I have booked the tnstc bus from bangalore to trichy on 16.02.2018. The bus supposed to come to roopana agragara by 9.35 pm but the bus not at all came till 12.30am. I really felt bad about it. The worst transport in the world. They are not giving driver or conductor number to contact and other bus details like bus number. Pls take nessary action and change the entire system in setc

    I have booked ticked through online & it is confirmed. As per schedule bus should departure at 10.00pm. I reached neyveli central bus-stand at 9-50pm, but bus was not there, because it started at early around 9:45pm.

    Then i traveled to panruti by bike & catches the bus. But conductor was not provided the seat to me & that was given to someone even i have requested several times. He used even unparliamentary words, that i have never seen this much worst behavior. Bus was full, i travelled in standing up to bangalore (7hr-30min).

    Request you to take disciplinary action against this conductor.

      We were travelling from karur to trichy
      Complaint no.1
      85 yrs old grandma wanted to stretch her legs due to pain of continuous journey and muscle contract but the driver and conductor didn't allowed her to do so, saying"should not keep legs on the engine place". Said that in a very disrespectful manner. P. S. She is an retired government staff and was practised as homeopathy doctor.
      Complaint no.2
      Not treating the passengers kindly and respectfully. A lady was sitting on a seat, conducter asked her to getup and sit on the engine cover since she is going to get down of the bus at mayanoor and made a lady to sit on the same seat as she was going to get down at trichy.

      A old man asked to stop by a station which they won't stop. Driver told that old man "why you kind of people getting onto government bus and tourchering us. Why don't you travel in private buses. Old man appeared to be an illiterate.

      Public transportation or private transportation, staff need to be kind, responsible, and should treat all passengers equally and respectfully.

        I'm a engineering student. And i'm graphic designer. Every death line working time i'm doing my work in traveling time the output will be render. But in our state "if we using laptop inside the bus luggage ticket will be issued". Every time conversation happen finlay i take the luggege ticket.

        In the time of growing countery some rules nagulation and updation needed for future generation.

        So please consider my complaint as worthable one or give correct reason for luggegeing ticket for laptop.

        And also laptop having minimum luggegeing weight lessthen 3kg.
        Its like a mobile phones.

          Tn 29 2621, the conductor refused to take in passengers traveling to hosur and only passengers who had to go to salem and made me get off the bus after traveling around 0.5 kms from where i got on the bus and blatantly said "i informed that only people going to salem should get in". Then what's the purpose of the banner pasted on every side of the bus which reads "hosur". I need an explanation and an action taken towards this issue, i'll wait for the kind of shoddy reply that's going to be provided.

            My daughter haripriya. T had booked ticket from coonoor to trivandrum on 9-2-2018 in setcbus i. D. No. 2424 with pnr no t 24047426 and ticket charge rs.709. (Seat no 32). She reached coonoor bus stop at 15.15 hrs. Though she waited up to 16.00 hrs the bus did not arrive. The passenger pickup time was 15.45 hrs. On enquiry the setc authorities informed that the bus left early. She had to arrange alternate transportation facility at higher cost and suffered mental agony. The irresponsibility on the part of the staff may be enquired into and the ticket fare may be refunded urgently, as per details in the online remittance window.

              I pick the bus in Gundy Railway station.I asked to conductor, ticket for kumanachavadi bus stop.Actual Charge is Rs.21.He has given the ticket for Rs.23.
              In the ticket, mentioned like from anna university to Kumanachavadi.

              He suppose to give ticket from Gundy Railway station to kumanachavadi for Rs 21.

              He is charged extra money Rs.2.I asked him to give the ticket from Gundy Railway station to kumanachavadi.He said like, I can't.

              KKP private bus transport company when I had goes to 5roads to Pudhu road actually fair rs.8 rupees. But that bus conductor asked rs.10 in Salem origin between Salem to mettur via junction..

                Respected sir,

                I am staying in chittampatti. I usually travel by bus which is coming from melur to periyar nilayam. I am not able get bus after 9pm. Because most of the government buses switched off the light and used national highway road instead of service road. Most of the i missed my train because of this issues. We don't have any other facility to travel. Please consider this this query in urgent basis. Please inform the drivers to use service road in all the time.

                TN-32-N 3469, Chennai to chidambaram bypass reached cdm around night 12.30, ride the harshly and didn't stop the bus on cdm dippo stop. Even Time keeper doesn't see and ask me anything, why I came to meet him. They supposed to answer us atleast ask what you want, worst conductor, driver and time keeper.

                  Booked ticket post the ticket price hike, the next day of my ticket booking, govt reduced the price. I have not yet travelled, i emailed tnstc and when enquire about the refund, no news they just say contact chennai head office. So even though the fare reduced, i am paying extra and travelling. Example of worst management.
                  I enquired in the ticket counter also, they clearly say no refund.
                  Forcibly taking money from people, waiting for a chance to show my anger in a democratic way.

                    Today morning i have travel pudukottai to trichy in normal government bus total kilometres pudukottai to trichy 50km as per the government order per km 58p then
                    50×58=2900/100=29 but they charged me 37 i am asked conductors he say 75p km but in tamilnadu government press release is 58 kindly correct the ticket rate already the ticket price is high as per the government order kindly take immediate action

                    There were no online reservation of buses SETC from Coimboatore to Hosur and vice versa.

