Coimbatore to madurai gov busses only allows madurai passenger at singanallur buss stand, coimbatore.tamilnadu.they not allows dharapuram and oddanchatram passengers.if we ask to conductor they wrongly talking to passengers .mostly ladies and senior citizens affected .they coulnd travel ontime o n their destinations.kindly take action for this issue tnk u .

    Im a 11th std student, i have a bus pass form gopalapuram to madipakkam. It is not that i should take a single bus from gopalapuram and reach madipakkam, the pass signifies that i could take any of the following bus and reach madipakkam within the limit. I usually take 23c and reach saidapet and then take m45 and reach madipakkam. I have been doing it for the past 2 months. But today when i took the ride in 23c. The conductor said i should take only a single bus and reach my destination and he even didnt bother to stop at the bus stop for me to get down, he instead made me get down somewhere away from bus stop, and took advantage over me. The point of me getting a single bus to ride and the ruthless, arrogant bus conductor making me get down is the point of mistake being done.

    Do take serious action.

      Yesterday (22.11.2017) i was sitting in the hosur to vellore bus in 5.15 p. M.in hosur bus stand, the conductor come and ask me where to go, i said krishnagiri and he told that to get down from the bus. Even i told the conductor i am regular passanger to this bus, still he is saying that get down from the bus. I get down. Same bus i am regularly travelling from hosur to krishnagiri. Even there is no rush and no festivel time, there is any fundemental rights to conductor should say get down to passanger, and the bus is 1-4 stop bus.in the bus clearly written krishnagiri stopping name. Bus is krishnagiri mofsul bus dippo, but conductor is not allowing to sit the krishnagiri passanger.

        Respected team,
        Hi sir i'm coming from salem and started the travelling through the govt bus no tn 30 n1338.
        When the bus was started the driver was playing songs with full sound we warned him thrice didn't respond. Moretha 50 passengers travelling and some of them are sick and aged. Meanwhile at salem bypass the same driver got memo and warned for driving the bus through oneway instead of driving through chinna salem bridge. Take immediate action on him. Driver name #karthikeyan.

          It's really shame of tnstc as this is the problem we face every time after 11.00pm as the buses from thanjavur new bus stand are not passing through vallam. Every time these stupid government employees who drive the tn government bus do this # thing. Nobody cares as lot of women going to vallam at these time struggle a lot. Won't you consider the same if it happens for any one of your house members.. Idiots you fellows are not gonna change. I know you guys won't take any steps regarding this. If you do so you will be regarded as sincere govt service driver..?? Nonsense... Take off all these nonsense.. Don't make people fool... Ok

            It is the bus from tuticorin to srivilliputhur (Bus number: tn 72- n 1490)... This bus gets raining inside the bus during journey, this makes the passenger feeling uncomfortable. Not only this bus, there are so many buses still gets affected by this rainy days. So please as soon as repair all those repair things for your passengers. Here with i attached the video of the condition of the bus after raining.

              We are from podanur, coimbatore. We would like to bring to your attention that we doesn't have proper bus facility from podanur junction to thudiyalur from 8:40a. M to 9:05 a. M. This is the peak time for students and working people. This affects the public very much. A tnstc bus which was running in that route at 8:50 was shifted to 9:30a. M..
              After 9a. M four buses are operated in continuation. We the public suffer a lot in the morning for bus. We request you to allot a additional bus in between the peak time of 8:40a. M to 9:00a. M

                Sir,
                I was trying to book ticket from coimbatore to rajapalayam. Travel date (17/11/2017) time 9.15pm. While the booking was almost confirmed the billdesk page showed that "the transaction was cancelled please check the booking history". Amount got debited from my debit card. Then i booked another ticket and it was confirmed. Even there was no message regarding the cancellation of the first one. Please consider this as soon as possible sir.

                  Hi team,

                  I'm jeeva. I had a really a bad experience in tn govt bus which is been running from bangalore to salem. I took the bus in bore by morning 6'o clock. Still i'm travelling to salem.. Now exactly i'm in dharmapuri after 4.5 hours. A bus which is charging a express ticket fare and i enquired about this to conductor.. He given unexpected response like compliant to whomever, no issue. So if a consumer is complaing no action will be taken against them. If this is not been addressed i will go with human rights.

                    I request you to take care of this transport ultra delux bus-tn-21/n-1796. As we are travelling from chennai to kanchipuram.
                    It does not have any proper seats and it's not even comfortable. Ticket cost is not at all worth enough. Hope you will do the needfull steps to make our transport system better as you are in a right position. It's our duty to take care of our state.

                      Respected sir. Today (13.11.2017) i was travelling with by bike from melmaruvathur to madhuranthagam. On madhuranthagam bypass bus no tn 25 n 0410 (Time around 1215 hrs) overtaking me in a high speed. And suddenly reduced the speed and stopped in the middle of the road. Where there is no bus stop available. I could manage my bike. Otherwise i could have met an accident. Luckily i have balanced my bike. I have asked the driver why you have done it. He is very arrogant mannar and replied that you can make compliant any where. I dont care. And the conductor came to me and started shouted with bad words like in tamil naan enna un sootha pidicukitte varanuma. Which i never expected. So i stopped my bike and take few snap shots of the bus number plate. I want these two should be punished siverely so that the other should not misbehave to any one else.

