I have booked ticket from rameswaram to kanyakumari, journey date 27 sep 2017, pnr t22188041, no of seats 9, attaching the eticket copy, at the point of journey tickets have been cancelled from service providers, so we have booked and payed for other transporter, as they informed us it will be refunded, its been 3 months not yet rcvd.     I am Balachandran from Chennai. I frequently travel from Chennai to Panruti. Since I have back pain I usually prefer SETC UD for ordinary bus. Since there is no direct bus to panruti I book tickets to Kumbakonam and get down in Panruti. When I missed booking and try to board the bus, the driver and conductor of the bus never allow me board the bus saying thee bus is not going to Panruti. This happened to me many times and one day I said I need to go to Vadalur and boarded the bus. Then asked for a ticket to Panruti, the driver said like he allowed me board the bus only because I said vadalur and he would not have allowed if I had to say Panruti. Is it like only people to Kumbakonam should board the Kumbakonam bus. And others should not? So shameful that we pay the taxes and denied of service. Will the government take action against this. I doubt it because even in tnstc site we were not allowed to book tickets to Panruti or vadalur. Only Kumbakonam. Were people in these places not paying their taxes. Or they demand services cost free?

      Thirupattur to vellore - route no : 463 bus not operated regularly morning timing, route 463 morning time at ambur is 7.40, after private bus route-463 not operated frequently, after private bus we are waiting for above one hour for another 463, morning timing well collection from thirupattur to vellore, we are suffering at time not operated bus regularly. So kindly take the action immediately.

      Another one vellore to gudiyatham route bus 84 & 89 evening timing above 6'o clock not operated frequently, that time we are waiting for above one hour at poigai stopping, evening time well collection at time. Take the action immediately.

        In cbe 111 a route has multiple it college schools. At peak hours all the buses are full of rush... Depends upon that rush es get center to the bus to give space fro others... But conductor drivers not give time to the passengers no unboard so that peoples forcefully stand near steps to unboard so that space not used efficiently only through poor handling. I[censored] give time to unboard then they get into the center of bus and the whole process get benificient. And the route dosent have bus timing each time it varies but druver makes unstop the bus in each stop and say out of tme so problems again on unboard and boardng of passengers...
        Must need a good traininga for all the conductors drivers... For my area...

          570 bus not in thuraipakkam/okkiyampet route for past 1.5 hr. From 8.00 to 9.30pm. This happens regularly

          All 570s, 570x etc do not stop. At all.. How are working women who are dependent on this bus for commute supposed to travel and reach back home within reasonable timings?

          This is atrocious and needs to be looked into. We definitely have shortage of busses and "stopping" of bus at the stop should be strictly enforced to help the citizens.

          A very frustrated traveller.

            Usually at 10.10 pm one bus will start from karur bus station via mohanur to namakkal. But on 17.12.2017, even at 10.25 pm, the bus not yet arrived to the karur bus station. The people are waiting at this crucial night time for the bus. Really people are waiting for a long time. Even there is no further information about the arrival of the bus. This irregularity is not common in tamilnadu state government.

              Actually my monthly bus pass renewal time is every month 10 to 15... At the time if it have any holiday i can go and renew direct to my bus pass. Otherwise, (No holidays) like this month i can renew my bus pass through my mother. At the time i gave the original id to my mother for the renewal. Then, as usual i take a photo to my original id and shown that to conductors they are accept and put sign in my daily sheet... But today[protected] tuesday) mr. Balachandar (Conductor) asked me to show original i'd card... I am explained the above mentioned details to him. But he is not accepted. Again ask me to take a ticket. I don't have original id, (Due to renewal) hove ever i show my id photos (Through mobile) and given a original daily passbook.
              But, he is not ready to accept my words and taken a ticket from myself.
              Now,
              1. I need a proper reply from tnstc and conductor mr. Balachandar sir to this regard.
              2. I need a ticket amount of rs.26/- from tnstc

              Note: i am a regular consumer of tnstc for past 2years...

                Bharathi buses not following time n not allowing government bus to stay on the bus stop... Govt. Bus conductor get bribe from bharathi bus person, so govt. Buses running behind the bharathi bus. Because of this mishandling, two buses at 5pm bharathi behind govt vehicle, 5.30pm (Bharathi behind govt. Vehicle) in sholinghur. So passenger want to wait for 30 to 40min. If remove the licence to the bharathi bus, it will good for the goverment. All the goverment buses running behind bharthi without much passenger. It is huge loss for the government. Govt bus conductors are get bribe from the bharathi bus person, following its word not bothering the collection. If you want i have the footage to submit...

                  Unstopping bus in anupparpalayam-tirupur, 9.12.17-3.30am to 3.50am

                  Iam continuously traveling from tirupur to covai on early morning, the buses between 3-4 am are stopping consistently (Tn39n 112), on early morning we woke and schedule the day work based reach, but due to these bus complete delivery is affected, business loss too, even on 2 rainy days in november also happened similarly.
                  We poorly depending on public transport to run up the life, so request you to take action in this regard.

                    Respecded sir, i am a doctor, i had a clininat keelavalavu, melur post, madurai dist, today06/12/2017, i came with tnstc bus...fromkaraikudi to kumuli bus, i took one ticket to keelavalavu, and charged 30 rs, by conductor, he dont stop the keelavalu busstop, and just i crying hold on and ask to conductor, why dont stop the bus at the keelavalavu busstop, , immediatly conductor with driver also talking to me, withsp bad words with yshouting response, , that time driver had heavy drinking alcohol, conductor had heavy panpark, poease save our tn passengers with take necessary action immediatly

                      We are traveling from chennai to dindigul. It is very difficult for passengers to travel in this bus as it was not maintained well rain water is dripping inside bus and it feels like raining inside too please take necessary action and try to rectify this. We buy tickets at a cost of 330 which is not at all worth.

