.

                  Hi, i am now traveling in the bus tn 30 n 1219 which is producing heavy noise because of engine heat, also some plastic burning smell, smoke are coming, and looks like this problem persists for a longer time. Driver and conductor are continuously trying to fix it using water!!! It is unsafe for people to travel in such unfit vehicle, please repair this or discard this vehicle for travel. Please take the necessary steps.

                      Hi team,

                      I supposed to travel tambaram to hosur on[protected] at 8:15 pm setc bus in sanitarium. Unfortunately i dont have to time to book the ticket and i tried to book it last moment but i was unable to book it. I saw seat no 19, 22, 30, 31, 32, 33, 35, etc was free and i sat an seat 19 which was free. But the conductor asked me to sit in the last seat otherwise get down the bus. I refused to sit last seat. He told he is the controller of the bus where he is telling passenger should sit their only and spoke very harshly. He dropped me in between tambaram and sanitarium. Need to take action against him.

                        Time morning : 4.50am

                        I am a passenger of the bus from thirupatur to thipambatti.
                        The driver and conductor told me that there is no stage available between thirupatur to dharmapuri. So many times i used premium service bus. Every time i got the right ticket. But this bus conductor told me like this.

                        He told me that if any passenger get into the bus from thipambatti to dharmapuri also consider as pochampalli to dharmapuri charges. I don't know how is this possible.

                        Please display the stage details inside the bus. So that no one will cheat. A govt order is there to display the stage along with corresponding fare list has to displayed inside the bus. But transport department didn't follow this properly.

                          I am writing this complaint on behalf of kallur primary health centre patients. There is an government primary health centre in nadukallur, cheramagadevi main road, tirunelveli. They dont have bus stop for this hospital. Patients need to walk nearly 1 km. Even bus drivers are not stopping the bus after 6.00 pm. Pregnant women are struggling lot. So i kindly request you to take action on it and provide bus stop for hospital.

                              I am sithanadan and writing this complaint on behalf of our regular panruti peoples travelling to chennai (149b).

                              From panruti to chennai tnstc bus (149b) everyday morning 5:05 am sharply started at panruti.
                              The bus not yet arriving at the correct time.
                              We are the passengers regulary travelling in this bus on every monday & weekdays (After weekends & holidays)
                              So we reserved the bus ticket on every satuday morning. We are totally interupted to reach the office, college, private company staff's in the morning hrs.
                              Really people's are waiting for long time. Even there is no further information about the bus arrival for time keeper side (Tnstc).

                              Today this 149b (Panruti - chennai) bus not coming on time. Some buses came from panruti depot onboard temporarily pasted (Tambaram).
                              We asked the conductor about the bus arrival. He doesn't know correct stage amount also.
                              Today i am asking the conductor for my stage ticket srm bus stop. He gave the (Tambaram/perungalathur) stage ticket.
                              Actual amount is rs.90/- (Srm bus stop). Today my 20rs. Is gone (Additonal charge & reservation ticket*10+10).
                              Last two weeks i am not getting the seat. Fully standing travelled from panruti to chennai. But my money goes every week.
                              So, i kindly request you to take action to arrange the bus on time facility and give the proper training to regular & temporary conductors.

                              I hope you, here after the buses come regulary.

                                We 40 & more people were traveled in your bus tn32- n3409 from cuddalore to pondy on 25/12/2017. Conductor of this bus, he charged rs 30/ - from cuddalore to pondy. People were questioned them, he replied that, as per management instruction. We should know which management tell like this?.
                                As per the motor vehicles act, 1988. (59 of 1988) whether it is possible to raise the tckt fare on mid night?. Both of them (Driver & conductor) misbehave to the questioned passengers. We made a complaint against them on pondy control room. Tkt no: 64451. Pl. Take the immediate action.
                                Until otherwise, we will put in face book & move to consumer court.

Conductor mis behavior to me force to bus down and my heart to conductor foot force i fell down,. Bus conductor loose talking to our family members,,.                                     From gudiyatham transport corporation buses from gudiyatham (Old bustand) to allanguppam (Via karthikeyapuram, ulli kuttroad, sembu, pangarikuppam, pogalur, thurinji thalai patti, kidangu) buses are 7.20am 1a/b, 10.45am 25, 1.45am 25, 5.30pm 1 a/b these are the four buses coming to this route sir to support 10 village people but during the weekdays (Sunday and saturday) buses are coming regularly.in some sundays all buses are not available. So, i kindly request you to take action to provide the bus for this bus route regularly. (Note:no private buses are available in this route)

                                        Dear sir/madam,

                                        As i tried to book bus in our tamil nadu government bus, but tnstc website was not working properly. There is an error cause in from & to option.

                                        After as i login in to http://www.tnstc.in/ website, there is an option from and to.in that as i tried to enter the places, but i cant enter due to auto correct problem. And also this website was too slow compare to other state transport websites. (Like ksrtc, apsrtc) please check all the problems an solve it.

                                        So, kindly check with the server end and try to solve the problem as soon as possible. Because most of the people will going to book for festival time.