                    15 days back we had option to book bus from hosur to cbe in TNSTC bus now it is completely removed from the booking portal. How could we travel if there is no SETC and TNSTC bus reservations from Hosur??

                      I travelled from attibele to dharga(Hosur) in government bus. The bus fare is 9rs. I gv 10rs. But the conductor did not give the balance 1re. He said not hvg change. But he was collecting change from the passenger. It is happening daily. Pls take action.
                      Th 72 1478 route rajapalayam to tenkasi collected rd 50 instead of rs 47 (from devadanam to tenkasi ) want to know the reason.

                        Respected sir,
                        I am travelling from karapakkam to thoraipakkam daily. Due to some reason the bus fare got increased. I am not commenting anything about that. But even though if paid whatever the bus fare, the bus won't stop at bus stop. We have to walk previous/next stop while getting into the bus or getting down from the bus. If the bus stopped due to signal 10-15 feet away from bus stop is not our mistake. Also the way conductors talk is not fair. Today bus no: tn 1192, even after gave money to the conductor he didn't gave bus ticket (After asking twice). Its very simple thing from their view, not issuing a ticket/talking in a rude way. Normal humans day to today activity has impact because of this. Some action has needed for this on top of the replying as "customer support has been notified about the posted complaint".

                            I have been waiting in shanthi nagar bustand bangalore from 9:15 pm jan 23 2018 till now but bus did not arrived till 1:30.

                            Kindly refund the amount, i have attached my ticket details for your reference, also i have added the dispute here.

                            Your operator is struggled a lot to answer all persons totally 3 busses did not come especially trichy and thanjavur.

                            You should have closed the reservation if busses are not available. Which is causing lot of frustration, time, money and effort.

The tnstc driver has an excellent driving skill but he drove very fast especially at palanganatham tpk main road at 10.20 am. I draft this mail not to punish him or suspend. But i alert & request drivers not to do the same again, it may not affect them but the people who pass on the road. Kindly alert the driver and take necessary action again if he repeats the same.

                              Tnstc bus conductor mr. P. Rajagopal service number: 10434.
                              I usually get down at thiagaraja engineering college bus stop. The conductors usually collect only rs.17/- (After the tickets fare raised as per govt order). But, today, mr. Rajagopal collected rs.19/-. He explained politely that he always he gets rs.19/- from periyar to thiagaraja stop. Why cant the drivers & conductors put up a ticket chart to resolve this issue? So that these confusions definitely decline. Please take this request serious & take necessary action.

                                I am getting 10, 000 salary in a month, my up and down daily fare was rs. (13*2) 26/- now it became rs. (29*2) 58/-
                                I was paying monthly (26days *rs.26) = 676/- which is 7% of my salary (Very huge & was wondering for this alot)
                                Now it became (26days *rs.58) =1508/- which is 15.1% (I don't have a word to say for this govt & planning ministers)

                                For your kind information i don't have a xerox machine to print money, if i work for 234 hrs (26 days) i just get only 10k salary in that you people claiming rs.1508/- (Worst than briticisms)

                                It is better to leave this state, lovely government, incredible govt.

                                Worst planning govt i never seen..

But as a middle class female who hire a bus as a daily means of transport i am just not able to bear the fare.. I have a simple question to u people! Are u thinking that we are printing note n home..                                     Today i get in to bus m1 moving from velachery to ponniamman kovil stop whenn i was going they collected 15 rs from me when i was returning home in the same bus no change they collected 7 rs actually before this ticket change i know the amount collected from me 4 rs from 4 to 7 will be the correct fare according to 90 % increase but he gave me 15 rs ticket

                                      I am a common girl, i travel mostly by bus. Normal local bus which was earlier a 9 rupee ticket, now they are charging 17-20 rupees. Alikely, they are charging double the amount everywhere. If this situation goes on, then how can we travel by bus. I travel nearly thrice a week from coimbatore to tuticorin. Earlier the ticket rate was 291 rupees (Ultra deluxe setc) now it has nearly doubled and they are charging around 450 rupees. People prefer government bus to private since the fare is less. If you government start to charge fare similar to private bus, then where will the people go. All people are not of the same status. People seek government buses because they can save some money which it costs in travelling with private ones. You say government is for the people, then do you wish people should suffer. There are many ways for the government to earn income, then why do you chose the transport option for your thirst. Do you think we should just stay inside our house without going anywhere. Just think of the people. Please retrieve the old fare amount as this is not feasible for everyone in our day to day life. Think of the people.

I[censored] # are hiking fare from 17rs to 33rs means then how we can travel??. Ur government officials are not properly utilising funds. Better give all your black money, then in one night itself transport department loss will be cleared. I[censored] r not rolling back the fare hike. Then we won't vote ur government. Also u r telling that ticket fare is cheaper than neighbouring states.
                                        U # won't increase liquor rates. But increasing daily transport ticket to double?? After fare hike only u r going to suffer heavy loss... Illiterate fools are government. Not even considering common people's pain.
