Hello, i've booked ticket from neyveli to chennai dated -15/10/2017 and the seat alloted to me doesn't have knob for push back and the window got struck seems like it can't be open ever. I've used to travel between chennai and neyveli often and i could see almost all the buses are with same condition. Deluxe bus charges 30-50rs extra from normal bus but still the condition of seat is very poor, what is the use of paying extra for suffering.

I came by bus tn32-n-3299. From tindivanam to Chennai. After petungalathur all buses halt at the tollgate for more than 1 hour for trip change. From 8.40 to 9.50 we sitting in the bus. .after 10 pm only the bus is moving. Why, what I'd trip change... R they doing it daily in that place? Pl look into this matter

    I have lost my bag in an end to end bus from Tirunelveli to Nagercoil . The bag contained clothes and record files that were important for college purposes. The bag is a blue colour skybags travel bag. Please do the necessary help as those record book and files are important for my career.
    Bus conductor is not accepting 10 rs coin when i travelled from Thambaram( chennai) to padapai in "bus tn 21 n 1541 " on[protected] by saying depot is not accepting 10 RS coin. I believe as per RBI circular, all types of coins of 10 RS are valid as Indian currency. So kindly educate your conductor & driver about this circular and help public pls.

      From krishnagiri to shoolagiri from 8.05 am to 8.40 am no bus was not going inside shoolagiri, all bus conductor was saying don't claim for shoolagiri the bus was only for hosur and bangalore not for shoolagiri lot of numbers are waiting in bus stand
      How should we to office in time so kindly give some facilities for us
      Eg: one bus conductor says will not go to shoolagiri tn 29 n2459

        I got the bus from villupuram to tindivanam and the price was rs25 and i gave him 100 he asked for change so i gave a five rupee he would return 80 rs but after providing that also he did not returned the change i thought that after he finishes getting tickets from all he would provide the change but even after that asking for change he just asked to get from the stop where i have to get down just after me getting down he just took off the bus, doesn't a conductor have to have the change with him

          Sir,
          As today (07oct/2017) bus no : tn 45; n3461, 5:00 pm at chengalpattu toll gate. The above subject bus conductor was stop the bus an over half hour and he full the bus topover by somu he of goods (Like bicycle, plastic chairs, wood and government free fan, etc..)

          As a passenger we ask him why you are stop this bus over half hour, he is not properly answered to us and he also do the porter job over there in the mean time driver also not asked any questions for him.
          So please take this complaint and take the proper action against him.

            Govt bus a12 from tiruppur to mudhalipalayam village (Avinashi) scheduled for 2 times per day. Morning 7 am and night 8 pm. Only two bus services are there for that village and people are suffering un proper bus services.

            The problem is govt bus is not coming to that village.
            This is because of that bus driver and conductor. They stopped bus in cheyur and return back to tiruppur. They are not entering into village areas. Village people are complaint many times but o action taken for this issue

              Am from keeranur pudukottai district. Now am travelling on the bus.

              There're two stages on my area like bus stand and lakshmi theatre stop.

              Today i got in bus from lakshmi theatre stop but the conductor putted ticket from kulathur stage

              Kulathur is 2 kms away from the keeranur. I asked the reason for this but he doesn't answer properly. It's happened lot of time they are cheated my area peoples always need immediate action

              Usually I am carrying my musical keyboard to play in coleges.when I was going to trichy from madhuri, the bus conductor bought fee 80 rupees for musical keyboard .is this correct ?should i pay ticket for music instrument?

              Omni buses in tamil nadu, they are increasing fair like anything on festivals/weekends.

              Please take action. for proof you can serach any bus ticket in private site on festival days.

                I was traveling from arakonam to sholinghur by tnstc bus and tendered rs.10 coin. The conductor has refused to accept the same and informed that they have been advised not to accept rs.10 coin. When rbi has clearly informed that rs.10 coin is a legal tender why is not being accepted by the state owned transports? If this is the case, how will the public get confidence of accepting rs.10 coin? Is there any possibility to take appropriate legal action against tnstc for the refusal? I don't have the ticket, but have the details of the conductor and the bus number.

                  Old vehicles in Chennai, especially Autorikshaws, Tempo Travellers and vehicles like Tavera, etc are causing a lot of pollution. The smoke left by most of these vehicles are very dark and is a major reason for pollution in the City. For e.g. you may test vehicle TN09 AP 8095. The smoke some times is irritating to eyes and some times also clouds the road. Please take necessary action to remove these vehicles from the roads.

                    We are from rajapalayam to chennai.. Here heavy raining falls, at that time into bus all windows are in bad condition as well as opened windows... Fully rain waters are flow into the bus... Most of the passangers are in standing position. How, we are continue our journey.. Its a night time also... Kindly take a action for this... And immediately change the bus in mudurai dipo... Please... We are waste of our money...

                      I mailed to "[protected]@tnstc.in" for a clarification in online booking. They replied in a very generic way, when i asked for further detailed clarrifications there was no response from them. Actually i want to book a online ticket on 17th oct-17 from chennai to tuticorin. There was no option to choose "perungalathur" as pickup point earlier it used to show the pickup point. But no clarrifications was given from the mail team.