                        This is ramya, now i am travelling from chennai to thiruvanamalai for karthigai deepam festival, my bus is fully sinking with water duee to the reason of rain, it's really a serious issue. All the passengers are suffering a lot especially kids, we can't tolerate this anymore. Is this a way u guys treating a passengers with cost? It's terrible.. We can't tolerate this anymoreee.,

E (30.11.17) one driver yesterday came he is has an eye infection person he was not able to drive itself opposite bus light it's trouble to him..                           sir/madam complaints related to mettupalayam branch bus driver..finally i found that driver name siddhik he is an superior driver think so..he has weard a blue color uniform ..he is talking too much to all the passengers ..i got that information from customers...he is not regular driver too..he came on that day evening only..after that incident i never see that person also...plz do any action on the driver siddhik thankyou

                            No major traffic
                            Bus holded at jp hotel near other 15mins
                            Bus went inside walaja and came back in the same way 15mins
                            All the stops have been stopped. Including by passing passenger accepted on the way of highways.

                            Please think about our situation
                            I have to go from vellore to thuthipet 15 km which is in between bagayam and adukkamabarai.
                            No bus will stop other than town bus.

                              I'm traveling from salem to bengaluru @14:00hrs water was spraying from the window glass while raining evn the glass shut from some the windows. When asked about this to conductor he replied that it was just rectified by new beedings as per my knowledge it is old part. It is so irritating the water was spraying continues for 1hr to 1 n half hr. Politely asked for change of seat but unluckily all the seats were filled. Pls do the needful n rectify it i'm sharing the ticket details of same

                                Those bus driver cheating the passengers and said as non stop bypass ride but they have gone to all the inside cities and making the time extended and got the money of by-pass ride.those people have to be punished and warned not to this again. Bring an enquiry about this. Please. Higher authority should take the charge of that.
                                I am Seetha from Meenambakkam I m working Near Teynampet daily I am going opposite to teynampet to reach my office. That signal is not working for the past 1month, there has been no action taken from transport authorities. There is no safety for the pedestrians and the riders. Please consider my complaint. Do the needful.

                                  This is nazeema. I'm living in hosur. Daily i will travel from hosur to electronic city.

                                  In some busses the ticket charges from hosur to electronic city was 55. But actual rate of the ticket was 35.

                                  Today i have travel in salem transport corporation bus (Tn 30 n 1545). Which is the electronic city express bus. But they have charged ₹55 from hosur to bangalore.

                                  The conductor mr. T. Thangavelu. Did not allowing the passengers who are not giving ₹55. Kindly take an immediate action in this. Please follow same rule in every bus.

                                    There is a practice of collecting rs.40/- more from each passenger by a conductor in the route of bangalore (Shanthi nagar) to chennai (Koyambedu). He openly asks to pay reservation amount of rs.33/- rounded off to rs.40/-. The actual ticket cost is rs.360/- but he collects rs.400/- for non-reserved seats. If we reject to pay, he says search for other buses.

                                    I don't know this conductor's name, but i have noted down the bus number. Travel date is 26th november, 2017, departure time is 22:15 and bus number is tn 01 n 7621

                                    If this practice is allowed to continue, the other conductors also encouraged and starts collecting extra money in illegal way. Please get this fixed at the earliest.

                                      Tn63n0977 bus from madurai to puduvayal at 26.11.17 on 2.45 am.. On that bus one old man was by mistake he choose that bus and after 5 mins he tells to stop the bus and also he tells he wrongly placed on that bus.. But that driver attitute towards the incident was most irrespect manner he behave rudely to the old man for the extend he beats him.. The driver should be the servant of public if he didnt have the tolerance means why he chooses the government job... Please kindly take the action to avoid these kind of incident hereafter... Thankyou

                                        நான் 25/11/17 அன்று இரவு பெங்களூரிலிருந்து சென்னைக்கு tn 01 an 0329 என்ற எண் கொண்ட பேருந்தில் பயணப்பட்டேன். பேருந்து நடத்துனர் இடது பக்க இரண்டாவது வரிசையின் இரண்டு இருக்கைகளிலும் யாரையும் அமர அனுமதிக்கவில்லை. யார் அமர்ந்தாலும், ஆள் வருகிறார்கள் என்று பொய் கூறியே பின்னால் சென்று அமர கட்டளையிட்டார். ஓட்டுனரோ வண்டி கிளம்பியதிலிருந்து சாலையிலும் எல்லா பேருந்து நிறுத்தங்களிலும் மற்ற வண்டிக்காரர்களிடமும் சண்டை போட்டுக் கொண்டும் அசிங்கமாக திட்டிக் கொண்டுமே வந்து கொண்டிருந்தார். ஒரு கட்டத்தில் தனியார் நிறுவன ஊழியர்களை ஏற்றி செல்லும் பேருந்து ஓட்டுனருடன் சண்டை போட்டு பிரச்சனை பெரிதாகவும் பயணிகள் சத்தம் போட்டு கட்டுப்படுத்தினர். வயதானவர்கள், பெண்கள் பேருந்தில் உள்ளனர் என்ற எண்ணம் சிறிதும் இல்லாமல் கெட்ட வார்த்தைகளையே கத்திக் கொண்டு வந்தார். வண்டியையும் மேடு பள்ளங்கள் பார்க்காமல் சகட்டு மேனிக்கு சேதப்படுத்திக் கொண்டு வந்தார். இவர்களைப் போன்ற மரியாதை தெரியாதவர்களை தகுந்த பாடமளித்து, பயணிகளிடம் மரியாதையாக நடக்கக் கற்றுக் கொடுங்கள்.
