Today around 7.56pm, i took D70 bus from guindy to velachery bus depot . The ticket price was rs.11, I had 21 rupees with me, I gave 21rs but he didn't have the balance 10rs . He took all the ticket, after that when he came back to his seat, I asked him the balance amount . But he didn't mind me . I asked again the balance amount when I reach near my destination (Velachery). But that time the conductor told me that "I didn't have to gave any balance amount to you" I explained that I gave 21rs, and also told to check his money bag, but he didn't gave the balance amount to me and he started speaking worst, and also he didn't check his money bag.

    Tirunelveli to udengudi root no 236express bus is operate srivaikundam depo under tuticorin head office, this bus not running current time, and all time, already complaint srivaikundam branch manager, general manager, and commercial east in more than 6months but till now no response this complaint, this bus very use full in school, college and office staffs, now this bus very late regarding to go on srivaikundam so late extra 10 minutes in single time, but this passenger don't like way to srivaikundam, regarding to late on working time, but the superior officer's not accept the requirements,
    So kindly involved your intention and resolved the problem, and take the action of all time run this bus in this root

    Dear sir,
    I am from a village called mela kalkandar kottai, trichy. Here we have only 2 bus for chatiram bus stand, and some more buses which will go to chatiram via central bus stand but these buses will take more time. The two buses for chatiram is 41 and 86. Problem is most of the time these buses dont come at all. If they come also they will be late and crowed. Today (9.12.18) we waited for the bus from 11.00 am but for the bus 41, but it came at 11.55 am and it didnt stop at bus stop( kadai veedhi bus stop) more than 10 people were standing in this bus stop. Even some of the people in that bus also wants to get down. But the bus stopped 10 ft away from the bus stop and those members got down. We 10 people who were standing in the bus stop ran after the bus but the bus driver took off the bus before we could go.. this is too much. Is the government want our people to run after them.. this incident not only happened to me today more than 10 members in a single bus stop.. and everyday they dont keep up the timings and they dont come at all. Last week more than 3 days 86 didnt come.. so the other buses are becoming crowd. This is not only a loss to people but also to the government.. today the government has lost more than 10 members ticket charge.. think of it in every trip of the bus and everyday then loss of government is also high. Main thing there is no regularity in these 2 bus 41 and 86. Please consider this and take your action

      I was travelling from ondiputhur to sulur police station in local public transportation bus (Tn 38 n 2118) date 6/11/2017. The bus ply between gandhipuram to sulur airport. The bus was very poorly maintained less number of seats, seats are damaged, no hanging holders for passengers travelling standing. The bus door also not in good condition. They charge the cost for air bus but the bus is not upto the standards as a low cost private buses who charge 5 to 6 rupees for the same.

        I have travelled in most of the buses in salem and villupuram buses. Most of the bus seats are not comfortable. If a passenger is taller / fat he / she. Can't sit comfortable in 3 seats row. Their won't be proper space between each seats. So before releasing the buses, atleast for long route travel buses pls provide enough space between the seats.

          I travelled in a tnstc bus (102b) from chennai to thirupathur on 4th nov 2017. Bus started at 8 pm. Though there was heavy rain and saturday night the bus stopped at most places till poonamalle to get the seat filled. But the conductor allowed people of all the villages till vellore city and it took 3 and half hours to reach vellore and 5 and half hours for thirupathur. At one stage, two people were demanding that the bus has to get into their town to drop them which is to be bypassed normally. This is because the conductor have issued ticket stating so. Please take necessary action. The ticket number is 537770.

            I used to travel a short distance in nagercoil to kanyakumari route buses everyday. Two days earlier, i travelled to my workplace in the bus numbered sss/349, i think it departs from petchipaarai. After getting rs.7/- from me, the conductor gave me a ticket which was almost half of a normal ticket. Today (03.11.2017), once again i travelled in the same bus, but this time which arrived from kanyakumari - petchipaarai. The same conductor did the same thing, he gave me a torn up ticket which doesn't had fare amount.

              Sir, today i was travelling in the a/c bus (19b, which is from t. Nagar to kelambakkam). Because of the rains i took this bus for a safe journey, that is the main reason i avoided normal town bus (Non a/c). But i was surprised that i was wet because there were so many holes on the top of the bus. Very worst maintenance by the transport corporation.

                Today 31.10.2017 11.15am i with my spouse and 3.5 yrs baby travelled from mattuthavani to paramakudi. Bus no is tn 63 1563.
                My request stop is maninagar.
                But, conductor refused our request and stopped in gh stop.
                Sir, i request you whether it is our against consumer rights or conductor decision is correct.
                Please remedy the issue.

                With ref to my consumer complaint on 31.10.2017 regarding conductor denied the legal stop. I haven't yet receive any solution till date From tnstc.
                So, I plan to proceed consumer legal rights against Tn 63. 1563 conductor on his irresponsibility activities against public.

                Yesterday (30.10.2017) I got the panruti to Chennai-tambaram bus from annagramam bus stop and found rusted and dangerously hanging luggage tray in the bus.it also safety issue.
                Very poor maintenance.

                  Hi, recently i have traveled in tirunelveli dt and kanyakumari dt and i use govt bus for local transport. Many of the conductor are issuing ticket after touching their finger in tongue.
                  1. It is looks bad 2. As notes are handling every one, their is enough germs generated, if they touch note and their tongue, health wise they will get affected.

                  The management should do some alternative and to stop the practice in the interest of consumer and conductor.