                        Near pennagaram there is village named chinnavathalapuram which is in dharmapuri district.in that there is only one bus in the evening to go through. Near by schools students and teachers has to go in that bus only. There is a rude driver who will drive bus on tuesday and thursday alone. He is a psyco he threatens people while stopping the bus he used to go like dashing the people outside who are standing in the stopping and whenever travelers are sleeping he used to scold that why are u sleeping and he drives roughly when they sleep... Many of them got backpain because of his rough driving and he used to tear the tickets of the conductor when he was not there. Mainly there is no guarantee for peoples life if continues like this. So kindly take steps as soon as possible because nobody should affect because of his psyco behaviour

                          Hi,

                          I booked 2 tickets from Salem to Bangalore on travel date Oct 2nd 2017 Time 2:23pm. Before the bus leaving from salem bus stand we caught the bus but the conductor refused to provide the reserved tickets for us as you are late.After the long conversation the conductor told he will provide seats in the next bangalore bus.He had a discussion with respective ticket checker/incharge and assigned 2 tickets in the next bus and he left.In that time the respective bus conductor was not there.After he came he was not ready to provide seats to us.While taking this issue to the ticket checker who assigned the ticket to us, he also said we can not provide seats.If you want you can travel as a normal passenger after taking tickets.

                          In case if we did not caught the booked bus it is fine but even after we caught we could not travel by using our reserved tickets.It disturbed us mentally and physically a lot.

                            Yesterday[protected], 7.30 pm) i travelled from madurai to salem (Dharmaphuri bus) along with my children 11 years and 9 years old. I showed adaar card for the proof of age for getting half ticket. But the conductor refused to give half ticket for both because of height above 130 cms. Please give the correct rules if controversy arisen which one is most preferred.

                              Here i am sharing a pathetic situation that mentally and physically irritated me as a girl becoz of tamilnadu setc bus 783ud (Dated on 30 sep 2017 from ooty to tvm) conductor and driver. Plz do necessary action for this. Its my humble request.
                              I am working in ooty. Whenever getting holidays my husband used to come to ooty and back to home town in trivandrum. The same yesterday[protected], saturday) travelled to trivandrum with my husband in tamilnadu setc bus from ooty to trivandrum bus. My husband get down at kaliyakkavilai, to buy some things from the market and i should to get down at parassala near to our house. Now i am sitting in the first seat to get down easily. After my husband got down at kaliyakkavilai, the conductor and driver started to abuse about me, that i and my husband are not husband and wife, and pointed me bad words in tamil. From kaliyakkavilai to parassala they both talked such a bad words, its quite unparliamentary words. Please solve this issue. Those such beasts dont abuse any girls. Whatever the driver and conductor family background reflects that only. I as a girl request to never been happen such an evil. I am totally upset and mentally irritated by that devils. Please do a legal action against this conductor and driver. Here i am attaching my ticket copy. Bus no. 783ud

                              We have sent registered complaint with acknowledgment letter to the commercial officer regarding the above. Not yet received any response. People believe TN SETC as safest transportation. Requesting you to avoid such uneducated and uncultured employees. That will save corporation name.
                              Kindly solve this issue.

                                Dear sir / madam,
                                I along with my family members consisting of 8 adults & 3 children were returning from a pilgrimage from tiruvannamalai to chennai on 01.10.2017 by tnstc bus no. Tn-25 n 0414 (Don't know the driver or conductor name as both were not wearing their name tabs).
                                I asked the bus conductor tickets for 8 adults & 3 children {girl 10yrs old, boy 8yrs old and a girl 4yrs old}, but he refused to give half-ticket to one of my daughter aged 10yrs old and insisted vehemently to take full ticket as she seems to be more than her age.
                                Your organisation tnstc rules says that if the passenger is more than 130cm height, their date of birth proof should be obtained and not to their own will and wish they will charge for full ticket. He has not asked me any proof of date of birth nor gave me any chance to explain my part; without that he insisted to take full ticket for my daughter. This is sheer high handedness of the conductor exploiting the situation which is truly an act of arrogance and irresponsible by an employee of an esteemed organisation, tnstc.
                                I request you to take care of these responsibilities and arrogance by your employee which has caused undue hardship and mental agony to us. And reply to my complaint otherwise i may escalate this to higher authorities.
                                Your act of righteousness will go a long way in protecting the trust and goodwill the passenger has on tnstc... Thanks

                                  I am balaji studying in mit college chennai i missed my bag when i travelled from tambaram sanitorium to kanchipuram on thursday 28/09/2017. It started from sanitorium arround 1:45 pm it reached kanchipuram at arround 4 :00 pm. My bag is black with blue. It had my note in that all the information about me is written in the front page.                                     I boarded bus from tirupati to thiruvannamalai tnstc bus. After crossedsome 50km from tirupati rain started. It was not small rain but not that much big as well. But once started raining immediately water started to ooze out from the roof of the bus. Almost all the seats were drained all the passengers including ladies, newborn babies, children of ages around 5 to 10 and old people's got out from their seat, still water came from everywhere. We even do not have place to stand all our bags and belongings were wet. How come government send such buses for the travel time of 6 to 7 hrs required atleast to complete journey. Why the driver did not stop at all. Who are all responsible for the new born babies. Action required immediately

                                      Your vehicle no tn21n1699 hit my car right door rear mirror at sriperumdur checkpost at 8.09 am at 01/10/2017. But your driver is denied and used unparilament words. It shows your people careless driving and you have appointed worthless person to save ennuumber lives. If you want i will give photocopy of that. I am uploading the photos which your bus paint mark marked in my right view mirror. He came on the wrong which blocked by checkpost authorities. If you not take any legal actions in this regard. I request you to give me compensation for my damage charges and suitable compensation for my mental agony. Since i could not mention the driver name because he doesn't hold name badge in his shirt.

                                        Sir,
                                        I booked a ticket for chennai to rasipuram for four members. Due to early departure of bus which wasn't informed to me i couldn't board on the bus.
                                        Tnstc officials made me to board on the salem bus which wasn't comfortable to travel. Being through this worse experience, i have to pay for the travel from salem to rasipuram. The main reason for booking the ticket in tnstc is that i could get some comfort in semi sleeper.
