Near pennagaram there is village named chinnavathalapuram which is in dharmapuri district.in that there is only one bus in the evening to go through. Near by schools students and teachers has to go in that bus only. There is a rude driver who will drive bus on tuesday and thursday alone. He is a psyco he threatens people while stopping the bus he used to go like dashing the people outside who are standing in the stopping and whenever travelers are sleeping he used to scold that why are u sleeping and he drives roughly when they sleep... Many of them got backpain because of his rough driving and he used to tear the tickets of the conductor when he was not there. Mainly there is no guarantee for peoples life if continues like this. So kindly take steps as soon as possible because nobody should affect because of his psyco behaviour

    Hi,

    I booked 2 tickets from Salem to Bangalore on travel date Oct 2nd 2017 Time 2:23pm. Before the bus leaving from salem bus stand we caught the bus but the conductor refused to provide the reserved tickets for us as you are late.After the long conversation the conductor told he will provide seats in the next bangalore bus.He had a discussion with respective ticket checker/incharge and assigned 2 tickets in the next bus and he left.In that time the respective bus conductor was not there.After he came he was not ready to provide seats to us.While taking this issue to the ticket checker who assigned the ticket to us, he also said we can not provide seats.If you want you can travel as a normal passenger after taking tickets.

    In case if we did not caught the booked bus it is fine but even after we caught we could not travel by using our reserved tickets.It disturbed us mentally and physically a lot.

      Yesterday[protected], 7.30 pm) i travelled from madurai to salem (Dharmaphuri bus) along with my children 11 years and 9 years old. I showed adaar card for the proof of age for getting half ticket. But the conductor refused to give half ticket for both because of height above 130 cms. Please give the correct rules if controversy arisen which one is most preferred.

        Hello sir/mam,
        Here i am sharing a pathetic situation that mentally and physically irritated me as a girl becoz of tamilnadu setc bus 783ud (Dated on 30 sep 2017 from ooty to tvm) conductor and driver. Plz do necessary action for this. Its my humble request.
        I am working in ooty. Whenever getting holidays my husband used to come to ooty and back to home town in trivandrum. The same yesterday[protected], saturday) travelled to trivandrum with my husband in tamilnadu setc bus from ooty to trivandrum bus. My husband get down at kaliyakkavilai, to buy some things from the market and i should to get down at parassala near to our house. Now i am sitting in the first seat to get down easily. After my husband got down at kaliyakkavilai, the conductor and driver started to abuse about me, that i and my husband are not husband and wife, and pointed me bad words in tamil. From kaliyakkavilai to parassala they both talked such a bad words, its quite unparliamentary words. Please solve this issue. Those such beasts dont abuse any girls. Whatever the driver and conductor family background reflects that only. I as a girl request to never been happen such an evil. I am totally upset and mentally irritated by that devils.         We have sent registered complaint with acknowledgment letter to the commercial officer regarding the above. Not yet received any response. People believe TN SETC as safest transportation. Requesting you to avoid such uneducated and uncultured employees. That will save corporation name.
        Kindly solve this issue.

          Dear sir / madam,
          I along with my family members consisting of 8 adults & 3 children were returning from a pilgrimage from tiruvannamalai to chennai on 01.10.2017 by tnstc bus no. Tn-25 n 0414 (Don't know the driver or conductor name as both were not wearing their name tabs).
          I asked the bus conductor tickets for 8 adults & 3 children {girl 10yrs old, boy 8yrs old and a girl 4yrs old}, but he refused to give half-ticket to one of my daughter aged 10yrs old and insisted vehemently to take full ticket as she seems to be more than her age.
          Your organisation tnstc rules says that if the passenger is more than 130cm height, their date of birth proof should be obtained and not to their own will and wish they will charge for full ticket. He has not asked me any proof of date of birth nor gave me any chance to explain my part; without that he insisted to take full ticket for my daughter. This is sheer high handedness of the conductor exploiting the situation which is truly an act of arrogance and irresponsible by an employee of an esteemed organisation, tnstc.
          I request you to take care of these responsibilities and arrogance by your employee which has caused undue hardship and mental agony to us. And reply to my complaint otherwise i may escalate this to higher authorities.
          Your act of righteousness will go a long way in protecting the trust and goodwill the passenger has on tnstc... Thanks