                      Respected tamilnadu transport corporation,

                      I am yasodha mathiyalagan from salem district. I was about to travel to erode for health checkup with my father so i got into the bus from nerunjipettai to erode in the bus named nsm (Bus. No: tn 33 ae 3944, saraswathy bus services). I was entered into the bus in the front side and my dad entered into the back side so we both didn't have proper communication and mistakenly me and my dad got tickets twice the time. Hence, i asked my dad to return the ticket and get money as soon as possible once i have watched that bus had a provision of two conductors at the front and the back side but the conductor refused to take one ticket and return our money. My father requested the conductor but he didn't mind about that. I am having the proof of tickets hard copy with me please take necessary action on this kind of money minded persons to recognize their mistakes because they are public servant.

                        1. I got into a normal tnstc bus of registration no tn 68, n 0621 from kumbakonam at 10.30 pm on 23.10.2017. I have to get down in guduvachery and i was given a ticket of 210 (Ticket price to koyembedu). I asked conductor the reason behind price raise and he said all tickets cost the same at nights.
                        2. The driver verh fast and rash as he dint slow up in the speed breakers and on rough roads. All passengers were screaming at them but driver did not slow up till now. We are in vikravandi now and it continues in the same way. Both drivers and conductors are not responsive

                          My daughter aged 16 years studying at anthiyur as a hostler left chennai on 22nd at 7.30pm taking a ticket to anthiyur.
                          She was asked to get down at erode at 4.30 am to catch a bus bound for anthiyur.
                          Just imagine the plight of the poor girl left in the dark,
                          Had the conductor told the bus will not go beyond erode we could have refrained from boarding this bus meant for anthiyur terminus.
                          Why they have issued tickets to anhhiyur just to leave a little girl in station which is not her destination.
                          The errant conductor/ driver should be dismissed from service and jailed for their atrocities

                            Today around 1: 15 pm, i took a d70 bus from velachery to wavin bus depot (Ambattur).. The ticket price was rs.12. I had 20 rupees with me for which the conductor said i can collect the change later when i get down. I calmly said okay. The bus became full and the conductor subesequently had enough change (Coins). When it was time for me to get down, i asked for the change but the conductor was not even responding properly and was behaving quite arrogant and rude like some gangster. Ultimately since i dint want to get into a fight wit him, i got down at the stop without taking the change. That situation is an example of injustice in this country. Such people should be fired immediately from the job. I do not know the bus number but i remember how he looks: he is a tall, dark person with a medium round face (No spectacles) and a small moustache. He got into the bus at velachery. Please take some action and moroever i want to file a case on him. I might sue the tnstc. Such gangster behaviour should not be tolerated.

                              Bus code e-3267. Seat no -19, 20. (Tirunelveli to koyembedu bus route). The seat cannot be locked. So i am unable to sleep. So my reservation gone to waste. I got back pain for ur irresponsibility. So take nessecary actions to solve this issue and will not repeat in future. The conductor has not take this problem serious. Thats why i complained here. Each driver and conductor should check the bus condition before its departs...

                                On[protected] at 7.15 am we travelled from erode bus registration no. Tn 38 m 3096. Exit from bus stand i find one seat was no one occupied and i was sitting in that seat. The conductor came and informed that this seat was reserved for his higher officer at other stand and asked me to vacate that
                                But i refused to do that. Then he stopped bus behaved like biomass and asked me get down or stand then only bus will move.

                                  In chengalpattu to thirupporur route bus no. Tn 21 n 1210, in morning 6.30 am bus is standing in chengalpattu bus stand upto 7.10 am, after that driver is come to pick up the bus, he make one round to chengalpattu bus stand inside only after driver was told bus is not going and he is not giving any proper explanation also if i asking on the time, driver is told "you go and tell anywhere i don't care", this happened[protected]Monday) morning 7 o'clock, i kindly request you to take any action for this irresponsible activities...

                                  In bus stand on time totally around 100 passengers are saffered, if i asking bus tippoo enquiry officer is also not giving any proper explanation

                                    The buses which are crossing through tuticorin from thiruchendur to madurai or thanjavur.. Those bus drivers or conductors are not give respect to the tuticorin passengers. Those passengers are not allowed inside that buses. All the passengers are paid the money for travelling. The passengers such as women, children are affected very much. They are all waited too many hours for tuticorin buses. You must take an action about this complaint.

                                      On 21.10.17 i boarded m1 route deluxe bus at ram nagar madipakkam towards kilkattai. Ticket details time 16:15:17 m1 054363cs 3936 mp02467a kaiveli to kilkattalai rs.11.00. I was carrying a small suit case with wheels. The conductor demanded luggage stating that wheel bags are chargeable under luggage. After citing previous travels for the last three to four years he lamented and accepted my plea. Please advise me if these are chargeable and upto what kg. Weight a passenger allowed to take free of charge with him in city travels.

                                        Today i was traveling from premier mills to ukkadam around 1.30pm. Though the bus was overcrowded the front seats which is allocated for ladies are occupied by men. Regarding this i approached mr. Dhandapani (Conductor), he did not take any action instead he told the back seats are occupied by ladies so it is okay.

                                        This is really bad thing in bangalore. If that is the case why it is allocated as ladies.

                                        Please take necessary action regarding this.

                                        There is no time to maintain at thiruvallur bus stand for ponneri bus.

                                        Today evening 16:30 bus not came till now 17:30.
                                        And there is no proper response from the officers.