                        I got the bus around 8.40 in ktc nagar bus stop on friday (10/11/2017). The bus was full i was standing. The seats from the entrance door to the last seats on both the sides were fully occupied by males though it has been mentioned at least on one side that those are for females. The disgusting thing is that only i, a single woman is standing but none preferred to opt the seat and the other men all standing were pushing towards me. How stupid awkward act it is. The men mentioned above were mostly the so called "youngsters" few men were about 50s. Is this republic india???

                          In night time there was no scheduled bus from poonamallee to thiruvallur. A irregular bus timing observed during day as well as night time. Very worst bus service by drivers. No officials available in poonamallee bus depo during night times. Usual night 12.30 am to 1.00 am there will be 3 buses scheduled for thiruvallur. But it will not coming on proper time almost 1 hour late on most of the days. Almost every day 30 people wait for the bus. No proper officers available in poonamallee bus depo assist us. All the office rooms are locked after 9.30 pm. Kindly take necessary actions to support people at night times.

                            Today around 7.56pm, i took D70 bus from guindy to velachery bus depot . The ticket price was rs.11, I had 21 rupees with me, I gave 21rs but he didn't have the balance 10rs . He took all the ticket, after that when he came back to his seat, I asked him the balance amount . But he didn't mind me . I asked again the balance amount when I reach near my destination (Velachery). But that time the conductor told me that "I didn't have to gave any balance amount to you" I explained that I gave 21rs, and also told to check his money bag, but he didn't gave the balance amount to me and he started speaking worst, and also he didn't check his money bag.

                              Tirunelveli to udengudi root no 236express bus is operate srivaikundam depo under tuticorin head office, this bus not running current time, and all time, already complaint srivaikundam branch manager, general manager, and commercial east in more than 6months but till now no response this complaint, this bus very use full in school, college and office staffs, now this bus very late regarding to go on srivaikundam so late extra 10 minutes in single time, but this passenger don't like way to srivaikundam, regarding to late on working time, but the superior officer's not accept the requirements,

                              Dear sir,
                              I am from a village called mela kalkandar kottai, trichy. Here we have only 2 bus for chatiram bus stand, and some more buses which will go to chatiram via central bus stand but these buses will take more time. The two buses for chatiram is 41 and 86. Problem is most of the time these buses dont come at all. If they come also they will be late and crowed. Today (9.12.18) we waited for the bus from 11.00 am but for the bus 41, but it came at 11.55 am and it didnt stop at bus stop( kadai veedhi bus stop) more than 10 people were standing in this bus stop. Even some of the people in that bus also wants to get down. But the bus stopped 10 ft away from the bus stop and those members got down. We 10 people who were standing in the bus stop ran after the bus but the bus driver took off the bus before we could go.. this is too much. Is the government want our people to run after them.. this incident not only happened to me today more than 10 members in a single bus stop.. and everyday they dont keep up the timings and they dont come at all. Last week more than 3 days 86 didnt come.. so the other buses are becoming crowd. This is not only a loss to people but also to the government.. today the government has lost more than 10 members ticket charge.. think of it in every trip of the bus and everyday then loss of government is also high. Main thing there is no regularity in these 2 bus 41 and 86. Please consider this and take your action

                                I was travelling from ondiputhur to sulur police station in local public transportation bus (Tn 38 n 2118) date 6/11/2017. The bus ply between gandhipuram to sulur airport. The bus was very poorly maintained less number of seats, seats are damaged, no hanging holders for passengers travelling standing. The bus door also not in good condition. They charge the cost for air bus but the bus is not upto the standards as a low cost private buses who charge 5 to 6 rupees for the same.
                                Key points:

                                2. Seats damaged lethal for causing grieve injury

                                  I have travelled in most of the buses in salem and villupuram buses. Most of the bus seats are not comfortable. If a passenger is taller / fat he / she. Can't sit comfortable in 3 seats row. Their won't be proper space between each seats. So before releasing the buses, atleast for long route travel buses pls provide enough space between the seats.

                                    I travelled in a tnstc bus (102b) from chennai to thirupathur on 4th nov 2017. Bus started at 8 pm. Though there was heavy rain and saturday night the bus stopped at most places till poonamalle to get the seat filled. But the conductor allowed people of all the villages till vellore city and it took 3 and half hours to reach vellore and 5 and half hours for thirupathur. At one stage, two people were demanding that the bus has to get into their town to drop them which is to be bypassed normally. This is because the conductor have issued ticket stating so. Please take necessary action. The ticket number is 537770.

                                      I used to travel a short distance in nagercoil to kanyakumari route buses everyday. Two days earlier, i travelled to my workplace in the bus numbered sss/349, i think it departs from petchipaarai. After getting rs.7/- from me, the conductor gave me a ticket which was almost half of a normal ticket. Today (03.11.2017), once again i travelled in the same bus, but this time which arrived from kanyakumari - petchipaarai. The same conductor did the same thing, he gave me a torn up ticket which doesn't had fare amount.

                                        Sir, today i was travelling in the a/c bus (19b, which is from t. Nagar to kelambakkam). Because of the rains i took this bus for a safe journey, that is the main reason i avoided normal town bus (Non a/c). But i was surprised that i was wet because there were so many holes on the top of the bus. Very worst maintenance by the transport corporation.