            I am balaji studying in mit college chennai i missed my bag when i travelled from tambaram sanitorium to kanchipuram on thursday 28/09/2017. It started from sanitorium arround 1:45 pm it reached kanchipuram at arround 4 :00 pm. My bag is black with blue. It had my note in that all the information about me is written in the front page.               I boarded bus from tirupati to thiruvannamalai tnstc bus. After crossedsome 50km from tirupati rain started. It was not small rain but not that much big as well. But once started raining immediately water started to ooze out from the roof of the bus. Almost all the seats were drained all the passengers including ladies, newborn babies, children of ages around 5 to 10 and old people's got out from their seat, still water came from everywhere. We even do not have place to stand all our bags and belongings were wet. How come government send such buses for the travel time of 6 to 7 hrs required atleast to complete journey. Why the driver did not stop at all. Who are all responsible for the new born babies. Action required immediately

                Your vehicle no tn21n1699 hit my car right door rear mirror at sriperumdur checkpost at 8.09 am at 01/10/2017. But your driver is denied and used unparilament words. It shows your people careless driving and you have appointed worthless person to save ennuumber lives. If you want i will give photocopy of that. I am uploading the photos which your bus paint mark marked in my right view mirror. He came on the wrong which blocked by checkpost authorities. If you not take any legal actions in this regard. I request you to give me compensation for my damage charges and suitable compensation for my mental agony. Since i could not mention the driver name because he doesn't hold name badge in his shirt.

                  Sir,
                  I booked a ticket for chennai to rasipuram for four members. Due to early departure of bus which wasn't informed to me i couldn't board on the bus.
                  Tnstc officials made me to board on the salem bus which wasn't comfortable to travel. Being through this worse experience, i have to pay for the travel from salem to rasipuram. The main reason for booking the ticket in tnstc is that i could get some comfort in semi sleeper.

I have asked the conductor to stop at latha steel but the driver didn't stop stating the reason that there are some crackers but there was not at all crackers burst there.                       Sir yesterday 28.09.2017 02.00pm to 02.30pm i requested to conductor for travel from perungulathur to melmaruvathur for travlling bus such trich - salem-puduchery etc but all the conductors are denied to allow thegovt buses bu ti can saw the same buses were stopped the melmaruvathur bus stop. Being th govt servant not follow the rules of govtment rules pl instruct the such kind of people of govt conductor to follow the rules in future. I should very much torture to delayed pick up of my daughter she is stidied in medical in adhi parasakthi college.

                        Punalur stand i go to kottarakara with luggage (Kerala lottery tickets) for my shop
                        This is punalur lottery office tickets i have a proper bill for this tickets but conductor says permission not allowed for this thinks yea sure kerala state lottery results not allowed for tamilnadu but bus is going on kerala so y the problem.
                        Then he say to rash speaking and very bad words heavy rain on going he stop the bus in out of city then he say to me get out the bus. My tickets are damaged in rain i loss the 15000 rs value tickets

                          From chennai to tirunelveli. Route no. Is 198 ud. Bus time @ koyembedu is 21.30. Seat no. Is 2. I was in time at 22.00 at perungalathur. Bus departure time is 22.30. But that # enquiry counter not announced properly and also spoke very vulgarly... They were not behaving properly to even woman. Spoke and shout in bad words very badly.. This has to be taken proper action. I am hopelessly left perungalathur at 00.46 by taking private bus. Our government reputation spoiled very badly... Not on single day.. But on every holliday timings... The whole enquiry counter people has to be dismissed for the betterment of our government.

                            Bus no. Tn 32 november 4088. I had taken ticket from vpm to melmaruvathur, travelled with my wife & child. I humbly requested the conductor to stop the bus in acharapakkam. He just shouted that bastred you people are making nonsense. I told him to speak in good manner. He again shouted in unparlimentry words. He told that even branch manager also can't pick even my hair in the pennies. Sir i hope justice will be got from your end.

                              Dear sir,

                              I am travelling from coimbatore to salem in the setc bus number tn. 01. N.9703 which runs from calicut to salem. I boarded the bus at 2am from the coimbatore bus stand. I got injured while boarding the bus as there is dangerous iron nail coming out from the steel sheet at the entrance door of the bus. My shirt torn and that accident bruised my arm. These nails could be extremely dangerous especially for ladies and children.
                              Moreover, i spoke to the bus conductor regarding this serious incident, he misbehaved and told he is not responsible and then i asked for complain log book which he refused to provide. This is really unprofessional and irresponsible behavior by the bus conductor.
                              I request you to take action immediately and enquire the conductor regarding this incident, and also please fix that dangerous door of the bus where steel iron nail is out.
                              I am attaching the photos for your reference. Please find the attachments.

                                Today i boarded bus no. Tn74 n 1815 at salem new bus stand with my family consists of 10 members at about 4.30 pm. Since my one year child was sleeping i reduced the volume of audio player in the bus. For that conductor santosh kumar told me "nee edhukku daa touch panna. Keela erangi vaadaa". I told him give respect or else i will also call u like that. He again told naan apdi thaanda pesuven nee enna pannuva. Seeing that my family members came out side the bus and start quarrelling with him. Seeing the family, he told driver to drive the bus 10 mins before the departure time and the bus was not even filled with half of the people.
                                I stopped the bus and called the timekeeper over there. I made a complaint with timekeeper and report the matter to duty police at local police station. I request you to teach the conductor how to behave with the public and take departmental action against him. I am a serving officer of indian navy and i will take this matter through proper channel.

                                  Today i am traveling with my family from pondicherry to chennai.. Setc 17:00 booked 3 seats with my child is too.. Even though i booked 3 tickets the conductor collected me the child is not 13 years old.. Yes i know that she is just 5 years old.. For our privacy we booked 3 tickets... Conductor got from me 1/2 ticket charges but he never gave us any acknowledgement of online booking..

                                  Can you please take action on these..

                                  Hi I travelled on TN govt bus from Karaikal to Thanjavur on[protected]Saturday). Rains started pouring when the bus was about to reach Kumbakonam by 7 pm. It was not only raining outside but also inside the bus. Such was the state of the bus. Kindly do the necessary inspection to keep the ticket buyers comfortable.

                                    This complaint is regarding high ticket fare collection than normal. High ticket fare is collected in tn delux buses of rs.105 from poonamallee to arni.in normal tn transport buses they used to collect rs.70 from arni to poonamallee & rs.93 for arni to koyambedu.in tn delux buses they collect rs.15 more than normal tn bus rate. Nowadays the fare is much more than normal fare to rs.35. Many people really feel bad for this. We can afford difference of rs.15 between normal tn buses & tn delux buses. The travel between these two type buses doesn't have that much difference. Due to high fare collection arguments occurs between the public & the conductor & driver. Sometimes arguing public are dropped in middle way. Please consider this as high priority & please do the needful asap.

                                      In coimbatore to sulur route bus 30c tn37cw7977 they dont give minimum fare 3 and 4rs ticket even we travel from ukkadam to town hall or ukkadam to sungam (Next to sripathi stop) they give only 5rs ticket

                                        My name is dinesh kumar subbaiah,
                                        Am arose from vadaserry bus stand to madurai in the bus (Tn58n 1685) in that ticket but am travelled on (Tn59a 2280) at tirunelveli bus stand
                                        My bus driver went to out of bus and pass urine outside and he punished by corporation of tirunelveli, so its get some (15mins) late to arrive, then the conductor come amd said we are unable to drop u, so we ll transfer u on another bus,
                                        Suddenly i asked many times to that conductor, that bus can drop at maattuthavani or aarapalayam?
                                        He answered yeah u can reach maattuthavani by that bus, and am not satisfied, so am asked to that another palani bus conductor, he was also said that too.. So i confirmed and get that bus, several time going at the spot of vannaarapettai, tirunelveli that conductor ask to me the ticket, i showed that ticket and am told i have to go to mattuthavani, but am shocked from his reply, he said no
                                        They ll not draw me maattuthavani, they ll drw me on aarapalayam
                                        Am wedge nght 10.30 how i ll arrive my home?
